CVS in other cities:
Today I was charged $30.39 for 4 passport pictures in this CVS store and was shocked with the price and the bad quality of the pictures. Few minutes later I stopped in Costco for my medication and saw charges $4.99 for 4 passport pictures in their photo center. If I knew...I called to the CVS store and spoke to the woman who charged me-Kristine or Christine, how she introduced herself, asking to meme a refund of the half of the charge, because the charge for 2 pictures including all work and using equipment was $14.99 less $2 coupon. The additional 2 pictures were just printed. She was rude, same as she was with her employee Danielle, who made my pictures-young nice girl. So, I’m, 72 y.o., with the low SS income was charged double for 4 pictures and was inappropriately unprofessionally treated.Shame to the employee and shame to the CVS.
This pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. When you go out of your way to call and make sure they have your medication available, medication that can be very crucial to a persons well-being, and they assure you its being filled at that very moment and that they definitely have it in stock..only to find out when you come to pick it up that they in fact never had it to begin with and it wont be there for almost a week is absolutely unacceptable. If you dont plan on having it anytime soon I would at least appreciate the person on the phone having the consideration to tell me the correct information so other arrangements can be made. On a Friday evening no less when your doctor will not be available for the next few days to even get a transfer. I dont care about how the rest of the store operates, people are just trying to manage their health problems to the best of their abilities and its pretty awful to be so careless when it comes to the medical needs of their customers. I will go out of my way to avoid ever patronizing any CVS in the future, whether its for a prescription or a candy bar.
Being a UPSer my visit entailed the service for UPS ACCESS POINTS. From upon arrival as packed as the store was the delegation was phenomenal... acknowledgement, friendliness courteousness from Monica & Britney was very professional. The manager Kira was called up and she was just as friendly and professional. With the pick up she even went ahead to check and confirm process of efficiency for the concern of accuracy to service. This is the collaboration of #1 Global Leader in Logistics & CVS teaming up to provide accommodation and prestige service to consumers.****A little f.y.i. CVS & UPS has paired up in pharmaceutical delivery and newly innovative delivery through drones... The online shipping is packed and designed a trademark stamp of THE HEART OF CVS authenticity. Deals and Saving for the holiday will surely put some happy festivity into your seasonWith CVS Extra Care card I’ve saved over $300.00 this year.... If your not a member inquire and sign up The savings are endless savingsThrough and through CVS isThe Heart of Service & Integrity....
Ideally, I would like to select zero stars. Im writing this review as I wait for the pharmacy for the last time. The wait times and lines are absolutely horrendous.Today, while on line, I overheard that someone unfortunately overdosed on heroin in their bathroom. The only positive is that they are 24 hours, but its not good enough for me. Staff has zero sense of urgency, though they are polite.
Some of the nicest kindest people that work in the pharmacy. The night manager is always there to help you if you have any problems or inquiries. I have been going there for many years now and will continue to use them in the future.Oh yeah, they have 24 drive through service.
My daughter had a doctors appointment today and the doctor called in liquid ibuprofen. I went to pick up my daughters prescription. Angelina helped me get my prescription.I did not check the bag untill I got home to notice their was no measuring cup. When I worked at a pharmacy I was trained to make sure you look at the prescription and make sure that the prescription if was liquid to make sure the customer has a measuring cup. I mean how else are they suppose to give their kid the right amount. And I couldnt go back and get one bc I was in a car accident and only had a ride for the one trip. This was a totally inconveniently experience.
I went in to print photos. I told an associate and a woman manager both kiosks needed paper. She said give me a minute. She then proceeded to carry on as conversation with s vendor and finally I saw machine working. She didnt even acknowledge this to me. I downloasked the app and was having trouble with internet. I again asked her for assistance and she said in a few minutes. She then continued her conversation with the vendor and did not acknowledge me again. After waiting several minutes while they laughed and.were talking about common people they knew I left. I worked in retail for 18 years and the biggest mistake you can make is making a customer feel invisible. Even though I live right around the corner I will never go there again. There ate several rite aid and Walgreens that will appreciate my business.
Ladies if you’re shopping with your husbands, beware....the cashier that works at night of November 3, 2018 last night Saturday will make you feel so uncomfortable because she will flirt with your husband and made sure you will feel you don’t exist. I asked her to scan an item that doesn’t have a price tag, she told me that I can scan it in the coupon scan ....mind you it’s not even busy. Why???? So she can flirt with my husband more. The candle that I picked, she keep asking my husband if he opened it and smelled it. She even leaned forward in the counter to come closer. She said she loved it so much... and I’m the one that picked it. My husband was so uncomfortable and just being polite to answer her so many questions, even asking him where is he from. Sad really sad woman. She wants a husband, go to a dating site. Woman like her makes us look so bad. Remember this... thou shalt not covet your neighbor’s wife/husband. I have to say that probably she thought my husband is a rich guy, sorry he’s not I’m the one paying the mortgage and the bills. Thanks for boosting his ego even you’re not his type. She has no respect, no shame. If CVS in this area wants their ratings to go up, TRAIN your staff with better customer service and I mean better customer service to help people to check out not to check their husbands.
Scripts take forever, and not ready when promised, when told script would be another hour or more, on two separate occasions a text came in ten minutes later- as soon as l pulled into my drive. Is CVS inept or do they take pleasure in continuing to upset people? I work at clinics at St Charles and Stony Brook and will go out of my way to tell patients to go elsewhere. The neighboring community to PJS, CVS at Fairfield North where my mom lives say many are disgusted with the service at CVS and are heading to Rite Aid... maybe when less busy they will screw up less, or care more, or close. You are dealing with sick people who have little patience for your incompetence and your complete lack of care and concern for your customers. With all the mail order pharmacies and local competition l would think CVS might need to reevaluate priorities.
The mismanagement of the pharmacy will most certainly result (if it has not already) in the death of innocent people. Two years ago they messed up something about my prescription, on whether or not the refills are monthly or quarterly, and they still have not straightened it out. As a result, I cannot get the medication I need without bothering my doctors office every single time I need a refill. The worst part is that nobody who works there seems to care. I may just have to literally die in protest.
Cashier Victoria totally inept at her job. Couldnt even ring up all my items without being handed directly to her, even though they were right in front of her on the counter. Had to get adjustment because she didnt take off the coupon I handed her, apparently forgot it was in her hand. Took forever for manager to come up after being paged. Havent shopped here in quite a while, now I remember why.
This pharmacy has the worst pharmacists and pharmacy techs ive ever come across, there lazy and do not care or empathize with the customer at all. Ive had nothing but continuous problems here and will never walk through those doors again, and i will make it a point to make sure family and friends avoid it also.
This place repeatedly messes up my wifes birth control pills. They mess up so much to the point that Im thoroughly convinced it isnt simply incompetence but deliberate interference in womens health and reproductive Rights. Is it just this particular location that is run by some anti-choice nut or is it a corporate decision?

2022-06-24My first impression when I went to the consult window, was looking down and there is a lose pill on the floor. I inform staff, and it’s picked up and put back into the bottle, pretty unsanitary. The pharmacist is picking up the phone while I’m standing there and speaking to customers for 15-20 min while I’m just staring at the wall. Finally it’s my turn and I simply ask if my medication (which is controlled) is able to be filled since the last pharmacy didn’t have enough. I didn’t want to fill it, simply wanted to know if the store had means to fill it. The pharmacist looks at me and goes “well what’s wrong with you in a judging and facetious tone?” I replied with “I don’t feel comfortable saying my health condition to you in front of about 8 staff and 5 customers in ear shot, I also don’t know your credentials I just met you 1 min ago” then I was told she’s the pharmacist and she doesn’t feel like filling and and keeps asking what’s wrong with me. Eventually I tell her my personal health condition while I tear up and hold back crying and felt so ashamed and embarked that I eventually left. By far the most horrible experience I’ve had in my life. The stigma is understandable, the concern is understandable however, some people really need this medication and there are far better ways to handle a situation like this. Public shaming and embarrassment isn’t one. Also I think she should have a more watchful eye with her staff seeing as their are lose pills on the floor.

2022-03-21I’ve been a patient / client with pharmacy for more than five years. I treat with two different providers during the month and out of nowhere I was told I could no longer fill my prescription there because they didn’t receive the diagnostic codes, this was done from day one and my prescriptions never increased, they only decreased in strength. I was left scrambling at the last minute and ran out of my medications. I think it was due to one pharmacist in particular trying to make it impossible for me to get things covered, the only good thing is that they are open 24 hours but their computer servers always are down from 3am 5 am. I would recommend going to a boutique pharmacy for example heritage chemist in Mount Sinai

2022-04-27There staff needs to be retrained or fired. I know how that may sound however my wife and I have had Numerous problems there as of recently. First off they discriminated her completely by making a comment towards her form of payment without getting into what it was the cashier was like you do this often huh because she was using two different payments not credit card or debit or cash without saying what type of payment it was as I dont want to post that publicly I called store manager and he apologized and gave me a 10 dollar credit for the store (so I thought) I go in and say well the store manager gave me credit and Monica was condescending and rude and said no he didnt that should have been a big indicator but I still use them for meds until today so lets start off why I decided to switch pharmacies first and foremost the other day I went to hospital and the hospital prescribed medicine and thank God I didnt need it that badly because the over night pharmacist is very rude and the pharmacy was closed it was around 330 am because he was on break now I know they are allowed breaks however no where in the store is it posted that they will be closed for break at a time aside from the afternoon and again he was rude as if we were. Bothering him he was behind the pharmacy still and my last straw happened today I went to pick up medication that my Dr sent Albuterol inhaler and there is one that doesnt work for me at all which is the red one so I asked them if I can get the white one which then became a whole ordeal like I was bothering them and the associate rolled his eyes at me and was becoming increasingly frustrated and the pharmacist was getting annoyed to stating that hes going to have to pay for the blue one as its not covered and Im aware certain ones arent covered thats why I asked for the white one as I know which one is normally I do get the white one without issue until now all of a sudden they need to be retrained in customer service as its despicable Im changing to Walgreens from now on my recommendation is if you dont have to go here for elsewhere there are despicably rude and get frustrated way to quickly

2021-08-25I’m giving this store 5 stars because of how great the employee Anthony was. I came in very late Saturday night maybe 12 am and after I left I realized I had lost my debit card. Figured I’d check if they found it so I went back to CVS and Anthony kept it behind the counter for me after finding it and was super friendly even before this. Super grateful for him!

2021-11-23Had to seek a physician late at night for an emergency perscription to be treated for a UTI. There isn’t any other 24 hour CVS pharmacys near me, so this was was my only choice and 20 minutes away. Once the Dr. sent over the perscription I waited a little then headed to this location. Once I pulled into the drive thru, an employee with an attitude told me thier “systems are down” and I have to come back tomorrow. Waste of my time. Avoid this location.

2021-12-02Giving this store a 1 because like most of your other customers, I tell the truth. Your store is advertising items Bogo. Then they charge for both. When you bring it to show them two days later they yell at us all those signs are down. Your store always charges wrong prices.

2021-04-04This CVS is a good store. The pharmacy is very good and hardly ever a wait. Clean store. I guess times have changed because they are mainly automated at checkout.
