I was not an easy customer to work with! I reached out, from my prior home in Arizona, to inquire about a Bronco Sport they had in transit. I told them I was moving to WNY and had to wait until I closed on the new house to purchase the vehicle. They trusted me and held the vehicle for me with only a small deposit. Moving across the country is stressful, but they made the car buying process easy (some needed relief). For that, I will always appreciate my experience. I would recommend anyone to work with Jake Gray!
The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is the sales lady is amazing. The service department is hands down the WORST service dept I have ever went too. I purchased a used truck. Got it and was making noises. So should have been caught on pre delivery inspection right? No. It was a transmission issue. No one’s fault. I was understanding. Not happy but understanding and was covered under warranty. I was told I would get the truck back in a week. THREE weeks later and multiple calls (back and forth of how the part just arrived. That excuse was used three times. Two times too many) I get the truck back and is now making LOUDER noise than before. The sales team (again the reason they are getting one star) understood and made it right and gave me another “deal” on another truck. I drove the truck before the service dept put their hands on this truck. I told them it needs breaks and rotors because of the shake in the steering wheel when stopping. On the delivery report it shows that they changed breaks and rotors. THREE days later I need to bring the truck back to this wonderful service department because the issue is not fixed. Now I’ve been calm pretty much the entire time knowing that it’s not the sales teams fault. But now I’m spending another 4+ hours at the service dept being told it needs new breaks rotors and the calipers are seized. How in the world that happened in three days blows my mind. Finally get the truck fixed or so I think. I drive it home and now 2 days later the dang new truck is making more noise. I get the noise on video send it to the sales lady. Drop off the truck again. With a video and the service department is telling me there is nothing they can do. They haven’t heard the noise so there is nothing wrong with it. The incompetence that this department has showed is unbelievable. I warn ANYONE to stay away from this place. The service manager is one of the most rude inconsiderate people I have ever talked too and I will not bring anything to this dealership ever again. STAY AWAY!!!!
Vicki Blaszak is the best salesperson I have run into, not pushy and will do anything to get you in the vehicle you want! Thank you for everything you did for getting us into our new Ford EcoSport....am sure we have plenty of new memories to begin now....and many miles!
They have really gone down hill here. After my works package I left with a vibration I never had before the service they did. They wanted to charge to me diagnosis it. When I went back and it diagnosed and repaired I had to again come right back to make them correct there repair as my alignment was completely off after waiting 3hrs for my car only to have to wait again. When I finally left they tried to make it better by giving me a free works package next time but my alignment is still off and I still have the vibration on my vehicle. I dont trust this service shop anymore they just dont care and over charge for the work done on the vehicle
This is the first time I have dealt with this dealership, though this is my 5th Explorer. It was gently used and I had gone through it w/ a fine tooth comb. My salesman, Todd Slade, was outstanding to work with, and helped me out with addressing some of the concerns I had prior to purchase. I could not be happier with the vehicle and the service, and would recommend DeLacy to anyone. And Id ask for Todd. . .
Had a really good experience with Vicky, the sales representative for DeLacy Ford. I bought my car without physically seeing or driving it, and she went above and beyond to send me video of everything, so I drove 280 miles to buy this car. Its good to know we still have good, honest sales people these days. I had a great experience, and I recommend contacting Vicky at DeLacy Ford for your next vehicle purchase.
Had an appointment a while back for an inspection and oil change. When I came in I was told they were short staffed due to the weather and could not service my vehicle that day. That’s all well and good, and perfectly understandable given how Buffalo weather is during the winter, but I wasn’t a walk-in. In fact I had scheduled my appointment a good month in advance. They knew I was coming in. Common courtesy would have been a phone call to let me know I could have saved the trip and rescheduled my appointment instead of me having to schlep myself over there for no good reason. The service department here has never been great, but this incident took the cake.
Run, dont walk, from any deal you make with this place. What started in 2020 as a positive experience resulted in having to do a lot of footwork that never should have happened. My problems with this dealership began with the response to an email saying they wanted to buy my vehicle since values are up. When i was in for service i was given an appraisal that was more than $3,000 dollars less than what I would have been led to believe. The salesman made no effort to entice me with any other deals or vehicles, and that was the end of it. I was also told that i just had an appraisal a couple months ago. This was was indeed, true. I responded to a similar email except the salesman couldnt be bothered to even call me back about it. That supposed appraisal was news to me.So, a couple days later i went to another dealership which my family and I have dealt with for a VERY long time. Frankly, I should have never strayed from it. I was offered more on trade and after some back and forth i got into a 2021 Ford Edge.I then went back to DeLacy to request a refund for an extended warranty that was purchased on the Ford Escape i purchased from Delacy. On a separate note, that warranty was written into the contract and I was never presented with a choice about adding $3,000 to the price of my vehicle because of this. Thats some my fault for not asking and in the past now. The trouble began when i spent almost a week trying to contact the dealership about obtaining this refund. My calls were not returned except for one which only had me transferred to a different finance person. After no luck getting in touch with this person i went to the dealership to present my final odometer statement and request the refund. I was met with the coldest of shoulders you could ever get at a car dealership. I was treated as if i personally insulted the employees. I was told that the refund id get was a quarter of the actual amount and shown shrugged shoulders as to why. I left the dealership seeing red.The saving grace was manager Aaron Wozniak. He resolved the situation for me, and i thank him for that. The ladies who work in the office/reception are also helpful. However, the finance and sales department at Delacy Ford are some of the highest levels of ignorance I have ever seen. If i can save even one person from going through what i just did with this dealership, I will feel successful. A small, family owned dealership doesnt always mean better. Sometimes it means only that you will have to do work to not end up screwed over on money owed to you.
This dealership is truly amazing. Remained true to their word, had me driving off the lot within 48 hours of my initial application, even with problemPlagued credit. Clyde was succinct and quick with financing, Nate went above and beyond in the sales department. After just having a horrific experience with the Basil Resale Center in Williamsville, the last thing I wanted to do was place my trust in another dealership. DeLacy stood by their promises and now I’m driving a reliable, beyond solid Ford Escape. Cannot, cannot express my satisfaction more with this dealership :)Thank you.
I am a 60 year female who like many of us went through a bad divorce that devastated my credit. I really needed a car but was hesitant to even look. I call DeLacy Ford and they told me to come in. Well to my surprise I drove away in a car I love and can afford. The kindness they showed me was amazing! I can’t express my gratitude enough. Nat Justin is awesome and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. They even call to check on how the car is working out for me. I highly recommend DeLacy Ford. I know I’ll never go anywhere else.Sincere one happy customer!Gai Fix
I have only had positive experiences at DeLacy Ford when purchasing, leasing a vehicle. The sales associates are very friendly, helpful. The associate this experience was great! He found the perfect car for me- he understood my needs in price, vehicle etc. He made sure someone explained the technology to me, that I was comfortable with it. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured into a purchase/lease. I’m also grateful for the Service Department- they’re very helpful when I have questions or assistance!
I have always been hesitant going to dealers for service as I have been burned 3 previous times from different dealer service teams. The Delacy service team has now changed my mind and they will now be my go to for any repairs. They were very respectful, efficient and did an excellent job keeping me informed about my repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!
I leased another suv and I dealt with vicki. She was so down to earth and had a unique style in selling. Very up front and not pushy. She went above and beyond to get me everything I was looking for and kept my price where I wanted it. Highly recommend vicki when looking for your next vehicle. She is amazing and made my experience go very smooth.
Excellent service! The process which began at the Ford website went smoothly and faster than expected. We chose the vehicle and trim online, which DeLacy had on their lot, and then we were set up with our salesman, Nate (who was great ;) He was thorough with explaining all the upgrades and options and within a few hours we were driving our new vehicle. Just to mention it was during Covid restrictions and we were seated at one if the large tables in the showroom. It made it a better experience being out in the open and not constrained behind a cubicle. A word of advice, you may want to do prior research on the optional insurance and maintenance plans. Its alot to take in last minute and you dont want to rush into something or lose out on choosing the right option that works for you. I did chose one of the options and was content with my choice. Overall smooth experience and I love my newEscape.
I placed a reservation for a new Ford Bronco through Fords website in July of 2021. I chose DeLacy Ford as my selling dealer because some other local dealerships have reputations for gouging customers with markups on first year vehicles. I was contacted by DeLacy rep the next day via email, and I went to the dealership to convert my reservation to a physical order. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was told that I couldnt place an order yet and that they would contact me to place the order approximately 60 days before my reserved unit was supposed to be in the build queue. This didnt sound right, so I did some further research. According to Fords own hotline and numerous other dealers, the information that I was given by DeLacy is false and I should have been allowed to convert my reservation to an order the day that I went to the dealership. The staff at DeLacy has no way of knowing when my reserved vehicle is due to be built unless it is converted to a physical order in the system. They flat out lied to me. Countless other Bronco reservation holders across the country have since been allowed to place orders through their dealerships and have likely jumped ahead of me in line thanks to the outright laziness, dishonesty, and incompetence of the sales staff at DeLacy Ford.Ford has botched the launch of the new Bronco enough, they dont need dishonest dealerships ruining their reputation any further. I am about to give up on the new Bronco completely at this point and stick with Jeep. I was perfectly fine with waiting for a 2022 model, but the scammers at DeLacy have likely caused me even further delays.
Dear DeLacy Ford, just wanted to thank you for the great experience on my purchase of my @017 Ford Edge from your dealership,a few weeks ago.my salesman Ken Blaszak was awesome, no pressure at all, held that truck for a week for me as I waited for my down payment to arrive, very slowly from my bank.Finance and warranty guys were also very good assisting me with my extended warranty questions, again no pressure at all. Thanks to all, I broke away from West Herr after many leases and very happy to be with DeLacy now !! now all I need is my new Bug delector that was ordered at purchase, sure it will be soon.
I am really happy with the service department. When I bought my car four years ago, there was some subtle drivability issues. The service department didnt doubt me and kept working the problem until resolved, and since then it has been the best driving car I have owned. The Service Department never tries to perform a service I dont need and the prices are reasonable (compared to Subaru, for example, which was expensive for routine maintenance when I owned a Legacy).
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 to test drive a truck. The sales assistant reached out asking me if they could reschedule for 4:30 because the sales rep I was working with was picking up a vehicle and wont be there until 4:30. I agreed to wait and work with the sales rep I was scheduled with. I arrive and theres another buyer test driving the truck and bought it before I could. Ive purchased well over a dozen vehicles from various dealers and have never had an experience like that.
Made appointment to have a noise coming from under vehicle checked out. They were able to give me an appoint within two days.I got their a little late for drive in drop off but the service writer went back inside so I could leave the keys for next day service. They had the vehicle until about 1pm and said the noise was coming from a sticker that had come loose on the driveshaft, from when the vehicle was manufactured and was hitting the bottom of the body. They did not charge me for checking it out and it was kinda a funny after seeing the condition of the sticker that was on there for 6 years.Great experience all the way around.
Very happy with the team at DeLacy. My sales consultant Nate was super .Although I got a used vehicle he was more than willing to take whatever time to be sure I understood the technology part of my new ride. In my view its what you get after you say Ill take it and all involved at DeLacy were great.
We recently bought a used 2018 Ford Escape and couldnt be happier. We had the pleasure of working with Vicki Blaszak who was awesome! Very professional, polite and willing to help us in any way she could. This is our 2nd purchase with Delacy and would highly recommend! 😊
At first our buying experience was good until we found out we had been sold a car that was not flat towable behind our Class A Motorhome which was a requirement we had at the time of purchase. 4 1/2 months later when we went to get our car hooked up, we found out it was not possible. So fast forward to today when we met again with the salesman and believed we would be able to swap out for a different vehicle and in fact the vehicle we were willing to swap out had an almost $2,000 less sticker price, yet after all was said and done, we would end up paying $7,000 MORE because of the extra costs we had on the first vehicle which included the extended warranty, the lifelong rust proofing and the warranty for tires and rims would not carry over, not to mention the taxes and fees that were all financed on the first vehicle! Im beyond upset. We were taken to the cleaners and then rung dry. Never ever again will we do business with them.
The Sales Department is awesome. Our Sales Person Kevin Dargan was SUPER awesome. He went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle. Answered any questions we had and helped in any way to speed the process along. I would HIGHLY recommend him to help you get your next vehicle. And I hope Peter Delacy realizes what a RISING star Kevin brings to his sales team.SincerelyTom Johnson
Bought my 3rd vehicle from DeLacy this past month. Its price and service that matter to me and they are top notch for both. Matt in sales did a great job again - and I priced out deals with their local competitors West Herr and Dave Smith. Delacy had the best deal price wise after some back and forth shopping around as one would expect , and they have fast top notch service with a 2yrs free maintenance promo right now. Im happy.
After horrible experiences at other dealerships and being told they could get me into a car, one even taking my deposit and having me sign paperwork to find out they never ran my credit yet, I came to DeLacy and was very pleased to see how professional and amazing everyone was! Clyde was great, he said he would get me into something and thats exactly what he did, Kevin was also amazing and very helpful. Ive had my car for almost a month now and when I go to upgrade this is definitely the place I will go again!
My visit to Delacy Ford in Elma was awesome ! I had my grandson with me & they were wonderful with him ❤. I was looking at a Focus & told them Id be back after Im done with grandson & they were great & let me take car for a couple hours .Then came back , told me my options & were wonderful with what I wanted. Ken was my Sales guy & we got along great ( both do sales & worked well together) finance gentlemen (Clide) was great too . Id hIghly recommend going to Delacy for new /used car .I got a nice used car & loving it .Thank u every one & especially Ken . 😁😁🤩
Delay Ford was very helpful in my decision of buying a vehicle from them . Every place we looked nobody would helped us out. Always heard credit isn’t the best call you later if something comes in at your price range. Finally on the computer they said credit wasn’t everything. We did the paperwork over the phone drove out to elma and truck was ready . Truck broke down the first day and I called them they fixed it . Thanks the service dept and the sales people.I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle.
Did online credit app, a few days later went to speak with sales rep to go over application and possibly purchasing vehicle. Received 2 calls in hopes from sales rep about a possible deal, 3 weeks later still no call back. Dont waste your time. I gave my business to a dealership who cares.
Very quick and excellent customer service. I walked in not very hopeful after a bad experience at another dealership and Nate was awesome! I had a strict budget to stick to and less than 3 days later I left with my 2016 Ford Escape. Super happy with my experience and I will be going back for my vehicles in the future! Highly recommend.
When I first went in I was greeted by an amazing sales associate Jake. He made sure that if we had any questions he was available. I dont like the fact that we were only shown one vehicle and only able to test drive that vehicle which is the same vehicle that they were showing everyone when they first walked in. After test driving and actually like the vehicle thats when we dealt with Clyde. His demeanor was off, very unfriendly and not personable at all. You can tell he was just ready to go. When he came to us there was no you got approved for this amount and you qualify for these cars it was strictly about this Jeep that they were trying to get off their hands. When asking if I could see anything else I was told my best bet would be the Jeep after stating that if the vehicle is worth it I would put more down. We then asked about the payments and I Was given a rough estimate. It was like he wasnt certain about anything.I secured the vehicle because I was desperate for a car. The following day I get a call from Jake about coming in on Monday to pick it up i then ask Jake about my payments and he stated he would have Clyde give me a call in regards to that which never happened. Fast forward to Monday picking up the vehicle we were told to sit by Clydes desk and I had to greet him after that he just sat down at his desk not saying anything 20 minutes later he ask me about the down payment we sign paperwork and I get handed the keys. There are things on the vehicle that are recommended to be fixed but apparently with the Guaranteed Approval program they dont fix those things. Customer service is horrible. I was told I could come back in a year and a half to trade it in ill take a hard pass on that!
We were very happy talking and dealing with Melissa, Mark and Matt. We feel that we got a good deal on the vehicle that we purchased. We will refer are friends and family to DeLacy Ford.Majority of our contact with the DeLacy team was done either on the internet or over the phone which was really appreciated.Thank you for all your help.Kris and Marty
I had a good experience at DeLacy Ford purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. From the test drive to driving it off the lot in my name, the experience was hassle free and relatively easy. It can be a very stressful experience purchasing a car but both the sales representative and finance manger were efficient and made the process smooth. I really appreciated how open and honest the finance manger, Eric, was with the extended warranty. He didnt try to push any certain one on me, just gave me the facts and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Fabulous, stress free & seamless buying experience from start to finish . Our salesman, Ken , was knowledgeable, friendly , easy to talk to. Used mustang in impeccable condition- very clean at the test drive . They acknowledged needed repairs-covered & done before signing/picking up. That was a breeze too .. quick paperwork (appreciated during these times ) I am going to recommend my kids go to DeLacy when they’re ready to upgrade/buy! Thanks again, we love the car!
Called them yesterday because my F150 breaks just randomly started making scraping noises. Delacy is the dealership we purchased the truck from and wanted to keep that relationship and have all the work done through them. Called them up to see if they could look at my brakes and the lady on the phone told me it would be 2 WEEKS. lmao, Joe Basil got me in immediately, save yourself the time, just start with them.
I have great reviews for DeLacy Ford. My experience with the dealership deserves a five star rating. The sales representative Joe Morey was nothing but professional, accommodating and went above and beyond to see that I got what I really wanted. I am extremely pleased with kindness, accountability and service with Joe Morey and the dealership. I cant say enough about them and I will be back in a few years to upgrade my wifes vehicle.
Brought my truck in for service. Was pretty quick... I had to call and see if it was done the next day though as I didnt get a call back stating it was the day I took it in (after I spoke to a man about the problems and he said it would be done in about 3 hours.)They definitely took the time to check it out bumper to bumper though like I asked.
Always a pleasure buying a vehicle with them. Staff is always very helpful. They get right down to business rather than trying to engage in a lot of hassling techniques. Great service department great sales department and great customer service. Will continue to buy vehicles from them. Joe the salesman and Erik the finance manager were very helpful. I always love dealing with them.
Our salesman, Jeremy R. Stradtman was a joy to work with. He asked and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. He had suggestions and never once pushed any particular vehicle into our conversation. He is a proud DeLacy Ford salesman, professional, polite, energetic and personable. He offered us beverages. He referred what was in inventory, described the vehicle, color and miles. In the end, we purchased a brand new 2019 Ford escape which I am totally enjoying driving. The seats are comfortable, I feel safe and the price was within our budget. If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend DeLacy Ford.
We recently purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from DeLacy Ford. The service we received there was 5 star service! We just want to say thank you Jake and the rest of the staff for making us feel welcome and comfort. Jake showed just professionalism and kindness. And we are loving our new vehicle!
Went in For oil change tire rotation and to have transmission checked. I also purchased the extended warranty when I bought the truck from Ford. Truck has only 45 k miles. They said the transmission lines were leaking due to corrosion and not covered by warranty. I could see if this is an older truck but it is only a few years old. They also broke my lug nut key and never told me I had to drive back in and ask for it. Ford should due a better job of standing behind their vehicles. It took two days to repair but I was given a loaner vehicle
I bought my 2018 ford 150, 6 months ago. I signed for the factory warranty of 3 years 36k miles. I currently have 25k on it and owned it for one winter. My dashboard on the passanger side has lifted and now has a big hump in the center, nothing of which I caused. It completely defaults on the factory/assembly. I was less than one month outside the warrenty and it got denied replacement. I made a claim and NEVER heard back from anyone. This was my first and newest truck Ive ever purchased and now I have to deal with a broken dashboard. Im exteremely displeased with how this was handled and the lack of communication, for that you have lost my business.
The Sales department does an excellent job catering the needs for the customer. Polite and friendly staff during the whole process, never had any issues with the sales. However, One week into having my new vehicle there was a recall on the seat. I called the service department five times each at different times during the day. Never received a call back from the service department after leaving them a message. I made an appointment at another dealer. Service department can be improved.
After hearing an ad they placed on radio for people in my situation, such as post divorce, bankruptcy, starting over etc I decided to go take a look. I went alone as husband was working. I was welcomed by a great salesman named Michael and after explaining my situation he placed me in a Ford edge that he said just came in on trade. He did say to his credit that they hadnt yet gone through the vehicle and for that I gave an additional star rating but unfortunately once inside the car I only drove a couple blocks before the interiors stench, uncleanliness, wretched condition had me thinking that the vehicle inside was a breeding ground for the corona virus and also if they couldnt be bothered to even clean the vehicle I(it was disgusting) I know the maintenance history was just as bad. When I returned I informed him that in no way was that vehicle my new purchase anyhow I saw a 2013 Cadillac SRX fell in love with the exterior even though it had a few rust spots but either way the car financed or bought cash was affordable. Unfortunately Clyde V. the finance guy was so unprofessional, rude, offensive, condescending, dishonest and downright nasty when my husband returned with me the following day. he not only did not allow me to even consider buying from that dealership but even said we would do reviews online and tell all those we knew to NEVER shop there. I dont get the finance persons intelligence level, he not only misrepresented the dealership, he was dishonest, rude and refused to even give me the names of the banks that offered financing and lied regarding my scores (I have proof). Suffice to say I went to another dealership (Cadillac dealership) received an interest rate 10 points lower than what Clyde said, purchased a newer year model(2017)of the same car w/ warranty and am ecstatic. I only have one thing to say to the owner, dont waste money on advertisement for special financing deals when you employ persons in your finance dept like Clyde that go against exactly what youve paid to have done (bring in that particular customer) Keep in mind you never know a persons actual finances even if credit scores are down for the moment (some of us have savings to purchase cash)
Very happy with my experience at DeLacy Ford. I turned in my GM lease early and was able to lease a Ford Explorer for close to payment I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and Brian Kirst my salesmen was not pushy and was very easy to work with. Highly recommend DeLacy ford for your car buying needs.
This was my second experience buying a car at DeLacy. I went back because the first experience was great. I was not disappointed the second time around was as seamless as the first. I had a different salesman, but Ken was extremely helpful, listening to what I wanted, and then finding me the car of my dreams, and the whole process was completed in a day. Love my new car!
This was not my first buying experience at DeLacy Ford and I know it will not be my last. I really like all the people I’ve dealt with. I presented my thoughts to them and they acted on them. They were so helpful. I got the car I had hoped for, they made it so very easy. I raised some concerns and they listened and helped. We are a “Ford” family and DeLacy is our go to dealer. We have taken our Fords there for service which I must say is equally as good as the sales floor. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
Everything went so perfect I cant believe it! I love the car and there was no hassle, whole deal done in less than 2 hours which included a test drive. I knew what I wanted and they had the exact SUV and I love it! Our dog was in his final week of cancer and I was in no mood to pick the car up so our salesman drove it to our home. I was a mess that day and he understood that. When we purchased the Edge we knew our dog was sick but I didnt know he had cancer at that point. Took away my happiness for sure because of the bad timing but this had nothing to do with Delacy. I would recommend this dealership.
Everyone I spoke to on the day of my purchase was professional, kind and accomodating. Especially Nate with whom I worked. He was extremely personable and made the process very doable Nate went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed and engaged through the entire process.
I went in to get the oil changed on my vehicle (that I had purchased from Delacy) and walked out with an amazing deal on a 2020. I received a fair price for my trade, a great price on a 2020, and fantastic credit terms. I couldnt have been happier. My husband went to Delacy the following week and also purchased a vehicle. Nate in Sales is AWESOME!!!!
This is my second visit to Delacy Ford with my new truck. Both experiences have been great! The staff are super friendly for both visits. The first was to get some decals installed and the second was to get the New York State vehicle inspection done. For the second visit I called and spoke to Tom who was able to get my truck in the same day and when I arrived he got it all done in about 40 minutes. Overall, great dealer!
I just purchased my first new vehicle in over ten years from DeLacy Ford in Elma, New York. My experience was nothing short of amazing! They are truly a no pressure, people first, family owned dealership. The team of John, Nate, Patrick and Matt left me feeling like part of the DeLacy family! The trade in value that I was given on my vehicle was more than fair and and the team worked closely with me on my option wishes for my new vehicle. If there was a 10 star rating I would give the team a 10!
I just purchased a new F350. The salesman helped me build my new truck and place the order. I researched prices from 3 other popular dealerships in the area including the trade in price for my old truck. DeLacy blew the other dealerships out of the water. My family has dealt with West Herr since I was little and the last car we purchased from them took two weeks just to get the paper work squared away and dicker a price for my trade in (which I purchased from them). Delacy made the process so fast and easy! My family has been thrilled with the service and follow up so far! They have earned our business and we will gladly tell others about our great experience.
Recently purchased a new 2020 F150 XLT. Called ahead and told them what I was looking for. I had the pleasure to work with Salesman Ken Blaszak, very knowledgable about their products and the experience with him was stress-free and seamless. Their finance department, Clyde VanAvery, did a thorough job covering anything I needed. I love my new truck and will be going back for another.
I can’t say enough good things about the people at Delacy ford. My salesman, Joe Morley, and Jennifer the sales manager were amazing. I found my vehicle online. When I called and spoke with Joe he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gracious. He was honest, trustworthy and a good man. You don’t many people like Joe anymore. A good soul that just wants to help people. I highly recommend him, and this dealership. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.
We knew exactly what truck we wanted & what we wanted as far as a payment and delacy made it happen. Overall our whole experience was perfect and nothing could have been better. We walked in on a Saturday, test drove the truck, filled out the paperwork and by the time we returned home we were notified the truck was ours. Picked it up that following Monday.
My husband & I went into DeLacy after having no luck at finding a preowned vehicle at several other locations. Kevin Dargan was wonderful at giving us a variety to look at within our budget. Once we decided on a car we were quickly told that the car was being sold to us as is, and there was no service plan. They would only detail the car before we picked it up. Being that we were desperate to get into a vehicle we purchased a beautiful 2010 Lincoln MKZ off the showroom floor. It is gorgeous, well kept, low mileage. My problem, is when we were passed from Kevin to Chris in Sales I presume, he began to tell us about a extended warranty package we could get in addition to the car. I explained to Chris this was something we would need to discuss & we get back to him when we picked up the Title. We paid for the car in full, no financing. But once I got home I realized that Chris had added the Warranty onto the price of the car and stated we would be financing the rest. This was completely incorrect. I immediately called DeLacey, spoke with Kevin who said he has nothing to do with that part & I would need to speak to Chris. I had to leave Chris a message as he was gone for the day, but we have not heard from Chris to have this removed & get a corrected Bill of Sale. They basically, handed us keys, said we can do nothing for you because it’s a preowned vehicle, but hey!, We can take on an extra $4K for a Warranty you haven’t even agreed to yet. I know that DeLacy reads these reviews & I know that you don’t sell many 2010 Lincoln MKZ’s either. I expect a call from you all to rectify this situation as soon as possible.
Have not received my refund that was promised and didn’t fix the problem that was paid for. Take your business to any other Ford dealer, you will get better service. I still can’t believe after I was told about already giving a refund , I still haven’t received it. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I went somewhere else and they fixed the problem and treated nice.
I have leased multiple vehicles from DeLacy over the years. The relationship with the sales and service staff is what distinguishes DeLacy in a positive way. They get me the Escape I want at a fair price and then service it efficiently it as needed. Dealing with DeLacy is frictionless and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to be treated personally, respectfully and efficiently by their car dealer.
The salesperson was pretty good.. The price was reasonable, not the greatest but reasonable... My only complaint is when I got my Explorer home I noticed it was missing the front driver side winter floor mat...After calling DeLacy I was informed floor mats are not guaranteed in a used vehicle because they are not detrimental to the vehicle’s performance... Really😳 I just spent $28,000 on a vehicle and you’re gonna nickel and dime me for a floor mat? They said they would try and get one out of a lease return for me or I could purchase a new set for $173.00... So I guess if they find me one from a lease return someone else will be without a winter floor mat... Waiting Patiently, but it’s almost time to call Ford Corporate...🤷🏻♂️
My husband truck broke down out there so he called around and found them so he had the truck towed there WORSE MISTAKE EVER!!!! He had it towed on a Wednesday because they said they could get it in the shop and start working on it immediately once it got there the told him they didn’t have the parts and had to order them which is understandable so they told us it’ll be ready Monday. Monday comes he calls up there they say still waiting on parts it’ll be Tuesday. Tuesday came they said they part came and they was getting it fixed and it’ll be done Wednesday!!!! Well guess what WEDNESDAY IT WASNT READY EITHER on Wednesday they made up a story about the mechanic getting hurt and having to leave so they said it would be ready Thursday. Finally Thursday the truck was ready but once it was ready the price that was originally quoted almost doubled. When the truck was towed there my husband was told he would pay 1000 out of pocket after the warranty ppl paid their part well Thursday WE ENDED UP PAYING ALMOST 1800 dollars and the man no longer remembered telling my husband 1000!!! This is the absolute worse place to take your car!!!! Stay away unless you don’t mind being given the run around about your vehicle!!!!!
Truck not detailed when picked up. Salesman (?) never told me step bars would be on truck when I picked it up but was sure to charge my credit card for them. Never showed me anything on the truck. Never stated what maintenance schedule was. Pretty much completed the paperwork, handed the keys and left me to my own vices. Worst experience Ive ever had when buying a truck.
Delacy Ford is the best!!! I was in need of a new vehicle immediately (my old cars transmission died on 2/1/2020). I called Delacy Ford on 2/5/2020, spoke with Melissa (who was very understanding of my situation). She got the process started (around 12pm) by sending me via email a credit application. I received a call from Jennifer around 5pm to update me on what was going on. She sent a salesman to my house to pick me up (Brooks) around 7pm. I met my salesperson, Clyde, when I arrived at their dealership. Matt from the finance department went over all of the paperwork with me. By 9:30pm, I was driving off of their lot in my new car! They made a very scary & unpleasant situation unbelievably easy. I cant thank all of the above mentioned staff enough for going above & beyond to help me out! Plus, thank you to all of the behind the scenes staff at Delacy Ford for getting my new Fusion ready to go. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated fairly & looking for a great Ford vehicle.
Found the service was excellent. People very accommodating and friendly. My sales rep Ralph Jackson was very articulate and very patient with all requests. Also expressed before I was leaving the location not hesitate to call if I needed further assistance. Rated my experience a 10.
Recently bought a used F150 for a good price and the sale process was smooth. There was a minor problem with a door latch shortly after the purchase and the service department had it taken care of within 1/2 hour. Drove 1-1/2 hours from home for this dealer over the local competition, would do so again.
Honestly the best car buying experience ever! Our salesman Todd was courteous, personable, patient (we brought a two and six year old with us) and an all around great guy to purchase from!! We will absolutely buy another car from them in the future! Highly recommended from a family that purchases a car every few years!!
We bought a used 2017 Lincoln MKX today. Delacey made the entire process quick and painless. Clyde and Jake were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I will do so again in the future. Thank you gentlemen for all you did to make this purchase so easy for us!!!!!
I went to see Joe Morey due to his persistence of calling me or sending me an email about a sale or a Happy Birthday message. Once or twice every year for at least 7 that I can recall. I had an obligation to pay Joe a visit and possibly make a purchase, based on his tenacity. Well it certainly was a great visit and purchase. The process was better than anticipated as I purchased a vehicle and was driving my new vehicle later in that afternoon of the same day. Joe is very professional as well accommodating. I made a prior purchase and was satisfied with everything. I will say the same about this last purchase I made at the dealership. If your in need of a car, suv or pickup truck see Joe Morey, just pay him a visit he is not a pushy individual he has his own style, which compliments not only himself but the dealership.
My husband and I both bought our cars at Delacy. The sales experience was amazing. Service, not so much. We bought an extended warranty FROM Delacy and the first time we had an issue got a run around, telling us there was no record of the warranty (mind you we signed the papers during the financing process) After it was located, the repair process was dragged out unnecessarily, with constant missed timeframes with little to no follow up or communication on the service department’s end. I know places can have a bad day. With that in mind, I tried to be open minded when having his truck towed there again (likely a transmission issue) Called 1030am 2/19, and spoke with a female in service. Explained the situation to her, and she said we could have it towed there and while she was looking at the schedule stated “Oh we have several openings later today and should have plenty of time to take a look at it”. We had it towed around 1230 the same day. My husband called after he got the tow and was told they should be able to take a look at it today, at the very latest first thing today. He also expressed a need for a loaner as we are down to one car and work opposite schedules. He was told they would follow up today about a loaner today. As of 5:15 pm today 2/20 neither he nor I heard a word from Delacy. We called to follow up and was told the car hadn’t been looked at today and the gentleman who I spoke with said he’d follow up when he came in at 10 to see if he could get it in. Tomorrow at 10 will be approximately 48 hours the truck has been sitting at Delacy untouched, and had we not called, who knows how much longer it would sit. I’m livid, as the blatant Ill-set expectations, lack of urgency and non existent communication is not acceptable, and the only reason we now go there is our extended warranty. I will also now reconsider any future business.
The service technician was very friendly on the phone and made sure everything was noted down correctly. Before starting work, he explained what was being done. I know a far amount about cars and was glad when he told me what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. It was the proper repair. Not trying to sell me on additional parts, etc. Very happy.
This is my 3rd purchase from Delacy Ford. I have fund them to be pretty good and very fair. I have had no issues and very satisfied with their service department. My salesman Todd was not in a rush to show me all the features on my 2016 F150. They were not pushy, they didnt try to hold your keys like I have experienced from other dealers. They were great to deal with.
Greatest car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman Erik Gillette was awesome to deal with. No pressure, no BS. Just straight up and honest. He was very helpful and went out of way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend DeLacy Ford and Erik Gillette.
I love my new Escape. Joanne is wonderful to work with, never pushy and always helpful and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answers all my questions. I will be happy to refer friends and family to her. All the staff at DeLacy have always been great.
I purchased my THIRD vehicle at DeLacy Ford on Monday and I could not be more pleased. With the help of their sales team (Ken B.) we selected the best vehicle for me and the 50,00 miles per year I drive between NY, PA & OH.I dont want to miss the chance to mention the Service Department as they keep my vehicle in top shape for the many miles and tough condition. They are always accommodating to my schedule and friendly. Thanks EVERYONE!!!
Purchased a vehicle for the first time on my own. Jeremy Stradtman was AMAZING!!!! Very straight forward, very knowledgeable and eased my mind with all the anxiety I had from it being a totally new experience for me. I went in at 10:30am and walked out with a new SUV at 1:30pm. He even got insurance for it set up immediately at an AMAZING price. I cant thank Jeremy enough for providing me and my daughter a safe and reliable vehicle. Thank you also to Mark for help getting me approved for a loan. Thank you to Pat in service for helping me with my lock code on my door. Thank you Delacy for providing the amazing staff!! 10/10 would recommend
Went In to test drive a Ford Mustang, the car was not maintained at all, sales person told me they jumped the cars before bringing it for test drive. There was no maintenance records on the vehicle and driver side air bag seemed to be missing, found some panels in the trunk. Auto check report is not at all useful. Salesman/dealership doesn’t seem to care about maintaining the car properly and provide good customer service.
We have been loyal customers of DeLacy Ford for many years, having purchased vehicles from them and all our service is there as well. We find the whole place to be top notch in every way: ease of sales, questions answered, excellent service, etc. Special commendation to our salesman, Ken Blaszak! No nonsense, great efficiency.
Ken B has always treated us like family. We have leased or bought our vehicles from DeLacy for years. They are great to deal with and we will continue to do so. We highly recommend Ken and the DeLacy family for all your vehicle needs including any service needed. We have a dealership around the corner from us and we still drive to DeLacy for everything we need.
We purchased a new Ford Explorer on 2/28/18 at Delacy Ford. It was our first experience at the Delacy dealership and we could not have been more pleased. Our salesman, Kevin Dargan was very pleasant and cordial. He treated myself and my daughter professionally throughout the transaction. The entire transaction was completed in a few hours from entering the dealership to picking up the vehicle. We felt we received fair trade value for our used vehicle and a great combination of price and financing for the new one.We would recommend you purchase your next car or truck at Delacy.
Over the last 6 years I bought 3 to 4 vehicles from them and you would think they would give you a coursity minor repair without charging you $75 for bending a bracket from rubbing against my tire so they say. 10 to 15 minutes job, no parts involved. This is the last car I buy from them. Back to West Herr at least there service dept. helped me out sometimes and showed there appreciation for using the service and buying car from them. IT NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY MR DeLacy
Sales team is decent which is the only reason they received 2 stars. The service team is horrible. In fact... I paid an extra $3/month for a new Escape Sport ( a better one than I would get from Delacy anyways) from a Delacy Ford competitor because I did not want to deal with the service team at Delacy anymore. I would have paid an extra $20/month at this point because of my frustration. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment for 3 minor issues. A check engine light, a defective back up sensor and for the 2nd time in 18 months a rear defroster that stopped working on my F150. They fixed the backup sensor, they again replaced my back window which again caused me to lose my awesome Bills and Sabres decals and said they could not detect a check engine light all of the sudden. I picked the vehicle up Saturday night and Sunday morning the check engine light is on again. Every time I call the service department I do not get an answer. After 9 days of trying (because I am a busy person with 3 kids like a lot of other car owners) somebody finally answered today. I told them the check engine light is on and begged for them to get me in early as I have a family trip planned and of course they denied me an appointment until 3 weeks later. I was planning to buy an Escape from them as my lease is up in a week but after the horrible experiences I have been dealing with their service department the past 4 years and the positive experiences I have had at Townes service department the past 3 I decided to pay more for my vehicle at Towne so I can utilize their service department. This review will probably not help my check engine light situation over at Delacy but they are the ones who sent me the email asking for the review. I will say that Brittany in the service department was very nice and called me back numerous times on Saturday to update me. Delacy should make her the manager of the service department and maybe things would get better over there. Because I just had the truck in there and because I still have the same problem and because it only takes about 16 seconds to plug in to my computer to see whats wrong with my truck it seems ridiculous that they cannot fit me in until 3 weeks out. It is very disappointing to be treated like this by a dealership that I have purchased 2 vehicles from in the last 4 years. If I would not be charged the $100 deductible for going somewhere else I would not even have my warranty work done there. At this point I may just eat the hundo and take it to Towne because my time wasted is worth much more than $100.
Purchased a new 2015 vehicle in January 2016. Poor customer service. I called multiple times over the course of 3 weeks trying to get a problem with the winter wheels and tires they sold me taken care of. The service writer I was dealing with was always unavailable. I left messages for him and never received return calls. No one else seemed to know about the problems I was having with my vehicle or offered help aside from leaving a message for him. Months later I received a call from my salesperson asking me to pickup the wheels and tires I had there because they did not want them taking up space anymore... problem with them unsolved. I will never purchase from DeLacy again, not even an oil filter. I regret not going to Towne.
I needed 60K service for my Ford Flex. I was billed over 160$ for front differential service.I came back and discussed this issue with them and they said they will be in touch, this was months ago.So I was billed over 160$ for the service of a part that never existed on my vehicle in the first place. To be mildly put I am not happy.
I felt very comfortable dealing with Ken B. - we both wore masks and maintained a safe distance; however, I was VERY uncomfortable with Eric (Finance) - who chose to wear his mask UNDER his chin and sat only a few feet away. I am very happy with my Fusion (less than 24 hrs old) and very happy with all Ken did for me.
When the lease on my Ford Edge was coming to an end, I starting looking at my options. I went back to DeLacy & saw Kevin Dargan - our sales representative who took care of us 3 years ago. Kevin listened to what was important to me. He searched for the vehicle that met my needs & went above & beyond until he found it. I could go to any car dealer but I’m not sure I’d get this kind of premium service.
0 stars for sure. Just bought the vehicle a couple weeks ago. Very rude. Didn’t fix my car and still making the noise in the back rear. Not happy and most of all our salesmen says “Did they fix your car, it’s been in there quit a few times ya know” who would say something like that? Very rude. Not happy
Took my vehicle in for the air conditioning not working. They couldn’t find the problem, but recharged the Freon and put in a tracer and told me if the problem came back to return and this service charge would be credited to the next repair because this was the diagnostic portion. A few weeks later the a/c was not working again, took the vehicle back in and was told it needed a new evaporator. This is a big job and would cost almost $1800 and by the way the previous cost would not be counted towards the service. Additionally the after market warranty I had would only cover $1100+, so including my deductible it would cost $600+ And take 2 days. I left the vehicle there on a Friday, they had to order the part, but were supposedly working on the car so I couldn’t have it back for the weekend. When I called the warranty company I was told they were covering all but my deductible and about $100 of the service, so I called the department manager and was told the extra $400 was for service that included cleaning the rust off bolts! Now, I’m no genius, but I’m fairly certain you can buy all new bolts for less than $400! He assured me they were working on the vehicle and this was standard. The day the vehicle was supposed to be finished (Tuesday) I got a call and was told they had the wrong part. It was going to take 2 days to get the correct part, but they only found this when they had taken the entire thing apart and there was no way I could have the vehicle back in the mean time. The part should come in on Thursday, and they’d finish the job then. Fast forward to Saturday when I hadn’t heard anything, and called to find out the status and was told “oh they are putting it together now if should be done by Monday, but maybe Tuesday because it’s a big job”So here I am, almost 2 weeks after the diagnosis and being told it’s an 2 day job, still without my vehicle. I’ve been doing business here for about 8 years, but that will end as soon as I get my vehicle back. I’m amazed they had time to post pictures on google showing the cars they work on, with my vehicle in the background, and not enough time to fix it. The service has been extremely poor recently and the communication even worse. Most people won’t post a review while their vehicle is still being worked on, but I don’t see how the service could possibly get worse from here.Update: It’s now 4 days later after original post, whomever responded and said please call to discuss never left a name. So I talked to the “acting” service manager who told me maybe 2 more days. I then asked to speak with the entire dealership manager and got a voicemail. So, still no vehicle returned, still having to take 2 vehicles everywhere (or drive my 7 year old around in the front seat), and still paying them to “remove rust on bolts”.
Im very pleased with my car-buying experience with DeLacey Ford -- salesman Andrew Trotta was fantastic to work with. I walked in not even expecting to buy a car (as they didnt have the particular model I wanted on the lot) and walked out with something better than I ever anticipated. There was no pressure, the negotiation over my trade-in was polite, courteous, and more than fair. Everyone was super friendly, and I now have such a fun red Ford Fiesta. Very happy!
I purchased a vehicle from an employee in the service department, Paul Barth Jr . This purchase was not made as a DeLacy purchase but I feel it is necessary for you all to know the type of person they have servicing your vehicle when brought to the service department. Paul advertised the vehicle for specific work to be done if asking price was paid and told us how he was a mechanic at DeLacy ford and we could contact him in the future for side work and blah blah. He was a real charmer! We picked the vehicle up and the work was not done and he ignored us and until I threatened to take him to court over his false advertising he then finally offered to fix what didnt do to begin with...but at this point who would trust him? Definitely not me especially when I am putting my 4 year old in the vehicle. Now I would encourage you all to have this same caution when having your vehicle serviced at this institution. I did call and make DeLacy aware and Mike the manager just seemed to say it was a side thing and had nothing to do with DeLacy but when your employee is out there ripping people off why would you think he is ripping your customers off too? I have asked him several times to refund this portion of the vehicle and he refused. Integrity and Ethics!
If I could rate DeLacy less than a star, I would. In my search for a new car, I went to many dealers in WNY and found a car that I liked here. After the night of the sale, before signing papers, they seemed to work with me on the price. Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up they were quoting an entirely different price. Then, after deciding to go for it anyways, the car need service and some touch up paint. I bought the car in September... it is now December and I am still waiting on the touch up paint after MANY MANY MANY phone calls, most of which were not returned. The service department, particularly the woman answering phones, is atrocious and they want absolutely nothing to do with you after you make the commitment of a car. If you are thinking of buying here, DONT. Go somewhere else where service is better and they care about the people they are selling to.
We did some shopping around before landing back at Delacy . We’ve been customers for many years . But decided to see if we could get a better price. We could not get a better price . We also have an excellent salesman Ken who always looks out for us . We were told from another Dealership that the price we were quoted was the lowest we could get . We had no trade and was turning in our lease. We are also part of the Ford family and we get Ford Family pricing. But Delacy saved me about $40 a month for the exact same vehicle. We are Delacy customers for life .
They have had my vehicle for over a week with no work being done to it. I cant even drive the car we bought less than 6 months ago and they refuse to fix it in a timely manner they give us no date to when it will be fixed and in the meantime I have no vehicle. I will never buy another car here again and Im glad I found out how they are before we buy a bigger vehicle in a few month.
Went to take my wifes car for service here, and used their nice online scheduler, and everything appeared to go through just fine, and we printed off the appointment confirmation. When we arrived to drop off the car, we were told by a gruff service agent that the appointment was not entered into their system, and that their online scheduler doesnt actually do anything, and that the earliest they could get it in was in 2 weeks because they were 60 hours overbooked already.Their online scheduler is a joke, and their service staff are sitting at their desk trying their best to ignore you as much as they can.
Tried the service department twice, never again. first time was 4 1/2 yrs ago when I purchased the F150. Made an appointment for my first oil change, they claimed I didnt have an appointment and made me wait over two hours. This time even worse. Had my truck towed there by roadside assistance Saturday at 1pm. Called them told them the problem, they said theyd let me know what was going on. I waited till Monday dinnertime and called them. They said they havent looked at it and theyd call me. I waited two more days until Wednesday and called again at dinnertime. Same deal, never looked at it. Spoke to Jeremy. He told me to call West Herr or anywhere else and theyll tell me 6 weeks to get an appointment. Really! I called roadside assistance to have it towed elsewhere and they told me Id have to pay to have it towed somewhere else. I ended up calling a towtruck and it cost me $125. The next day my truck was fixed along with a bill for $574 for a new starter. What a deal! Id never buy a vehicle at Delacy again and would definitely never use their service dept. Tom initially took care of me, very smug on the phone, and then Jeremy. no better. I put one star because I wasnt allowed no stars. Thank you, Frank Vicario
DeLacys Ralph Johnson is a great salesman. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I left that day with the car of my choice at the price I wanted. The rest of the staff was courteous and helpful as I worked my way through the paperwork and finalization. Thank you Ralph and DeLacy!
Provisional review: I went in on a scheduled appointment to look at several vehicles that were listed for sale. I was met by a sales rep that had no interest in my needs - he seemed dismissive and rather annoyed that I came out on a rainy day to disturb him.A few hours later, I received a call from their customer service rep to ask why I hadnt come by for my appointment. When I explained to her what my experience was like, she was very apologetic and accommodating and offered to make things right.Im willing to give them one more chance... So this review is subject my next visit. Stay tuned.
I had been looking for a used Ford F150 Ecoboost for a few weeks and everything I had come across was high mileage and a little to pricey for the condition. I checked DeLacys website and found my truck on a Sunday night and sent the email. I was texted (my preferred method of communication) the next morning and stopped by in the afternoon. I had a high mileage trade in and still owed some money on that, I had a number in mind that I was unwilling to go over and without hesitation we negotiated the price and signed the paperwork. It really was the easiest automobile purchase I have ever encountered. I never felt pressured, there was no cheesy sales talk, just straight to the point and lets go.
I was looking for a new or really nice pre-owned F-150 for months. I was very selective as to the options and colors I wanted. Sales consultant Nate Justin was nothing short of amazing. Every time a F-150 came into inventory he text me photos. He even kept looking while he was at home for me. Finally the right pre-owned truck came into inventory for me. The purchase was smooth. Thanks Nate for giving my family and I the right truck.
HORRIBLE SALES STAFF!!! I only gave them a 1 star because I had to select one. They will lie to you to get the sale and attempt to pressure you into buying something if youre not ready. Stay Away from this dealership!! We spent 2 hours here on Memorial Day and they quoted us numbers we were not comfortable with spending. We went home to think things through things (after being pressured to buy for over 30 minutes.) We called back the next day to move forward after discussing and were told the prices were lower than we thought. Great! Drove out on our lunch over 45 minutes to get there and they hadnt even run the application!!! I asked the guy where he got his numbers from and he said THEY GUESSED!!!! SERIOUSLY???!! What a waste of time. I walked out of the dealership and told him they lost my respect and my business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. My husband and I dealt with Ralph Johnson.
I came to Delacy years ago when I lived in the area and was given the most attentive and pleasant service Ive had anywhere. Among other work, I needed tires and was prepared to pay what I had to, but the service agent went out of their way to recommend a good brand that also had a great rebate offer going. Now, I live about 45 minutes away, and drive a Chevy instead of a Ford, but I still prefer to come to Delacy. I handt been back in awhile, but I got the same genuinely friendly and excellent service Id had years ago. Keep it up!
My wife and I went in to DeLacy Ford looking at leasing a new Escape Titanium or buying a used one .I decided to try this dealership because I had recently had my 2015 F-150 KR in for warrenty work in their service department and was very happy, I thought the helpfulness I found in that department would also be in the sales department. Boy was I wrong. At first things started out fine, our salesman Todd Slade showed us a couple models we were interested in and let us take one out for a drive. At any rate when we sat down inside to talk numbers he came back with something absurdly high, as if I were looking to lease a 50,000 dollar vehicle. It became clear that either he wasnt going to budge off this number or it was going to take more work than I was willing to put in, especially since we knew our options and were willing to just go get a better deal at another place. This could have been the end of it and I would have been fine, just business. As my wife and I were trying to politely get out of the show room Todd tells us to hold on so he can get his manager or somebody in the used department. Once again this was fine except after looking through inventory on the lot my wife and I were not interest. When they asked what we were going to do I simply explained that we had been looking at other dealers/makes/models and we knew of something very comparable to the Escape in options and trim for a lot less money (All these cars were around 35K, apples to apples.) Todd then makes a comment saying You should check out the Kia dealer across the street because their cars are really cheap. His manager looks at me and says That was a zing, in case you didnt know. So I told them both I knew and that when it comes times to trade in my F-150 in a couple years for new one it wont be there and my wife and I left. We then went to Towne Ford right down the road and got the exact same Escape with the deal we wanted right away with no hassle. I have no idea how DeLacy stays in business with their high prices and rude sales staff.
I have never been disappointed with the service at Delacy Ford. From the appointment scheduling, to the Service advisors, and the Mechanics, every stage of my experience is A+. Utilizing Delacy Ford for all of my service needs guarantees that I will be on the road again with no worries.
Worked hard to find the F150 2019 truck that I wanted. This included the 3.5L Eco-boost Engine which seems to be harder to locate than the other Ford Engines. Deal went through as promised, currently I am satisfied with the dealer and the F150 which is truly an awesome vehicle.
I have bought two vehicles from the same salesperson over the last ten years and had a good experience. I leased my last vehicle from the same salesperson who told me at the end of the lease that it would be a good idea to purchase the vehicle back from Delacy because of its high trade in value. My salesperson told me what I would be able to trade the vehicle in for x amount of dollars, which then I could put towards an Explorer. I bought the leased vehicle back from Delacy and then went to trade it in on an Explorer and I was quoted a trade in price on the truck that was $1,500 lower then what the salesperson told me. I have since ended my relationship with Delacy. Make sure you get the trade in value on paper!
Ill start with the FACT that Im a true HARDCORE CAR GUY! I did my homework before going into the Delacy Dealership. Before going I called told them that I was interested in a Beautiful Pearl White Ford Explorer that they had...But also told them that my ( Dear Sweet Wife). Thats what you have to call them when you want to buy a NEW CAR! (Begging & groveling is optional)....I told them I could make it into see the truck at 7:00 p.m. They told me it will be ready.....It was! I handed them my trade in keys to value my trade.... We took the truck for our test drive... Just the wife & I.... (This is where the groveling comes in Good Guys)..She loved it! How could she NOT! After being to a couple dealerships I got a basic idea of what I felt the car was worth. Their first offer beat all the other dealerships. I told them it wasnt quite enough who made them a counter offer which they knew I was a serious buyer and completed the deal I am extremely happy. Fantastic people to work with the coffee was good the service was good and to see the vehicle better I asked him to bring it inside under the lights for our delivery which they did accommodate me fantastic experience if youre buying any car make sure you see Delacy FIRST and youll save yourself a lot of time and headaches God bless these people Mark and Veronica Marinaccio
I purchased a truck in November 2012 from the resale center. When I first looked at it I commented on how dirty it was and was told it just came in and hasnt been cleaned yet. I bought it a week later and was told things needed to be taken care of and I could pick it up in two days. They left the keys in it and I picked it up at 10pm. I didnt realize untill the next day that nothing was cleaned. I have had to take it into the service department three time in four months. When i asked if it had a oil change before I bought it they didnt know. The service dept has been pretty good until the last time I went I took it in in March. I seemed to be inconveniencing him as I was talking to him. He told me they couldnt test drive it for two days because it was snowing. After I picked it up I had a question about a note they wrote on my slip. I had to speak to the same guy and he was very rude. Needless to say, Im not happy with the service and will not be going back to DeLacy.
Terrible Delacy runs a warranty SCAM...I bought the F-350 2016 used truck with 14,000 I have 39000 miles the muffler system is loud and needs to replaced.. Depending on who u talk to at the dealership, it is either covered or not..I bought the premium 120,000 mile warranty! .I havent even had the truck a year...here s the scam...they charge u to look at it ..the next time a cop gives u a ticket for a loud muffler ...tell the judge the cop doesnt have the credentials because hes not a service technician..see how far that gets you.I have noisy Universals. ...again they want to charge to look at itI told Delacy only perform work under warranty ....they said they cant because they first have to diagnose the problem and charge me...I told them I want my money back for the warranty. What good is the warranty if they are now nickel and diming for everything...To charge for diagnostics under the disguise of warranty... that should be the cost if doing business...customer service...the cost was built into the warranty when I bought the truck...thats how its supposed to work....FRAUD....
I recently purchased a used automobile from Delacy Ford. The service I received was good. The exact car I was looking for was difficult to find. Delacy had the closest to what I was looking for. The price I paid was good. If someone I knew was looking for a car, I would recommend that someone at least stop by and see what they have. You just might find exactly what you are looking for.
Today my girlfriend and I just wrapped up a Ford Escape purchase with Delacy. The entire experience was incredible, especially working with Kevin Dargan. While working with him it became immediately apparent that he was not only a great salesmen, but a genuine guy trying to help me find the right car. To put it in perspective, I was on the fence about whether or not I wanted to get 4WD. Instead of guiding me towards the more expensive vehicle, Kevin helped me weigh the pros and cons of 4WD. He even walked us to the service department to discuss the matter with a mechanic. That level of genuine honesty and salesmanship was how my entire car-buying experience went. That’s why I am writing this review, which is my first google review for anything I might add. Thanks again Kevin and Delacy!
My husband and I were in contact with a sales representative knowing we were going to try to come by. Walked in the doors- not one hello. Ten minutes go by, not one word, twenty minutes go by. Still no word and we could see a manager(female with blonde hair) look out of their office and make eye contact. Two older gentlemen walked by as well- not one word. We ended up leaving because we weren’t approached AT ALL. Worst customer service ever. Will not recommend to anyone.
My first brand new car was purchased from Delacy Ford. It was many years ago but it still leaves a bad memory. The sales man was nice and helpful, but I have not bought a Ford since and I tell family and friends that buy Fords, to stay away from DeLacy. I purchased the Rust Proof guarantee which included undercoating from the dealer so my first new car would look great for a long time. Within 6 months of taking it off the lot, I had rust showing up on the edges of each of the 4 doors, the hood, and the hatchback. I took it to the service dept and they gave me an outrageous price to repair and repaint. I said I bought the rust proof guarantee! This did not mean a thing to them, said it only guarantees rust from inside coming out, not surface rust. Huh? The car continued to rust of course and was a rusty mess within 2 years of being brand new. If you buy a car from them do not expect any service, they cannot control rust from happening but they should provide help and support if your new car fails within six months.
Very fast within the hour,,, sanitary cleaned the door handle steering wheel seat before I got back in.Made me feel very safe..one customer though wasnt wearing a mask and walked back and forth in the service areaAll service employees were wearing masks and took precautions with sanitizer
I deal with this dealership regularly with my company vechiles. I usually deal with Dolly in the service department. I also deal with the manager in the parts dept. I have had nothing but professional, courtesy, quick sevice. I could not ask for better people to deal with there. I also leased a vehicle here, and that was great treatment also.
I have yet to be disappointed. I bought my truck, a 2002 F-150 King Ranch, the first from there. Brought in a used 2005 F-250 for repairs, satisfied with the service. I traded that F-250 in for my 2012 Explorer and have been satisfied with the sales and services since. Yes, 10 years later and I am still going there. I already have my next vehicle in mind to purchase from Delacy Ford.
I had a couple awful experiences at Ed Shults Ford. I almost gave up on Ford all together. Delacy Ford went above and beyond to get me a good deal and a good experience. Thank you Ken for helping me. I wouldn’t recommend Ed Shults for to anyone, however Delacy Ford was great.

2022-04-28I bought a Ford Explorer from DeLacy Ford. I sent them a message to inquire about the vehicle on their website. I had a response within a few minutes. The vehicle was actually on their lot, not like other dealers websites that I have dealt with. They had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I got there. I got to the dealer at 12:30 and was out the door by 3:30 with my new car. Jake Gray was our salesman and he was exceptional. The gentleman who went over the finances was also exceptional. I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying anything I didnt want. I live an hour away from the dealer and it was worth the drive. I will absolutely be purchasing my vehicles from them from now on.

2022-01-05Went in for routine maintenance. Was able to schedule on line. Service was done promptly without excuses of being short staffed. Allison was friendly and professional. Since this was my first experience with a dealership since buying the truck I plan to have my work done here rather than where I bought it who has been less than accommodating.

2022-02-25My sales rep Nate was great throughout my entire sales process. Was able to get the Explorer I wanted and he was easy to work and communicate with. I already use Delacy for my other vehicles maintenance but will come back when Im ready to get my next new vehicle because of the sales team.

2022-04-25Delacy Ford did such a great job servicing my Mustang. They provided me with a loaner and had my car ready on time. Yet, since the car had been detailed and the weather had taken a turn for the worse, they let me keep the loaner 2 extra days until the weather was better. Then, then even returned my car to me so I did not have to drive back to the store. Delacy provides truly exceptional sales and service experience. I look forward to more sales/service experiences with them for all my Ford needs.

2022-06-03The dealers service dept was great. Kept in contact with me via phone and text during the servicing. Needed new rear brakes and an engine cover. They sent a picture so I could see the issue and decide to proceed or not. Would recommend and I’ll def consider returning.

2022-02-02I had less than a week to find start a new work assignement and needed to find a vehicle quickly. The vehicle I ultimately found was located at DeLacy Ford Inc. My initial telephone with Maryann and Matt was very pleasant, and as much as one can sense from a telephone contact; they were genuinely interested in my business and very willing to assist. After a day to contemplate my decision, I decided to purchase with intent that the vehicle would be shipped (DeLacy was almost 400mi from my then location). Matt suggested in-house financing and after slight hesitation (at running another credit report), I decided to give it a try. I was greatly pleased when the rate offered came in unexpectedly lower than two (2) credit unions I had approvals from. No hesitation there on which I chose. With not much time to spare to pack and leave for my work assignment, it became necessary to pick up the vehicle. To expedite the process, Matt got all required documentations and paperwork (including out-of-state registration) processed, so all I had to do on arrival at the dealership that snow day, was look the vehicle over, get explanation of documents and financing, and be on my way. It was the first time Ive purchsed a vehicle with ease.A week later, when the plate was received, even the sticker was in the place it needed to be; a I had to do was put it on the vehicle. Such attention to detail. Almost forgot...when my brother and I went to pick up the vehicle, the staff on duty were friendly and polite. Althought the dealership is far away, since one can get door to door delivery, I would definitely shop there again, as well as recommend DeLacy.

2022-04-12I bought my first brand new car here and I’ll tell you they get right down to business. My salesman Ken is a really good option if you choose this dealer. They will tell you every detail of financing leaving you with with no questions, just solutions. I hate the whole buying a car process so they made sure I was in and out so fast. :)

2022-05-21They sold me a car that doesn’t work… then when i tried to get it fixed they said they had never seen that kind of problem before… i took it in over 3 times each time they fixed nothing… then on top of that when they said they wouldn’t make me pay because of the warranty because of the one part being on back order and coming when the warranty was up they are making me pay for it… after they literally told me i didn’t have to to my face in person. I have been trying to contact them and speak with a supervisor since because i shouldn’t be paying all this money a month for a car that doesn’t work the way it should. They have ghosted me and my mom after calling multiple times for help. Horrible customer service. Supervisor is always “out of town” when i need help… we have left messages and continue to try and get this fixed but no one bothers to return our calls. Worst experience of my life.
