I own a comic shope in SC. I and a friend of mine (who has a physical disability) traveled to Massachusetts Friday September 2 to buy a collection and then to New York that night to get a room so I could go and look a another collection the next day. The owner of the inn was very wonderful and kind enough to allow my friend to stay at the hotel until I finished conducting my business.... even though it was 2 hours past checkout. The owner told me his name, but for the life of me, I cannot remember. He went above and beyond in kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this inn and thank the owner so much for his kindness. God bless.
If I could find any way to have this place shut down, I would. I stayed there a few weeks ago from Ohio to visit my boyfriend since he is stationed at Fort Drum NY. The rates at the time were perfect, only complaint then was the pillows were small and housekeeping did not come to clean our room when I asked them to. I called to book another weekend stay and was given a much higher rate than what was listed online. I originally planned to stay the following weekend where the rates would be higher due to softball tournaments coming to town, thus a higher rate. I changed my stay to the weekend before that busy weekend instead and I noticed online my stay would only be $95 instead of $145 per a night. I called to ask about changing the rate on the room since the price listed online was $95 When I called I was asked if they were speaking to me by my first name without me even saying who I was or my name and the owner of this hotel asked me what I wanted and what my problem was. I was floored and he told me my reservation was cancel after me asking about the rate change and I can book it online myself and he hung up on me. I called him immediately back and he asked me why I was calling him again. I was in total shock and asked who he was and who does he think he is speaking to someone that way and if he was seriously canceling my reservation. He said I own this place and that I am canceled and I am not welcomed to ever come back and he hung the phone up on me again. I called and booked my stay at the Candlewood Suites instead which is where I always wanted to go, but they fill up quick unfortunately. After reading more reviews about this hotel and speaking to Candlewood I am not the only person that has been treated inhumanly. The #1 thing that scared me to death reading reviews was some people have been charged by this hotel after being turned away or getting screwed in some way shape or form and being charged regardless of staying there or not. I called my bank and my credit cards fraud department to block any transaction that may be processed by this man/company. I even called Days Inn customer service and got a confirmation number that my reservation was in fact canceled, but I am still keeping an eye out and will be contacting my bank if something were to occur. PLEASE, DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!
Harry, his wife, and staff have been outstanding throughout my extended stay. They have gone out of their way to accommodate myself while house hunting. Great price, clean, and close to everything you might need. Couldn’t be happier or ask for more, one of my best hotel experiences around any military installation I have been to.
Best hotel around. I have stayed here a few times (and others around) for business purposes, and I’d pick this hotel over any. The rooms are always clean, and the bed is very comfortable especially after a long day. Smells nice, nice hot showers. The staff is super friendly and overall a very enjoyable place to stay. I’d give 6 stars if I could. (Spoke to the owner once and could tell he and his staff take pride in having an enjoyable stay) wish all hotels could be like this.
This place looks nice but the blanket between the comforter and the sheets had bed bugs on it and I picked 2 off me the size of a tic that was crawling on me. I dont right reviews usually but this is a sanitary issue which makes me wonder how often they wash and change the bedding
I stayed here for 3 days. One of the best experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. The Owner Harry took the time to remember my name and every time I would beat something he would call me by my name and made it feel I was staying at a friends house. After my check out I left my wallet in my Room the owner called me said he would hang on to it for me until I could come pick it up. The staff here Went above and beyond and And made you feel like your business and stay was appreciated. I will definitely be staying here again!
The owner/ manager. I called inquiring about rooms because it wasn’t available on the app. He told me the rooms was $100 but I said are you sure because I seen $67 (as I do now on Google). So I stopped by to get a better understanding because people can be very rude over the phone. He gave me his business card (Harry Patel) and said he would give me a room discounted for $95 and I said Okay I’ll come back to book it. I call and he remembers me and say “no it’s not available I changed my mind” and hung up. I then call back and let’s him know I was coming to book it now…he then yells and says “find another hotel, stop calling” …photos below
I’VE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL MULTIPLE TIMES AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY I’VE NEVER MET A PERSON MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HARRY NOT ONLY EXEMPLIFIES WHAT HOSPITALITY IS HE’S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS JOB!!! BECAUSE OF HIM I FEEL AT HOME WHEN VISITING MY LOVED ONE!!! THANK YOU HARRY😁
Harry was exceptional and made me feel very welcome. All of the staff are very friendly. Building seemed brand new and there was virtually no road noise even with it being so close to the highway. Very clean, and I honestly loved the shower (I never thought the shower in a hotel was something Id ever think about, but it was great). I was here for work, its 5 minutes from the main gates to the base and theres decent food options around.Im expecting to be back for work and I will certainly be staying here again.
Pretty cool place . Well kept, lots of parking front desk was always really nice. The drive way entrance is pretty narrow and only have 2 painted red arrow signs not a well lit Days Inn sign . No ice machine on the 3rd floor like the signs say . But there is one on the 1st floor lobby area . Im looking forward to stay there again . #Hunter friendly .
Stop looking and book here!Clean, clean, clean! Modern rooms. We stayed in #200. It was perfect for my family. Two beds and a pull out sofa, coffee table, refrigerator, iron, etc.The staff was friendly and accommodating.Dont let the low price fool you. This is a great value! AND... unlike another near nearby property, this place has an elevator :-)Hope this review helps. Give it a thumbs up so I know you were here and read this far.Happy travels.
I have had the pleasure of staying at this Days Inn for the past 2 years when I come home on vacation to visit family and friends. The rooms have always been very clean each day (we stay a week at a time)thanks to the wonderful, hardworking staff...they have a nice breakfast set out in the morning and the owner (Harry) is such a great guy! He is always running around cleaning something (honestly...i dont know when the man sleeps!) He even greets me by name whenever I see him...very impressive! Will definitely be back!
I travel most of the year as a truck driver. On the weekends, I like to get out of the truck and treat myself to a hotel.Ive had a lot of experiences with hotels through Wyndham Rewards and Choice hotels and they havent always been the best experience. But this Days Inn has been a pleasant surprise. Its extremely clean and doesnt have a funky smell like a lot of the hotels I have visited. They have friendly and attentive employees. The bed is pretty comfortable which is always nice to find when sleeping in the truck for 5 days out of the week. There is also a washer and dryer, which I utilized during my stay, and have no complaints about.Ill be sure to remember this Days Inn when Im back in the Evans Mill - Fort Drum - Watertown, NY area. Thanks again for a great experience!
I have stayed at the Days Inn in Evans Mills many times and can only say positive things about each of my experiences! The staff is so friendly and the rooms are very clean! My boyfriend is in the military and they are always so accommodating with our last minute reservations. They make us feel so welcome and comfortable every time we stay there. I highly recommend booking rooms here!!
This is a wonderful inn! Great price for a clean, professional, and comfortable environment :) Bed and pillows are soft, the shower is spacious, and the room comes with its own personal AC, TV, microwave, and mini fridge. Theres a Walmart 10 minutes walking distance, and plenty of food places to eat at
One month later...... 7/17/17. Just stayed another 3 nights this past week and very glad we did. They kept the complimentary breakfast more stocked then last month. Besides being a nice clean hotel it was Cheryl at the front desk that sealed the deal. Not only is she very professional and helpful with everything but she is always so happy and bubbly that it just helped us to start off our day on the right foot which is always very nice to do when on vacation.
Great price and clean hotel. Location is also good, 5 min from Ft Drum, Walmart and fast food restaurants very close by (even a Chinese buffet), and a liquor store close by.Breakfast is eggs, sausages, cereal, and waffles. Not too much variety, but its not bad. Now, pillows suck. They are very tiny and uncomfortable. The gym is 1 treadmill, 1 stationary bike, and 1 pullup bar and no cleaning equipment (sany-wipes)Take a 2nd floor room or you wont be able to sleep because youll hear everything in the 1st floor.
Rooms are very basic but modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and the lady working there was doing a great job keeping everything stocked and clean. My only complain would be the internet was a slow and could be intermittent. Otherwise it was a very nice Days Inn.
Breakfast is a joke. No coffee cups, all sugar cereals, dirty tables, utensils are not in sealed plastic. If covid is their excuse for not having hot food then it is a complete fail. Had to go to McDonalds for breakfast since no restaurants that are close by arent serving breakfast. Bath towels are very thin and bed pillows are more like throw pillows.
This was our 2nd stay here. We have already booked our 3rd stay. Our son is stationed at Fort Drum and this hotel is right by the entrance to the base. Not only is the location the perfect spot for us, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. Better yet, there is one employee in particular who has made our stays enjoyable and she is the main reason we have decided to stay here & not check out the other hotels in the area. Cheryl has been the most friendliest, accommodating and informational hotel representative we have ever encountered. She is a pleasure to see every time we walk into and out of the hotel. The owner/managers have a very huge asset working for them. The continental breakfast is lacking, as I have stated in my previous review, but its doable.
I would not stay here again. Normally, we stay at the Candlewood, however, we thought we’d give this hotel a try. Big mistake. Our room had rust throughout the shower. The water coming out of the faucet was discolored. I needed water to take medicine. When I called the front desk about this issue, they told me they were out of bottle water and I would need to walk to the gas station. Poor customer service. Not impressed.
This Days Inn property is very close to Watertown,NY & Rte 81 N & S. Convenient...Building is 3 floors & very clean. Desk attendants are always very helpful & courteous. Rooms are clean & well organized. Ive stayed here at least 6 times, typically 4 nites. Rates are competitive with other motels. Would like to see each room contain an easy chair to watch tv. They dont. Some rooms have hot tubs/spa. Try this one. Youll like it.
Very nice hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary hot breakfast every day until 9am. The rooms are also very clean. They also have a small fitness room with 2 machines in there. Loved the hotel for traveling to 1000 islands Alexandria Bay.
While the outside appear welcoming. The inside is a different story. The front desk assistant(some blond) was not very welcoming . The room smelled like dirty feet. The duvet cover had what i can only assume was vomit. The blanket was ripped in several spots and the encasement cover appeared to have blood and bed bug spots on it. The breakfast, while simple was a total let down. online line claims a hot Breakfast!. In reality it a bowl of fruitloops or a pre-made small egg disk..thing(which they call a omelet?). $90 plus a night. Your better off splurging and staying somewhere else.
Its a decent hotel, offers adequate services for the overnight stay. Location is good for the Alexandria Bay visitors, easily accessible on map, calm surrounding and has lots of food option nearby. Our room was okay, bathroom was specious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast area was pretty small to adjust the hotel boarders and dont expect anything special there.
To many travelers, the iconic brand name Days Inn often conjures up an image of well-worn, budget accommodations that are short on real creature comforts or luxuries. While that may have been the old Days Inn brand, a new business model is very evident at the Days Inn hotel in Evans Mills. This hotel, now part of the Wyndham brand, is a newer property; clean, bright, modern, upscale, with features and amenities that modern travelers want and expect at an affordable price. I called the hotel directly in early July to make reservations for that weekend and was offered a choice of a room with a King bed for $81, or two double beds for $90. The reservation process was quick and easy. Id already read the outstanding reviews on Google, but I really wasnt expecting a lot for the low price that I was quoted.Finding the hotel was easy. Parking is available in three well lighted areas on the sides and rear of the hotel. Check-in was as fast and easy as the reservation process. Id requested a quiet room on the top floor and thats exactly what we got. The room was large, pleasant, comfortable, and modern with newer furnishings, a large desk, microwave, dorm style fridge, and flat screen TV. Plenty of USB charging ports, and all of my devices connected quickly and easily with the strongest of the three (yes, 3) guest wi-fi networks. Our room had a large well lit bathroom with plenty of clean towels within easy reach of the shower. Hot water was readily available and plentiful. The air conditioner took a while to cool off the room but it maintained a very comfortable temperature through the night. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed a sound sleep. The hotel was quiet all night from 11 pm until 8 am when some guests started leaving. Outside traffic noise was minimal from where our room was situated. The hotel is located a short drive from Interstate 81, stores, restaurants, gas stations, Walmart, and just 10 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes from the Islands. Some of the reviews on Google commented on the lack of an extensive breakfast selection here. The owner addressed that and told us that he is working to improve that situation for his guests. Apparently, a free all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is more important to some than a safe, comfortable, quiet nights sleep at an affordable price. That really wasnt a problem for us as we went out for breakfast at a local restaurant. It certainly wasnt a critical factor in my overall rating. Our interactions with owner-manager Harry Patel during our stay there demonstrated that he takes great pride in his hotel and is serious about providing his guests with the best possible lodging experience. I witnessed him personally speaking with some unattended kids who were running wildly up and down the halls making a lot of noise and disturbing guests. One small problem we encountered with the toilet was quickly resolved by Harry as soon as I brought it to his attention. Weve never experienced that level of personal service at a hotel like this. Forget everything you knew or heard about the Days Inn brand. Based on our recent experience, this Days Inn hotel and its management is clearly in a class by itself. We visit the Thousand Islands area several times each summer, and weve had problems in the past finding really nice accommodations that are close to the Islands at a very affordable price. I believe we just solved that problem.
This was a painful stay. Had I not been stuck in a nor-easter.... I would be asking for a refund and finding a place that has a smart tv, $netflix, a bathroom fan that doesnt sound like a broken jet taking off over and over again... No carpet in the room, and did I mention it has a 23 flat screen tv from 1946...Avoid at all costs
The only reason I can give it a 1 is because the entire hotel was clean. The staff was rude from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. To me, the friendliness of the staff makes all the difference! And one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the breakfast but they literally had no food at 8am. Would not reccomend at all!
Room was clean. The blanket was wornoutPillows were cushions. Asked for pillows and he said he ran out of pillows. Then he said he will check but never came back to give pillows.Breakfast is an advertised item as included, but not a good breakfast. I would rather have gone to a McDonalds.Else a reasonable place. Nothing exceptional. We just stayed overnight on our way south. Dont know about anything else there.
Very professional and friendly staff, they actually greeted us by name with a smile! We had to extend our stay and was given a better rate than when we booked through priceline. Only 1.5 miles from Fort Drum and 15 minutes from Watertown. Definitely a perfect location for military families of Fort Drum. Our room was clean and quiet as was the rest of the hotel. Will definitely stay there again next year.
Not sure why only 2 stars. We stayed at the Days Inn in Evans Mills while working on a job at Fort Drum. We travel all over the U.S, and have stayed in every hotel chain imaginable, but this place Is Not your everyday hotel. This hotel is the cleanest place Ive ever stayed. Rooms are spacious. Nice comfortable beds. There are plenty of towels. Within walking distance to Walmart and many resturants. But the best part of this hotel is the staff. Harry Patel and his staff are the most sincere and friendly people weve come across in a long time. They obviously love what they do and it shows in the way they keep the hotel spotless and so welcoming. We felt completely safe and at home here. Wish we were able to find more hotels like this one. If your going to be staying in this area, this is the place to stay, its a Diamond in the rough. Thanks Harry, Jamie and staff for a great couple of weeks. We will be back soon.
I came in town to see my boyfriend who was stationed at fort drum. It was freezing cold out & quickly realized they don’t turn heat on in the rooms. It was freezing!!! The same temp as outside. I asked for more blankets and they didn’t have any available.I slept with my coat on that night and it was so uncomfortable, I didn’t even wanna shower because I was scared I could get sick because of the cold. You’d think they would be less cheap and have the heat on in the rooms.
Me and the company I work with travel all over the east coast, and stay in hundreds of hotel rooms throughout the year. This was by far one of the nicest most comfortable rooms we’ve stayed in. Harry took good care of the crew and asked us how our day was going everyday, good hospitality and service
Semi clean with attitude. The staff told me there was no ups drop Box. Ups store is next door I noticed when I went out. Manager was rude. I had a company discount but he argued and said no. My room had holes in the floor and dirt under the stand. I would not recommend this place. Also no USB connections in the room. No clock in the room.
First of all..the room had a mechanical noise all night long lasting from 20 to 30 secs apart till around 4 am. They did change my room to a second floor room, but did not compensate me at all. The breakfast room was messy. There was inadequate supply of food. No milk for cereal and no syrup for the waffles, which was extremely messy. The second room was less noisy but I did pay full price for both night. The second day in the breakfast room was no better.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!0 starsYou cant access the front entrance, which is a fire hazard to start. Man claiming to be the owner refused to let us park in an empty space next to the building. Made us feel so unwelcome without setting foot inside. Decided to stay elsewhere, and this man charged us for the night anyway. Way to go, make your guests feel unwelcome to the point they arent comfortable staying there, and charge them anyway. After we traveled all this way to visit my son who is stationed at Ft. Drum.He should be ashamed.
Visiting my son at Ft. Drum and this was the closes, most economical hotel in the vicinity. The staff was very friendly, helpful and even remembered my name the next morning. The rooms were nice, neat and clean. The continental breakfast, however, was full-on carb overload! Wal Mart was in walking distance, though, which allowed me access to different food options.All-in-all a nice place to stay and would re-visit them again.
It was alright.. Location to Fort Drum was the best feature. The gym is two cardio machines and a pull up bar jammed into a tiny room. It is obviously there just to say they have one. The bed was ok but the pillows were half the size of a normal pillow which was the first time I have seen that. Its much better across the street at the Candlewood.
The managment were very rude. My friends and I had drove from Florida and got there early (2 am) and went to ask the front desk if we could check in early since we already had two room reservations held for 8 days and he was very kind and tried helping us. He was a new employee so he called the boss to see what he could do but the manager told him that we needed to f#$% off and to leave. My friends and I heard it on the phone. He said we had to wait till 2 that afternoon to check in even though they had a room open that we reserved. We understand it is protocol but the managment did not have to be so rude and we had to sleep in the packed car with 4 people in the Walmart parking lot. He couldnt even help us get just the one room. We spent a lot of money at this hotel and I will never again put money into this chain.
By far the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The employees are very rude, dont care about customer privacy and are unwilling to help in anyway. I had a do not disturb sign on my door one day, I came back to my room for lunch and my room was being cleaned by the hotel manager, with a steam cleaner, which left my rug in my room wet for days after he cleaned it. I would not stay here again even if I had no other choice, Id rather sleep in my car.
I was very impressed with the Days Inn in Evans Mills. I recently stayed there to see my son off on his first deployment in the Army. The hotel was very clean, new, and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely recommend booking this hotel for any military and civilian families who are visiting the Fort Drum/Watertown area. Very close to the main gate of Fort Drum, shopping, and dining.
The driveway can be a bit tricky to find off RT. 11, but theyve put up arrows to help you find it. Mirror in the bathroom had a tiny crack, the furniture was a little dinged, but the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy, and the staff friendly! For the price, its fine.
A reservation was made for me for a two night stay. Accepted and paid for in advance. The reservation included my seizure service dog. It was all cool until I arrived. When I was checking in the young man at the desk said there was no reservation for me. I asked him to look again for a dog accompanyment...he said...oh yes! Here you are. Apologizing. He checked my dogs tag and we went to our room. I came to Watertown to visit my mom who has dementia and wanted to see her for the two days. When I came back to the motel I was notified that the motel was overbooked and I would have to leave in the morning. The night manager was very curt, and rude to me...it was discriminitory. I am in a customer service career and I know how to treat people, wanting their return business. Mr. Patel has a problem with communicating with women in a manner that is respectful.D. Cole
Asked the guy for Sandals for the bathroom if they had any, he replied to me referring that if Id spent a little more money I couldve gone to Hilton & he said this is not a Hilton so now slandals. Not hot water in the morning, place smelled bad. Bathrooms werent clean.Complete no no noooooo to this place never days inn again.RUDE RUDE RUDE, no customers service stayed at the counter for 10 mins the guy was probably smoking weed in the back. Smh
Where shall I begin? Keep on driving.Welcome to hotel California, night clerk not at desk, drove around for a while and came back. Finally found the night clerk, and he charged us more than is advertised, but who wants to argue at 2:30 am? Pillows were lumpy (probably made out of teddy bear stuffing) and everything smelt like chlorine. One pack of coffee for a bedroom that sleeps four, so went downstairs for breakfast where I was greeted by cold coffee and stale doughnuts.
I dont know the name of the person who was working today, but they were extremely rude, kicked us out of our parking spot, and then when we went to cancel our stay, he still charged us for the night. Until yall learn how to treat people, neither I nor my family will be staying at Days in.
I was charged 2 times for a one night stay n when I notice I went down to the front desk to get it resolved. I was told it would be taken care of. The next morning I got up and checked my account there was another charge on my credit card so now I have 3 charges on my card for a one night stay. I had to literally get my bank on the phone to get them to refund my money back for the 2 extra charges that was applied to my credit card. Days later there was another charge on my card. I will never stay here again. People money is not to be played with. I was so upset Im on vacation and having my money taken from me was not good.
This is the Worst hotel i have EVER stayed in...some of the staff were okay i give them that however, every single time i come to the counter no one is there and when i pick up the phone for service the person pops up around the corner like they were just chilling in the other room, seriously? On top of that the upkeep is non existent outside of the rooms....the ice machine is broken the vending machine is completely empty and the only vending machine with drinks in it is extremely out of date and there was sludge in the bottom. I will NEVER stay here again you couldnt pay me to. Just a note to Military wives if you plan to stay for more than one day....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
This place has the worst Ower Ive ever spoke to. Very rude and policy is b.s reserved a room and tried to cancel day of arrival due to a FAMILY EMERGENCY and wants to say Im skipping out on payment. I paid for a place I couldnt stay for family issues! Wo St hotel ever!!
IF I CAN CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. THE MANAGER IS A LIAR, SNEAKY, VERY DISRESPECTFUL & RUDE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING A COMPLAINT. YOU WILL NOT BE HEARD. IF SO, THE ISSUE WON’T BE ADDRESSED. THE ROOMS AREN’T THAT GREAT AS WELL. THERE ISN’T ANYTHING COMFORTABLE ABOUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WOULD NEVER EVER GIVE THEM ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN. PERIOD. EVERYONE CAN PLAY AT THEIR OWN RISK. THIS PLACE IS SHADY
Worse EXPERIENCE EVER!! WE THOUGHT WE WAS USING POINTS NO THEY CHARGED OUR CARD AND THEN CALLED US A LIAR THEN USED OUR POINTS AS WELL AND TOOK 1600 EXTRA NO KNOWLEDGE OF PROGRAM AND VERY RUDE CALLING US LIARS THERE WAS STILL CONSTRUCTION GOING ON DRYWALL IN HALLWAYS FOR A NEWER HOTEL IT WAS AWFUL!

2022-05-16Overall a decent stay. Good service, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and the price and location are good. My review would be higher except for the fact that they cut every corner possible on amenities. The “breakfast” consists of yogurt and cereal, but if you aren’t there as soon as it opens they run out of everything. So don’t plan on getting a filling breakfast at any point, and don’t expect to even consistently get food. The “fitness center” consists solely of a treadmill, a bike, and a pull-up bar.The mini fridge barely seals and lacks a freezer section, and on top of that the microwave overheats and stops working. Not a bad hotel for a few nights, but I would not recommend it for long stays.

2022-05-14Dangerous. We decided to stay here for two nights as it had two Queen beds and a pull out couch which would accommodate our family. When we arrived and pulled out the sofa bed it was filthy. I called down to the office they brought me a vacuum cleaner and watched me clean the bed. During the night someone tried to open our door. Luckily they did not get in as we had the security latch at the top of the door on. We noticed that the door would not close. When we alerted staff they said that they were aware of the door issue and that we heeded to pull up on the door to latch it securely. (Would have been nice to know in advance.). The manager came up and fixed the door and said that he would make the bill right. Come to find out a dirty room and lack of safety means only 10% off the bill. I do not recommend staying here.

2022-04-03Stayed for a week and my experience was very positive and cost-effective. What I like the most was the service, cleanliness of rooms and property as a whole. Could have been better if there was a real gym and a pool. This property has a potential pass as a 3+ stars hotel with the right investment.

2021-12-21Unfortunately, Google forces me to add a 1-star rating, however, this is a zero-star rating. We booked several rooms at this location and received receipts and confirmation numbers but several hours later a gentleman called saying that my card had been rejected before I could give him a new card the manager/owner (his own words) came on the phone screaming and using profanity telling us to find somewhere else to stay and hung up the phone. I was shocked that a hotel owner would treat his guests that way especially when our company was going to book several rooms for an extended period of time. Thankfully we were able to find a much better hotel whose priority is their guests and we were able to sign a contract for 40 rooms for all of 2022.

2022-05-01Toliet was flushing slow when we got here, later that night after eating something stomach upseting the toilet didnt flush. 2am i went down to front desk front desk employee was rude when i woke them up to ask for a plunger. I was told he didnt have one and didnt know where to get one that i would have to use the down stairs bathroom. I even asked if there was on a cleaning cart he didnt even look. I was going to plung it myself even. I wouldnt have been so annoyed if they tried to look.

2021-10-12Positive: Quiet country setting yet close to restaurants and stores. Clean modern room with large bathroom. Comfortable and affordable. Staff polite and helpful. Wish we were staying longer than one night. Negative: Limited breakfast but most hotels seem to be that way lately. However with what we saved by staying here we got breakfast nearby.

2021-10-11Priceline didnt have an option to leave a review so I will leave it here. We had a great stay at this Days inn. A nice country setting yet close to a Walmart and food and gas. Room was Clean comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was limited but most places seem to be these days. For the price we had no problem getting breakfast nearby. Staff also wonderful and friendly. Book with confidence.

2021-09-28It was an ok stay for me. The staff was nice and the place was clean. The pillows were too small, it was similar to couch pillows. The mattress was firm and the comforters were not that nice. Curtains do not close all the way so a little bit of light slip through the middle. There were a few ants in my room. The water pressure on the shower was pretty weak. All of the cons were manageable though. Just please improve the pillows lol. Front desk who checked me in was really nice. Thank you!

2021-10-19Positive: Very clean. Friendly staff. Negative: The very limited continental breakfast and the hours, didnt really get to sleep in AND have a small bite to eat with coffee. They were closed before I was able to get down there.
