Kris did a wonderful job re-screening two of my screens for my very large bay window. I dropped them off to her on Thursday and they were all done by Friday night. Very nice women. Price was great, lower then ace or any other places I looked up. Ill definitely recommend kris to get the job done.

I have a screen for an oversized slider that was damaged by a dog. This past Sunday I searched online for screen repairs and found Deer Park House Screen Repair. I called on Monday morning and left a message inquiring when I might be able to bring it in. Kris called me back within minutes and told me she could repair the screen that day. I told her that I wasn’t sure the screen would fit in my car. Kris told me she was about to go out to pick up screens for repair and that she would stop by and pick up mine. Kris was at my house within an hour. She assessed my screen with me and told me what she would do. She also told me that I would have the screen back later that day. I was amazed! I’ve had screens repaired in the past that have taken at least a week. Sure enough Kris called shortly after 4pm and said she would be at my home in 30 minutes. The screen repair was perfect. She even cleaned the entire frame and checked the wheels. Within 24 hours my project was done to perfection. I needed a new screen for my patio door and was referred to Kris from an online FB group . I had originally called a hardware store but their wait to get the repaired screen to me was 1-2 wks . I called Kris and she was able to do the door in one day . She would have done it on site but it was raining and I don’t have a garage . She was kind enough to take it back to her work site and then drive it back in the pouring rain without an extra charge . She is very professional, responsive and most importantly did a great job rescreening the door. Her prices are fair and I would def use her again in the future!

Wow that was fast and easy! I put a hole in my screen door and Kris was able to fix it overnight (I dropped off & picked up). She was so easy and lovely to communicate with. I know where to go next time I put a hole in my other screen lol.

We called several screen service repairs prior to this one and no one replied. Kris replied immediately and was very friendly, wore a mask and put us at ease in the current covid climate. She did a first class job and my wife and I would not hesitate recommending her to friends and family.
If you’re thinking about calling, just do it! Loved everything about this experience. From the time I called she was quick to respond. She came to my home the very next day to take out the screens. She was respectful, wore a mask and got the job done quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and kept communication lines open to let us know what was happening with our screens. She even contacted me to suggest using a screen that will match with the rest of the screens in my house (something I didn’t even think about at the time!) That was all on Friday. The next day she was able to come back and install the screen again very quickly and efficiently. She cleaned the frames and install and better quality screen than I originally had! She was affordable and I enjoyed doing business with her. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

OMG!!!!!! Deer park screens went above and beyond to fix my sliding screen door. 2022-06-07I did my research and found less expensive quotes, but they all averaged 2 weeks turn arounds and I was not sure of the quality. With Kris, her craftsmanship and quality of materials was superb. She will let you observe and teach you the difference between her and the other guys. Her home service option was a convenient pleasure, expert, efficient and friendly. As the picture shows... the work was flawless.

She came to my house and helped me get the screens out of the window the day after I called her, and returned them to me the next day!! 2022-06-15I cannot say enough great things about the work that Deer Park House Screen Repair did for me. I called on a Saturday regarding some broken screens that I had wanted fixed. Despite it being late on a weekend, Kris answered and allowed me to come and immediately drop off the screens. She was very upfront and sincere throughout the process about the price, time frame, and what she could do (I had asked about getting screens made from scratch and even though this is not a part of her business, she was nice enough to offer me advice on what exactly to do to get it done :D).My screens were done within 3 days, which is an amazing turnaround time. The quality of the screen is fantastic and they look amazing from the street.And, perhaps the icing on the cake, is that I paid less than I had budgeted for the screens!Overall, I cannot recommend Kris enough. 2022-07-10It is unusual to find home repair businesses who operate like this one. Kris takes care of your screen repair work as if she were working on her own home ... and you cant ask for anything more than that. Her prices are fantastic and the work done was impeccable. I had expected it to take one to two weeks for her to get around to this but I dropped the 10 window screens off in the morning and they were ready in the afternoon. She may not be able to guarantee that quick a turnaround if she has other jobs lined up but rest assured that the turnaround will be speedy and quality first rate. Also she is more than happy to come on site and take the screens out and repair them while she is there ... at a truly nominal on site up charge. Anyway we need to support these local businesses whose integrity and care in service is so first rate!!!
