Went to CVS this morning to buy laundry detergent. The laundry detergent was locked up, so I had to get assistance to get it opened. When I got to the front of the store to the self-service cash out area the employee notified me that I couldn’t punch in my phone number for my loyalty card discount she said the system was down I had to have my loyalty card if I wanted the store discount. I asked if she had a courtesy card I could use since I couldn’t put in my phone number. She said no , so I ended up leaving my items. Bad customer service I was very disappointed. Ended up going down the road to Walgreens
Had 9:00 am booster appointment with no problem. Tried Walgreens(Cropsy) on Sat. & unable to get vaccinated. Computer problem & no help desk on weekends; told me to come back Mon., told them no way. Waited 70 minutes to be told there was no help desk available W/E.
Horrible pharmacy ! The employees in the front today really showed out and one Hispanic cashier cursed me out because she was talking to a customer for 40 minutes about their life while I am just trying to get out. I will be calling in about this.
CVS should have had the decency to contact me that they were out of boosters since I made an appointment. Waste of my time
Too crowded! All products are Mostly locked in cages and you have to wait for some one to open the cage for 10mns and then wait another 10mns to pay for the item. Just crazy!
This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been in. The pharmacy dept is short handed. And they lie when the medicine is ready. Got a call for a 1:31 pm pick up. Got there at 2:09 pm still not ready and now it’s 2:20 pm the clerk said 10 minutes 15 minutes ago horrible service stay away from this pharmacy it sucks!!!!
I parked in their lot and went across the street to get money from the bank for about 10 min and shop at CVS. When I returned the manager had my car on the tow truck because your are not supposed to park there if you are not shopping at their store. Even after explaining and arguing he didnt care and walked away. However, the tow truck driver was kind enough that he took my car down and didnt take any money from me. This is supposed to be a community store. That is not the way to treat your customers in your communty. I used to shop there frequently but they lost a customer forever.
Placed an order online for pictures that I needed for work presentation and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. When I arrived they told me machine was broken and it will be repaired later on in day. I went the next day and they said machine was still not working and they had no idea when it would be replaced. Look elsewhere if you need photos printed NOT at CVS
Called the pharmacy, transferred and they never picked up, kept calling back same nonsense, how is it possible no one can answer a phone and give a status. The little pharmacy on the corner of Lafayette the best, hands down. Done with CVS
The Pharmacist on staff right now, 2/27/19, at 11:45 AM (and she was on yesterday), is the worst Pharmacist EVER. She is not helpful at all, to Providers or to Patients. CVS, may you please retrain her? Transfer her? Or better yet, TERMINATE HER??? Thank you! Feel free to reach out to me if you would like further comment on specifics.
Horrible customer service. Came in looking for some medicine which they have locked up. I pressed the button to get help to unlock it and no one ever came by. I pressed the button 4 times and looked around for help and everyone ignored me. So I left with nothing. Not ever going in there again.
Pharmacy staff is the best, no matter what time of day I go, no matter how busy they are. I like the self-service check out. Store looks organized. Parking is never a problem.
Doctor called in my prescription at 1PM in the afternoon. Why do I have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my medication at 8 PM? Unacceptable. The CVS inside Target is WAY better.
I only frequent because its convenient/has a parking lot/is open 24 hours... otherwise I wouldnt because there is perpetually a line that moves at a snails pace at the pharmacy, and they are always out of stock like they cant figure out how to properly do inventory.Also be sure you never buy any of the refrigerated or frozen products because their freezers are constantly out of order and I know for a fact they just leave the beer in there and let it warm and then re-cool when the machines are fixed. So unless you want freezer burnt pizzas and skunked beer, please dont buy it there.
They seem to have more then their fair share of mix up when it comes to actually filling what my Dr says they sent through. But on the other hand they are 24 hrs so they get extra points for that. So if thats what you need I recomend this place but if you already have a reliable pharmacy Id say sick with it.
If you badly need the meds, I wouldn’t have my MD send it here anymore. They don’t pick up the phone. Your condition will get worse if you have to wait for these people.
DONT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE !!So I saved up $25 from all the weeks I get money and wanted to buy a Xbox $25 gift card so I can spend money on vbucks in Fortnite, I was sooo happy and excited because I never spend money on this game but as soon as I got home and logged in and put in the code it said “Code not yet active, contact merchant” as soon as I saw that I was furious. My dad would not drive me so I had to walk so much. 30 min later I arrive at the cvs and talk to the employee they think I’m trying to scam them when I have. Proof I bought it, and I had the recipt. The thing is the recipt printer gave me a completely different recipt and said “PS4 $25” meanwhile I don’t even have a ps4 the stupid employee did not refund me and told me to go on Microsoft to contact them. Meanwhile they’re not even helping me at all. One of the lady’s crumbled up the recipt but later on I get it back. This store is not the right place for gift cards, but if you do buy them MAKE SURE to NOT go in the self checkouts, and get an employee to do it for you. anyways GO TO TARGRT!!
They went from several cashiers over the years to one! Now most of the time they send you to self-check which is not always reliable.
VERY POOR pharmacy section of th store the store. I feel as thought most employees are incompetent and cant do even the most basic simple tasks. I am a medical doctor and I am appalled these kind of people are making some simple errors.Whats worse is that they have given people the wrong dosages of their medicaton and there is hard proof of that.GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PHARMACY SECTION!Some of you individuals do seem to care a lot and have been helpful and that is the spanish woman who takes in new prescription drop offs. She is an angel and has helped me figure out many issues I had been having with my medications and insurance quickly, and effectively and always with a great attitude! KEEEP HER CVS!
Pharmacy staff not pleasant. They approved a three month supply. They told me on Sunday to pick it up on Tuesday. I get there on Tuesday at 9:30 at night. They told me to wait. It will be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passes and they tell me they don’t have the three month supply they only have one month supply. What a dishonest way to do business
This 24/7 CVS has brought the people in Throgs Neck in the Bronx nothing but garbage and criminals. The Residents in Throgs Neck are so tired of cleaning after CVS. Strangers lurking and probably living in the parking lot and in front of our homes all hours of the night. God knows what kind of criminal activities that are happening in their Parking Lot. Theres two entrances and just garbage everywhere on everyones property. I called CVS and they do not seem to care that they are RUINING OUR BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD! I called their customer service numbers and no one has a clue who to transfer my call to. Going to a community board meeting about shutting them down.
On hold over an hour. Never picked up. I went to urgent care. Need my meds ASAP. 8 hours later, they said it won’t be ready until the next day. Never again.
I brought my Mother here for a Co-Vid shot recently. The pharmacists were so nice.

Very polite and inviting store always clean and stocked. The staff is also coupon friendly giving no problems at register. I would hands down recommend this location to anyone I know!

Theyre pharmacy is the worst!!!!!! Every single time we come here, they dont have the correct information, they make up their own dates of birth for my kids and theyre slow as hell!!!!!

2022-05-18Every time I go to the pharmacy there is a line throughout the store. More importantly I am told a different, and Later, date for my Rxs. I have stopped getting my heart and BP meds there. I still, unfortunately, have to get my pain meds there because they are controlled. I never get them on time. That store needs more employees and more qualified HEAD Pharmacists.

2022-01-04Terrible service. Im trying to help my mother getting her prescription and theyre not telling her if its been picked up for delivery and they arent picking up both mine and her calls. She has covid and she cant go out and I cant go out due to her being asymptomatic and having asthma. If I could give 0 stars I would, this store seriously needs better management in how they handle their service and being precise in handling perscriptions

2021-07-27Lines are long, if your prescription was sent here you will definitely need to show up if you need them because they are not filling the prescription for a few days until you get a notification letting you know your meds are ready.

2021-10-24The Pharmacy service is terrible. I waited on hold for and hour and a half before someone answered my call. It’s understandable that pharmacies can get busy, but the wait time to speak with someone over the phone is absurd. The patients over the phone are just as important as the patients that are able to visit the pharmacy in-person.

2021-11-29In all the years this pharmacy has been open never once did a cashier know how to operate the cash deposit feature via PayPal, CashApp, Debit Cards, etc.. Its scan merchandise and process purchase like a robot. They do not know how to accept payments for the same company they selling new cards for. Corporate should look into it again bc theyve been contact about before.

2022-01-08Shear nightmare. They are clueless in the dark. How can you leave a pharmacy and they call you ten minutes later and a day later you have a prescription the shelf are bare. Barely have any workers who actually know what they are talking about in the evening. RunThen if you call they pick up and leave on hold forever then they picked up and hang up. How are they in business?????????

2022-03-11If I could I would give this place 0 stars they allow people to bring their dogs in there that are not control barking crazy and then go and attack other patrons. I was just bitten by one of a dog in that store do not come here take your money elsewhere go to Walgreens or mom and pop place this place should be shut down.

2022-01-03I arrived at midnight for a 1AM appointment for a covid booster shot..had a baaad feeling when i pulled up and saw all the thrash in the parking lot. Anyway i entered the building and right away noticed people walking around with no masks while the security guard slept..went to the desk and had to wait until the pharmacist finished his phone call.. who is he talking to at 1am in the middle of the night i wondered to myself..After 10mins he came over and told me in the most flippant way possible.... they were out of booster shots and i had to come back another time..Unreal almost surreal..I wouldnt go here to save my life..Stay away...!!

2021-11-30Was on hold for 20 minutes with pharmacy, and then hung up on. Going on another 10 minutes. This is the 3rd pharmacy I’m trying to contact for my father, a metastatic bone cancer patient who just wants his pain medication. All I need to know if is they were able to fill his Rx. This organization is disgusting. I’ll be calling corporate to complain and waste more of my time though.
