I just want to say if you are looking for a Spa, this is your place. I live in Pennsylvania and Brian went out of his way for 2 days to help me troubleshoot, help me order parts (not even from him), and emailed me back and forth to help me get the problem resolved. Know this tells you how he operates his Company. If he is willing to do this for a stranger that has not purchased anything from him, just think what he would do for you if you purchased a Spa or Pool from him. Thank you so much again Brian!
I have written two reviews in my life. The first was the worst customer service nightmare I have experienced when having my inground pool installed. I eventually fired that company and found Deep Blue Pool and Spa. That lead me to write my second review regarding the incredible customer service I received from Deep Blue.I spent over an hour on the phone with one of the owners (Brian) describing my situation and what I would need to complete my project. I drove 1 hr to Batavia, impressed by our conversation, but nervous of what to expect since I needed $1,000’s of dollars of equipment and no knowledge of inground pools.I arrived and Brian spent 4 hrs building my system in the showroom while I took pictures. I was thoroughly impressed with his patience given the constant influx of other customers. Long story short, my pool is up and running flawlessly and at 87 degrees! I can’t say enough about Deep Blue Pool and Spas. THIS is what customer service should be and other companies should take note. Thank you Brian and all the staff at your store!
We purchased a hot tub from Deep Blue Pool and Spa and we have been extremely happy with their customer service. We had one service call to them in the middle of the winter and they were at our house first thing in the morning and fixed it right away... I could not live without our hot tub and look forward to upgrading in the near future ....
Very disappointed with this store. I called ahead to make sure they had a part, on the phone they told me they did and to come into the store. Once I got there they didn’t have the part anymore.While I was waiting in line to be told that the part they had claimed they had a new shipment of was actually out of stock, the older gentleman behind the counter completely overlooked me in line and asked the man who was behind me to come up to the register.Not sure if it’s because I’m young or because I’m a women but I don’t see any reasonable reason the salesperson would skip over me and ask the man behind me in line to come up to the register.
Overall a convenient place to stop to or from Batavia. Prices are a bit steep on some products but it isnt a big box store. Very knowledgeable on the products they sell. A few constructive criticism notes would be they dont offer to carry the totes of chlorine out to your vehicle without having to ask them first. (lazy youth) Ive ruined several dress pants because of it. Also, the younger help at the counter shouldnt be chewing away on pizza while waiting on customers, very unprofessional not to mention the greasy receipt handed to me. Also they updated their POS system and no longer scan the key tag cards, which was quick and convenient. I dont feel its necessary to give them my name and address just to buy some chlorine. Ive never received a mailer or coupon in the mail. Finally, opening at 7:30 or 8am during the summer months would be very helpful. Most everyone is at work by 9 and have to stop to shop after 5 during the traffic jam of rush hour hell.
Extremely disappointed!!! Went in person to deep blue back in March. Was promised some wonderful package deal by Brian. We were coming here to do $10,000.00 worth of business and we were blown off like nothing. Numerous phone calls and playing phone tag, Brian was always with a customer, Becca was going to put us in the books 2 months ago to schedule us for a SIMPLE liner measurement for the new pool liner, and here it is Memorial Day Weekend and nothing has taken place since the end of March. Pathetic! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Never will purchase a damn thing from here and have already told all of our families and friends who own pools and hottubs to go elsewhere for their services!!!
Absolutely amazing service and I real friendly feel when youre talking to the employees. Not only that but theyre very knowledgeable about all the issues that your pool can have or hot tub. Having been a fool owner for many years and just moving to the area Ive never felt more valued as a customer then at this store.
We live in grand island (45 minute drive from batavia). we chose them because they were so professional & had great follow through! ( thats so hard to find nowadays). installation was scheduled quickly, they were even here on a Saturday! We compared their price to a price of a local company, and they were thousands of dollars less! highly highly recommend.
Called several times for service on my hot tub. The first time we called she said she was coming to the end of hot tub season. What does that mean , we use our hot tub all year round. She said she would called back but didn’t. They we call again . She took our information and never called back. They lost a customer in me. Terrible service.

2022-05-13Had to drive 40 minutes to get a part that they only had. Store had a great selection of supplies. Everyone was so nice and wonderful and explained everything. Their prices were great and customer service was above and beyond.

2021-08-03I went to Deep Blue after calling around (it was during Covid so going place to place wasnt always an option.) From the moment I walked into the store, I had Jackies undivided attention.Im a brand new pool owner, however, dealing with Deep Blue has given me significant confidence in maintaining a pool.Once my pool was installed, the pump started smoking. Deep Blue rushed out, and immediately changed it out for me. (Although I expected this, I didnt expect such expedited non-argumentative service! :))Furthermore, I thought I was going to have to purchase stairs, a pool alarm, and a winter cover. Stairs alone can be about $500.00! Thankfully, Deep Blue included all of these items in my pool purchase. I havent had to purchase any additional stuff just to make my pool work and I am grateful!

2021-04-16We just got our HotTub this week. From the moment we walked into this store and met Jackie and and learned about the best choice for us to the delivery it has been the best experience I have had in years!Jackie is just a wealth of knowledge and has great advise!I spoke with Brian the owner several times showed him pictures of my layout he drew diagrams and he gave me measurements and the month before the tub came in I had some concerns and he just made me feel at ease!The install crew super professional and over the top in installing explaining and fine details!I don’t know if there’s anyone cheaper and I don’t care you get what you pay for and so far they have exceeded our expectations!I’m sure there will come a time when I will need service and I feel comfortable knowing that they will be there for me.Thank you Jacki, Brian and all the staff at Deep BlueRob and Janice

2020-10-24What a great crew of guys. We had K and his team open and close our pool this year. They taught me all I needed to know as a first time pool owner and gave continuous support to get chemicals and maintenance through the season perfect. Will continue to use them- fast- efficient- knowledgeable crew that couldn’t be nicer to work with.

2019-09-14This place is simply the BEST in customer service. Patrick hooked me up with a product that kept my pool crystal clear all summer. My pool was never easier to maintain. Today it was Lisa who hooked me up with winterizing. I will definitely continue to use this store for all of my pool and spa needs. Thanks!

2020-05-23We bought a filtration system last year and the pump has failed twice. I went to bring in the pump for warranty repair and replacement and they arent allowing children in. So I had to drive all the way back to perry then back to the store to deal with the pump. Not satisfied with the product or the inconvenience.
