I went to have my plow motor checked, that was leaking fluid they charged me 240.00 for one 1/4 o-ring. No charge for the o ring The labor rate is 105 per hour I cant imagine over two hours. And I bought the plow from them less then 4 years ago. I got ripped off. Lost me and my crew to buy upcoming plows.
We came from Connecticut to purchase a bumper without proper planning. The bumper was not in stock and Dejana worked with us for the best option. We are completely satisfied and will continue to purchase from them. We are grateful.
Dropped my truck off for plow work (warrantee) and to add some backup lights and repair blown fuse for DC outlets. Was charged over $500 just for 2 lights installed. Got my truck back with a burning smell all the way home and eventual break down & tow. Almost a week without a truck, and had to pick truck up from Ford dealer with new alternator installed. Wouldnt you know it? When I finally got my truck back, still no power to the DC outlets. Not a good experience!! Now I have to drop it off again with someone else, to have my original problem fixed.
The staff there are professional and highly knowledgeable. They do a wider variety of aftermarket truck unfitting and custom fabrication work. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Not too helpful.didnt see to know about Kleats inside truck bed to tie down equipment.Told me to come down to look told them over the phone what I needed I rushed on my lunch hour from Brookville to there & didnt know much of anything.
I went to Dejana to have a door welded on and service told me to wait a week but the Lead guy Jimmy had his men jump right on it,and now im back at work supporting my family,
I was there to set up my new box truck. They are very helpful with the build. The truck looks great.

2018-05-16Fellow contractors: AVOID DEJANA FOR TRUCK SHELVING INSTALLATION!!!!I had an awful experience with the installation of my shelving in my 2016 transit 250. The installation included POOR workmanship, un-level and un-even shelving, different measurements that should be equal and shelving that is not even sitting on the ground, as per the shelving manufacturer.My left rack was tilting unsafely forward over an inch. They did not put two identical shelves equal distance from the back of the truck. AS SIMPLE AS DRILLING A HOLE IN THE FLOOR TO MATCH THE STAINLESS STEEL THEY COULD NOT GET THAT CORRECT.I will not rant on or post dozens of pictures but as a fellow contractor to others, GO ELSEWHERE. The company officers (Ed Smith and Fred) did admit fault and offered me $500 dollars (after low ball offers) for my time to fix all the mistakes but i explained the most important mistakes cannot be fixed since the floor has been drilled and everything is set in place. Overall we take pride in our work vehicles and have high expectations when you pay top dollar at Dejana.Oh and my truck went through quality control final.. shame on them.-Minutemen HVAC

2021-12-31Stay away from this location I got the royal screwing, I stopped by and made an agreement to purchase a Western snow plow. They called several days after and scheduled an installation. I was very clear that I would have to stay in the area due to the distance I live and pick up the same day. So they made me show up at 7am on my install date, after handing over my truck keys just before my I was out the door I was told the truck will not be ready that day. I said I have no way home and was told it should take around 5 hours. They then said sorry after checking with the shop Mgr and they will get the car done that day I was in the area when I received a call around 1pm I thought they were going to tell me its ready, but actually I was told there was missing hardware and the car would not be ready. I wasted a day and had to take back the truck. I still can not believe how a company who operates like this is still in business

2018-11-21I visited the new store twice this week and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The showroom is well stocked and organized. Jesse went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, completed my order, and helped me get the stuff out to my car. The guys called the manufacturer to research one of my older pieces of equipment to get me the correct parts. Well managed operation. Thanks guys!

2018-09-27I am the owner of a large contracting company on the Eastend of Long Island. Just Bought a beautiful plow for my 2017 Ford F=550. I am a true believer on service to my customers. My experience today was just that. Dejana Is truly a great company with great staff helping me with my every need. I left there with smile. Highly recommend!

2018-12-10A few weeks ago I came to Dejana without an appointment because my Rugby dump body wouldn’t dump and I had a full load from a yard cleanup job. I was really upset because it seemed like my chances of getting the truck fixed that day were small. But then a young man at the parts counter named Jesse took a quick look at the truck and found I had just tripped the breaker under the hood. He flipped it back on and the dump body worked good as new! Dejana has a very knowledgeable staff, and it is clear why they are one of the leaders in their industry! I highly recommend them!

2021-02-18Was almost run off the road by one of there plows, called and complained just to be told we build to trucks to sell people were very rude and had to call to Rhodeisland office for any form of information. I understand the need for advertising but clearly there not screening these people and when you have newyork plates in Pennsylvania with the company name all over the truck what else am I sapose to think

2016-09-20I was at Dejana to get the lift on my truck fixed. They were Awesome!! I work for Greenlee Tools and had a very big show to go to, so I needed to use my lift to get equipment off for demonstration. They got me up and running within a half an hour. Their service was by far the best Ive had out of any truck shop I deal with. Thanks Guys!!!

2019-01-29Needed a cutting blade for our plow truck, Jesse was extremely helpful and he even loaded it into our parts van for our driver. Highly recommend Dejana as a go to source. Jesse keep up the great customer service

2019-01-31Got a roof rack, roll bar and access ladder. all three were installed incorrectly using the wrong hardware which was stripped and they even installed ratchet straps upside down. you name it, they did it wrong. After 8 weeks they finally took my truck back to fix it. Everything seems to be installed properly now. Fingers crossed.
