I love my target pharmacy. They know who I am when I come, and they know when my meds have changed or will interact with a medication I’m on. I’m just thankful for their attention to detail.
This particular pharmacy is not reliable. They never seem to have the doctors’ orders. Not just one specific doctor, several doctors can send prescriptions either written or electronically and this branch never has it. They make excuses time and time again and it is never their fault but your doctor’s fault whether it’s your primary physician or your gynecologist or your dad’s endocrinologist or your mom’s cardiologist or your sister’s podiatrist or your niece’s gastroenterologist!!!! No matter what time of day or day of week, it never fails.
NEVER ANSWERS PHONE, TERRIBLE!!!!, PLEASE SOMETIMES PEOPLE JUST WANT A QUICK ANSWER Is my prescription ready so they can go and pick up. WHAT PATIENT CARE?
I had the worst experience my aunt is diabetic & she needs several pills in order to get through the day she just gave birth as well so this lady named paola that works in my local target at cvs was telling me that i had enough pills when i completely had no more i had refills & i tried to explain to her the situation so she completly just dismissed me ignoring me as well.
Just want to know if they had my prescription ready had me on hold for 45 and never answered the phone. I am changing my pharmacy to somewhere else.
Called for prescription. Was told to come in as it would be ready within the hour. Went out of my way to rush in only to be told the medication was out of stock. When I asked why I was told to come in to pick it the lady responded sorry it’s out of stock. Ridiculous.
Poorly designed fast checkout counters, They put them right in the front, The line cuts across the front entrance, People have to squeeze through the line to enter the store. Real genius architects.
The staff at this CVS pharmacy is fantastic - these guys are friendly, helpful and know what they are doing.
I love to buy things at this pharmacy
This is a decent urban Target: well-stocked, clean, convenient to the train. Much better than the one in Brooklyn.
Good service. Very helpful pharmacist and staff.
Sometimes there is a long wait, but the staff is very kind and always gets the job done.

2022-05-26CVS on 59th has the best customer service out of most of their locations in the city. I come 25 mins away to get what I need from them. LOVE LOVE their customer service

2021-12-03Went in for a scheduled booster shot. CVS was in the Target was completely disorganized and inefficient. Ended up waiting an hour before I was finally seen and staff was rude. They also did not have enough places to sit for the 15 min watch period so a bunch of people were just standing around crowding the place. Would avoid and go to another pharmacy

2017-03-17I was upset first off there were 3 girls there n they was acting like I wasnt even there n me of the girls had an stank attitude I was upset after I waited 15 I had to wait 15 more for they can process my meds. I had called and they said it was ready truly upset worst cvs!!!!

2020-09-09If i could give them 0 stars I would i waited at target for 1hr and a 1/2 just to here them say your prescription is $340. I told them that I have good rx gold they said that price is for the generic. i will not be going there again. its almost like you have to beg for someone to help you and then they act like they are doing you a favor.

2020-03-18Customer service is non-existent at this location. They rarely answer the phone and the basic advances made in CS, such as call back or message are not available. I am giving 2 stars in fairness as they appear competent when I physically present myself and wait on the usually slow moving line.

2021-02-03On hold for 20 minutes they customer service is terrible. Never have prescriptions in stock always have to wait for my script this is the worst pharmacy hands-down the worst pharmacy

2018-09-20I was in need of a lot of diabetes supplies and the pharmacy representative assisted me in finding all of them. Kudos to the customer service of the employees! Decent Target CVS!
