This has got to be the worst pharmacy in history every time I call no one picks up they have the calls stay on hold. The pharmacist there is so rude and very unprofessional he talks to you like your nobody. He takes his time to fill the medication and the line to wait is so long. I would never return this pharmacy again.

Its obvious the staff changed since 3 years ago because theres no way this CVS can get anything above 1 star. ITS THE WORST AND UNACCEPTABLE when it comes to getting help from the pharmacy. The district manager and pharmacist need to do a better job!

Pharmacy dont be answering there phones. Been on hold for up to an hour or 45 minutes or the phone disconnected while on hold .

I requested a refill from a hospital app which forwarded my information to the CVS Pharmacy. Within a few hours my medications were there waiting for pick up. The staff behind the counter was curteous and gave me my order within a few minutes after my arrival. I have no complaints about CVS and will continue to receive my prescriptions there. You may also be interested in signing up for their discount card for additional savings on your prescriptions as well as general merchandise sold there...nickels and dimes add up to dollars !

I rushed to CVS pharmacy on Allerton to pick up a pain killer medication for a friend of mine. It was around 5:53pm to be exact when I arrived at the counter. An associate approached and ask me for name and dob. She checked and told me its not ready for pickup and they are getting ready to close so I should come back the following day. I pleaded with her that I need that medication asap. The pharmacist named KIZZIE stepped in and told me to wait 5 minutes. she got the medication ready by the counter for pickup. I didnt know there was a Copay on my friends insurance and unfortunately I have left my wallet in my car. Their system was going to go off any minute and KIZZIE end up paying for the medication on my behalf. I have nothing against the staff for following protocols, but what you did was extraordinary and for that I wanted to THANK YOU for patience and kindness.

Been calling since last week for my pain medication and dont get any answers my pill and cream still in hold and no one pick the phone im in so much pain I cant any help..
