This morning I had the third terrible experience with this car service since Nov. 2017. I generally give businesses 3-4 chances. I have had 3 bad experiences and 3 good ones since Nov. Won’t be calling again.This morning I was quoted “5 min”, 37 min later after being on hold 18 min when I called again, I was on a bus w my 2 yr old w a driver calling to say he was outside 😂.3 weeks ago, I stood outside with my 2 yr old right inside the front door of my building, for 42 min past the “5 min” I was quoted, calling back to back and getting automated recordings and awful music. I was able to street hail a black car from another car service. I received a msg FOUR x that a car was at my home and there WAS NO CAR.In Nov, every time (3 x) I called after the “5 min quote”, I was told look outside😂. My neighbor gave me a ride.
I just had a terrible experience with dekalb car service a few minutes ago. I called for a ride to the airport and was told 5 minutes. 15 minutes later there was still no car and the operator told me to look outside he should be there or pulling up shortly. 10 minutes later I called back and he apologized and said 3 more minutes. After 10 more minutes I called an uber, which showed up in less than 5 minutes. I called back and told him to cancel the car and that it was a major inconvenience and the operator was nasty and hung up on me. Never again, long live uber!!!!! Terrible customer service and this could cause me to miss my flight
Also known as Puerto Rico car service, they came on time for an airport pickup. Was twice quoted $30 to JFK. The driver who showed up didn’t help with the luggage and looked disheveled. He said it would be $35. A bit shady if you ask me.
Worst service ever! They always say that is gonna take 7 minutes and end up taking 30 minutes to get to you! And also the lady that answers the phone always has a bad attitude! So Unreliable!!! Last time I use this service!
This car service has been my go to since Uber and Lyft started losing their minds on prices. They even have an app, wished you could use cards.
Called for a cab, was told it would come in 8 minutes. Waited around 30 minutes for it to never come so we found another way. Really threw us off schedule.
The male dispatcher is a liar, he will tell 5 minutes and have you outside for 30 minutes. If a man pick up I would advise you to hang up. The only reason i gave it 2 stars because the drivers are nice.
Do not use the taxi service worst taxi service ever they tell you 5mins for pick up and have you sitting waiting for a hour
The worst customer service will have you waiting with no call to say they don’t have a driver. Will never use them again
Your customer service is terrible, they told me 8 minutes and never came. I called numerous times and every time I reminded them, they either hung up on me or just put me on hold forever. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
They tell you the taxi will be there in 6 minutes but always show up in approximately 1 hour to pick you up
I waited 30 minutes for a cab and it never showed up. I called the base three times and each time I was told, cab is on its way, give it 2-3 minutes. I ended up taking the bus and was late to work.
The phone is constantly busy. And per the dispatcher there is never drivers available.
Every time I called for their services they appeared late or whenever I was to call back thy would hang up
Cab driver didn’t know where he was going and let me off a block before the place I was going and I’m on crutches with an fracture ankle smdh....
I have to travel to JFK airport, from Brooklyn, very early in the morning, the car was on time, and was very clean, the driver was nice and educated, definitely I recommend this service 100%.
This cab service is garbage 🤮🤮 the operators are so rude, drivers are rude. I’ve been using them for some time now thinking maybe it’s just that person or driver but all of them are the same and they don’t care. So disgusting....

2022-02-10TODAY DEKALB CAR SERVICE MADE 25 MINUTES LATE FOR WORK AFTER THEY TOLD Me.. MY CAB WAS 8 MINUTES AWAY ..THERE THE WORST THEY TOLD me AFTER I CALLED A SECOND TIME 3 MINUTES AWAY ..I CALLED BACK A THIRD TIME THEY PUT ME ON HOLD 5 MINUTES AFTER THAT I HUNG UP ..DONT USE DEKALB CAR SERVI!!!!

2021-08-16WORST DISPATCH SERVICE EVERY! No customer service skills, poor work ethic. I called for a cab was 8mins due to the fact that it never arrived I still called back to request a cab never picked up left me on hold.

They told me 8 minutes the driver would arrive. 15 minutes later i called them to see where they were and 3 times they just left me on hold over 10 minutes while they checked...almost an hour later and Im late to work and then nobody would even answer the phone at all anymore! Horrible company, made me late, and never even showed up!! Do not use them, they will make you late!!

2018-06-01I ordered a cab from here- was told 5 minutes. 35 minutes later plus 15 minutes on hold and no car showed up. I had to cancel and order a lyft instead for twice the price. I am now going to be late to work. If you need to be anywhere on time- this is not the company to use.

2016-04-01Had a terrible experience. The driver was very rude. Only accepted cash, this was not previously communicated. All other car services Ive used accept cards. I happen to find cash in my purse, but he was rude when I asked about credit. Just kept saying only cash in an annoyed and rude tone. I was also carring a large and awkward item and he didnt offer to open the door or assist. Wont be using this service again. Have had amazing experiences with Eastern car service, use them instead!
