Been doing business with them for years- it is a hike to get there but always worth the trip. I have bought about 6 trailers and a flatbed for my truck. Owner is on site and very ethical. Prices are very good, service 2nd to none!
Davis trailer world is a great place for anything trailer, all hardware and gear, as well as clothes and boots. The people their are extremely friendly and helpful. I just keep going back for anything I need especially hardware and service of my trailer.
This place is amazing! I came looking for boots, and had the best experience Ive had at ANY western store. I was trying on boots and Mrs.Davis came and helped me get the perfect size, and even threw in leather conditioner, and boot socks for free! If youre looking for great people, and high quality boots for good prices, this is the place! I will be back soon!
My father ordered a really nice cattle trailer from Davis Trailer. There was a minor defect in some of the diamond plate so the owner informed us and made it right, even though it was quite minor. He also took a lot of time to show us around the trailer, explain everything and provide advice. We were really impressed. He also has a really nice store and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The selection is lacking in there onsite trailer availability, but I belevie thats a result of covid. In years past youd see twice as many trailers if not more. The customer service is adequate and personell is knowledgeable but often seem annoyed to be asked for assistance. Wide on hand selection of trailer parts and high end work clothes, but bring your wallet you get what you pay for and the best comes at that price.
Interaction happened on March 17, 2021. Biggest bunch of weasels. Here are the players (players being the key word): Josh Weaver ( Sales), Dave Moon (Parts) and the Biggest Dirt bag that one could ever deal with The Owner Dean Davis. Called Josh about getting a estimate on getting a quote on damages on a Snowmobile Trailer. I asked if there was a charge on getting a quote. His response verbatim There is no charge. I accepted the answer which there would be no reason not to , because really who charges for estimate for a quote no one does. I was driving an 1hour and 20 minutes to the business. I get there and I go to the parts counter ask for Josh and explain conversation on phone. The person who I spoke with, had an attitude ( And its not like they were busy, try not at all) An Individual by the name of Dave comes out to give estimate( needless to say a SLUG, was wondering why he was even working because it was quite apparent he had no customer skills at all or any skills at all) The individual that I had the first conversation, went with both myself and Dave to look at the trailer, Both total balls of fire!! Im a pretty reasonable individual , but these 2, It was they were both slugs together. Then the conversation between the two was there had to be a third person involved, This guy comes out, doesnt introduce who he is or what his role is, but helps Dave with trying to estimate the quote . Okay the third person goes back in the office. Dave is leaving and says that there is a $150.00 fee for quoting an written estimate. I was extremely shocked considering Josh stated there was no charge for an estimate. I walked back into the store made Dave aware about conversation that Josh an I had, his response was he doesnt know!!So while driving back home for an 1hour 20 minute drive, I called the store connected with a guy by the name of Mike ( another weasel), asked me who it is and what was it about , made it clear to him who I was and what it was in reference to. He put me on hold, gets back on line and says he with a customer ( when I was there you could here a pin drop because it wasnt busy and I could see where this was going) I asked how long it would take, he states 15 minutes or hours, I said could I leave my name and number, he said okay again asked what it was about. I reiterated. Needless to say I never received a call back. I called back with my number blocked and gave a different name because of this stores sleazy actions. Spoken with the biggest Weasel of all, the owner Dean!! Made Dean aware of Joshs conversation about no charge for estimate and my 1hour and 20 minute drive, his response was that if if Dave took 5 minutes to write the quote he should still charge $150.00. My response was that more than a Medical Doctor. After a conversation about this he hung up on me. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND ANYONE THAT DEALS WITH THEM SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE THERE SNEAKY TACTICS
Bought a double axle, 7000 lb Corn Pro car hauler. Very pleasant experience. Spent some time after closing on my first visit to answer my questions and was able to finalise a purchase the next day while I was at work. Salesman, Josh, even called me back to double check that they were selling me what I wanted. Came by after work, signed the paperwork, they set me up with the correct hitch and off I went. Couldnt have been any easier.
I just bought my 12 utility trailer from Davis trailer world. They have a good selection to choose from. Very satisfied with the pricing and the sales people are very nice to work with. Not pushy or rude. I would recommend them to a friend
I love Davis Trailer World. The only place were I can get an Amish all leather belt. High grade dress belt that will last years. We have purchased cowboy hats boots and jewelry all of it was high quality. Helpful staff with a great deal of knowledge. Trailer repair is excellent. Great turn over time.
After looking for 2 plus months for a 16ft BP Trailer we found Davis Trailer World. The service was the best I have ever had at any dealership. Josh helped the whole time. Gave him my credit card info and the next day drove 4 hrs and the trailer was ready when I got there. I could not be happier with this place and highly recommend them.
A great store at a busy intersection. Anything you need for a trailer including new and used models plus service. Showroom is fully stocked. They also sell clothing and truck accessories.EDIT: I went there with a used trailer that looked like it had a structural issue. I needed an expert to look at it. Within five minutes of being there, two guys were out there assessing my predicament. I didnt want to sink a ton of money in it and be upside down on it. After discussing its planned usage, we came up with an affordable plan that they did while I waited. Even an unforeseen issue that arose was taken care of. I left feeling good about the service and the trailer. Friendly and empathetic staff was awesome.
We bought a used Doolittle dual axle trailer and we could not be happier with it. Friendly, knowledgeable sales, top notch service and a beautiful facility, we will never go anywhere else for our trailer needs.

I bought an Aluma trailer from these folks about three weeks ago and thought it was about time to share my buying experience with them. They are without a doubt about the nicest people Ive ever dealt with in a purchasing transaction. The price was more than fair (I checked around before I bought), and the trailer was ready exactly on the day and time as promised. When I showed up with a tongue rack I purchased from another company they installed it and welded it in place for a fee I considered extremely reasonable. The workmanship on the welding was superb. Prior to my retiring, I worked as a quality manager for several large corporations and became something of an expert on Customer Satisfaction. In fact, I traveled around the country giving talks to other companies on how to satisfy the customer and build a quality business. I could have used Davis Trailer World as the poster child for setting the bar in that regard. Two thumbs up for Davis, Mike the salesman, and the service department.
My trailer broke an axle and was sitting on the side of the road. I Had to have these guys custom make some axels for me and weld on mounts.. they had them done within an hour and we’re extremely helpful.. offered me advise on what to look for while swapping out an axel on the side of the road... these guys are great guys and exceptional customer service
I went to Davis trailer world to buy some western clothing. Their selection of boots, clothing and hats is huge. While I was their I received some much needed help from the nicest most honest sales person I have ever meet by the name of Mrs. Davis. She helped me pick out a great fitting pair of boots as well as some blue jeans. I will be doing all of my future shopping for western clothing at Davis trailer world. Weve been using Corn Pro trailers from Davis for several years now and it was a great decision. Theyve been very accommodating in building and customizing them to fit our needs. Our Scout troops trailer had an issue and needed to be fixed quickly so we could go on a camping trip.Even though the schedule was pretty tight, they found a way to help us and get the trailer fixed so we could go at a very reasonable price. Davis Trailer World is a high quality retail trailer store. I purchased 2 trailers from him over 5 years ago. Both were custom made for me and both are performing well. One is a dump trailer, which I like to overload with wet sand when working on my property. Most people agree that wet sand is about as heavy as any material can be. The as built trailer springs could not support the overload and the wheels rubbed on the underside of the box. As I live in Canada some 250 miles north, I was stuck with having to solve and pay to fix the problem locally. When I mentioned this to Dean he remembered our discussion that the trailer would be used to haul wet sand, and, when I told him the cost of the upgrade ($400), he sent me $200 in cash. Under the circumstances, he really did not have to do that. If I am ever in need of another trailer, I hope he is still in business.

Anyone reviewing this place must be related or never had to deal with the owner. After having to bury my father who died of stage 4 lung cancer, I had the great misfortune of returning a water pump he bought and had planned to use before his death. My dad was sick, but it was still somewhat sudden, and he planned on using the pump sometime in January. This, however, coincided with his losing 40+ pounds in a month after the new chemo treatment he was on stopped working.Upon arriving to return the $600+/- item, I showed the death certificate of my father. The response of the unimpressed owner was ah. didnt get around to using it. They apparently have a return policy of 30 days, and a restocking fee of 25%. This includes should the person die apparently. I was informed by the owner that he would have to charge me a restocking fee. When I asked why, he explained that he did nothing wrong and that my dad dying didnt have anything to do with him. When he told me that the fee amounted to roughly $100 of the $600 purchase, I said wow, thanks so much, I appreciate that. I should say that my dad purchased this pump on January 2nd, died February 10th, and I tried to return it February 12th. So, as you can see, we didnt miss the 30 day by much.His response to my thanking him for being such a great guy by charging my now widowed mother (married 37 years) a 15% restocking fee even with the presence of a death certificate needed a new paragraph: Well. You can have an estate sale if you dont agree to these terms. I dont even really have to accept the return.You may agree or disagree with him, I dont care. But, he is, by far, the most uncouth, disrespectful, hateful person Ive ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. If you can POSSIBLY find another place to buy from, PLEASE do. I IMPLORE you. I guarantee thats not the only transaction my father ever had with this business, either. But, you can see how much he cares for his customers. Please, if you can, buy elsewhere and hopefully he will go out of business before he damages another persons life.

Right down the road from one of our shops, needed some parts for our truck capper. Pickedem up, went to install, didnt fit. 🙄 stopped in on our way back in, swapped out for the correct parts. Easy-Peasy!

My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase a new trailer and decided to check out davis trailer world. We were interested in going until we saw their recent commercial for the business. A man starts out by saying what can you haul in a trailer from davis trailer world, just about anything then it quickly shows a mariachi band playing music on a trailer and he starts laughing. What is he trying to say with that. Basically he is making fun of Mexicans, I dont find it funny at all. We will take our business else where.

2022-02-01I worked with Jeff at Davis Trailer World. I found him to be extremely professional and helpful. I believe he tried hard to get me the best price possible for the parts for new brakes I needed on my trailer. When he couldnt get the parts at the price he wanted, he did the next best thing, which was a promotional discount to me. He also worked fast and his company turned around the repairs quickly. The trailer repairs are wonderful. I recommend Davis Trailer World.

2021-12-31I called on Davis trailer world to help me out after I blew a tire on my trailer which ripped off my fender. I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Dave in service who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got my trailer in and fixed up within a day and the work they performed was top notch. Their pricing was very reasonable, I would highly recommend this company

2021-11-11Yesterday went to pick up a Leer Cap $3,600. Dave Moon in the back along with Bill (or Bob) I forget now, top of the line guys. Very helpful, patient, answer questions go over things with you. I was met at appointment time and cap was put on in a timely manner. All functions and features reviewed. Completely exceeded my expectations.Thats when the good service stopped. I asked if I could talk to the trailer guy as I was interested in purchasing one. The trailer guy should not be in sales or service. Ive managed sales professionals for over 25 years, over 200 sales professionals trained. I would have fired him on the spot. Wouldnt come off his seat. Wouldnt review features. Wouldnt even go over to the rack and grab a brochure. (Note it was first thing in the morning shop was slow - he had plenty of time.) Told me to go out and look at the trailers on my own. Had the gall to tell me everybody is different cant really know what you would want or not. What???? In an underlying way I really felt like he was trying to agitate me. Like I was bothering him and he didnt want to talk or help. Im looking at purchasing a trailer in the next 6 months to haul a tractor on. Told him that. Treated me like I couldnt afford one. Guess what I drive all the way back to my office in Buffalo and on my desk was a bonus check for exact the amount of a new trailer. $10,000. But it wont be going to Davis Trailer World. I was a slam dunk $10K sale - existing customer. If this guy had even average aptitude in sales he could raise gross revenues for himself and DTW by an easy 30 - 40%. I have his name. Ill keep it in confidence. I wasnt going to write this but after sleeping on it I wanted to share with people before they make the drive out there.

2021-11-04No way, NEVER going back, they refused to accept a return on a universal part stating it was a special order yet there was NO mention of it being one or a outrageous restocking fee.Response: There was NO discussion on application of returns. Im told through the industry that this is a universal part NOT a special orderReceipt did not state this is a special order Terribly disappointed
