Good pizza I usually get a pepperoni and a chicken Cesar salad and make a Cesar slice. All though most pizza places in upstate dont offer a Cesar slice the pizza here at DAndreas pizza makes a perfect Cesar slice
I’m gonna keep this brief…This was by far and without a doubt the most vile and atrocious attempt at pizza that my taste buds have ever experienced over the course of my 34 years of existence on this earth. My mind is still blown as to how something like that could have been perceived as pizza.
Pizza quality has gone down drastically since Darren owned this place. There are better options to grab a slice.
Pass on this... Delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Called at the hour mark to check. Guy said my order was out, when I got it later I could tell itd been out for 45 minutes. Pizza was stone cold as were wings. No sauces were included as it had said in the menu. Keep giving chances every few years but more and more disappointed. Used to be really good... like 10-15 years ago.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve purchased from this place for the past 15 years and man has this place gone down hill. Way down hill; so much so that they won’t be getting another order from me. For the last 4-5 orders, I’ve received the wrong items or they’ve been made incorrectly. This time, my pizza came with the wrong ingredients, barely any sauce, and was severely undercooked. My wings were the most disgusting, over-fried, sauceless pieces of shriveled chicken that I’ve ever experienced. One bite out of a dozen wings ruined my palate for the night. Go elsewhere or go to P-Chops and buy frozen food as it’d be better than this “establishment.” Such a shame.
I’m not sure if they’re having an off day or all these good reviewers lack tastebuds? This is simply the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life.Our normal place is closed for renovations and my family really wanted pizza for dinner. So the only place that was delivering pizza on Mealeo was D’andrea’s.The pizza arrived burnt but the dough on top was underdone??? How does that even happen? I mean points to you for that feat.Glad that we only ordered one pizza just to try. 🤮 save your money and go somewhere that knows how to cook a pizza. Or just buy a frozen one because anything is better than this.
Good pizza. However, they dont understand when you ask for your wings to be extra extra crispy and twice now they are cooked regular. Not sure if Ill be purchasing from them again.
Came here for a single night on business, wasn’t able to order food until a little before 11pm. Didn’t receive my food until 1:30am. Costumer service seemed alittle undertrained and didn’t know how to address my 3 calls that I had to make. Honestly the food is also terrible quality. We got a calzone, chicken fingers, salad and a mini pizza. The pizza was basically a brick and was very bland. (Maybe that’s because of the fact that it was sitting on the counter for 2 hours) who knows?… Anyways, the salad was just lettace, croutons and cheese. < Litteraly could have made that for less money. (Also didn’t come with utensils). The calzone wasn’t bad but was cold (like all the other food). Only recognized 1 type of cheese that was listed on the ingredients online. And for the chicken fingers, they were okay just cold. But they didn’t come with the sauce that was also listed and we also ordered 3 extra sauses that we never received. Do not recommend at all. Listen to these other reviews. Do not order here. Over all 1/5 quality food and 1/5 for delivery 2/5 for costumer service.
Pizza was hours old and terrible. Went back for fresh slice answer was we have no fresh pizza sorry .
This is my favorite pizza place in Saratoga. They have some great signature pies and their crust is somewhat sweet. They have both vegetarian and meat options and deliver within Saratoga. Tge staff are cool and friendly. Its got a hip atmosphere and they have a two slice and a drink deal for $6.50.
Planned a Random overnight anniversary trip, and didn’t think to make reservations anywhere so by the time we wanted to eat we ended up deciding to get pizza and wings to go back to the hotel room with. After ordering and seeing all the 1 star ratings, I was expecting the worst.We ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and mild wings crispy. We picked up, and our food was done at the time they said, And it smelled amazing. I was wondering how the wings would be especially since we had to walk back to the hotel. Even tho I asked for crispy I expected them to be soggy. I was soooo wrong. They were SOO good and perfectly crispy ! And the pizza was delicious. No regrets here. Thank you for great food !
Just take yourselves off DoorDash. They use the app to get more orders, but they only use their own drivers. So they get a ton of orders, but cant fill them. The food is decent, but MULTIPLE times I have waited over 2 hours OR not gotten my food at all.
Ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks, waited almost two hours for them to tell me it hasnt left the building yet. Called once at 11:24pm and was told 20 minutes, then again around 12:55pm and was told it was waiting to go out next. Take your money elsewhere.

Ordered pizza for delivery Sunday night and was told it would be an hour. We were 2 miles away. At 1.5 we called and they said it was coming. Called again at 2 hours. Waited THREE hours for pizza that NEVER came.

I went today for a slice and it was small and flat. 3 dollars for a slice and it was cold and horrible. I dont know what happened, this was the best pizza place in Saratoga. After 3 bites I cant get the taste of dirt out of my mouth and Im out 3 bucks.
I wouldn’t even give this place one star...but I didn’t have an option for “zero stars “! I’m a Saratoga native and used to like the pizza. Haven’t been there for a while..Just had a slice there recently, and was extremely disappointed. Slices are smaller than before and the crust is loaded with sugar and very sweet and fake tasting.Go up the street to Pizza Seven on Caroline and you’ll be much, much happier!
The good reviewers must work for this company cause this is simply the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. Should have known something was up when the worker asked if I wanted my pizza heated up...like I know that pizza wasn’t fresh. Who eats pizza that’s just sitting there collecting bacteria. Saratoga = White folks..no taste buds.
I’m so beyond glad I gave this place a shot! I felt it was incredibly fairly priced for how big it was, the sauce is fantastic, crispy crust, it was overall delicious and delivery was so quick, especially for how busy they sounded when I ordered, and it showed up still piping hot. Zero complaints and I’m excited to go back!
We LOVE it ! The staff is amazing and so sweet and kind. They saw us like we were locals! My son wanted to make a sign for his dad and they were more than helpful ! I have come here during crazy busy times and it feels the same way! The food is obviously delicious!!
Well this place has gone downhill. It was always a bit funky but in a good way. The slices have gotten smaller, bathroom access was denied by the worker at the counter (although we were allowed to go behind the counter and use it on past visits) and the kicker is the method by which she took our slices of pizza to the oven. The three paper plates were lined up on the counter and then stacked one on top of the other so the bottom of the middle and top plates touched the top of the pizza on the lower two plates. The first two sluces to be brought back after heating were stacked in the same manner with the bottom of a plate on the top of the other slice.I wont blame this one individuals lack of mindfulness for the unhygienic service practice with the plates. It rather seems to indicate a symptom of poor management. The owner should be monitoring the counter service personnel to ensure that nobody gets sick from contaminated food and that laws permitting bathroom access are followed.Oh well, things change. Theres other places to grab a slice in Saratoga.
The employees purposefully coughed on my friends pizza when they saw he was wearing a mask. Please know you’ve been reported to the Health Dept.
Not good. Crust was undercooked, I walked in and it was just weird. They all stared at me blankly like they didnt even know where they were.. ordered my slices they must have been out for a few hours and they didnt even offer to heat it up which is generally the first thing they should do anyways... there was feta on the pizza that was turning yellow. So all in all, pizza was bad, service was bad, place seemed very dirty but i guess what pizza place doesnt.
Terrible!! You cant tell me that a pizza place cant tell when a pizza is undercooked! Oh yeah, the Calzone also. Slimy wet dough, Cmon! Did you ever see a pizza stretch when you took a slice from the box? Just did! Customers have fallen to become just a number. Nothing like it used to be X number of years ago, and it will be that long before we try them again! The ratings should go to the negative side, cause thats where Id rate them.

Looking at reviews from other people who have it one star makes it seem like this place is horrible. That is simply not the case, DAndreas is perhaps the best pizza in town, as a local who has lived in the town for 15 years I can say that the pizza is really damn good. As for the location itself, its not so great on the eyes (as the place is extremely old) but it isnt filthy or dirty in any way, just not so great looking. Any bad pizza someone got is most likely due to it being delivery (as it may be destroyed or messed up in the process) or it being an anomaly, as I have yet to get bad pizza from DAndreas pizza.
Ordered pizza here for my friends pool party, the chicken wings were covered in human hair, and after we ate the pizza everyone at the party got sick and threw up. I checked later, the chicken on the pizza was undercooked and we all probably got food poisoning. Very sad because I used to love going here after classes. Never ordering again.
Food was horrible~displayed food looked even more unappetizing. Out if main ingredients, mayonnaise, vinegar, certain breads, etc. Asked for our table to be ckeaned, maybe only 3 tables there, got wiped with a dry towel, who does that? Place was dirty, dead bugs on the wide window ledge next to us (our table) that displayed the various newspapers. Didnt even sign our receipt and she couldnt find it when we asked for it so have no idea what the total cost? We were the only customers and there was enough staff~ All 3 of the orders were wrong. Will not eat there or recommend this place. Sorry ~ great view though.
My family & I stopped in for a quick bite on our way home. Everyone wanted pizza but me so I ordered a caesar salad & the broccoli cheddar bites. The broccoli cheddar bites were very tasty & came with a sour cream mixed with salsa to dip in. My salad was disappointing to say the least tho. It was made out of iceberg lettuce, some of which was brown & wilted. Caesar salads are made with romaine lettuce & should be served with croutons. This salad only had parm cheese shavings on top. The dressing was done well tho. My biggest complaint was the fact that somehow, our pizza slices & appetizer came out 5-10 minutes before my salad.
Ive been coming here for years, at different times. Sometimes its for lunch, sometimes its 2am and I need something to soak up the alcohol in my stomach. The pizza is always great, and their finders are huge. Plus, as a side note, I follow the owner, Rory, on Facebook, and his jokes are funny...usually lol. Keep up the great job!
Live right down the road. Cold food every time, something wrong with my order every time. Not worth the moneyUpdate called to complain about cold and wrong food; was told they will send one(not all just one) of the correct items right over. Its been over 2 hours they close soon still havent gotten my food or heard from them. Again right up the road, I could walk in 30min or less....
I ordered two dozen wings, an hour later i got them. When i opened them they didnt look edible, they looked very pink and raw. Basically it looked like raw chicken smothered in hot sauce. I do not feel safe eating their food.
The pizza is decent with a lot of variety but the employees are filthy as is the store. Do they even wash their hands? The delivery guy has a huge head of gross kinky hair and has disgustingly hairy arms and he hovers over the slices while picking at them. He doesnt wear a hair cover nor long sleeves. The entire place is a pigsty. They must pay off the local health inspector. You have to be drunk or high to eat there so i guess they are perfectly situated.
The best pizza Ive had in years and is definitely worth the price and interaction with the workers. I would literally eat this pizza all day if it were possible. Best pizza in Saratoga period.
Waited 2 hours for pizza and wings paid $50 for food that wasnt edible. Spend your money somewhere else. Paid extra for blue cheese and celery that we didnt receive!

Hows this place even still in business? I came in late, the lady who took my order wasnt listening, I was asking about what toppings were on a slice and she just threw it on a plate. I let that go, ordered a cheese with it. She put them on the same plate an on to of each other. The guys at the register argued about who was going on break next for 2 minutes before ringing me out (the girl who grabbed my slices didnt say anything to me, or offer to heat my slices up).They finally rung me up and it was 9.50!! For two slices (one cheese and one with two toppings)The cheese fell apart in my handDo your self a favor, go to Esperantos or Pizza I. Its a two minute walk

I cant go through town without stopping at DAndreas, its always fresh and clean. Super friendly staff and great pie! Its the oldest pizza shop downtown and easy parking off the busy block.
The best place to go in Saratoga after a long night of drinking. Nothing better than pizza before bed after cocktails. Staff is friendly and prices are perfect! They are quick and delish!

Ordered a pizza and quoted 30 minutes for delivery. Cancelled after an hour and pizza was delivered 2 hrs later. Terribe customer service. Asked to be renamed and told to call back several times. One week later and still not rebated. Worst experience ever! I will be telling everyone about the horrible service. If you want to get a pizza over 2 hrs later after 10pm for your family call them.
I walked in and got 2 slices, both were very soggy, dried sauce, and basically a big slice of dough, no flavor at all. I would suggest others to go elsewhere for a real slice of pizza.
We love coming to DAndreas when we want pizza! Its a bit of a drive for us but the pizza is always delicious! The crust is the best in the area and we especially love the BBQ chicken pizza!
DAndreas pizza has an unusual, slightly sweet crust which youll either love or hate. Its best right out of the oven, worst on a cold pizza that has sat around for awhile. They usually have a nice selection of slices already prepared and you can get two big slices plus a soda for well under five bucks and make a filling meal of it.There is absolutely nothing to the decor, but at least they do have tables and chairs if you want to eat in.
Terrible customer service, no accountability for orders. Placed an order and was told 30 minutes. 1 hour passes, call up and I am told that the delivery person left 7 minutes ago. 1 hour and 15 minutes has now passed, so I call again. I am told that it will take an additional 20 minutes by an employee with no customer service skills whatsoever. I promptly cancelled my order then and have been told by said employee that I have not been charged, yet have a payment pending charge. Avoid at all costs.
We ordered subs with lettuce tomato and onion and Swiss cheese.when I arrived home in lake Luzerne we opened the subs up and found no lettuce no tomatoes and no onions... forget about the cheese its the only thing that was right!!! Terrible terrible terrible!!!

THE WORST PIZZA I EVER HAD!! I think they made it in their betty crocker oven. Ordered delivery......mozz sticks gross and cold. They had the old oil taste. The pizza was worse than slop at a soup kitchen. Dont waste your time.
BEWARE PEANUT ALLERGY SUFFERERS!! The Buffalo Chicken pizza is made with peanut butter! They have signs posted, but if your child goes in to get a slice of pizza and doesnt take note of the sign, he/she could be in serious danger! I called to request that the staff alert people verbally to the fact that it contains peanut butter, and was told that they have signs posted and it is frustrating when people dont read them. I will never return based on this response.
The pizza is very sweet, but very tasty (especially the barbecue chicken). This modest little shack is not a place to go with a family to eat out, but its a great place to get some pizza while downtown or for pick up.

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered food through the online ordering option and hour and a half later I called and was assured my order was on the way. 20 minutes later I called to ask what was going on and for a refund and I was told I had to call the website that I order through to get a refund, and was not offered anything other then a bunch of teens being rude. The manager was upset with me for bringing up that they messed up my order. He said that he doesnt know what was wrong with order and it was not his fault. No accountability the manager and those that work for this manager. I will never go here again.
Ive lived in Brooklyn for over a year and this is still my favourite pizza place. Love their interesting taste on the pizza dough flavour and their wings are absolutely amazing.

I usually really like dandreas but ive ordered it twice now and im not happy at all!i got the same thing both times i ordered 6-slice ex cheese with garlic breadorder #!1 the pizza was BURNT NO EX CHEESE AND THE GARLIC BREAD WAS NOT CUT NOR DID IT EVEN HAVE GARLIC ON ITorder#2 tonight the pizza was COMPLETELY UNDER COOKED and the bread was cut into 8 piecesnot only this but the website charged me a 5 dollar tip on my card that i had no intention of giving due to the less than satisfactory service ive been receiving.i will not be coming into any of the dandreas locations ever again.sorry Rory but this is unacceptable
Literally the worst pizza experience ever , ordered one pizza was quoted 30 minutes.... after an hour and half with no show/call I called to cancel the order. Not only did they not refund me. the pizza showed up an hour later. Avoid this place at all costs
I ordered delivery online and never received my food. When it was clear they were late with the order I called them (during business hours) and they let me go to their voicemail. I had to eventually cancel through the online service in order to request a refund as they did not contact me with updates, nor did they inform me they did not intend to fill the order.
Great pizza fast. Needs to be cooked a little longer though. Crust underneath is still doughy. The variety and covenience are a plus.

2022-02-13So far I have ordered from this place twice and 2 times they have gotten my order incorrect. It wasn’t even worth my breathe to call just won’t go there again. The manager will say it’s your fault they couldn’t hear you not theirs. Stay away much better pizza all over the town. I ordered jalapeño pineapple and they put meatball and pineapple, gross.

2022-04-07Delivery can be slow. Like two hours slow, so dont count on that.Stopped in for a slice. Rude counter person was in a hurry. Asked for my slice well done and, as if to spite me, was undercooked to the point of being cold. Guy was just as rude to the next people. The time before that, they made me feel really uncomfortable, like I wasnt part of their clique. Some real highschool flashbacks. I thought we were adults? Not at this place. 👎

2022-03-06While downtown Saratoga we had the opportunity to pickup pizza and wings from DAndreas. Its been a couple of months since we were in the area. And again we were not disappointed...great pizza and great wings and ready in 25 minutes as promised. We always get the traditional crust with white garlic sauce, prosciutto, ricotta and spinach and garlic parm wings. So glad we stopped in, just wish we lived a little closer but 15 minutes is not too bad.

2022-02-03The pizza wasn’t as good as what I have read on other reviews. All I taste was cheese and crust. Where is the sauce? There barely was any on it. Worst pizza ever? I wanted deep dish. According to the menu when I googled they had deep dish. When I ordered they said that they no longer have it. Then they should update their menu online. The wings were really good. Happy with the wings, disappointed in the pizza.

2022-07-08I ordered a calzone with cheese and tomato sauce. It was huge and very very good. I think their food is exceptional especially for the prices days. For less than five dollars I think they could buy a set of much better plastic silverware. Overall a great place to eat.

2022-05-15Pizza came with soup on top!! Pizza and soup for just $13!!! Pizza wasn’t even cut all of the way through! Perfect for hardworking people who love finishing other peoples jobs!! 10/10!!!! Love the addition of no napkins, teaches us to be creative and use what we got with us!!!!Ps. They forgot our pizza was in the oven 😜😜😜

2022-03-19Ordered here today at 9pm after getting back from a trip. Waited until 10:30pm with no food until I decided to reach out to D’Andreas. When I called I was told that the driver got a flat and should be fixed and Ill get my food shortly. Would have appreciated a call about that but tried to be reasonable, things happen. Continued waiting now it is 11pm, at this point myself and fiance dont even want the food.I call to cancel and get a refund, staff member who answers says “that they cant do a refund and must go through Mealeo where the order was placed”. Go on Mealeo it says contact D’Andreas if order is wrong or issues come up. At this point I am baffled at the lack of care for customers who paid. I call back because I am hangry and kinda curious about how this business is still running. I begin to explain how there is no way to get a refund on mealeo, the staff does nothing to help and says “I can wait for my food or go through mealeo”. I ask what would they had done if i had not called they said youd get your order a little late. I asked do you think its ok to serve food that has been sitting in a car for 2hrs the staff says “well its in a bag”. At this point I am laughing and just give up. Food never came and have no way to get a refund. Will absolutely never eat there again. I cant emphasize enough to stay away from this place
