Ive never seen perfection but this place is a kids paradise dream. I brought my nephew here and he was in awe with the games there I even saw a few arcade classic. The food was very tasty even though the serving was a bit small for the price. The service and customer service feels welcoming. Definitely will come again.
So I went to Dave and busters twice in a matter of two weeks and I have loved every moment of it. First time I went on a senior trip and I had to come back because the food was SO good.Now when I called, they said that it closed at 10 but I still took a chance and went because my daughter wanted to play. The food was delicious and Saturdays staff was amazing!!! There was this bubbly girl in the front who was so knowledgeable about the coins and how it worms because I didnt have a clue. Overall Ill be back!
I had a lot of fun here! I tried different games and even tried the 8 pool table with my friends, its about 15 dollars per hour but we had to leave shortly and the person only charged us about $5 because we didnt finish our session! This place will always be the best place to go to hangout with your friend and family!

Alright so here’s the REAL. It’s big and spacious. The drinks are ALRIGHT, I’m a certified bartender. They were made perfect but the ingredients might be a little dull. The games are cool and loud and active. However about 10 machines were out of order. The food was ehhhh , weird taste that tells me the grill isn’t clean. Some machines charge more than others so your tokens go fast. Best part of the whole place are the STAFF AND working games. Staff is very polite ! And helpful .
My kids love this place. But some days are way too crowded and no social distance matters or mask being required. The food is great and came at a timely manner. The gift shop is soo cool. A great place for family fun.
Food is horrible. No kale in the $16 buck “kale Cesar salad “ no parm in the parm truffle fries. Lemon pepper wings were dried fried wings with dry lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled ontop. Then they charge beers based off of brand and not size . My 22inch coors light was less then a 22inch Stella .. pretty shady, they don’t put the prices in the menu for a reason
Came here on Sunday for my birthday since I haven’t been to Dave & Busters in forever and it wasn’t the greatest experience. My boyfriend and I decided to grab a bite before we started to play games. It legit took OVER an hour for our food to arrive. All we ordered were some wings and a burger. The people right next to us ordered at the same time and received their food without an issue. Our waiter was all over the place. He finally comes by and tells us “I don’t know what’s taking your food so long. They told me five minutes in the back. I stood in the back for over five minutes, asked them if the food was ready and they said no. Would you like the manager because I know you guys have been waiting for a while?” I say “sure” and no manager comes but all of a sudden our food arrives. Also, half of the games were out of service. Just couldn’t catch a break.
The food is reasonably priced. I paid $78 for 3 entrées and 2 desserts.(big daddy chocolate cake pic) The prizes are always in rotation. Its not over crowded at all. New game additions like hungry hungry hippos. Staff is really helpful. Dine in is done virtually through their app.
Took my family out for our sons graduation. They had private parties happening so I knew it was going to limited. One of the managers (forgot his name) did an awesome job of taking our order. When we received our food. It was made fresh and enjoyable. Now heres the bad part. When it was time to pay my bill not one person was in site or paying any attention to us, in fact I couldve walked right out without paying (thats how busy it was). We stayed, waited for an additional 20 minutes to pay. Some guy finally came and I gave him my card to pay. Ran it through and was okay....until he gave me a counterfeit pen to sign. He didnt even wait for me to sign. There were enough staff that I saw and should always keep an eye out for customers. Sont want to be the bearer of not so good news, however how can you fix if you didnt know what happened? Hope it gets better.
Dave & Busters is a great place to spend an evening to unwind after work and have fun. I love that they offer games, food and drinks all in one location. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends.
We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes before being served our food. The waitress was extremely apologetic. The manager was nice but it was obvious she could not handle the extreme busy-ness of the place. They were gracious to give us a free meal and tickets to play the games.a Saturday night is not the best time. Way too crowded.
First, arrival was great because of its huge parking lot. Second the game card is a bit expensive but hey its for your kids. Third, theres plenty of selections of arcades to play and 90 percent of the people that attend do share the game, unlike other places where other people dont want to remove themselves even though they not playing the machine. Fourth will be the seating area where its disgusting, I found food under the table, the table is sticky and the seats are uncomfortable, and last but not least is the food, omg..I think they hired someone with no taste buds or someone with zero experience. If you do decide to come to Dave and busters I suggest to play video games and find another place to eat. Sorry Dave and busters but you guys need to step it up and I will change my comment.
Great place to take your family. Just be prepared for the occasional fight (btw...my visit happened to be THAT occasion)! Wouldnt y know it. Aside from the brawl, it wad nice. The kids enjoyed it, my daughter was happy (we celebrated her 15th birthday there), so, Im happy!
We visited for my birthday. We didnt partake in the games. We ate and enjoyed being around people for a brief while. The large flat screens are impressive. I almost felt like I was at the games, lol.
Fun and games galore plus inside dining. The sandwich plates served with french fries could be improved. The chicken sandwich with french fries was dry the Hawaiian sauce was a plus. Other than that the kids would have fun 😊
Games are seriously fun and the food is great.The only points I docked are for poor cleanliness of bathrooms, games, and some games will eat your credits put arent functional.And some games are straight up scams you cant win even with perfect timing
Me and my family had a blast running around playing games :)2 stars because the food service and broken machines.The food tasted fine once we got it. It took over an hour for the food to arrive & once it did most of the order was wrong. In addition, they brought us other peoples orders also :( Really upsetting since it felt like we spent most of our time wasted waiting for food.Once we got to the games, most were working but some were broken. No one came by to fix them even though they had game helpers patrolling the floor all night long. I know because I kept seeing them around the game floor.Overall we had fun, but this location has a bunch of issues to work out.In a side note parking is good and there are lots of spots
You can bring the kids and have a drink as well is amazing. Garlic truffle fries is to die for, trust me..Individuals without kids need at least $200 to be safe..Had a great time celebrating mine and my 16 yr old sister birthday 🎂.
Great atmosphere, great for watching sporting events. The food is good, and the service is ok as well. They just need more games, because after an hour your kids would have played 90% of the games.
Its ok. I didnt expect food to be cold considering the amount of time we waited for it but much of it was. That cheapened the experience. But the appetizer ribs were great and the drink was much better than I expected it to be. D&B at least for food is more akin to being an Applebees or TGIF but just with added games and entertainment.
My kids had a great time at dave and busters. They wore me out, but I luv when they enjoy themselves. The place was packed was a little uncomfortable no mask in sight. I guess the mask mandate is really over.
I frequent this location with my kids often. The last two times we went which was last week and the week before it was extremely crowded. Aside from that the bathrooms were filthy, most of the stall were unusable. Not very convenient when I have to take my toddler to the bathroom. Management needs to do a better job at maintaining the facility. There was also an issue with out four power cards. Somehow the balance was transferred to different card by the workers at the front desk. The manager was able to fix it for us but we spent most of the time trying to figure out what happened.

My experience was horrible. The waiter William needs to retrain on customer service. He also messed the other group of ppl order. We both had a birthday and Ill party and did not enjoy ourselves or eat the food with satisfaction. My food was cold. I didnt enjoy the food we lifted the food on the table. It was my first time at this location. If i ever return.... Im eating elsewhere in the future.
I was there for my nephews birthday. It was way too crowded for my liking. On top of that a fight broke out between two women in front of everyone. In front of young children at that. The cops arrived after everything was said and done. I didnt see any of the employees do anything about it. It was a long day to say the least.
The place is fun and food and drinks are ok but pricey. We went in a Friday night and it was very lively. The poor review is because the bathroom was horrific. It’s crazy how a place that gets this many visitors don’t have a dedicated employee to attend the restrooms. It’s so unsanitary in a place like this where food is served and gaming equipment is being touched to have a restroom with no toilet paper or paper towels.
Well if you want an honest review look no further. Staff at the bar doesn’t engage with anyone unless someone flags them down like taxi(mind you it was not busy). I ordered a patron margarita and watched as the bartender poured the mixer into a cup with some soda and no patron whatsoever. Upon explaining how the drink tasted horrible, i was given a drink made for someone else which tasted significantly worse. I did not have high expectations as it is just Dave and Busters but my suggestion would be to drink before coming here. Guess you only come for the games to be honest. All I would really say is either train the people that serve drinks or hire people who at least care to try even a little. I did not try the food but seeing as the staff at the bar isn’t trained, one can only imagine if the kitchen staff is. If you want to have a better experience, go downtown plain and simple.
Food was good but service was really slow. Seemed there was not enough staff available for the amount of diners. Waitress did not check on our table much at all. Nor did she apologize for the long wait in receiving our food.
Its a hit and miss at this location in terms of service. My previous visit was a long wait for table service and would disappear on us. This time around, courtesy service, attentive and friendly. My main issue with them would be that the last 4 visits they have not had the pretzel hot dogs which is a bummer.
The kids love this place. The kids can play while the adults can have a drink at the bar or sit down and watch whatever game is playing that day. Food is good.
Need a place for some family friendly fun and food...Well this is one if the places to go..filled with a wide variety of arcade games, where you can gain tickets to exchange for some token in the store...But note if you want any form of quality prize for your kids or looking to impressed the other half you need to win over 2000 or more tickets🙃...The food has improved a great deal since the last time I was there and service was much faster...note no manual menu...have to scan code to access menu on your device🤔..Overall a great experience for the entire family..and if you rather just hanging out at the Sports bar..one is also available...Kudos to the sanitation team who work tirelessly wiping equipment...👍
It was super crowded, tons of kids (more than I had seen in awhile) and quite a few games had errors or broken. I also ordered appetizers and had a free appetizer coupon ($15 or so max) however they chose to pick the cheapest item to remove ($9.95) instead of the two other more than $12 apps. Was disappointed and did not know this was policy. It was a waste of the coupon and I would of rather saved it to be used on the pricier apps. Server was great even though they were slammed. Wasn’t her fault as the manager or whoever was the one who had to put in a code and chose to pick the cheapest app.
The dining experience was less than ideal. Beside the waitress who was amazing the cleanliness of the dining area was so gross and disgusting I was really close to walking out but I had a friend out of town with me so that was not an option.
Avoid this place at all cost! Its super ghetto & unsafe. I took my niece & nephews all under 12 over the weekend & the place was super CROWDED, all the good games were always unavailable. We tried playing house of the dead & the walking dead so many times but it was always full. A huge fight broke out with adults over mario cart so I had to safely move 5 kids out the way without incident Smh. We ordered food at the bar but needed to sit bc of the kids & the waitress made us get off the table so the kids had to eat standing up, the manager never showed since they were too busy to bother with us. Or no one told them we needed to complain about the waitress hostility towards us. Well never again for us, Good luck yall!
Very Expensive.. Dont go unless youre practically willing to spend money or unless you have money saved up. Expect To Spend. Also The Gift Store in the Dave and Buster where you must Trade Your Tickets for Gifts IS OVERTLY EXPENSIVE!!! SO EXPECT TO NOT ONLY SPEND BUT ALSO TO WASTE; A LOT OF MONEY.. 🤷🏻♂️😇✌🏼💯
This was our first time at Dave and Busters, it was absolutely amazing, our Godson Mikey was visiting from Georgia and wanted to go there, hed never been either, he had an awesome time, everyone who worked there was incredibly nice and very polite and always willing to help, the games were really amazing, we had a blast there, so happy we decided to go, will be back again the next time he visits us...
The food was good, but the waiting was really long. My granddaughter was waiting so long for her food. To make up for it, the took her food off the menu, which was okay. Need to improve.
It was a horrible experience it took us an hour to get drinks and appetizers and then it took us three hours for the meal to come. thats not the only thing that made this experience bad we had order something to go from the beginning and we still didnt get it so we just left and paid for something that I didnt even get I will never come back here again promise
Dave and Busters Is Now Open. And we had a blast. Social Distancing Is Enforced, in the restaurant, on the games, and every where.They have a new menu but we didn’t eat here. But we won plenty of points and prizes. A ninja blender and 8 marvel plushes

Server was horrible and unattentative. Food was bland. Place was like a large food kitchen. Tables were dirty. The only positive was that there were a lot of games for kids to play.
This Dave & Busters here is really, really excellent. Not only are the drinks are fairly priced, the games here are super fun to play. When I first that Halo: Fireteam Raven was coming here, I have been dying to play it. My chance finally came and it really lived up to expectations. Anyway, the staff were real friendly and any defects we saw, they reported it right away. The drinks themselves were so good too and the food was delicious. Ill definitely come again and it is truly a place for all ages to enjoy.
Got to go for Easter and it was a little packed but I think they werent expecting that many people or they were under staff. But food was good just didnt liked to have to climb one floor to get there.
The waiter/waitress services here are horrible. It took long to capture the attention of the workers while eating. The workers at the gift shop was extremely nice though
I like Dave & Busters. The concept of Eat and play is so cool and fun, Dave & Busters sure knows how to do it best but my visit to this particular Dave & Busters was OK. When I entered with my party there was no host/hostess to seat us just a gal at the counter looking too busy to assist us, we where confused and unsure whether to wait or just walk on in and pick a table, so we walked in and picked a table ourselves. The place is pretty big with several dining areas surrounding the bar in the center with TVs almost everywhere showing sports, or music videos. Has two party rooms for private events, A huge Arcade section on the other side, with a ticket shop, Clean restrooms and that includes a family restroom. Our waitress was nice while tending to our needs but once we moved on to the arcade section....it was hard to find a staff member there when we came across a faulty machine and needed them. The prices for both food and play are fair. Our foods at this location was OK. Ive had better at other D&Bs but Im willing to give them another try. This place can be great for the family or even a one on one with someone....food, drinks, fun... what more can you ask for? Overall I do recommend D&Bs but this location has to step it up a bit to earn my five star rating. Thanks.
The bar service needs major improvements. The bartenders are not very friendly and they take too long for orders.plus they served me my drink in a broken glass. If you look closely at the picture you can see a it is chipped and a chunk of the glass is missing around the rim.... Fast forward this part of my review was added almost a year to this date. The manager left a comment under my post telling me to contact headquarters. Well wouldnt you know they do not answer customer calls in fact that number does not accept customer calls. This is unacceptable and dangerous for any guest. What I could remember that stuck out about this place is that it is very dirty. They have glasses that customers leave laying around all over the arcade part. This poses accidents for any guest or guest with children that come here. Also that is not very sanitary. I ordered food but did not eat it due to the drink issue I felt my best bet was try to enjoy my date with my husband and not complain but he was also not impressed with this place. P.S. the drinks are not good they taste like it has no alcohol more like juice even the strong drinks.
My grandson had his birthday party there my grandson father paid $ 900 for it thats alot of money all in all everybody had a blast next time his 9th birthday will be at my house were it is free lil

My family made a reservation. We got there and we’re not helped. No one had an idea what they were doing. And we were not seated. We waited over 25mins and no one helped us. We will not be returning.
Long wait time for dining, scarce employees as they are each busy completing multiple tasks at a time. One person in a section clearing and cleaning tables, taking orders, bringing food, tidying up. Bartender was so unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be there.
Went here for a private event. The event rooms adjoin the main gaming room, which is really nice. There was a buffet for our group and the food was excellent. Great selection of games. Minus one star because some of the games needed maintenance. Overall had a great time and got nice prizes.

Absolutely terrible experience. They shut off the lights at 12 on the dot while I was playing a game with my friends. The whole place was dark. The customer service was terrible. The new hire at the bar did not provide good customer service either. I will never go here again.

This place is great for kids and kids at heart ❤ it takes me back to my childhood when I go here. I used to go to this dave and busters when I was a kid and it really takes me back to a time in my life when things were simplar. It is so rare for a place to do that to me. I totally recommend this place for anyone who wants to go and just have fun.
Amanda was an amazing bartender, very considerate and took the time to explain what was in about four drinks before I decided. She was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated the kindness and small talk.

Don’t come here if you want slow service although it is not busy. The bartenders choose to ignore you & just stay on their phones. They also close earlier than stated , we rented a pool table only to be told we couldn’t buy anymore drinks because the bar was “ closed” .. closing time was at midnight !!! I understand last call 30-1 hour before but just closing at 10 ? No thanks take the drive to the city instead.
If your going eat before or wait until you finish playing the food is terribleThey never have anything on the already scarce menu and the food isn’t fresh spent an hrs waiting for stale chicken wings and watered down cocktail plus the waiter was terrible he was just aimlessly walking back and forth! The service here is really good. And the facility it self is clean. There are sanitizing stations throughout. I enjoyed the games and the food while I spent mother-daughter time with my girls. I even came back the next day with them. I will definitely be back again soon. However the dine in experience was poor this time. As before our wait time for food brought to the table was over 30 mins. Which I dont understand because it was hardly no one there. My husband and I observed staff members not covering their mouth, cough in hands and not sanitize, deliver food with out hand coverings or covering their mouth. The tables and chairs were not wiped down in a sanitary way. We saw dried up spills on the chairs and table. And when we moved to another table we saw evidence that it was the same deal. Im disappointed that I experienced this. Because when I came 8 months ago with my girls, I witnessed good sanitary measures taken. I guess because mandates relaxed, so did the efforts of sanitization. As for the food, it was not the same either. I actually became sick and had to leave. Im not saying food poison, but it was something I ate that had me sick all night. It only takes one time for me to eat some place that dont meet my standards of cleanliness. Its safe to say I wont eat here again.

As many times as I went to any Dave and Busters I never knew they had a coat check. Reason why is because we normally get a table and food but this time we had just ate and didnt need the table. The fact that they had a coat check made the time more enjoyable. All games except the bowling was working and clean. No complaints just a good time. Latoya the cashier was amazing excellent customer service.

Fight broke out and someone sprayed mace. Making several people sick. Including near by kids because it was to right at the entrance. I didnt want to go to the remix of chucky cheese and I will never go again.

Last year we celebrated his 12th birthday at D&B and he loved it so much that we went back yesterday 9/23 to celebrate his 13th. This time we had 7 of his closest friends instead of 5 and as is expected Isaiah did it again. Excellent service from a man who truly enjoys his job. Isaiah answered all of my more than 30 questions, remembered every order and even matched our drink & food to the right kid. I was so impressed that instead of the 18% tip that was suggested on the receipt I gave him 20% of the couple hundred dollars I spent for the 8 of us. Isaiah thank you forbeing a great example of what customer service is all about. My boys think You rock. A big thank you to Taneisha, one of the managers at D&B. I must have come to her over 12 times to help with my boys and she helped each time with a 😊 telling me to find her whenever I needed help. I can see why you are manager. Great job. Thank you to Bernadette by the eat at busters desk. Very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you to the photographer with those great D&B key chain keepsakes with their pictures. It proved to be a great party favor/momento for my son & his friends. Taneisha, Isaiah, Bernadette and photographer you guys rock and something tells me my son will be celebrating his 14th with you ☺😁

I gave this place a 3 star because they have a bartender name (JEWEL) thats VERY RUDE.i had place and appetizers but when they served me they for got to give me utensils. So I ask this young girl if she could give me some 🍴 and she reply to me ask some body else I am busy.. mind u the bar was not even packed.

I had a wonderful time with my daughter and grandson at Dave and Busters it was his Birthday that we was able to take him. The food was wonderful and hostess was nice, coursty and helpful to me and my daughter. I even play games with my daughter and grandson where I earned coupons for him to let buy whatever he wanted and he did of course. I definitely will be coming g back again and hopefully bring my other daughter with my granddaughter too.

I sent back my food cause it was under cooked and instead of fixing the problem she tells the server that its cooked but if i want it burnt she can make it like that, this is how they treat the ppl that pay for food!!! I simply told the server as it was not her fault I no longer want the food and it was deleted out my bill.
This Dave & Busters is awesome! Come in the day for an almost empty arcade. Bring hand sanitizer though, they have very little around. The food options are great, I recommend the ribs appetizer. They paired down their their extremely large menu, so the food comes out at a higher quality. The bartenders are not very knowledgeable tho, so order your Old Fashions and Tom Collins at your own risk.

Horrible customer service! Whoever was at the security desk at 10:55pm on Friday, December 3rd, 2021 at the Pelham NY location (Female) was so rude! I called to ask about a question about the service offered and she hung up the phone halfway through my sentence. My son was next to me and he cried because of her harsh tone. Its his birthday and he was really looking forward to playing.I used to go to another DB location all the time. Never again, I’m taking my son to Chuck E. Cheese instead 👎🏽.
My kids enjoy the games at this place so very much! Video games new and nostalgic ones too! They also loved getting tickets that they could redeem for prizes that they choose themselves! Loads of fun!!!!
Food here is good not a lot of people very comfortable... but my server/ bartender Jaylon (not sure of the spelling) was superb he makes the best long Islands and accommodated us and made us feel so welcomed, what a great addition to this establishment!
Loved the place food was delicious and the game play was fun cant wait to go back. PS,please dress comfortably it does get hot while playing.
The place itself is nice. Wasnt crowded enough games to play. Some was out and needed to be fixed but like I said enough to have fun. However the restaurant part needs to be fix. Servers was rude and more interested in talking with each other then anything else. So I wont recommend the restaurant part but everywhere else was good
Never really packed, unless your running around with the kids. Drinks are superbbbbb and so is the service too. It’s great for a night out.

I really love this place the vive was great, lots game for young and old. I went there for a birthday party it was great the room was big enough for entertainment as playin musical chair. After the party was finish we went to play games a group of friend that came went and sit on order dinner and they say the ribs was excellent they go for 2nd to take home

My server Patricia was absolutely outstanding! She tended to all of our needs and constantly checked in on us. Something that I noticed the other servers werent doing. From now on when I go to watch football I will always ask for Patricia!
I really enjoyed D&B. The food was great, the service was great, and the games that I played were fun. There should be more games for adults, however I understand the business model is to cater to all ages. The eating area and bathrooms were very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend for families to visit this location.
Really fun date with my husband. Played games at the arcade area and ate lunch too. Food (chicken burgers + fries) was delicious, really nice desserts too. We tried the cheesecake dip with cookies. Some customers werent wearing masks inside but the staff wore masks and we chose to keep our masks on too. Not crowded at all. We won a small teddy bear and a rubber ducky from the grab machine. Will return again 👍

Sounds like leadership and the Frontline staff needs to get it together. Will be avoiding this establishment. Food was okay. Fish and chip, the fish was fresh but so bland. It needed salt. My spouse enjoyed his cocktail and nachos.I was not a fan of the seat yourself feature. We ended up at the bar because a lot of empty tables were not cleaned up timely.Good thing Covid rates are going down because seemed lax about guidelines.

Went there to celebrate a birthday and we were a party of 12, and we were told that we had to find our own seats. Where there were large tables, the manager told us that it was closed because they didnt have enough staff to cover it which means my party had to be split between two tables so we couldnt celebrate the birthday together. Why couldnt the manager serve if she didnt have enough staff she wasnt doing anything but just standing there. I will definitely not be returning here.
Awful customer service took my kids to eat and play and unfortunately they only got to play because there were no tables available to eat after 1 hour of us being there I spoke to some manger and she was awful as well saying she couldnt do anything or help us because the seating area does not have time limit. Last time I come here its really not worth it after all the money spent on games the least they good do is provide seating as well. Me and my kids will definitely not come here again and definitely will be eating some where else.

A massive amount of games! Perfect for groups and kids! Great place and atmosphere! They also sell drinks for adults! Perfect for all ages! They also have a bowling alley!!
Sad just sad took the kids and my sister here today 1st off nobody help us to a seat, no one placed napkins or anything on the table but they did to other tables , the app didnt take my whole order had to wait almost 30 just to talk to a manager. I finally got my food which felt like a hour fine with that. I was told that the reminder of the balance would be on the app so we decided to order a dessert so we can pay everything but guess what no I had to use my card 3 different times or it gets better I had to go outside to take a phone call as I try to go back in I ask them can I return back upstairs to my kids I had already been there now 2hours to get told no I dont care whos upstairs you need to get back on the line which was damn near down the BLOCK. Im so disgusted I will not return nor will I recommended anyone to come here...

The games were cool but the food service was lacking extremely bad. Not only was it overpriced but our food took forever and there were multiple times when our items were gotten and we asked multiple times only for it to be forgotten again :/ could be better. If you want to eat, I would suggest going somewhere else and just use this place for gaming.

I took my family out for my daughter and nephew graduation on June 23..And our experience was horrible especially dealing with the server stephon. First we had too seat ourselves with no help from anyone than we kept being ignored they literally kept walking pass us. I order a patron with club soda received tequila and water after waiting 20-25 mins. Mind you no one ever ask to see id’s. I had to wait a additional 20 more mins to receive my drink because or waitress forgot about else once again. Finally Juliette came to take my drink back and confirm it was water instead of club soda. Our hot wings came back so hard we could’ve lost a tooth ! I ask for specific food instructions for health reasons no one listen than got bother because we spoke up about it we didn’t receive utensils we had to ask for them and got them ten mins later from the manager.we had to ask for water ,food was cold . I had too requests items to be removed from my bill that we didn’t have three times.it was to the point where my family wasn’t even hungry anymore and left the food an went to play games this was a family of ten. The kicker was when my mother had to leave us in go home because her stomach was hurting her.. As a person who works in this industry I was highly disappointed never experienced this with the Manhattan location. The funny thing of it all was when stepon returned a hour later with a bill for the drink I sent back when I told him I paid for our food and drinks with another waitress he sighed and walked off with a attitude. I never experienced this kind of treatment before I was greatly disappointed! We literally dealt with four waitresses and the only one who cared was Juliette who wasn’t even a Waitress she worked in the game department and did a better job than the ones who were hired too wait on people !
I would rate them a zero but I can’t. I tipped both my bartenders 20+ at 9:30 just for them to tell me they closed before I could get another round... ruined everyone’s night because they didn’t even come around for last call...
It’s annoying that I had to give this 1 star. This place is supposed to be fun but the service & the attitude given by the bartenders & employees ruin it. Service takes forever it seems like the people working there hate their lives. Don’t ruin the day for everyone else !
The food was pretty good. The problem I had was that I was charged twice on two different cards. That is unacceptable, the manager told me to use a different payment method after I showed him I already paid. It resulted in me tipping and pay twice. I will never ever be coming back here and will be letting the powers at hand know, this is truly unacceptable. I rather go to Chucc E. Cheese.

I was very happy with the service the waitrees i think her name was AMARRY. Curly hair and glasses. My table was at the entrance very polite sweet and her service is amazing she talk to us very comfortable and we felt very please that she was our waitress i even told my husband and her next time i come i want you to ne my waitress the manager she was very sweet too attentatibe. and the food was amazing the garlic mash potatoe and the stake and sparragus were on point and i dont eat sparragus but i did also w THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING IF I COULD GIVE TEN STARS I WOULD CANT WAIT TO GO BACK

Slow slow service. Ery limited menu now. Ordered a plate of nachos amd 3 kids meals an hour ago.. got the nachos amd still waiting on. The kids meals. 2 of which are kraft Mac n cheese. I could have went grocery shopping, went home made it, had them eat then come out. Also the QR Code on their table triangle does not give you points lile it claims. Instead it brings you to a German crypto coin site!

(6/25/21)Rude staff, messy place. My table was sticky and when i asked to have it cleaned i got the rude stink eye . Top it off i ordered chicken fingers. What i got instead was an undercooked chicken autopsy. I told the waitress this was unacceptable it was undercooked she rolled her eyes took the plate and walked away. That same waitress was mad she didnt get a tip. Shes lucky i didnt complain to the health dept. Never. Taking my kid here ever again
New mobile ordering is horrible. Loved coming to play games and order food but the mobile ordering and limited menu is a joke. I will not be returning.

Horrible experience. We all like that restaurants have opened up, and more so with the intention to have family fun. But you would think that this type of venue would have a bit more structure during covid. Well, this place clearly does not. I called earlier and I was told that the max people allowed was 500. Okay, great. They are taking temp checks and contact tracing info at the door. And thats as far as it went. The place is literally find your own seat. With that said, you have other people hawking your table for a seat. Which is highly uncomfortable if you ask me. People looking like they about to fight over tables. If I would of known the situation was like this I would of never came. Go elsewhere, this place is clearly not worth the aggressive attitudes from patrons and aggravation right now. Smh.
I guess it’s the only Dave and busters in the area so it was packed of course, there should be more organization with the tables. I saw one lady hold 2 large tables and everytime someone came to clean up to sit a party there she told them no, the drinks were good, food is regular franchise food . Go during the week, weekend is packed .

Bbq chicken wings as over cooked but the sauce was good and my kids said their chicken tenters were dry but they had fun in the arcade although the gift shop didnt have much to choose from unless u spent alot of money to keeping retaining credits to play more games

The way the game stations were set up.due.to covid was fine. Didnt like that I had to request the table to be cleaned as it was visibly dirty. The prices have definitely raised and there were so specials.

I was invited for my daughters cousins birthday party and the kids had a blast. They have a fair amount of games. The food was good and so were their drinks. Both kids and adults had a blast. Our server was fantastic and we had a really big party. Kids wanted drinks all the time and he was fast with the food and drinks. We will gladly celebrate the kids party here again
Great place lots of space service was horrible too many kids working here. Each order of our food took almost half hour.. we were giving the wrong food twice and wrong drinks. This place just need older waiters
We sat at the bar that evening and the table top was filthy and had the smell of an overused washrag. It was not crowded at the time but it took the bartender/waitress some time to wipe it down and offer menus. After taking the order and a reasonable 25 minute wait, the customers that came after us had their food served before us. Eventually we got our food and the rest of the experience was fine. COVID-19. 3-30-21. This place was definitely overpacked. Social distancing did not play a factor either. Not to mention there were no staff spraying and sanitizing the games or seats not once within a 2 hour period. I think I saw 1 bottle of hand sanitizer at the main entrance. Most people had their mask on but if you wasn’t wearing it, staff didn’t seem to care. We got there around 7:00pm. Hungry! People had their bags at tables & there were no demands from management to insure that you eat & leave. I understand that you can’t rush people to be done but really? Clearly finished with food but storing coats and bags at empty tables should always be unacceptable. The 2 stars are for coming home with a goody bag from winning 6000 tickets.

My son loves to go here for the holidays cause his b-day is on Christmas day and this seems like the only spot open.But, we have a great time every year here..We eat different foods from here every year as well.. So far so good No complaints always a great time when we come here! Make sure you ready to spin at least $130 if it’s 3 kids or less..If there’s more than you might spend more on games and tokens.. The food is cheap affordable and good as well
A lot of the other Dave busters have more games open. This arcade still has a lot of they’re games closed due to COVID restrictions. Which is unfortunate. The people that work they’re are great! They helped us out with one of the games which glitches out

This place is truly family friendly, it has something for everyone in the family. Such as a bar for the adults, where they can watch the game. They also have a whole ton of games for the kids, and the adults. And if you guys want to do something together at the end, and If your hungry you can go ahead and all get a bit to eat at the dining area. The food is great and the service is really nice. I would definitely come back, because we all agree that it was a great experience. Thank you.
I had an excellent bartender April. The drinks was just right and her customer service is excellent. She had great conversation she was very tentative to all of her customers she was serving and she made my experience way better. I definitely recommend this Dave and busters location and if you want drinks ask for April because she makes them the best. I absolutely loved it
This place is awesome. Its great for groups. Went to a birthday party there. And it was very nice. I also went again with my partner and we just sat at the bar and had drinks. This place is not just for video games. It has something for everyone. You can just go eat or drink or both. The food is good. You can watch the games. Huge TVs. Love that. Or you can have a video game night. Definitely going again.

Had issues with the service as it was all but non-existent and we watched helpful staff tell our server that we were waiting...and literally watched her go back on her phone behind the bar. They even pointed her out to us. The day was saved when we went to another section and someone else took care of us and she was awesome. But seriously..if your own co-workers are trying to get you to work, well...thats another issue all together. The game area was clean and well maintained and we saw staff walking around to fix up machines that read out of order. It was a great time except for that initial, frustrating experience.
Nice place to take kids to, ganes are the best! Drinks are good, food is ok but they need to clean up a little more! I stopped going a while ago just because the place wasn’t clean enough.
The service was vad. They didnt have enough staff. And the ones that were there werent attentive. At the end of the meal, the waitress came back for her tip even though she didnt deserve one. We wont be coming back to this location.
This place seems really fun but is severely understaffed. There were more people manning the games desk than there were at the dining area. We had 2 small children with us and were told to take a seat at the self-seating bar area. These stools are way too high for children to sit at. And the wait staff are clearly overworked as they can be seen darting around the area trying to help everyone they can in a limited amount of time. For a Saturday night, management could do a lot better.

I’ve had one of the best Experience with this Dave and busters location. My bartender April was Simply Amazing. Drinks ever immaculate, Her Customer service was great. And she always came back to make sure everything was ok or if I needed another drink. Highly recommend
We ate there and our server was wonderful - very patient and kind and understanding of our kids. This location is great. There is ample space and although it was packed, you did not feel the crowds of people. The machines / games all worked perfectly and the place was very clean. The store to redeem tickets is well laid out and was able to accommodate a lot of people. It is also very helpful that the tickets are added to your card as opposed to an acual ticket (like chick-e-cheese) - this eliminates the need to stand and feed a machine - so much more convenient. Parking was a breeze.
Im extremely pleased with the additional games and the menu upgrade which made it the perfect place for our date night yesterday and family day today or tomorrow and I have to say....... adults who drink, make sure you have your i.d and ask for Ramone the bartender who made excellent drinks and was polite to talk to. Im going to add also, its a budget friendly place which can perfect for parties, group entertainment, etc.

Horrible service from wait staff, waited almost an hour to get our drink orders taken then waited another 30mins to get our drink then another wait just to place the food order. The waiter we had did not want to acknowledge the fact that we where there. Manager came to us a few times and I had to let him know that we where still waiting to talk to the waiter, I get places get busy but if your manager has to keep telling you that your table needs attention than that job shouldnt be yours... she ignored us the entire time and cared to bring out the check before we could even finish our meal or order more drinks. Only get one star for the food, managers shouldnt keep reminding staff that tables need to be tended for, youre a waiter for a reason.

2022-03-16I visited this Dave and busters with my boyfriend for a date night. What I immediately loved about it was that the bar was separated from the game area unlike the one on 42nd Street. I also loved all the dope games they had and the fact that the bathroom was really clean. The food was good as were the drinks.In all I definitely recommend this place for a fun time in NYC.

2022-05-24Came here last week with my nephew and we had such a good time! I had to swipe my card twice.. sometimes a few times on certain games because it was not recognizing my card? But would eventually work.. loved that I was able to give my nephew my card at the end & he combined mine & his tickets and bought something with the tickets we won.

2022-04-19Terrible experience . We got here at 2 on a Saturday. We were seated and ordered immediately the food took 2 hours to come out then when it did they forgot my son food with. We had to wait another hour for . The food was cold and when I looked on my bill they added 3 extra drinks that never even ordered .So our little lunch date turned into dinner . The place was crowded , poorly managed and food might have been okay if it wasn’t cold when it came out . My son pizza was disgusting he didn’t even eat it . The games were VERY EXPENSIVE the play card that comes with the combo is nothing if you come here with 3 people and want to play make sure to carry about $300. I will not be returning👎

2021-10-27If you come here you MUST try the chocolate cake! It was so good & I really appreciated the presentation . I also ordered chicken tenders & fries and they were over cooked but the barbecue sauce was good + they heated it up. The waitress I had was nice also & fixed a problem I had with no issue. The dining area could be cleaner , I had to ask someone to wipe my table. I wasn’t asked to show proof of vaccination to dine in. As far as the games there were a couple that didn’t work but I did see workers actively cleaning machines after people finished playing on them .

2022-04-15Great place to bring your family, friends and loved ones. You can have fun playing games together. Food is great as usual. The staff is nice. Make sure you download their app and get some challenges done. Save your tickets until you get a good amount to spend it in the shop. The Virtual reality was a fun experience for my 11 year son and dad. I recommend this location and all Dave and Busters they are a fun place to enjoy your time.

2022-06-14The place is generally clean on the floor. The bathrooms smell and need more cleaning. The food is okay, nothing fancy or amazing. The games are fun especially with friends or family. Would appreciate if someone was talking around every hour sanitizing surfaces. They do place some cleaning wipes but at the entrance not around the games. Most games are functional and they are decently quick to assist you if one isnt working.
