Front desk clerk was nice but honestly that was where the niceties ended. My room was wide open when I arrived and I was greeted by a plethora of flies and neighbors drinking in the hallway (obviously not the hotels fault). The shower was dirty and the toilet ran the entire time. I dont want to assume but my sheets had red dye? blood? speckled on them. Im sure every one here is working very hard but this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences Ive had.
Positive: Location is off the highway, convenient, but no food places around. Negative: It was the worst hotel I stayed in, dirty, old, never updated and just depressing. The bed was not comfortable. The air conditioner was loud, ancient and was making noises, difficult to sleep. The breakfast was not offered, but was advertised. The worst.
Sorry, but this place is just pretty dirty and nasty. I was able to sleep ok and take a shower in the morning, so it served a purpose. But the place was a dump. There was weird gross orange blobs growing on the walls in the bathroom and I have no idea what they were. The building had doors that were kicked in, ceilings that looked stained and in disrepair, just really rough everywhere. It was very similar in appearance and condition to the hotels Ive stayed at in Russia.
It gets one star only because it wont let you give none. DO NOT STAY HERE. When I first saw the hotel as I was driving up I thought it was abandoned. Entire hotel was extremely run down, yard area was overgrown and exits were propped open with trash cans. My room was on the first floor. The curtains wouldnt close as the hooks were missing. People were sitting outside by the window smoking and drinking. This place was so bad I checked out approximately 15 minutes after checking in. Ive never felt as unsafe as I did in this place.
Terrible place to stay !!! Building outside dirty and in need of repair. Bikes and scooters on sidewalks and garbage too !!! Inside was dirty and smelled. Days inns use to be a nice hotel to stay in years ago. Will never stay in one again. !!!! Get your act together Days Inn !!!! 😡😡😡. Keep driving to a better hotel than this days inn !!!
Positive: The location was easy to find Negative: The room I was given had dirty socks next to the bed, the toilet was running which had led to water all over the bathroom, there was a panty liner wrapper on the floor. The 2nd room I was given, you had to lift the door up to close it.
Positive: cost was as advertised. Negative: No elevator. No breakfast that was advertised.old food on carpet in room.dirty headboard. Found change in bed when we went to bed so linens must not have been changed.tv cable wasnt working.hotel staff did not know how to fix so we had to fix it ourselve
Positive: Nothing Negative: Entrance was filthy with cobwebs, dirt. The pictures in the check in area were covered with cobwebs. The curtains were filthy, wrinkled. I honestly wanted to leave and get my refund. Our TV had no connection to Cable, the stairways smelt like smoke!
Positive: Unfortunately I can¿t say anything was tolerable here Negative: This hotel is wildly overpriced! There is an underlying dampness everywhere, the rug in the room turned our socks black within minutes. Front desk guy was confrontational, cleaning in common areas and rooms has been neglected for a long time.
Pitch a tent before you stay here놘 – My reservation was for 5 people they only gave me 2 wash clothes and 2 towels when I asked for more all they had was 3 wash clothes and said all the towels were dirty. The rooms had more flies than a McDonalds dumpster my room never got cleared I couldnt get comfortable I left at 4 am and the fruit flies are everywhere too. Most of the electric sockets didnt work either ... Never never never again will I stay at a Days Inn
Positive: Location Negative: Bathroom had used items inside, items no longer connected to the wall, dangling. They left items to make coffee, but no coffeemaker, floors were sticky. The only plus, beds clean and no bugs. Outside looked abandoned, lawn not mowed, outside door broken,
Okay so the place looks terrible. There is overgrown weeds, paint peeling, ugly and cheap decor all around. The room was comfortable, mostly clean but smelled like smoke, even though the room was non smoking. The neighbors partied all night, and we were traveling with an infant and dog but the front desk helped us by asking them to be quiet. The staff is very friendly. That’s the best part. Also the neighborhood behind the hotel is nice and I felt comfortable walking my dog there. Stay if you have to, but just expect the basics.
The room was disgusting, dirty and smelly. There was food and sticky stains everywhere. All you can smell is cigarette smoke when you walk down the hallways. The receptionist was miserable and unpleasant. Do not stay at this hotel. When I asked for a refund and said I would stay somewhere else the receptionist was rude and could have cared less about customer service. I had to request a receipt showing my refund and she became upset that I requested the receipt. The pictures do not match the hotel at all. All around horrible experience.
God, I’d need to write a book on how many things there are WRONG with this hotel.1. It just looks very unappealing from the outside, not welcoming at all.2. Very bland rooms and front lounge area.3.We has to CHANGE ROOMS because the smoke smell in the first room was UNBEARABLE.4. There are BUGS.5. The rooms need SERIOUS HELP.Please, PLEASE pick one of the other hotels in the area. They are bound to be nicer than THIS.
Honestly. I find it incredibly difficult to give this place even a three star rating. After walking in and the staff trying to rush me into my room as quickly as possible and not having Hot water in my room...I still tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I stayed for two days and the second night our cards wouldn’t let us in. Some other ratings make me think that because this place is so..sketchy..the staff have to be SUPER nice to make up for it. The halls smelt like smoke and I was very sketched out while I stayed here. Final thought, I most likely will not be returning.
Really, is it that difficult to understand that cleanliness and basic upkeep earns a good rating from customers? I rented two rooms for a night and I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the towels which were old and dirty. My stack of 3 towels in the room were all different shades of white, one was so old it was almost gray. The complimentary shampoo bottle was half full and still open! As if someone else had just used it. Weird. The only bright spot, was that the employee on duty that night was professional and nice. After spending only a few hours at this dump, my friends and I decided to just keep on driving the extra hours and miles to get someplace decent. I didnt complain. I didnt ask for a refund, I simply returned the key cards 3 hours after checking in and left.We will never stay here again. A word of thought. Theres at least two other motels in this exact spot. I didnt try them, but maybe they are better than this place. Its sad because Ive had much better luck at other Days Inns, just not this one!
Would not stay here again.. unfortunately we had no choice as it was the only hotel available after our original hotel gave our rooms away. The staff were sweet (honestly I felt bad for them having to work in such a hole)Our room was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The whole hotel smelt like Axe spray as if they were trying to cover something up, hallways very dark and dingey, our keys wouldn’t work to our room on 5 separate occasions, and our lock was broken, vending and ice machines not working. Hotel room very dirty, no fridge like we requested.. the hotel in general seemed more like a crack house than anything. It made me very nervous to sleep there knowing my lock wasn’t always secure.. people running around on drugs and standing outside the main entrance telling guests how messed up on drugs they were. Just not a pleasant experience.
2-stars is being generous. The building was old and not quite run-down, but certainly not taken care of. The paint didnt go all the way to the corners of the ceiling and wall. It looks like it was painted only with a roller and no paint brush was used to cut in the corners. There were loose tiles in the lobby. Not a tripping hazard but you could feel them shift when you stepped on them. The housekeeping wasnt good. Toilet wasnt cleaned properly, counter had rocks/sand on it after the room was cleaned and it stayed that way for 3 days. The carpet left my feet dirty after an evening of walking around the room.
Horrible!! Checked in at 1am after working all day and driving 5 hours. Just needed to get solid sleep from 2am till 930am. We were abruptly woken up at 630am by a obnoxiously barking dog in the room next to that continued for a solid hour. We were told the dog had separation anxiety because the owner left for work and her boyfriend would not be home from work till 8am. I was so worried for that precious animal was neglected and scared for such a long time. Besides, upsetting guests that paid for a decent time sleep. I could go on about how neglected this property is but Im not going to waste my time. Samantha and Tammy were very inhospitable. Needless to say, we checked out at 830am. No thanks for anything. The Super 8 is run by same employees so I would pass on both properties!
Booked a room for 07/05 and checked in around eve to find the lights and the door lock are not working. Informed the same to front desk and she said maintenance guys work only from 7AM-3PM and she cannot do anything. She cannot change my room also as there is nothing available. I have to sleep in my friends room entire night only to find from maintenance guy next day morning that particular room should have been marked as Out of Order. When I asked Priceline for refund (as I havent used the room at all and it is not in usable condition), they said if Hotel gives refund, they can pass it to me. Contacted the hotel and my request is not yet responded back.I do agree these kind of things happen, but what stands out most is the customer service. If they can at least agree that it is a mistake and give me some or full refund, I am OK for that.Hotel itself is good, although there are some dark places in the hallway, lights not properly lit (I did not like), rooms and appearance looks good. My friends room is all good. Will update if/any response
Walked up first appearance awful. Horrible cheap peeling paint all over front frame of building doorway. 4th of July weekend so options limited. Check in fast and easy. Rooms smell weird, safety bar in shower installed incorrectly and falling off the tile and missing screws and tile was also coming apart. Flush toilet and get a high pitch squealing sound for about 5 minutes cause float valve needs replaced.Water damage and warped paint blobs on walls. Now beds...first blanket had cigarette burn holes on it and paint blotches I think totally gross. Place needs to be condemned Days Inn should be ashamed of themselves. Oh in morning their breakfast cooker was late as well... negative 2 stars.
I booked a room 2 months in advance for a concert, we arrive desk hands me key I walk upstairs to room ( hallway very warm no air) open door room is a mess towels on floor , go back down to desk I say I think someone is in this room “ I just think it wasnt cleaned says girl at counter” Im sorry gets me another room back upstairs get to room key doesnt work so back downstairs now back up again open door and suitcases are sitting on bed!, now seriously Im ready to leave we are late to our concert , back downstairs gives us yet another room and finally its good but bathroom door had big hole in it, room smelled stale so do yourself a favor dont stay here, thank god we only stayed overnight
They have taken good care of me here. The reception staff is very curtious and friendly, my room was clean and did not smell strange like some other hotels Ive stayed at, the free breakfast was typical but satisfying and the breakfast area was clean. Then showed concern for the fact I had just had an accident and wanted to make sure I was recovering. For any truckers reading this, they do have tractor trailer parking here! Its around back accessed through the back of the main parking lot just of Noonan Drive.
The room is very basic for being over $100 - a bed, dresser, small TV and desk with a chair. It was obvious it had not been vacuumed. In the bathroom there was a wad of long black hair stuck to the shower wall, and hair around the sink. Best part? In this lovely summer weather there was no AC working! Very disappointed...
Overall, I would say that I am not at all impressed. We made the booking based on features available. This was an anniversary getaway that worked for us based on proximity to our plans. When we arrived Sunday evening, the receptionist was on the phone, and did not pay much attention to us. When she finished the call, she did get us checked in. We went to the room that we were given (a jacuzzi room)and noted that the hallway was not overly clean, but that was just the beginning. The hallway and the room we were assigned smelled very strongly of smoke, when we had booked a non-smoking room. The receptionist did change us promptly to another non-smoking jacuzzi room. The new room had a door that was very difficult to open and close. Perhaps it was out of allignment, but one shouldnt have to slam a door to get it closed properly. The bathroom door did not close either. The tub had a rust/dirt area around the drain, and the bathroom itself was kind of dark and the shower curtain did not look very clean and mildew free. The toiletries were very basic. The jacuzzi tub had some issues as well. The caulking around it was completely broken and pulled from the wall. Some of the tiles around it seemed to be inccorectly replaced and not very even at all. Also, the access panel was not entirely connected properly. The tub also had some problems draining. The heating and cooling unit worked, but inside the heating area, there was some kind of debris and the heat produced a strong burning smell (though there was no smoke). The TV had some reception issues, as well as large swings in volume from channel to channel. The website spoke of free HBO, and that was not on the list of channels, nor did we find it.The coffee in the room and the breakfast area were not great, but tolerable. The morning cleaning crew was quite loud in the hallway, as they were yelling up and down the hall to each other. At checkout, we found and empty reception desk. A woman who walked in, presumably another employee, asked if we were waiting for someone. After a minute or so, she found the receptionist. To be blunt, had we checked in earlier in the day (we checked in around 8:45 PM), we would have checked out and gone someplace else. I have actually stayed at this hotel, around 15 years ago, and thought it to be average as far as low to middle end hotels range. I would have thought in 15 years the hotel would have improved, but I unfortunately did not find it that way, instead I found this to be a poor stay in a now below average hotel.
Can I Give It a Zero? This place was just awful! We were in a non-smoking room, which was obviously a smoking room previously. They just tried to mask the smoke odor with a bad air freshener. We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned even though we were gone from before 9am until after 10pm. When I told the front desk, I was not even offered a small discount! Also, the back door was propped open with a rug (safety issue). Staying in my car would have been more luxurious!
Staff were nice but that was the only good thing. Room was dirty and smelled. Hallways were disgusting, trash in stairwell. People running around and making noise most of night. Fire alarm was pulled twice during night. Breakfast was inedible. Sorry, cant recommend this place at all.
Honestly pretty gross. The carpet was torn up in the room. Fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. Parts of the room were fixed really poorly with poor craftsmanship. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was an untreated or stained piece of wood drilled into the wall. Pieces of the molding along the floor was peeling off and the carpet was dirty. Also the breakfast... the biscuits were cold and hard. The gravy was also cold...and hard. Dude at the front with the red hair was pretty cool though, and did a good job. Shout out to him. Otherwise it wouldve been literally negative stars if possible.
Nothing but issues from the moment I walked in the door. Before I go any further though, I must say that the two staff members I dealt with were amazing and my review in no way reflects anything they did. In fact, they were extremely apologetic for everything that came up.First, the moment you start walking to your room youll notice a stench like youve walked into an old building that has been closed up for a while. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The room is riddled with maintenance issues including the door handle/lock, tub drain, sink drain, and at least one broken electrical outlet (bottom plug completely exposed/no cover). The air conditioner wouldnt work. Fortunately it was a cool night and the continuous fan option did work. If I hadnt arrived in the middle of the night I would have changed hotels, but not to the Super 8 next door because it has the same owner. My other issue is the continental breakfast. Im a truck driver and have stayed at several hotels since becoming one. I got up after only a few hours sleep to have some breakfast and then go back to bed. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have any protein options whatsoever. Every hotel Ive ever stayed at at least offered eggs and either bacon or sausage. As a diabetic, I was extremely disappointed that I was unable to take advantage of something that is included in the price.Bottom line, if I could rate this hotel a zero, I would. Dont stay here unless you have no other options. There are a few more hotels around here. Learn from my experience and avoid this one.
I advise everyone to stay away from this place! We booked by phone after midnight, immediately specifying that we would be arriving during this night. Having spent our time on the road, we arrived. There were no places in the hotel ... Two young guys who were at the reception scornfully rolled their eyes. At least one of them emitted a persistent smell of alcohol. The question with whom exactly we spoke on the phone and booked a room for the current night remained open... Terrible!
After arriving at midnight to have a much needed respite from home we arrived to a room with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and the previous guests used toiletries and water bottles. We fell asleep and were woken up at 8:30am (12pm check out) by the very loud housekeeping staff knocking on doors like the Gestapo. There was no do not disturb sign to place on our door. After being woken up I decided to work out and go for a swim. Ha ha ha. The pool is closed and the work out room stinks like mold, the floor is wet, and NO WOROUT EQUIPMENT EVEN WORKS. One machine had broken parts just sitting on the floor.I voiced my concerns to Dee Neilans the mousy Guest Services Manager and was told, I will have someone call you. She didnt even offer to give me toilet paper!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE if you want a home away from home experience in a jacuzzi room. We could have saved $200 and let our kids use all the toilet paper and wake us up at home.
If I could rate this motel a zero star rating, I would. When my husband and I first arrived in our room, my husband mentioned that the floor between the bathroom and sink area felt damp. I told him maybe it had recently been shampooed. Upon returning later that evening after a wedding and reception we found the floor was actually soaking wet. Due to the location of the wet carpet, it was impossible not to step on it near the bathroom or sink area or when leaving the room. We put towels down in order to keep our feet, socks or shoes from becoming wet. We noticed each time we stepped on the towels, the pressure created a dirty, yellowish, filthy stain that filtered through the towels from the soaking carpet beneath it. It was disgusting and disturbing. We looked for a leak or dripping water but found none. It was late so we went to bed although we had a very restless night with very little sleep due to the uneasiness we felt that the room was unsanitary or unhygienic. We got up very early the next morning, packed as quickly as possible and checked out. We had no desire to stay even long enough to take advantage of the free continental breakfast. We mentioned the problem at the front desk and we were told to contact the manager the next day. I spoke with the manager the next morning and requesting a refund for the terrible nights sleep. She said we needed to speak with the owner and although she was not allowed to give me his direct number she would give him the message. I had to call back on 3 different occasions until eventually the owner called He refused to issue a refund. He said someone stayed in that room the next night and didnt complain about it being wet and he said he didnt know how the floor could have gotten wet if there were no leaks (insulating we made the floor wet?). I spoke with someone at the motel 2 days after our stay and was told the floor in the room where we stayed is most definitely wet! So my suggestion is to never stay in the Days Inn by Wyndham in Batavia. In my opinion it is disgusting and dirty and the owners have no regard, consideration or concern for their guests.
Curtains did not close all the way. I was able to see the whites of the eyes of a few people in the parking lot.Quiet, did not smell like smoke.Came with 5 pillows. No mini fridge that I could find.Toilet room felt small and cramped.Mirror not in the toilet room with shower.
Was GUARANTEED that the 100 deposit they MAKE you pay would not be charged. Was told when you leave there is no charge. Yeah right. Checked out and guess what yep 100 charge on your card. Now is the waiting and back and forth game to try to get my money back. Dishonesty only here. Integrity is non existent and I highly recommend you steer clear of this place. Wish I could give it zero stars. Oh and try to call them and got hung up on. A shining example of poor leadership.
Ive been going to the Hot Rod Power Tour for the past four years. First year I stopped at the Days Inn in Batavia. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was clean and worked great, the WiFi was strong and though the TV was small it was good picture and sound quality. So the next three years after I stay at that same hotel. It hasnt disappointed me yet. Oh and tasty breakfast in the morning.
We were on our way to Niagara falls for Memorial day weekend and just a few exits before Batavia we ended up with a deer accident and our vehicle wasnt in a good shape, so we stayed at this hotel over-night. The rooms were decent and well maintained, but the most impressive part was the hotel staff they were so friendly and helped us out with quick travel arrangements and providing all required info on bus shuttles, rental cars, taxis so we can reach Niagara falls. The vending machine wasnt working, I went to front desk and informed the same and it was addressed right away. On the whole they have got some cool and friendly staff in a nice little town.
The 3.1 rating is very misleading!! Outdated hotel that smells as soon as you walk in. Mattresses sag in the middle, toilet moves when you sit on it. sheets and towels had stains on them. Air/heat unit did not keep up on the settings chosen. Breakfast was poor even for a continental. But, water pressure was good. There are many options other than Days Inn is this area.
So I called and asked if I could have a early check in they said yes. They ended up calling the room a hour later asking me to check out and made me pay more if I wanted to stay. I explained that I had a early check in and was only there for a hour and the lady told me it was ok to check in a hour early. They said the front desk lady was new and had no right to say that. So I ended up paying more, worst customer service ever. Will never stay with them again.
My wife and I were overnight guests and would not stay there again. The carpet in the room was slightly damp, the shower curtain had spots of mold on it, there were old make up stains around the sink and the rooms AC unit was very loud. When we checked out the clerk gave us someone elses receipt. The location was convenient and the sheets were clean.
I would 2 1/2 stars preferably. The outside is rundown but the inside isn’t so bad. It’s just an ok place to rest and get on with your day. Not a place of high standards but not terrible. Bed was very hard, had A/C and phone charging units. 21 min from Darien Lake Amusement Park. 3-5 min drive from dining, Target, Walmart, gas. The highway is right next to the hotel so you can’t get lost.Free parking and average breakfast
Just ok for survivIng in the tour, dont expect something nice. They changed sallow towels to somehow cleaner ones kindly. the cider from vending machine was going to get expired in few weeks. Breakfast is super simple(see photo).it was nice that they had two separate beds for two guests in a room though.
Filthy, pool was shut down, no elevator, so if youre not on the first floor youll be hiking up the stairs carrying all you belongings. The owner doesnt care about you or your accommodations. No refunds. Dont stay here. Also heard form other guests that they were bitten by bed bugs. This place should be bulldozed to the ground.
Where do I start lol the location was good to thee plaza where i was working for the week. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. My room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was biscuits and gravy was my favorite. I do want to say that one day I locked my keys in my car and the front desk went out of their way to help me. Now thats hard to find. Just down right good people. Which is saying alot considering I spend every week on the road staying in hotels in different states. Thank you Days Inn in Batavia N.Y.
So I got married yesterday and didnt want to spend much money on a getaway considering Christmas is right around the corner. So I came to this trash of a place, to a room that had a hot tub with brownish yellowish water coming out of the jets. Yuk!! So after feeling disgusted from that i pulled the blankets down to maybe cuddle with my husband to find Brown stains on the sheets, pillowcases and all kinds of white stains all over the blanket it self. Now mind you I was there only for less then four hours, (trying to overcome this experience) packed up my things and headed down to the office to complain and in hopes of respect, Id get a refund, at least some money back considering i could of saved 200$s. Now mind you the lady(Deanna) at the front was trying to get me another room but who in there right mind would wanna move to another room to get the same experience. Not I. So the lady says well i gotta go check the room to see if it was used. Well of course it was used I just told you what I did. So she was completely rude and instead of doing the right thing she threw me the card of the customer service managers name. I have been on the phone with this place all day taking time out my life to get some respect. The lady(deanna) who worked at night that was rude NEVER checked us out. Lol. This is absurd. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. There is much better in the area. Very disgusted. Home is the place to be. The better business bureau should investigate this place. This all could of been resolved with respect of at least half the money back
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I will keep this short and sweet. I would rather sleep outside than deal with the disgusting customer service I received. Women and the front desk should not be employed anywhere that she is required to speak to guest and the manager is not far behind. Save yourself some trouble and don’t give them your money. You will thank me.
Made handicap reservations at the beginning of the month.... had confirmation number for room 140. When I went to sign in they had no record of my reservation. I have COPD and it was a very hot muggy day and they put me in a room that when I opened the door the room reeked of moldy air, and there was just a fan no air conditioning. I had been to an event there and luckily that room had been air conditioned somewhat... but they had the front door of the Inn open all day because of the lack of airconditioning. Im sure I will now still get billed for it even though they said no I would not...
Nice friendly young man behind the desk.Fast check in.Clean room.Rooms very large and comfortable.Stuffy till airconditioning turned on , but its like that at any hotel.Only complaint was that there was just one wash cloth.Im sure if i called they would have brought another.Would recommend.
Dont trust your reservation. Apparently they manage their reservations so poorly they overbooked by a large amount and had to turn many people away on a busy night with little to no vacancy elsewhere. Rude front desk attendant, terrible business practice. Take your business elsewhere if you want to ensure youll actually get the room you book.
Really happy with this place gave me a great price and made me feel like home. The room is more than I can ask for and the internet was great plus the staff was just wonderful really enjoyed every staff member that I meant I would highly recommend this place if you are on a journey through this town this is the spot to go.
The days inn was a wonderful place to stay. the even accomadated our dog. it was convniantly located close to batavia downs casino. the rooms were comfortable and easy to access feom the side parking lot. the desk clerk was polite and courteous and answered every question we had concerning our pet.
Worst Days Inn ever been to. Go to a lot for pet friendly. Pimps pimping out a girl in next rm. Sink had no running water. Carpet underneath wet causing mold and ill respitory. Manager on the subject the next day duhhuh. She looks complicit. Knock on wood. Part of it is stupid immature western new York.
Checked in got to room and the fire alarm needed new batteries and was beeping every 15 min.....called front desk she told us she will make a note and send someone up....later left for an event came back early morning ...still not fixed but to tired to deal with itevery 15 min it went off, Air condition not working properly and room was hotchecking out the Front Desk women was very apologetic and kind (not the same women who checked us in) and understandingbut if in the area again will not be staying here again
Worst Days Inn ever dont stay here drive a little further up there are more hotels dirtiest room Ive ever stayed in. And when I complain to the managers they are very rude they seemed not to mind the dirtiness no customer service they said they understand that the room was dirty but we can not get our money back you will regret staying here dont stay

2022-02-27Dirty and run down. Front desk staff was very nice. Hence the 2. Was ice cold in the room upon arrival. Took about 30 min to get the room tolerable. It’s like a gas station bathroom… I will only use it if I have to. There wasn’t another option due to other hotels selling out. The mattress slopes left which is super odd. The “clean cups” for coffee/water were dirty. The room has a lovely array of smoke that they have tried to hide. For $60, it’s a bed, toilet and shower. None of those are nice but it’s not in a bad area nor did I see any bugs. It’s also winter so…. Maybe wait for the summer, for bugs?

2022-06-05Quiet and I slept like a baby! The carpet is brand new., The room was clean, the bed was great, the sheets were clean, the pillows were great! The property is old, but the management is fixing it up. The remote needed batteries and the owner came immediately with a smile and replaced them.Nice staff., and more spacious room than others.

2022-06-10Complete dump. Was not even sure it was open on arrival, it looks to be an abandoned building. No maintenance has been done on this hotel in quite some time. No breakfast. Counter girl was helpful but not alot she could do with what they gave her to work with. Red roof in town was $5 more, Ive stayed there as well. I will not make the mistake of staying at this Days inn again. Please dont waste your time and money.

2022-06-28Super cheap little dump of a hotel along the highway. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Two ragged towels, minimal toiletries, and no amenities. Continental breakfast noted on website, but they only serve bad coffee. Coin laundry offered, no soap. Everything is broken or out of order. Avoid unless desperate.

2022-07-03If i could give it a -10 star rating I would! Room 220 was our room and the beds had literal stains all over the sheets from the top to the bottom including the pillows! Blood stains, poop stains and other unknown stains. To add, the carpet was dirty as well and the walls. Place was disgusting. We did get a room afterwards, but it does not get rid of the bad moment!!!!!! Recommend to not book here!

2022-05-23Wasnt sure the hotel was even in order when pulling up to the front. No curb appeal and looks like people are living out of it. So dirty and smells like smoke everywhere. Lady as desk was nice and thats about it. Bed wasnt dirty but would never stay there again especially for what I paid. Very disappointed.

2022-05-07Currently staying at this hotel. The property is serious disrepair. Internet is poor. They advertise hot breakfast however there is none. Clerk tries to be helpful but she fails. No security, all exit doors remain unlocked. No microwave or refer in the room. Ice machine has a sign posted: “Ice machine doesn’t work. Use the ice machine in the Super 8 across the way!” Wyndham should shut down this Days Inn until it renovates and improves its bad service. Will not stay here again.

2022-06-15Positive: This was the worst hotel I¿ve ever stayed in my life. The room was filthy, there was a hole in the wall where the air conditioner was, the shower was filthy, it was terrible.
Review №9
2022-06-07Negative: The room smelled horrible, food on the walls, poor construction/remodel as it looked like a 3 year old caulked the tub and the most upsetting was not having any hot water in the morning to shower

2021-07-11Only stay here if you have bodies to hide. These two hotels, look abandoned inside and out. No security, doors are taped so they dont latch. Some rooms missing handles. Smells like a smoking club met and smoked every cigarette In the region. Front desk guy was so high he gave us a room key that didnt work after sending us to the wrong building. We went back twice to have it reprogrammed and it never worked. Eventually we gave up and left without even staying.I should have ran when I saw them watching unsolved murder mysteries in the lobby. Accurate ambience.
