Recently used this CVS as my Covid Vacinne Site. A horrible experience. The place is unclean and dusty. The Bald manager is horrible. He intentionly caused confusion, and created long lines for the Vaccine, jus so he can bring certain people in ahead of others there with appointments. I had to complain to him he was not doing his job proper putting eldery and others on line with health issues at risk is what he was doing. He didnt know I was there the day before as sell with my daughter. She was skipped more than once. Again had to complain. Waited 2hours that day to get her Vaccine. Entirely for no reason , there was no crowd when she not I arrived, but the manager created a long line. Do not go to this CVS Pharmacy.. If u coose to go and observe the madness first and please write a review.
They dont pick up the phone and pharmacist doesnt wear a mask while having a cough.
The absolute worst pharmacy ever!! Their pharmacy constantly gets prescriptions wrong then tries to blame you for it when its their fault. None of them care about their jobs. Everyone here is rude and has an attitude for no reason at all.

Today I came in to buy some essentials after my workout. I came in wearing my gym clothing with my teenager and as soon as we walked in the security guard stood in front of the aisle and stared us down the whole time we were there. Only when I moved to another aisle did he move... to follow my every move. He went out of his way to make sure I saw him and knew he was following me. I have never shopped in this CVS because I have one closer to home. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. After reading some reviews I noticed someone else had the exact same issue I did a few weeks ago. I will gladly go another place to spend my money. As long as you guys hire unprofessional security guards you will continue to lose clients.
Aug 18th @3pm came in to look for some makeup. Stood in the makeup aisle for a while to look for a specific foundation, and the security guard came to the aisle right in front of me to stare me down. He stood in the aisle the whole time to watch me. Mind you I’m dressed in regular workout clothing, nothing suspicious at all and he felt the need to stand there the whole time and watch me. Left the store sooner than I intended to because I felt uncomfortable and annoyed as hell. Bad customer service bad experience. I’ve been coming to this store for 20 years now, but I will not be returning. Very rude and unprofessional. I’ll be happy spending my money elsewhere.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Went to this CVS to get some laundry detergent. I was almost immediately confronted by a loss prevention employee who accused me a of trying to steal something. I worked in loss prevention for years and understand how it works, and his actions were completely out of line and were actually in violation of my civil rights. I will never shop at this CVS again.
Its like most CVS. Has a pretty good selection of products. Not very big, and many of the isles are cramped if there are more than one or two people in them. If you go during the early afternoons there’s often not any line at the registers. However from around 5 onward there’s always a line, sometimes a very long one.
The worst cvs pharmacy in New York... lame excuses... no care for helping you whatsoever... diabetic and I have to go back an forth to get insulin because they dont care of giving it to you... never had these kind of problems. But its been more that 4 months that I have issues with them giving me my medication correctly... should change staff and management not ran properly
Never call they won’t pick up , been on hold for an hour , for something that’ll take 2 minutes. And the other locations in the area won’t answer either.
They never pick up the phone and when they do is a long freakin wait... If it were an emergency i be dead by now... Im switching pharmacys... Tge store in general has a nice selection of things... But the pharmacy sucks!!!!

Worst CVS ever. The staff is awful, they always give you attitude and they dont know how to treat customers, especially the manager. I will not be going to any other CVS ever. Rite Aid all the way now!

Worst place.. long lines, one register open, at least give jobs back to community by opening 3 more registers, its more then lazy, the least they can do considering how much we spend on thier overpriced goods

The customer service of this pharmacy is horrible I have tried to cancel a prescription and this has been an odyssey, when I call they take more than 30 minutes to pick up the phone, after taking it they put you on hold and I have several days trying to solve this And the last calls I have made have left me waiting for an hour and in the end I have to hang up, they also tell me there are no problems we are going to cancel your prescription, hang up but when I check they do not do it, what do I tell them this has been horrible, no I recommend it
Unfriendly employees count twice and dont say sorry and dont solve it
I like it because they are very fast and responsible with customers
I found the mask and base that is out of stock everywhere

2022-06-14Theres a white Mexican woman and an Asian woman that work in the pharmacy section and they are lazy and rude. Initially I called in because I needed a transfer and the woman on the phone was huffing and puffing, getting upset by my questions. In the middle of me asking a question, she hangs up. When I went to the location, the white Mexican didnt even want to check my information and sent me to the Asian woman. The Asian woman had the audacity to ask me if the Mexican couldnt find my information and when I said the Mexican didnt even attempt to look it up, she ignored me. The Asian didnt want to answer my questions either but a kind Hispanic man answered ALL of my questions. When I thanked him for his patience, the Mexican woman decided to switch out with another cashier to avoid me. (feeling guilty? GOOD!)Its like these people think that we as customers should just accept what they say and do without questioning or asking for clarity. They are lazy! I have the right to ask for the medication that I feel the most comfortable taking, not the medicine that is cheapest or the least work. I know filing a complaint wont solve anything and just cause more stress for me, but be warned that these people lack customer service skills, are very lazy and disrespectful. I will never do anything pharmacy related here, unless its my only option.

2022-07-02Horrible service. Do not check computer correctly for medical information. Close early and leave patients high and dry. They should be closed down permanently. They are awful and rude and leave you without your basics needs met. Not doing their job at all. Choose another pharmacy and do yourself a favor.

2022-06-18Pharmacy has a bad rep because customer blame the workers for the Pharma lack of drugs etc. They are very nice and helpful but if you come out of you face who wouldnt react.

2021-10-11I felt the Pharmacist had an attitude but I wont denied she helped me at the end. Maybe if CVS adds more ppl it ll be different bc the line aint short at all.

2022-01-06I dont understand why the Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. Employees in person are great. But I could NEVER get thru to them over the phone. Neither can my provider. Its ridiculous.

2022-01-03The store manager Khan, if that’s even his name bc he did not want to give me his name, is extremely rude and should not manage a store. He told me, with a nasty and unprofessional tone, to call corporate and for ME to tell them his photo printer isn’t working for the last 5 months as if that isn’t his job as the manager. He then proceeded to walk away without a solution about how to get my pictures or money back. He was of no help, very rude, and unprofessional.

2021-11-28I was quite happy to get my flu shot at this CVS location. The nurse was not only extremely skilled but also went out of the way to help me get my daughter, who was scheduled at a different location, rescheduled to this location to save time and effort for us.

2021-11-15Trying to get a flu shot was traumatic. The female pharmacy worker whom administers shot was rude, almost destroyed my covid vaccination card by being distracted. Threw my card back after finding i didnt need a covid shot but the flu shot. Im afraid to go back . i get my prescription there. What do i do??

2021-09-06I took the covid 19 vaccine there and when I took the first dose, the woman who gave me the vaccine gave me it very softly and 1 day later I felt better. But when I took the second dose there was an employee change. So a young man gave me the vaccine instead. He gave me if very quickly and he pressed so hard that I almost thought it touched my bone. I still feel pain 6 days after the second dose.

2021-05-03I went to this place because I had my first Covid vaccine here. I was told to come back, even though I had (unknowingly) placed an appointment for a different location online. And so I showed up here to get vaccinated today, only to have them have me standing here for at least 30 minutes to TRY and get me to get it done here. Then, while waiting, they took another client just by looking at his card and not confirming his appointment time in their system. Not to mention, the woman “helping” towards the back is very rude, not helpful at all, and has an attitude. I give 1 star because they called and were able to move my appointment here, which was nice of them.
