Great customer service kind and friendly. Ive been in this neighborhood for years and work at the dialysis clinic next door. and Danny goes above and beyond to meet my needs and the needs of my patients. THANK YOU Danny for the great service you provide for my patients and the community keep up the great work..
I just Love Danny and his wonderful group of staff! Very professional, prompt and emphatic to their customers. I work in the Medical Field and i dont see this at all with big pharmacy companies. I often find myself referring people to Dannys not only because I go there myself, but also because Im sure they will be treated like human beings (unlike many other pharmacies who are just looking for your money)
I called the pharmacy and asked if they couldFill a script I was toldYes that they would order it for the next day. When I went the next day the pharmacist decided to say he didn’t want to fill it and didn’t think I needed it, though it is prescribed and now. It’s a Friday and the script was already there. I called and made sure everything was okay to just be turned away. Def not there to help people
First I will say that I myself have been using this pharmacy for years it is in my neighborhood. Danny himself is always attentive and helpful. Especially when picking up my various packages over the years.Today my experience was not pleasant and it took me some time to reflect in the decision to post this review.Four days prior I called in regards to a drop off at this UPS access point. I explained to the female on the line that I had a package to be dropped off. I explained that the package was a large box and if it would be accepted there. The clerk never asked for size, dimension, weight etc. Which I was happy to provide. She said yes the package can be dropped off, and gave me the hours of business for the weekend and weekdays to follow.After returning from Montreal I took the time to wheel the package over.Upon arrival the clerk there today looked at me and the package and stated (as she was proceeding to turn her back) that she cant take the package. I explained to her that I was notified that I could drop the package at this location by both the company and UPS themselves. I already had a prepaid return label with tracking provided by the company and UPS.She replied that they cant take it. I asked if she had a number that I can call to get some clarification because I was told by UPS to drop off at this location.She stated that we dont have a number so I asked you dont have a 800 number for a customer to call to get some clarification. She stated no so I explained that I would call on my own. I exited the pharmacy to find the number on Google. And to warm up from the frigid welcome I had just received. (As the clerk and another worker began taking in their native tongue.)I was speaking to a representative at UPS when prompted for a tracking# I proceeded back into the store to read the label when the gentleman from the back, (not Danny) came out and stated were not gonna take the boxNo one at this point is giving me a reason for not taking the box, ( in good condition, packaged with a prepaid label etc.)So I asked to be clear you are not going to take the box she replied noI asked again to make sure I understood clearly again, and this time more specifically I asked so you are refusing to take the box? To which the clerk said no, were not taking it. To which I replied so you are refusing to take the box to be clear? To which she confirms with a yes.I didnt argue I took the box and wheeled it out of the store just as I came in because I know THE POWER OF REVIEWS *****If the box was too large she should have communicated that.**If the box was too heavy the gentleman should have communicated that.If there was something wrong with the packaging it should have been communicated also.None of the above was stated or explained at this UPS access point. None of the clerks even proceeded to scan the prepaid label or pretended to offer any assistance.***Which i can only conclude there seemed to be a personal choice not to accept the package. If thats the case then its a shame. Because no other logical conclusion was given, or communicated.Still Im stating just the facts, and not jumping to a conclusion with this incident, or putting any emotion into my writing in hopes that this can be clarified.As stated above I have been coming to this pharmacy for years since I reside in the neighborhood, Im hoping to continue to come, but there should be some review of the customer service being provided as of late at this location.clear communication between staff and clientele should be one of the first non negotiables when running a business.Especially if returning clientele is a benefit to the location and staff alike.I refused to argue or waste my time or make a scene since that would be adding to the ignorant mentality and I refuse to take part in.Hopefully a respond can clarify my concerns. Since my experience was not satisfactory and extremely disappointing.
Dannys is a real cool guy treats everybody like family i walk in he says my name has my stuff ready and prices are excellent for the same prescriptions cvs was charging me almost $75 at Dannys i paid 31 dollars so that tells you about his fair prices just come here if you want to be treated like family

2022-01-16I love this pharmacy is a quick fix to get in things printed… through email and if you need fax and 5cents copies at your convenience also Danny is super cool and nice and always go’s the extra mile to help you and work it out any situation with ur medication .. I love me so Danny pharmacy..🙌🏽❤️‼️

2021-09-10I lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years, this pharmacy is a great asset to this community. I’ve been going to Danny’s pharmacy since the 1st opened up and the service has always been the great. Danny and Sam are so helpful and always put their customers first. Because of my work schedule they are able to work with me to have prescriptions delivered. Thank you guys for all you do

2021-02-08Everyone here is super polite, personable and helpful. They offer helpful and honest suggestions and they assist you with your needs. I never have a problem getting my prescriptions. In fact, if there is a problem with the insurance company, they will work it out for you. The service is very fast. I never wait more than 10 minutes for new prescriptions and about 5 minutes for refills. Also, once I had to get a new prescription for my husband who has never used Dannys before. They took his information through phone and fax. Within 7 minutes they called us back and said everything was set and we could pick up immediately. They adhere to social distancing and keep a safe environment. They feel like an old school mom and pop shop. Dont you miss that?

2020-11-24I love going to Dannys pharmacy. Danny is always friendly to his customers, and shows concern. Hes always inquiring about their well being, and communicating with them about their family members. Prescriptions are always ready.. Danny is always ready to answer any question. The pharmacy is also a very convenient store for Weston Union, playing numbers, or getting essential needs like soap and lotion or greeting cards. Great pharmacy. All staff are friendly. The only downside is that theyre closed on Saturdays. But they have to rest sometime!

2019-08-27Hey, I finally understand why my father prefers local pharmacists. Ive been coming to Dannys for about 3 months now, and I dont want to get prescriptions from anywhere else. Its nice to know my pharmacist, and hes so helpful. I even had insurance issues to be fixed, and he patiently checked it for me on 3 separate occasions. Nice guy. Also, for the one person that likes this pharmacist and still gave 1 star for a UPS issue, please understand that it hurts the owner that an employee gave you a hard time, but 1 star insults Danny, whom you even said that you like and appreciate.

2021-07-05July 5th, 2021 10:15 a.m.Due to the fact it is a holiday,I decided to call first to inquire about notary services.The gentleman was pleasant and answered all my notary questions.The minute I walked into the pharmacy I was addressed politely and taken care of immediately by a female staff member.The notary ( Mr.Daniel Khanintov) is very pleasant and efficient.I highly recommend anyone who needs notary services to come here first!No appts needed however, call first toconfirm that notary services are being conducted that day. The price was beyond reasonable. The establishment is clean and organized.All staff members were friendly and made it a point to wish me well on my day.Yolanda R. and Richard R.

2020-08-15Danny & Sam are absolutely wonderful and attentive to me and my family’s needs. I have been going to them since they opened and they have always worked with me, found the best solutions for us, and been kind and polite with a great sense of humor. They treat us like family. 2020-06-22Very helpful staff, they try to keep a variety of needed items especially at this time, and I find decently priced. I did eye exam for renewal of online drivers license as well and everything went through successfully. So happy to pay fair fee instead of headache of DMV lines if theyre open.

2020-03-26Danny’s is our neighborhood pharmacy and every person in there is so nice, professional and caring! They truly cared about the community that they serve and it shows! They know my daughter and I by name even over the phone! I won’t go anywhere else! Even their delivery guy is kind! Will only use Danny’s!💞
