Wow! What a fantastic florist. Excellent service! I ordered flowers from London for a friend who lives in the Bronx. The flowers were delivered on Easter Sunday at the perfect time ! I happened to be on Zoom with this friend when she received the flowers. It was beautifully presented. Thank you. If you’re ordering internationally, you may need to leave a US phone number as additional questions might be asked about billing details (website is only set up for US addresses/ phone numbers)

This is a really inexpensive flower shop in our town! I thanked your workers for bringing me sunflowers that were pretty and new. My boyfriend was so pleased when she got the gift from me. I couldnt have given my friend an exquisite bouquet without your workers. Five stars, boys, for you! Its highly recommended to everyone!
Im writing this review for a purpose and in hopes that a particular customer who was in while I was shopping reads this. This gentleman was the most rudest customer ever not only to the young lady taking care of two patrons and also helping her colleague get out of the situation with this horrible customer over he NOT SPENDING MORE THAN $10.00, first he came in abruptly and cut in front of another customer, second he was all over the place with his approach and not clear and very insulting, aggressive and just not pleasant, BUT attention owner: your staff was very professional as always and the young lady who was trying to help is always so sweet and in good spirits singing sometimes and always remembers her customers like me.. THANK YOU
They have everything from what you’d almost nearly consider a tree to the tiniest of potted flowering plants.The staff were very nice when I was there and helpful when I had a question.It’s a bit pricey—but you’re paying for the convenience, quality plants/flowers and have to remember smaller businesses can’t offer “Home Depot” pricing.I really didn’t see a single thing here I wouldn’t have loved to take home!
I have a ZZ plant that needed some help (cuz Im capable of killing an unkillable plant). So I decided to bring it to Danielas. Stephanie took care of me and immediately knew it was overwatered and needed a bigger pot. She offered to repot it for me ($24.95 for the pot I picked & $5 to resoil/pot). She put in decorative moss/bark to make it look pretty. And even added appropriate sized rods to help keep 2 stalks straight. She watered /misted and sprayed it with Leaf Shine and my ZZ looked amazing and still does. She gave me fabulous tips on giving it care....I had done extensive research online and Stephanies was the most informative and concise. This young lady knows her stuff! Will definitely go back again to purchase other plants/flowers.
Huge shop, Sunday shopping experience very nice and pleasant and really high energy the woman had, so helpful with what she knew ,sweet and just nice. will be back again.
They have great selection and unique designs at reasonable prices. Their flowers are all beautiful and the arrangements are unique. I enjoy receiving flowers from them! Their florists are very expert, knowledgeable, and creative. Perfect place to visit! Highly recommended!
I live in Florida and wanted to support a business in my friends neighbourhood. I called to make an order on Presidents day. The young lady working was very busy. She took my number and told me she would call me back; she kept her word. I placed my order online which she reviewed with me. To my amazement the flowers were the next morning the flowers. My friend was surprised and delighted. She sent a picture and the arrangement is just as beautiful as the one I selected online. Thank you for helping me to make my friends birthday so special. I will definitely be using you again!
I shop there often and 90% of all my flowers last at least a week to 11 days. The prices are a little high but the flowers are fresh.
I’ve walked passed this shop plenty of times and theres always a nice set up of beautiful plants and flowers. I finally stopped by, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The girl standing outside didn’t say hello, and she didn’t ask if I needed any assistance she just starred at me the whole time I looked at plants. I finally picked out a really nice and healthy Pothos plant. But, since i was not let inside the store, (i guess do to covid) I was not able to buy a new pot or some potting soil for my new plant and the lady working didn’t even ask me if i needed something else. She just rung up my plant and gave me the change. It was just a cold, lacking transaction. I hope if i decide to stop in again, I can get some enthusiasm and help since Im no plant professional and would like to talk to someone who knows plants. The plant however is thriving and I love it.Edit- updating my review from 3 stars to 5. Went back in and had a great experience. The 2 male staff were helpful and kind and helped me with all of my needs. I will be returning. I was also allowed to go inside and the place is beautiful.
Danielas is fantastic! They have great prices and an awesome variety of plants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The plants are beautiful and well cared for. Did I mention the great prices? Ive been to flower shops all over Manhattan and Danielas is by far my favorite one. Thankful to have this place in the neighborhood.

Great service and beautiful flowers. I ordered flower arrangements for a funeral delivery and they were delivered on time, the flowers were amazing, fresh and wonderfully arranged. Ill use them again for other events.
I have bought many fresh cut flowers as well as potted plants from Daniela’s. They last so long and stay so healthy. You can tell that the employees really know how to treat the various species they have represented in the store. I’ve become a very loyal customer.
Best flower shop ever!!!!!!The people that work here are super nice & humble they help you what you are looking for and I just love coming here not only is around the corner from my house so I come here mostly all the time when I need to give someone flowers for someone birthday or for anyone in my family. The best flower shop on Broadway you must come here they also make you flower arrangements just come in and consult with them.
Prompt delivery! I called Danielas Flower II in NY the sale person helped to find the perfect flower arrangement for my daughters BD. They sent a picture of the flowers to confirm within 20 mn my daughter received the most beautiful arrangement at her door steps. Great job and thank you! forgot to mention, she LOVES it!!!!

I wish I could give this company zero stars! I ordered from From You Flowers and it was fulfilled by Danielas. They created a mock version of the junk food basket which was 1/2 the size as advertised. When I complained to the company because they didnt have 1 item as in the photo, For You Flowers refunded me. Would you believe Danielas picked up the basket hours after they delivered to a childs hospital room????!! THEY WENT INTO A SICK CHILDS HOSPITAL ROOM and took back the basket!!!!! Who does that??? The absolute worst experience Ive ever had. Embarrassing for me and a disgusting shame on Danielas Flower Shop! I have never heard of any flower shop ever doing something so ridiculous. You should be condemned publicly for such unprofessionalism!

My flowers were dead in 4 days I called and they wouldnt do anything about it take ur business elsewhereUpdate they called me back offered to deliver new flowers and Noone ever showed up exactly what I expected from this place the young women on the phone was no help either.
I received a beautiful arrangements for Mothers Day from my daughter the delivery person was very nice and cordial....arrange I live in the neighborhood I will definitely stop in to check out their selections Ive read they also have a lovely selection of plants and reasonably priced.
I ordered a same day bouquet 💐 they were fast and efficient and the flowers were gorgeous! I will be using Danielas again!

Dealing with this shop was not good. I have a plant with spider mites, and asked about a systemic bug killer. The person who answered the phone knew nothing about what a systemic bug killer even was, and did not speak English. Less horrible than the uptown shop on 181st, but very disappointing . Needless to say, they did not have any systemic insect treatments.
Placed a last minute order for a dozen, mixed-color roses for Mothers Day. Arrived on time, roses beautiful (and still are), all good. Thanks Daniela.

2022-06-29Best flower shop in the neighborhood! The staff are friendly and great at helping to make decisions. They can make a few flower stems turn into a gorgeous bouquet, and their selection of fresh flowers is incredible. Plus, the leaves are trimmed off all stems so you can put them straight into a vase, no extra work required (unlike grocery store bouquets). All of this, and their prices cant be beat. Danielas has my business for life!

2022-06-12Their hours of operation state they open at 8 AM. I showed up at 8:30 AM and the business was not fully open. This is disappointing because I came here the morning of my mom‘s birthday to surprise her before she got in from work. And the business was not open. Kindly update your hours as there are people who have time sensitive schedules and rely on A businesses hours of operation to be reliable.This is in response to the business as google review does not let me respond directly. I am a local in the area and have lived here my entire life. I do not however frequent this establishment. I understand that updating your hours through Google it is out of your control but your website which you should have access to edit also states incorrect hours. Putting it back on the consumer about not being a local or regular is unacceptable and unprofessional.

They coordinated with the neighboring Church and Funeral Service with ease for on-time delivery on the day of her service. I am posting this review for the family who is most appreciative to learn of a florist with such an array of choice arrangements within our community [Harlem -Hamilton- Washington Heights]. 2022-05-18Calling out of state for delivery to my daughter in NY. AFTER asking where the delivery is going (which would’ve been Harlem the woman answering the phone flatly says no, I’m sorry I don’t have a driver.) ok. They close at 8. I make a few calls get someone willing to pick up for me. I call back. It’s 7:10 mins. Tell them I don’t even need an arrangement I’d just like to purchase a few plants as is. I’m asked… what time will they arrive, I tell her as soon as I can pay whatever the travel time is… aaaaand again with the “no, sorry” we closed at 7. The info online is wrong. I tell her I understand and would not want to patronize her business after such disaffected customer service anyway!Good on you who were graced with great service.

2021-12-29I chose Danielas Flower Shop to deliver flowers to a dear friends husband who had a hip replacement and was in the hospital in NYC. They were received by the security office, and somehow never made it to the patient.Not at all the fault of the florist, but I did advise them not to be careful in sending flowers there in the future, as it would have been a safer bet to send them to the house instead. Hospitals have enough going on these days, they dont need this additional burden, so I took it as a learning experience.I received a call back immediately from Denise, who insisted on making another delivery to the hospital, since my friend (the wife of the patient) happened to work there as well. I told her I was not at all expecting that, but I graciously took her up on her offer. She went the extra mile to find out my friends schedule to deliver when she was sure to be there to receive the arrangement.This is what EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE is! Wishing Denise and everyone at Danielas Flowers a happy and very prosperous New Year!

2022-02-14The manager/owner with the long salt and pepper hair color is very nasty!! She speaks to her employees so disgustingly mannered right infront of paying customers, as i was watching her take care of paying customers who were waiting on flower arrangements she was referring to any questions they asked in a nasty manner. It was the end of the night but that is no excuse to have such nasty treatment twards paying customers. She needs to show more respect infront of customers and treat your staff with respect. Ruined my entire experience buying anything in this store. The older shorter lady with the glasses that arrages the flowers is very sweet and respectful. That nasty manager should learn from her.
