Nice people and a decent selection of stuff for a smallish store. But dont buy bakery goods. Everything was really stale, dry and hard!
This supermarket is very affordable you get more for your money.
Meh. Produce is less than stellar, decent prices, they cater to their majority Latino market. Wish they carried a bit more nutritional diversity.
The fish market is gone since they relocated but the store still has a pretty good variety.

This a predominately Dominican supermarket very nice, clean and the employees are of great spirit making me feel comfortable going there without really considering the price of the groceries.

Do not shop here. The most disgusting produce ive ever seen in my life. Most of the produce is on the verge of being rotten. The prices they charge for the quality of food they sell does not match. They cater to the spanish customers and give african americans a hard time. I get that the morale in the neighborhood is low but there is no reason why in a 5 block radius all of these super markets (Dans, Fine Fare, Dans on 207th) sells us trash and out of desperation we keep giving these businesses our money. We deserve better quality food at a reasonable price. I will be calling 311 and sending them all pictures of the rotten food they sold me and the breads that are pass the expiration date still sitting on the shelves in the store.
Just your every day supermarket. No frills, or fancy tastings or areas to sit and eat. But its always clean and well stocked. Once in a while theres a few specials, like free gallon of cooking oil with any purchase over $50
I go to Dans for a quick pick up. They never have any sales on anything.

This is one of the worst supermarket..today 2 cashiers had no cover nose and mouth when they were talking with customers. When I told them to cover..they complained the administration let people come in without mask so why they have to use it.
Super cheap ... everything needed in the kitchen and get a couple of things in big packages for cheap sort of like costco and BJs ... water 42 pack 5.99 🙄
Mucho bueno. Pollo e leche muy bien. There is a huge selection of food to choose from. Its healthy and they have fresh meat and butchers to prepare the meat for you.

Whenever I want Latin products I go to Dans I also like their meat section because of high turnover (due to numerous restaurants) the meat is always fresh. Dans also has better prices on dairy as well.

Hugh variety of products available in large quantities, prices are more or less average or slightly lower then average which is a shoppers paradise.
DO NOT BUY THE WATER. Theres a reason its 40 for $10. THEY HAVE BEEN FILLED, either by tap water or something else. But it is NOT THE ORIGINAL POLAND SPRING. I am an avid water drinker, and know when they are fake. DO NOT DRINK.

This supermarket are in a good area with fresh products like vegetables, fruits,cheese ,ham with international products like Mexican and Dominican Republic, with delivery free.
The prices are not the best and you have to check that the products are good especially produce because they’re not always the best. More often than not in the bad side.

Also This place is quite big but they dont use the space to offer variety but QUANTITY ... And the prices are definitely not low. They also have very few special products (offer). 2022-06-22Went there for the first time a week ago, & I liked how it was much better pricing then Fire Fare Supermarkets on Broadway. The employees at Dans Supermarket were very nice, & respectful as well. I am going to be going there more often now.

2022-04-22If you do not speak Spanish, you will not be respected. The staff is extremely rude. Produce is terrible and bruised/rotten. If you want natural or healthy food your options are very limited.Go to the CTown or Fine Fair nearby, prices are similar and service and selection is much better.

2021-06-10I can say they have turned it around since I first moved here last year it was messy and kind of disorganized. But now its getting more clean more fresh things only thing a lot of workers dont speak English that well it would be nice to get at least one that does all the customer and every resident doesnt speak Spanish.

2021-05-31Good selection of Dominican groceries. Fruits are very expensive here... better bet buying fruits at a different place but the veggies are fairly priced in comparison to the other local supermarkets.
