Employees and manager werevery unprofessional and unpleasant. I went to the get a Covid-19 test and they didn’t want to provide it to me, First it was that I need my confirmation number printed in a paper, then it was that I was early and I got there 10 min before my appointment, and then they said that the person was on break.Have it in mind that it clearly states to be 15 min early.Very unprofessional and trying to create their own rules and laws.
Amazing pharmacy workers ! Even as busy as it can get. Each and every single employee always keeps a positive attitude to keep customers happy !Francis is SO helpful when it comes to getting your vaccines, she will ensure that you feel comfortable and Secure. I wish i could give this place NO stars.I regret the day i came here and wish i would of read these reviews before coming.I scheduled a COVID test at the drive thru. I made an appointment online for 10am and 10:10am for my child. I did not get tested until 11:35am. I was beyond upset. When i arrived at 10am there was four cars in front of me. Those same four cars remained there until my aunt went inside and gave them a peace of her mind. We have gone to other CVS sites and have never been waiting for more then 10 mins. Were in the middle of a pandemic and the women behind the window are moving at snail speed. Once my aunt got back into the car, the line magically began to move. I had a little bit of hope BUT when i made it to the window, i had to wait an additional 25mins and i cant help but feel like that was done on PURPOSE. The lady who was helping with the testing was on her phone DOING NOTHING. After waiting we knocker on the window to ask her what was taking so long. She claimed she was entering me into the system but i scheduled my appointment online. When i went to the window she asked for my confirmation #s and confirmed all my info with me aka i was already in the system. So she was full of it.I will never come here again. EVER.
Hands down the WORST PLACE EVER!! Made an appointment for COVID-19 Test and waited in the drive-thru line for MORE THAN AN HOUR and finally when it came to us, she said theyre done testing for today, and we have to reschedule for an appointment. She didnt even bother to apologize or give a reason for the long wait.Just avoid if you can, it will save you a ton of time. You can thank me later.
This is the worst pharmacy to go to. They dont pick up calls, Ive waited on hold for over an hr before. The meds are never ready when they should be. Dr sent antibiotics on a Saturday, went on Monday it wasnt ready. Received text that meds were ready for pick up ..went in on Tuesday not ready!!
Long line and bad at filling prescriptions on time, their caremark app is always wrong. Just waited 1 hour and 45 mins for the pharmacist to tell me both my prescriptions could not be filled tonight and I would have to come back tomorrow... That was after being told to wait another 30 mins for them to be filled tonight. On top of that she instructs me to go 40 mins to a 24 hr pharmacy to get them filled... That would have been helpful to know before I spend close to 2 hours there.Also one of the pharmacist has a habit of screaming your prescription name at the top of her lungs, are people no longer allowed any shred of privacy. Its super unprofessional
The customer service here is impeccable. There’s a sale on always infinity for 4 bucks so the shelves were nearly empty. I asked one of the workers if they had any extra in the back. They had boxed in the aisles (I’m assuming a new shipment) and he proceeded to open them up and check for me. He also went to the back and looked around! Although they wound up being all out, the initiative he took to truly help was surely appreciated. I frequent this CVS and they’re usually in stock of what I need, it’s clean, usually not super busy (can’t speak for the pharmacy lol) and the customer service is always on point.
Wish I could really give a zero. Service is horrible. You call and hold on for over an hour. They fill some of the prescriptions and leave other infilled and doesn’t provide an explanation. The drive through is snail slow. Have never had a pleasing encounter at then I place.
I have never waiting in a drive thru line this long wow, arriving 1 hour early to the appointment STILL would have made us late on account of the drive thru line being so slow and long. It just won’t move for 30 minutes at a time!!! What are they doing in here??? Infuriating
One of the worst cvs I have ever been to . I been waiting for a week for my refill of my prenatal and every time they call for my to come get them and I arrive they tell me they don’t have that it. That will be ready the next day but when I come rushing from work to get them they say they don’t have and never seem to want to find a solution . As soon as I go back to see my doctor I will definitely have them change my pharmacy. Also the lines are so long at the pharmacy and the people at the counter seem to want to always keep conversation instead of attending the customers .
Always a long wait time. Medications delivered a week prior and when you get in, always over 30 mins to wait. They wait until you get in to process meds. You try calling and every 20mins call is answered and hung up on. After 1.5 hrs trying to call I gave up. Theres always an issue and tons of frustrated patients. Never fails. If there was another cvs I would go. If youre sick dont bother showing up here
This store is ok. I like the store layout and how theres sufficient room to walk. The manager on duty helped me find the things I needed. My only complain is some of the workers on the floor are not proactive in speaking to people, I needed to speak to them before they decided to speak to me. They seem antisocial. Nonetheless, I completed my shopping and everything was ok.To the people complaining about wait-time, stop crying. Waiting is a part of life, the world does not operate on your time.
Trash pharmacy always has a long line ..one day they open next they not waited over 29 min at drive thru just to get up to the window and still be told to come inside..some odd reason they phones are down this place is horrible never hire if asked but lines be backed up shelves sometime empty out
There are TWo female employees there who are gems. There are other things I can complain about at the store (nothing to lose my mind over), but these two women are treats. One of them works in the early mornings (she often has on biker gloves and the other is a loud (say that in a good way) one who often wears braids of colorful hair. The first one is so warm and sincere in her greetings and her goodbyes. She is ALWAYS smiling and courteous and takes her time with customers and REMEMBERS your face.The other one will greet you from the streets and I dont care what she is doing or helping, she acknowledges your presence. IT might seem simple in a place like New York where people ignore each other and overlook each other, but it means a whole lot and I, a customer, take notice of this. The store is one thing. The HUMANITY is what I find most pleasant because for most of us, life is about a check and that is all most of us care about. We forget to smile, to care, to let others know we see them and are willing to help.
Unprofessional!First, They only brush people aside to clear their area. They called me on Friday to pick up my meds. When i got there on Monday, the idiot tells me come back in an hour. Cool..NP.When i get there and wait on line for 15min, she said please give her another 5min...after 10 min she comes back and said they are out of stock. Doesnt know when shell get more. Most of the times when I visit CVS, its because I have to get medication. The staff has always beenvery friendly and coordial. Waiting time for medication can be a bit fraustrating, specially when evryone in the neighborhood has a family member ill.Over all an excellent place to shop.
Didnt know what time the pharmacy close. I was waiting to be serve. The person behind the counter walked away without telling me the pharmacy was closing. All I seen was the gate coming down to seal off the pharmacy area. Manager refused to give me the worker name. I called the cooperation.
From Walking in and been greeted asking if I need help finding the items I needed walking me to the items if I cant find it always having a smile and telling me to have a good day on my way out ... yeah this is the place.... staff are amazing and they are all hard workers ..... MANAGERS all are amazing .....Assami....Justiana....Hailey....Raheem...... And I cant forget my cashiers ..... specially Jill.... she is the sweetest and the most energetic....
I used to go to this pharmacy all the time, they are always new people working there with no experience and very rude.. they have no idea about products location plus about sales item and discounts. The security guard is extremely rude and loud.. i recently went there and the manager and the females behind the register where very disrespectful.. i used to love coming here because the employees where every helpful and kind but after my recent experience i am not coming back ever here.. its very sad that employees make a wonderful store turned bad..
THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER DEALT WITH, STANDING ON LINE FOR 20 MINS WHILE THEY CONVERSE AND DO EVERYTHING BUT HELP THE CUSTOMERS, THEN TRYING TO CALL IS EVEN WORSE, ON HOLD FOR 10 MINS AND IM WATCHING AS THEY WALK PASS THE PHONE AS IT RINGS AND SAYS.....2 PHARMACY CALLS ON HOLD. SMH, THEY SHOULD FIRE EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING HERE.
Horrible manager ,who speaks nasty to staff,,disrespectful,,and now theses days sells cleaning products,such as hand sanitizer and disinfecting stuff under the table to couple of people for big profitsRegular customers from the neighborhood can never by any of itReported to the city !!!!! Bad very bad 09/26/2020 I went to make a money gram shipment I paid with 6 of 20 and I sent 100 the cashier only gave me two change when I should have given twelve and I told him that there were 10 left to which he replied that no and that he would count the money from money gram to verify and he came back and said that he had no more money that I did not give him more and then I left the pharmacy, I returned and I insisted and he said that the accounts were fine and I told him why He did not check the cameras, he said it was not necessary because the accounts were good, it is not fair, it is 10 dollars and for how the situation is being lived but I had to leave it like that I was a client followed from there but I am no longer disappointed I was very bad experience 👎

2022-04-16This pharmacy is always busy but the customer service has always been a pleasant one. Usually Brittany helps me and is a pleasure to work with but recently I ran in 15 minutes before closing time and as Victor and Wil were preparing to close I had an insurance and refill issue that I was sure they were going to just tell me come back tomorrow. Turns out I was so wrong they both stood there and together figured out what the error was and took care of making sure my refills would be ready the next day. I can see in both their faces that it was a long tiring day but they gave me the best customer service they could when it was now 2 minutes before closing. Thank you again guys.

2022-06-10I had 6 months supply of my medecine and these people never call me to tell me my medicine is ready for pick up. Today they tell me wait 45 minutes for the medicine, i waited for them, when picking up they tell me they making it to wait 20 more mins. to then tell me they didn’t have it. SMFH im switching this worthless.

2022-06-02The store has a drive through but wont service walk up ...during the pandemic they serviced walk ups but now the policy states that you need a car ...I feel that you should serve the customer and not inconvenience them

2021-12-21CVS is pretty clean &orderly but they slack on employees when the store is crowded theres lines.,and the have a few cashiers open. Theres a waiting period wich I think is of no good. People want to buy or pick up their medicine 💊 and leave. Now with this Covid situation they are not going to wait.

2021-11-03Im so sick and tired of this pharmacy. If you have Medicaid with or without an HMO, I recommend going to one of those little privately owned pharmacys . you wont come out of pocket or a small co-pay and you wont be waiting on line for 30+ minutes anytime you decide to visit the store. They would let you have a heart attack over $1. The customer service there is absolutely horrible. No customer should have to wait on that pharmacy line for that long while other staff could help they rather do other things. The lines are always long its ridiculous! Very poor management! DO NOT USE CVS THIS IS A WARNING!

2021-10-15Waited on the phone for 30 mins for someone to pick up. Asked for them to transfer a prescription for my sick child because my old pharmacy wont take my insurance anymore. They said it would take 2-3 hours, which is insane tbh but I waited anyway. Next morning I call, waited 30 mins again for someone to pick up, and they dont even have the transfer on file. Extremely unprofessional, I gave them more than enough time to get it done because I know covid makes this tough in the pharmacy, but theres only so much people can deal with. Now Im just going to pay for my meds at my old pharmacy because Im not going to wait until they feel like getting it done. The wait on the phone is already enough to drive someone crazy, but the incompetent workers is the cherry on top.

Every time I go they always greeting you but I like this girl her name is Marilyn every time I come in she always welcomed me and asked me how I’m doing thanks to I subscribed to the carepass and I she helped to get the cvs extracare card which is a god help , because every time I shop in the store I get coupons ....
