Awesome Dave & Busters location! Tons of games... almost twice as big as my hometown location. We went on Wednesday where games are half price and was surprised by how busy this location was. Food was great and overall we had a great experience. My only hiccup was trying to get a beer at the bar. My first stop, a barback pointed me out to a server where I wasnt even greeted or spoken to. I literally ordered a beer and payed without a word said to me. This happened not only once, but on my 2nd visit to the bar. I was just basically asked if I wanted the same thing, but seemed like I was bothering a bartender trying to leave their shift. Overall the experience was great, the bar was the only weak point of the whole experience. Facilities were clean, bathrooms were clean, games were working in overall condition; I was bit disappointed that there were no stools for a few games including my favorite Stark Trek game. Please provide stools to sit on with tables for drinks to set near the best selling/grossing games like the Star Trek game. Overall 4 out of 5!

Servers are really slow to come back and check on us. Weve been flashing them down for over a half hour even after getting their attention we are still waiting. We were celebrating my daughters 16 birthday. She was upset is taking so long for us to order ice cream to go with our cake. Not sure at this point if we even Want to wait anymore.

I went to this location yesterday, 4/24 during lunch and the food & service were absolutely horrible. We were seated right away but waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come over and take our drink order. There was 4 of us in total, 2 kids (6&9) and 2 adults. She came back 15 min later with 3 drinks … and only one drink in a kids cup. Returned another 10 min later with my water and another kids cup and put our food order in. We ordered nachos, chicken tenders, a kids hamburger meal and the Philly cheesesteak entree. The tenders were an extremely small portion & the carrots on the plate were shriveled up as if they had been sitting out for days. The chicken was also super rock hard & dry, the manager came over & offered to place another order for us free of charge however, even the 2nd order of chicken tenders were still dry and hard. The nachos (pictured) literally arrived to our table looking like this and had basically zero toppings. The Philly cheesesteak entree was never rung in and came out late, had a very small amount of veggies included & the bread was over toasted. Our server never came back to check on us or refill drinks once we got our food either. The manager ended up taking off the nachos & tenders from our bill but I was still extremely disappointed in the service and other items we ordered, everything should’ve been comped! I would NOT recommend dining here at all. Absolute waste of money, the food wasn’t even edible and the service sucked .

Cool place ro take the kids for their birthday! I will advised going early, as soon as they open. Less crowd and more arcade games to play!

Games are a lot of fun, but very expensive. Each game costs a lot of points, so you go through them really fast. Staff members here are not very friendly.

First time at a D&B. The food was all good much better than I expected for an arcade/restaurant. The arcade was really cool, definitely several levels above any other arcade in the area.Reason for 4 stars in stead of 5 were that it was difficult to get service and the game prices are pretty high. For example some games that are 50 cents at adventure landing are like $1.50 or $2 at D&B so the simpler games are not priced competitively. The front desk didn’t know how the eat and play specials worked then sent us to the host station who seated us. I don’t think the staff was notified that they had a table as we sat for an unusually long time waiting. Once food was ordered it was prepared and delivered pretty quickly it just was difficult to get service in the first place with out chasing someone down.Overall I would go here again. I realize that the staffing situation in restaurants isn’t ideal right now, it seemed that they only had 2 servers for a moderately large area and the one seemed kind of new. Despite the games being pricey they had a ton of cool games you can’t play anywhere else. $40 will net you about the same amount of playtime for your kids as $20 at adventure landing but it is a much cooler experience with the option to eat real food so depends what your looking to get out of it.
