Good place at Ditmars in Astoria,right under the train.. for a quick bite empanadas . And Spanish pastry.
A little over price!! This is a colombian bakery and they have a restaurant prices... and depends of the girl behind counter price are different and they forget to give you plastic cutlery!!!

It seems to me that they should have or put a person who attends in a better way, does not know how to treat the public, and try to always have what is on the menu available, they almost never have the things I want.

I am a regular customer, I go and spend my money in this place, I order delivery’s, but the food is very salty. Today I went shopping, I had an emergency and Bibiana did not lend me the bathroom, it seemed very rude on her part, is this a correct way to treat permanent customers ???Today December 8, I ordered a delivery, they answered but they left me waiting more than 5 minutes, it seems that the customers who go to the place are more important than those who ask for delivery, many times they have not answered the phone and I have to order from Pollos Mario, And when asked why they dont answer, they say that they are very busy serving the customers present, I think this answer is very disrespectful and very complacent, since we, the customers we order, are just as important AND our money is also worth , so that they treat us that way, or better not offer delivery service and do not make us have a bad time and waste our valuable time. Thanks a lot!!

This woman always make me wait long time to just one order by phone Wich is arepa con queso it was Friday in the morning she is very bad for the job. It makes me wait too long for a simple order of cheese arepa and I will not order there again.

Bad service, they send incomplete things, something is always missing, and today I get lunch with the bitten rib as if it were a leftover 😡 and the solution they give is that in another lunch they give me two meats, after sending a leftover

2022-01-01The chicharron was very different to mexican style chicharron, but was so good! The outside was crispy, but juicy inside with plenty of meat.This was my first time having an arepa. I got the chicharron and it was delicious. The chicharron was cut up with a tomato and chile sauce.I ordered through door dash very close to closing time and all my things were hot and fresh. I was expecting them to not approve the order.

2022-07-08I love the coffee here but i have to complain because all the time i goes i find the lady sweeping the floor and after that they dont wash their hands , put hand sanitizer ro clean their hands and they open the paper bags putting their dirty hands inside the paper bags, very disgusting. Please you have to put more Attention in this kind of things that are very important for some costumers. We have to continue following the cleaning protocols since the pandemic didn’t finish yet. Thanks

2022-07-10Not good at all. The hot chocolate had spoiled milk in it. The empanadas tasted really bad and were 90% potatoes and 10% chicken. I ordered a 2 litter coca cola for $4 but received 1 can of coca cola. The hot sauce is not spicy and tasteless. The staff doesnt speak 1 word of English. Dont waste your money here !

2020-03-04I order from this place almost every single day, but today I had the most horrible experience, I ordered 1 soup, 1 lunch with egg and 1 juice hit naranja-piña, when I was speaking with the woman she couldn’t heard anything I had to say my address and my phone number several times cause she was writing the wrong numbers, after 1 hour that I was waiting for my delivery I had to call to know what was wrong, so this lady said that they were calling me and the delivery guy was downstairs, and that they called and somebody picked up and then hanged up, and of course this person who took my delivery took the wrong phone number cause I didn’t get any call from them during the whole hour, anyway she told me the delivery guy was downstairs, I received the delivery and the juice that they sent me was a juice in a cup and it was all watered in the bag of course I called back again and I told them what happen and they were so rude I was completely surprised of course I was upset, all of this it wasn’t necessary I thought I could speak better with Claudia she is working there longer than the person who took my delivery and it was the same thing completely rude, from all this situation you can see they don’t know how to handle when they make mistakes, completely disappointed I am never going to order anything from delicias Caleñas and yes it’s a heart broken!
