CVS Pharmacy in Yonkers

I’ve lived in the area for almost two years and this is the closest cvs to me. Unfortunately this cvs is constantly understaffed, specifically pertaining to the check out line considering there is always traffic regardless of the time of day. Most importantly! Their pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They are absolutely neglectful. Any time in the past couple of years I have gotten medications sent to this pharmacy, even early in the morning they are never ready not even late at night and it’s supposed to be a 24/h pharmacy. They do not fill prescriptions until you get there and wait on line and tell you to return back within fifteen minutes only to wait another hour. It is unbelievably absurd. You can call this pharmacy, wait on hold for half an hour and still receive no representative on the phone before it is disconnected. I got into a car accident and was discharged from hospital yesterday and sent my husband to pick up my medications from this cvs knowing that they’ve gotten the order at least 17 hours prior and they told him they were not ready and the the pharmacist would be in at 10 pm and the prescriptions would get filled before midnight. It is now the next morning and my husband has gone to this cvs expecting the prescriptions to be ready and he was told that they are being filled now. BY FAR THE WORST CVS PHARMACY AROUND!

Horrible. New 3 self checkouts only 2 work and one employee stands there to watch you check yourself out . No employees at registers anymore. Pharmacy lines all the way down the store at least 30 min wait.

VERY poor customer service at the Pharmacy. No one picks up the phone and they act as if they dont care.

Pharmacy is okay, a bit too crowded sometimes. Could be a little cleaner.
