Consistently good service, staff is friendly and helpful, and shelves are generally stocked. Even during the Great Paper Product Shortage of 2020, they had *decent* enough stock considering the circumstances (thats not to say shelves were sometimes empty, but they had stuff on them more often than not).My biggest issue is with the pharmacy - the staff is awesome, in my experience - but they need more staff. When theyve got a good handful of people behind the counter, I find everything goes pretty smoothly, even if one customer ends up having some long situation that needs resolving (insurance issues, questions, complaints, or just a lot of meds or something), but when the pharmacy is shorter staffed.... wait times go up drastically - but even then, the staff members are on point and are still cheerful!Otherwise, I cant complain about this location - its been the place Ive gone to since I was born, and since I could comprehend anything, this place has been fantastic. The occasional wait times are the only reason I took off a star, but its on a technicality; the current climate for finding work seems to be really wonky for employers and employees.

I went to take a Covid test today via drive-through window. The attendant/technician by the name Tess/ Tes was very rude with a very bad attitude. She does not acknowledge you, speaks in a very rude way and I don’t appreciate it. You need to train your stuff members to basic customer service skills, say hello, smile and do your job properly. We are giving you a business.

I did a drive thru Covid PCR test and it took close to an hour. There were only 3 cars ahead of me, and I’ve taken them at other cvs locations and none have taken this long. They had nothing prepared and only put the test kit together once I pulled up to the window. Then the results took over 2 days to get back.

Busy store but it is usually well staffed. Recently renovated with added space for more food for sale. Store is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and professional.

There was a recent change to my insurance (which was, fortunately, rescinded) that meant Id have to change pharmacies. The prices are set by insurance & everything on the customer side of the counter is actually Target products, not CVS. So what makes this CVS so special? Its the staff. They are friendly, gracious, & as accommodating as possible. There is a CVS much closer to my house but this is where I will go.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for year for me and my family and never had an issue and if I have to wait it doesn’t take long. They are doing an amazing job even with the pandemic and I’m happy with the service they provide

Its alright. Decently clean but not super well kept. Theres a good range of products ranging from laundry detergent, to glasses, to kids toys. They also have a pharmacy, as any CVS does

Bad experiences here at this CVS. During COVID, I went for a test. They told me to go thru the drive thru. I was handed a bag to do the test myself. This was not a problem except I had to deposit it in a hastily constructed metal box mounted on the side of the wall. It was a very small box on the wall so I had to get very close. I barely touched the wall, but it completely scratched my fender and door.2nd bad experience. Went to post office to get gfs passport. Was told the photo is no good because there is something in the background that is red. Was told by 2 PO employees that they should know better and I should get a refund.

I went to city MD and the doctor prescribed me amoxicillin to help fight my sinus infection. This was on 6/7, I went to CVS and they told me that they do not have the antibiotics and that it will restock tomorrow at 4pm. Hearing this I said ok thats reasonable they dont have it and ill come back tomorrow. On Tuesday I go and I speak with a different pharma tech and they tell me that the medication is still Out of stock and that they will be getting it in on Wednesday. Due to my poor luck the infection started to spread to my throat. Today is Wednesday and I just got the same story...its out of stock it will be in tomorrow. I dont understand why they feel the need to lie to the customer....Simply say we dont have it let us help you transfer your prescription to a place that does. They kept telling me it will be here tomorrow for 3 days in a row and unfortunately its now a full blown bronchitis and im coughing up my lungs. Please do yourselves a favor and do not come to this CVS for your medications, especially if you have an infection...but dont worry Im sure it will be in tomorrow.

Made an appointment for my flu shot. Filled out paperwork online. Showed up promptly. Everything seemed to go smoothly. Until I got to the counter. Were out of senior flu shots. Then she walked away.I had to actually get her attention as she went about her business (not dealing with other customers).Do you know when youll have it in?No. Theres a shortage from the manufacturer. There were two pharmacists nearby. They didnt even look up.I know theres no shortage. My friends have been getting theirs without problem. And the FDC website doesnt reflect a shortage.Stay away from these people they dont give AF about you in any way.
