When my husband was looking for a personal truck, (in 32 years of being in business, he never had one) He only had the rough riding work trucks. The Car Store had what he was looking for so we drove out to Albany to check it out and found that there were three of the same truck all very reasonably priced. We chose the truck with the lowest mileage and we love it. Oleg was awesome to deal with, very nice and down to earth, not your typical salesman. As a matter of fact, we have Oleg looking for a new work truck for us now!
While Oleg was nice and professional and we love the Tahoe we have had major mechanical problems with our vehicle since buying it. Only have owned this truck for 3 months and having to drop $2500 on repairs that should have been caught by his mechanic. Not happy! Thankfully the truck should be good to go after this but not happy with buying a car and dropping this kind of money on it! When you buy a vehicle used or otherwise have your own inspection done to protect your self.
Gave me a GREAT Trade in price on my F350. The truck I bought was derailed and ready to go. Had a vibration around 50 MPH or so,I Called Oleg and told him about it,he had me take it to a local tire store to get the wheels rebalanced AND he paid the Bill. Good to work with with as well. Oleg was great to deal with. Very nice truck, low mileage, and reasonably priced. I traded in my old truck with Oleg, he offered a very fair price on the trade. After the sale was complete he still answered my calls and text for a few questions I had. I would highly recommended doing business with Oleg.

I gave the Car Store a call about a 2016 F-150. Oleg answered. He gave me the scoop about the truck quickly. I had a good feeling after the phone call. I was going to go to Baltimore that day to look at trucks but after the call I went to Albany. Im from the Jersey Shore. I drove 4 hours and it was worth it. The truck was perfect, and Oleg is a great guy. Right from the start he was there to give me great customer service. Well I bought the truck and came picked it up the next week. Oleg worked very hard and went out of his way to make sure everything was right with the vehicle and that when I got to NJ the registration process was easy. He also came and picked us up at the train station in Schenectady NY. We came from NJ on the train to pick up the truck. I recently purchased a 2001 Tacoma from The Car Store, and dealing with Oleg was a great experience. Im from the Rochester area, so when I saw the truck for sale online, I called to inquire. Oleg kindly answered my questions, and sent me several pictures of the truck. Now, its a 2001, and it has high miles, so I didnt expect it to be perfect. Oleg sent me pictures of every little imperfection he could find, so that there were no surprises if I decided to make the three hour drive to buy it.I ended up deciding to make the trip to purchase it. When I got there, Oleg let me walk around the truck and check it out. We then took it for a drive, where he filled the tank so I could make the return journey home. The price was right, so we took care of paperwork, and I brought my new (to me) truck home!Two days after my purchase my check engine light came on. When I was at The Car Store, Oleg assured me if I had any issues to let him know. I texted him my Check Engine light came on. I have a code reader, so I was able to tell him it was an EVAP code, but didnt know what was causing it. He said to take it to a shop, and he would take care of the part, if I paid for labor. Because of the age and miles on the truck, there is no lemon law, so technically he didnt owe me anything, so I definitely apprecaited his willingness to help me out. The truck ended up needing a new gas tank, which, true to his word, he paid for, while I took care of the labor.I would highly recommend The Car Store, and Oleg. He does a great job, and stands behind his product.
I cant say enough how amazing of as experience this was. Oleg is a 100% straight shooter. He gave me a full breakdown of the condition of the vehicle I wanted, asked a very fair price, and gave me a good value on my trade in. The process was one of the most transparent Ive ever had buying a car. But where he really shines is how much he really cares about your total experience.I had this truck from a couple of months, and was towing a camper down to Florida. What neither of us had realized was how badly the road salt had damaged the hitch. We were pulling out of a gas station in NJ, when the hitch literally tore in half. Fortunately, there wasnt any frame damage, and I manage to get it replaced that day. On a whim, I called Oleg to let him know what happened. He got back to me within a day, asked me to send him a copy of the bill for the replacement, and send me a check that covered over half the cost! I was floored! The Car Store has a customer for life in me.
The car store inc. has good inventory. Oleg was very quick responding and helpful. Also flexible on meeting times and answering any questions I had. I couldnt be happier with my new truck.

2020-07-03I met Oleg the owner of the car store in 2017. The company I just stared to work for was just starting them selves and bought there 1st truck from the car store. An F-350. I was in the process of getting rid of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler for a work truck and was glad they told me about Oleg and the car store and went to look at his lot of trucks. He had Ford, GMC, Chevy, and if doesnt have on his lot what your looking for. He will get you what you request. He did for meI bought a White F-250 Super duty off him and was very happy how clean it was with the mileage under 8,000 miles and what a difference in towing compared to a GMC 2500 that I had previously. Sometimes I forget I even have a trailer on the truck. Oleg is a pleasure to talk to and ask questions without being pushy as most dealers are with the back and forth game to put me in the truck.After a year my son Joseph joined the company and bought his Black 2018 F-250 and absolutely loves it.The company hired a new supervisor and wanted to put him in a company truck and asked me if I wanted to sell the company my 2017 F-250. I did.I once again bought another F-250 Ford Super duty this time silver F-250 2019 and really like the trucks new features especially all the cameras on the truck for towing and backing up with trailers daily makes it so easy and not to mention saved thousands of dollars by not going to the larger stores which all there used trucks having 2 to 3 times more miles on them for a higher cost.Oleg,It has been a pleasure to work with and you did everything for my purchases and dealing with my Credit Union so I didnt have to do anything but show up, sign the days I picked up my Trucks and was in and out in 5 minuets because you had everything ready prior my arrival. Thank-you for helping a friend of mine who didnt purchase a truck from you and explained how easy it is to transfer plates and/or will tell you how to drop of paperwork or set up appointments in this crazy time of Covid-19 restrictions with NYS DMV.Thanks again Oleg for everything . 2020-07-16My wife and I had been looking for a used truck for about 4 months and were becoming frustrated with some of the larger car dealerships in the area. Our search landed us at The Car Store. We met the owner Oleg and immediately felt very comfortable. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. Oleg was extremely professional while at the same time being a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions and concerns and proved to be extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles on his lot. We ended up buying a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. 2018-01-09After looking for the perfect truck for more than two years and negotiating with several dealerships the only person that I found to be trustworthy and Reputable of further review was Oleg. This surprised me because he runs a relatively small business as compared to the larger dealerships that I had been dealing with. But with his small business comes a personal feel. He was constantly available via text message for any questions that I had.In my case in particular there was a small scratch on the truck that he had immediately fixed. I also asked him to tint some of the windows. I know kind of an unusual request however he made it happen.Although it is difficult to spend the amount of money that we do on vehicles These days Oleg made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a beautiful truck! A trustworthy Personable family man.
