We went as a group and had a lovely time. The staff was very patient with the children, and we enjoyed the trails. Well be back for sure.
I chose DDR Farms to host my childs birthday party. It was the best experience for everyone, both kids and parents! Kim made sure everything ran smoothly and everything was perfect! Thanks DDR Farms for a memorable day!!!

If you are looking to take lessons or just go for a trail ride this place is wonderful horse taken care of well and accommodates all level of riders.
Love ddr equestrian. Everyone is so accommodating to your individual needs. Horses are well cared for and safe.

2022-05-19I believe this place is not managed properly .I made an appointment for my wife and kids to go on a trail ride , as a gift for mothers day .Had no problem booking it , the day of the appointment came and since Im traveling from a bit far , we decided to leave a little early . I get a call an hour before the trail ride and they tell me that they had an emergency delivery so they canceled my appointment. AN HOUR BEFORE . The website clearly states that if I dont cancel 24hrs before the appointment then I will lose my deposit yet they could cancel at a moments notice . So we rescheduled it for the following week .This time we were 2 exits away to the location and about 27MIN BEFORE the appointment and some guy called me wondering if anyone had told me that it was canceled . The guy said something was blocking the trail and they couldnt access it , but that they would make it up to me , I promise .He also said that the manager would give me a call in a couple of hours . So as I write this review today I can tell you that its been a week since my last canceled appointment and I never received a phone call . I decided to call today and see how they would take care of me but all I heard was excuses and apologies , never anything about making sure I went on that trail asap or that they would give me a discount of any kind . I am beyond disappointed and feel like I didnt matter at all as a customer . I would say dont get involved with this place because they seem to be lacking communication , leadership and accountability , and most of all ANY decent treatment of a customer .

2021-04-02DDR Farm is the best place to ride or learn. I have been to many stables and DDR farm is by far the best experience. My little children rode on little ponies and had an amazing time. The adults and youths enjoyed an hour long tour on their beautiful mountain and park. Staff is very friendly and easy going. We have been going here for a few years and love it!

2022-04-19Cannot say enough good things about my trail ride experience with DDR!!! Joey our guide was great. Pleasant experience every step of the way - appointment making, day of, and post-ride everything was amazing. Hope to return soon!

2021-11-11We just went for our second ride and have our third ride booked already. We had Joe as a guide for one ride and Laurie for the other. They were both great.

2021-08-09We did a one hour trail ride with Laurie on Sunday and it was an amazing experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating both with booking the trail ride over the phone and while getting geared up and on the horses. The horses on the farm appeared to be very well taken care of, loved, happy, and healthy. I felt very safe and confident on my adorable horse (Cupcake) and with our trail leader. The trail itself was beautiful with the perfect fall foliage. I can’t wait to go on another trail ride. I highly recommend!!!

2021-10-14Worst barn. Seriously. The lesson started 15 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. I addressed it with the manger and she made an excuse. They had 8 horse’s in the ring with the instructor standing 1/2 a ring away from my 6 year old who could not hear from that distance. It appeared unsafe for young children. Then because it was so crowded in the ring, the last 20 minutes she was going in one small circle on the lead. The “school” horse was exhausted and remained at an extremely slow pace. The instructor interest was lack luster.

2021-06-01I take a special needs client here and its the best experience Ive had so far. He actually rides, learns things and miss ellen is an incredibly patient and great teacher! Would highly recommend.
