They offer me a discount to write a phony positive review on their services before I even gave them any advance fee - I told them no dice Ill pay the freight and do it on a level playing field. Then after paying the fee, I found out they are not a helpful crew at all. The girl there falsely said one of their listings was available when I got to the room it was rented two weeks earlier. Second, her level of service in trying to find a room was basically zero. It was like pulling teeth or talking to a wall. They are scammers that take your fee and thats all they do you will not find a room through these fraudsters.
I will never forget about the low level treatment at delta office Ramon Jackie, as three a holes call themselves, are low class trash with bad outfits. $150.00 upfront fee needed to be paid in cash before I could even ask questions. Then check this out; each room I was sent to was nasty with no windows, no locks. Like imagine crack head headquarters with more cat sized rats. Thats the type of amazing rooms they try to bumm off on you. Dont even think about using these fraud merchants.
I had such a great experience. Once I paid the agency service fee I began viewing room that was on my budget. All the owners of the apartment that I viewed were very sweet and loving. I would a room in a great area near all commercial 24 hours restaurant//stores.
Do not let Delta room rentals steal your money! I had to be out of my sublet within 2 weeks of giving Delta my non refundable fee of $200. I was looking for something for myself and my 8 pound dog. They personally told me that it wouldnt be a problem getting a room. Then it all changed. The customer service is awful and the communication is beyond that. First place they sent me was over my budget, for duel occupancy, and no dogs allowed in the building. The second place didnt have a window and the matress was on the floor, the 3rd was in a unsafe environment. The 4th wasnt home when I went to my appointment because the office never told them I was going over. This apartment was out of the way, made me late for work, did not allow dogs, and after all that didnt even make it into the building. The 6th was small with no floor space and I couldnt use the kitchen.I am not quite sure if Delta actually goes and assess the rooms they are trying to fill. But from my experience, doesnt seem like it. Getting ahold of the office is a one sided game of phone tag. They say they will call you back and then go on break for the two hour window you had available. This happened 5 days in a row. After I went to the 5th place and they told me it was getting very difficult finding a place for me. I asked them about a refund if they were rufusing to find me a place to live. They told me it was non refundable and they they had up to 90 days to find me a place. At this time, they new I only had about a week left until I was homeless and they couldnt care less. I found an awesome place on craigslist that is cheaper than what I told Delta I was willing to pay. I still lost out on 200 dollars. So please save your money and just do some research so they dont put you on a wild goose chase!
I have used them before with decent results. Although,one room they rented to me had mice in the past and I lived with vermin for 6 months.This time around they sent me to a few horrible rooms before viewing what I thought was a decent room. I paid the landlord 2 weeks rent and moved in. Immediately I smelled a horrific odor. I checked under the bed and found the entire floor panel had been stripped and was covered in mold.After, calling the landlord, she pretended to not speak English and told me I never paid her and she would not return my $400. I Immediately called the police and was told once they arrived I would have to take her to Civil court in order to get my money back.I contacted Delta room rentals who was still obligated to help me find a room for two weeks. After getting sent to only one or two rooms a day, with no success I have decoded to sue all of them. The agency and the landlord.SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS SCAM!!!
Hit or miss! My 1st room overlooked the Hudson River on Riverside Dr. It was beautiful! Unfortunately I wasnt told by the person renting it to me that her drug crazed brother also lived there and ended chasing me out after trying to stab me with a butchers knife. The second room Ive rented was very small, but it was a quiet place with no drama. Unfortunately after living here for 3 and a half years, Ive been informed that I have to move due to a family member returning. So Im looking again!
Absolute nightmare. What a waste of money. Theyre a fraud to the maximum. When I was in their office, they asked customers who came by to write good reviews about their agency in exchange for a reduced agency fee! After being ripped off, they sent me to a room I wouldnt expect a dog to live in and there were drug dealers hanging out on the steps of the building. Its obvious I got the same treatment as other room seekers : I GOT RIPPED TO THE CORE!!!
Zero zero zero zero stars! read everybodys negative reviews it sums it up. I registered with Delta recently, but were running out this apartment because the wacko who rents the room is crazy. We were not told that the tenant in charge of renting the room was bi-polar paranoid schizophrenic and now when we mention these issues to Delta, they simply wring their hands and say they cant help us in any way.Not even help terminate the agreement with this harassing landlord. Dont bother with this room agency or any brokers at all. All Sharks!
Better hope youre pretty. Its simple for them. If they dont like what you say and how you look, they act like they dont speak good English and they dont work hard to find you a room after they get the advanced fee. Nobody at this delta rooms joint know what they doing. Will definitely file a complaint against this fake company.
Today was the fourth time I rented a room through Delta in the past few years. I got a clean, comfortable, affordable room with cable and internet every time and within an hour! I dont know what all these bad reviews are about. There just not true. Delta Room Rentals is GREAT!!!
I am not one to speak negative about anyone espcially when she seemed so nice and honest, that i went ahead and handed her my money believe all she had said yet to my surprise every one of the 4 rooms she sent me to were already taken. then i knew i too had been taken. If I could prevent one person from getting deceived. Then I have done my part. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THEM. They are all in on it.
This operation is the worst agent known to mankind. So unproven. They pretend to have these great Rooms for Woman so i shelled out nearly $200 only for them to tell me the landlord have away the room. Ramon, the agent who I dealt with, did not even had the decency to be around and apologize for the inconvenience when I came to their office to complain. They just all seem like theyre up to no good.
If there was a way to give less stars I would. We had an nightmarish experience with Delta Rooms. They could not have been more unprofessional. From their condescending remarks to demanding their advance fee in cash $$$$, then they obstructed us from finding a room because they never had any in Manhattan, just the ghetto sections in the Bronx. Delta was the worse. If you see their postings on craigslist, keep in mind they are BOGUS postings to the MAX, Delta has no rooms that are remotely similar to what’s advertised on craigslist. Just run the other way.
I wasnt too fond of going through a room agency to look for a room because of the reviews BUT Delta changed all of that for me. I didnt think I would be so satisfied with this service. I was moved in same day. I was given a couple of options one by one but with the 1st option I knew I was bond to taken because at Delta they actually match you up with the owner! So dope! I do not recommend for anyone to go to this agency. They robbed me for $200. They try to give mediocre rooms filled with roaches or crazy roomates living in the living room or looking through your personal items. Ive tried series of rooms with them n all fails.they move on their time. And if you do not choose from there selection they will simply stop serving you n keep your deposit. The females ice dealt with are very rude , Oppionated , aggressive and disrespectful. This agency is for mexican or dominicans who have low living expectations.
Stay at a friends house. just dont go to these guys. They did a down right terrible job and made a fairly straight forward proposition complicated. I found a room myself the same day on my own without their help. No service is an understatement. It cost me a lot of time and money and this advance fee agency is straight up crap and should be outlawed. very sleazy. without question they are very down and dirty. Go couch surf before you pay cash to this room finder.you are about to be scammed.like so many other jerks before me that tried renting a room through this agency i was robbed and they was robbed for a fee from this extremely low class disorganized not in touch with reality scam business made up of con artists from the ghetto.scammer sent me to a couple of rooms in apartments with many other people living there and on top of that these apartments had mold in the bathroom shower area.it was a bad mistake giving these guys any money before getting a spot first.
The Delta Room Rentals Business Is An Outright Scheme --> A SCHEME!!!Myself and my beau worked with Jackie at Delta hoping we would find our new room in Manhattan. We saw the caliber of their listings (three or four of them), and we knew we were headed in the wrong direction. No locks on the doors, no kitchen facilities, old bedding, smell of urine, ripped carpeting, you name it. The small time chiselers who work at Delta need to get a life. Thanks for nothing!
Delta rooms is a joke man. First off, they only accept cash. No debit card, no money order. Basically nothing that could leave a trace. Red flags and spidey senses already be kicking in. They dont even show you any pictures or offer any guarantees. Just that you have to call back when they tell you for a list that probably doesnt exist. I aint got that type of money to get ripped off and thats exactly what this is.
Amazing experience with Delta! They worked as a team to find my sister and I a room we were lucky enough to find something in the same house hold . Both our rooms were fully furnished and very clean . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys!!!
I used Delta today with awesome results, but it was a process. First off, let me say that my dealing swith Jackie were always professional though crisp and business-like. She outlined the process, answered my questions then started lining up places and landlords to fit my budget. I started at 11:48am and at 4:19pm I was in my new living space...So, the devil is in the details.... YOU are responsible for choosing the room matching your needs...what gets in the way? The landlords who hold the room are not only showing you what they have, but they are also interviewing you. If you are not a match for them, they will not rent to you. I saw 2 IMMACULATE rooms in the Washington Heights/Audobon area but as it is first come/first serve I missed out in being able to rent one....The next series of room were utter disappointments, not up to par with the first. At the end of the day Jackie was able to match me with both a room and landlord where everything clicked, and viola hocus pocus moved in the same day. Throughout the day Jackie (and the other staff) were able to set up appointments, give directions, keep me updated, etc. In the end, if push comes to shove I would use Delta again. Just remember, it is first come/first serve so come with the agency fee, and the denero needed to rent that gem of a room the moment you find it....for it will surely be gone if you blink.
I used them in the Summer of 2012. The first couple of rooms I checked out were not good options. However, they worked with me until I found a room that suited me. Overall, I had a good experience. You can only expect so much on a budget in Manhattan.
Dont even botherIts not for me cus I went to sign up for a room and the cops were there with the boss, cat named vicky, and 2 customers. This woman and a young girl, not together, was saying how they promised each of them a room but kept dodging their calls and when they do pick up, they tell them that shes not longer a costumer with them even though BOTH had a receipt from them. Thats enough warning signs for me to get up out of there.
This is by far the worst agency in nyc . They have fake positive comments made by the workers. You will be disappointed with either the roach infested rooms or privacy invasive roomates they try to put you with. And if you dont like the rooms the agency will still take your deposit and refuse to continue looking.

Thank GOD I recorded how this bottom feeder took me over the hurdles. The footage will come in handy at Small Claims Court. Definitely the worst choice if you’re looking for an apartment to share or room rental of some sort in New York City. The agent was inept, dumb, is perfectly willing to help you at any moment when you have the fee, ready in cash, to hand over to them. Trying to get a room with Delta after that will prove elusive and that’s surely the default experience. Talk to a friend, search the major daily newspapers, start knocking on doors, but don’t give these former dope pushers your hard earned money. e-mails, phone calls, pleading with these lame brains, they’ll just have the GHETTO for ya. and regrettably... that’s the good news. So if youre looking for an apartment to share, room rental, whatever... first try ANYONE OTHER THAN DELTA ROOM RENTALS. Next time I’ll search the internet for reviews to see what’s going on with a company before giving any kind of fee. I had my head in the sand and it cost me $175.00.
Guy named Ramon (he uses phony names) is in the office by himself answering phones they say you can see the rooms the same day I paid the upfront fee in cash he showed me my way out the door and said hewwould call me later with lists of rooms. When I asked if this was a scam he laughed and saidtrust me am he held up three fingers on his hand and saidscout honor . I didnt hear from Ramon so the next day I called his office and he was using a phony voice trying to say that ur us not him. Ramon gave me three landlord phone numbers and he said they had rooms for rent. When I called the numbers they were all disconnected! Ramon knew exactly how to say no refunds when I returned for my advance fee. L

Our fair housing testing of delta rooms revealed the following: delta rooms is not a registered business with the state of New York; their employees discriminate against blacks, Puerto Ricans,homosexuals etc. Ramón Martínez of delta rooms charges desperate room seekers advance fees,doesnt find housing as promised, then does not refund the advance fee in violation of New York State law.

I was able to get a room regardless of the fact that I needed a room for three instead of the regular couple room. So glad I came across Delta, they did everything they possibly could to be able to help me THANK YOU SO MUCH! I even found a room within a day!
Dont work with this office they dont have the customers interest at heart and is very rude. They didnt introduce themselves or provide any context they proceeded to aggressively push me to make the advance fee payment that i had no details on. Even after i respectfully explained my position about that they didnt acknowledge my concerns and i left their office. unprofessional and offensive behavior. All they want is the fee and everything else doesnt matter.
Delta room has some very low quality rooms that they will try to push on you as soon as you pay the money. Their face changes overnight and they will not let you say anything. When you want to protest or raise a point, they will just hang up on your face. I am in the process of taking legal action against them. Oh and I gave the one star only because it would not allow me to post otherwise!
This company as they want to call themselves is not backed by the Better Business Buearu. There is no such thing as a finders fee if youre not a licensed broker or agent. Which if youre not backed by the BBB chances are only one or no one in that office is. It is also illegal to contract with them, then have different stipends for what happens once you move in. 150 a week a month has variances, due to the amount of weeks in the month. So if you must make sure you have the month rate down. If not they will act as if youre in the wrong (in the home youre placed) and over pay for just a room. None of them are worth over 600 a month especially when youre confined to your space barely any kitchen access and the landlord dwells in the home as he shouldnt. Ill be suing for sure them and the former landlord for neglegence and fraud.

Promises aint nothingMe and my friend went to look for two rooms near our campus in uptown Manhattan and they promised us a good place that could take the both of us. So we pay $ 300 for the two is cus they said we would have it before the semester started. We got robbed they never sent us to any rooms. We wasted our money for books with these broke promises.
Delta Room Rentals sent my best friend to look at an apartment even they had never seen and sent her to a run down apartment with an older man that didnt have a bed for himself, a door on the room he expected her to live in, PISS ON THE ROTTING BATHROOM FLOOR AND SEVEN CATS. We called them, they were rude told her, get this joke -- that it was not their responsibility if one of their clients went to an apartment THAT WAS NOT SAFE OR CLEAN that THEY TOLD HER TO GO TO and now WONT GIVE HER, HER $200 APPLICATION FEE BACK. So Facebook friends, do me a solid here and BLOW UP THEIR FACEBOOK, I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER WOMAN IN THIS CITY TO END UP IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION.

Although the staff was helpful in finding me room but please be careful of the neighborhood you choose.. I was living in Hamilton Heights and it was extremely noisy with parties being thrown almost every night.loud music. people screaming and shouting .. until 2 or 3 in the morning.. sometime dangerous street fights breaks out so much so I had to call 911 once.. So glad I am out of uptown.. I think the only nice area out there is Hudson Heights.. really beautiful!

Bad and terrible all the way through. Couldnt answer any of my questions. Did not have any studio or 1 bedrooms. I call and ask before I came. He said yes and when I get there he didnt have any. After telling me to come in to see them. Very unprofessional.
I Honestly think they work hard to make everyone happy but is not possible. I have used their service 4 times in the past 5 years I already feel like they are family and they give and a $25 discount their office is very clean with snacks,drinks and wifi.....I vote for delta room rentals , they good
This is my go tp spot to find a room in manhattan. Nothing fancy, just a furnished room with a Dominican family for a super sweet price. Ive used them several times and only had positive experiences.

You will not find a room with this company. I never would have found a room because they were not able to get in touch with any landlords and the one room they sent me to was dirty and had a very foul odor in it; and by the way there were eight other people in the apartment. When I went back for a refund the employee there told me to get lost.
I went through them the first time and had a great experience. I found an affordable large room in Hamilton Heights within a quick walk from the A Express line. I had one issue with the rentor of the room but spoke with a Delta Rooms Rep and they resolved it for me. I did end up buying my own lock and latch and installed it on my door for extra security when I wasn’t there, just cause the rentor kept trying to clean my room for me and that bothered me. It was a clean space and I was left alone when I was home, so that’s all I really needed for the 6mos I lived there while I was saving for my own place.A couple years later, my now husband and I used them to rent a large room in Washington Heights...It was great! $250 a week that included utilities, WiFi and even maid services! The apt was large & clean with a great kitchen and the rooms were large, well furnished with TV’s and key locking doors, although there was only 1 bathroom 7 people!!! That took some time management skills for us. We stayed there for over a year while we were saving money to move out of the city and buy our house and our “landlord” gave us an excellent reference for an apt we needed when we first moved upstate. I would recommend them if your looking for temporary housing. Unless, like In our case, it works out to your advantage to stay longer.

Ripoff to the maxI took off a day of work to spend an obscene amount of money to still not have a room after a MONTH. Does that make sense ? A MONTH! Tried to get my money back and all they told me was I have to go to court . These criminals have serious issues and dont know who theyre dealing with.
I am a student from Columbia, I was in the look for an economical place to stay in NYC. Found a great room through this agency! and it only took me two days.
The staff works at different beats. One will say this, you speak to another person another day and they say something completely different and put you in charge of finding who you originally spoke to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, they set me up with a home that was ran by a family of roaches. LMAO, a roach opened the door and greeted me with a chop cheese.

This room agency forgot to tell me that the building in the bronx they were sending me to is whete all drug pushers live and the cops go there at all hours of the night because of all the prostitutes and hookers they have no good rooms in manhattan just bad locations in the bronx they are a big rip off.

Delta Robbed me for an advance fee they be sending me to the ghetto to live in apartments with lots of people who dont speak English and all that, total scam & rip off!!

2017-12-15I first heard about Delta Room Rental from a co-worker back in 2015. Prior to discovering this agency, I had bounced around multiple places which I had found through Facebook and Craigslist. I cant afford to get my own apartment and my credit is not strong enough for most agencies. However, Delta Room Rental does not require a credit check. I need to state that I do not represent Delta Room Rentals nor did they pay me to write this review. Im taking time to leave this feed back because I have seen a few negative comments.You need to understand that this agency works with private owners. The agency is not responsible to how a home owner takes care of their home. Private rooms rent out on a weekly basis. You will need to pay the agency upfront before they will provide you with any listings. This is legit. They will put you in contact with home owners immediately. The point is for you to move in that day. There will be options, but that really all depends on what your budget and preference are. I was given options and got the opportunity to go to each place to meet and inspect the room before confirming. If you arent satisfied with what is being offered that day, you can wait and keep looking till you do find a place. Delta Room Rental also offers a 14 day grace period...if, for whatever reason the place youre staying is not to your satisfaction, you can request for a new listing without having to pay an additional service fee, but you have to do it before two weeks. Dont wait till the last minute. The agency is willing to help you if the home owner is the one making you move out. This just happened to me right when I fell on the 14 day mark. Delta Room Rental quickly responded and got me in touch with another home owner without charging a service fee, (THANK YOU). Ive lived in two different room and about to move into my 3rd. The home owners who Ive chosen are very kind and keep a clean home. All of them are in uptown Manhattan...more bragging rights to say I live in Manhattan, plus its still within my budget (all of which have been under $700 a month). Everyone will have a different experience because theres so many different types people who live in NYC. You dont have to settle on a place you dont like. Youre not obligated to secure the 1st room youre given...trust me, Ive seen some not so great places....one lady wanted $200 a week and her place had roaches and I wasnt allowed to use the kitchen at all. I had to keep my food in my room. She didnt even provide bed linen....you can guess I didnt take that option. I highly recommend Delta Room Rental because the staff is patient and friendly. They will listen to your needs and help you find what youre looking for...you will need to make the effort in going to the places and meeting the home owners. NYC is a truly magical city. If you believe in something that you want, it WILL happen for you...thats how I was able to secure my rooms.

2022-01-06Very mixed reviews, so let me drop my 2 cents as well. In January 2016, coming from Netherlands to New York City to study 5 months, i had to find a place i could stay in Manhattan that wasnt expensive. (Yeah Im a very naively optimistic guy and Im proud of that.) I didnt want to secure a place online before my arrival in US because of the many scams on internet i discovered. So i decided to stay in a hostel for the first 2 weeks and start my search from there. After spending so much time on internet, i became really desperate and frustrated. No way i would ever find a place around 700$ in Manhattan. I then found delta rooms somewhere on the 10th Google results page. (Lol) I dont remember why but i decided to visit their office, which at the time (2016!) looked quite shady ahah. Some latino lady tells me to fill in a form and pay $150 or 200$ upfront, which i found odd but i did anyway. I did receive a proof of payment. She then literally gives me 3 small pieces of paper with addresses scribbled on. She also tells me that if neither of those 3 options appealed to me, i could come back and ask for new ones. I was very skeptical about this but i didnt have much choice i had already realized. Option 1: large room in Harlem in a clean apartment of an Ecuadorian family: father, mother and their son who was my age. There was a double bed plus a lot of space around it. That was 750$ dollar/month. Option 2: was dirty and there was a dog barking very loudly. Option 3: small room with only a bed and no space to even stand haha. Option 2 & 3 were around 800-850$ if i remember correctly. They gave me some days to think about my choices. I obviously took option 1 and that was really great. My room was right when you entered the apartment on the right side, next to that was the bathroom, next the kitchen. Then; there was the living room and bedrooms at the end of the apartment but i didnt have to go there as i only needed the bathroom and kitchen. I never had any problems with the family, never any disturbance. They were really kind. I had beers with their son at a bar once or twice to watch a game. I think we reached a personal agreement for that room that was lower than the original: 700$/month instead of the 750$. And the location was great; just 10 mins or so to Times Square with the metro. Why this review? Because unlike all of the other agencies i came across, this one was simple and easy: you pay once, we help you find a place. No complicated structures or credit check BS or ridiculous fees/ prices or hidden info or whatever nonsense. Having said that, i can only speak from my own personal experience. Maybe I was very lucky with my place, i dont know. Either way, i was quite happy they took a heavy burden off my shoulders in an instant. I would have still been searching for months for the right place at the right price. Thanks Delta Rooms!

2018-09-01I had an efficient time with this company and their office was nice and organized. I called in the morning to see if they had anything available for myself, husband, and our 2yr old and that same afternoon Jackie had a potential room for us. We went to the office to sign paperwork and pay the fee, got the address, and recieve our keys that same day after viewing the room. We were scammed by a Julies room rental in Bronx so believe me I made sure there was immediate availability with Delta before giving out anymore money. Jackie also mentioned she may have another room if we didnt like the 1st one but everything was perfect with our first room especially considering the fact that we have a baby girl and you have to be careful with that. I would definitely recommend Delta Room Rentals to anyone searching for a immediate move in with children 👍

2017-11-25I was discussing with my friend to get a room from Delta and he was completely against it but my argument was that you never know until you actually go and experience it yourself. Im so glad I went! They were so caring and attentive I was surprised because of the reviews. The reason I am taking my time to write a review is because they truly deserve it. The customer service was phenomenal! Thank you Delta! Recommend it to anyone in search of a room!

2017-11-29Just like one of the posters said, Everyone has different experiences. My experience with Delta is this, last spring I was looking for a room in Washington Heights and the person I worked with was Ashley. And I got to say that she was right on point about everything. I must of looked at four rooms until I found what I was looking for. And Il tell you this, Ashley continued to help me out until I found what I needed. It took about a day but even a day to find a place is pretty quick. The only Drawback I have about this agency is that their rooms are just a bit pricey but not that bad. I would use them again if I needed another place to stay. Im thankful for Ashley, Delta and God for helping me find a decent room in a clean and quiet apartment with a decent landlord.I could be wrong but i think that the negative comments are posted by other agencies that are trying to make Delta look bad

2017-11-29Forget the critics Delta Room Rentals is definitely a helpful source to find a place to live. Not only I was doing my own research, I notice how delta’s team works hard for their clients satisfaction. You just Gotta know what you want and settle for that only. I Set the price range and location and they did not stop till they find a place I liked. I personally know what I want and I pray without expectations, knowing that the best will come my way I patiently looked till the placewas found by Delta Room Rentals. The place I’m staying at is exactly what I was looking for, I am grateful to God‘s and Deltas work thank you 🙏🏼

2018-01-27Quick process and I didnt have to run my credit. I moved into a room the same day I came into the office. Im not picky but wanted to see another option after the first. The second room I saw couldnt be passed up. I didnt want anybody else to take it because they said the rooms are first come first serve. Now I have a nice, clean room close around the corner from the train station and I get to work in a breeze. Thanks Delta Room Rentals!

2016-08-09The people seem very nice. But thats just for them to take your money. You shouldnt be paying agency fees up front. The rooms they actually show you are nothing like what they have on their website. Most/all of them are in family homes which can be awkward. They didnt find a room at all and once I tried to get a full/partial refund they suddenly stopped responding to emails and when you call them, they tell you to email. Definitely avoid.

2015-12-12THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.They will flat out lie to you any way they can to take ur money.They presented one room option and then when it we returned to their office because we weren’t satisfied with where they sent us, they told us to contact them again the next day. When we called them back, the room options were at least $1000 monthly.They have no good priced rooms. It seems they have built their operation on taking advantage of unsuspecting young people that are new to the city of New York, specifically Manhattan.They should be put out of business for such unethical, and quite frankly illegal, business practices. What ever you do, stay away from them. They dont care about you. They only care about taking your hard earned money.Rated F by better business bureau (BBB), and you’ll see the BBB website link on the google webpage along with the yelp reviews (which are sobering). Person in their office who sent us to the room had nothing to do with the primary tenant that was renting the room! So no matter how friendly and nice the guy or the girl is at Delta, DO NOT think that this is any indication that this rental service is trying to change or improve. Other people who wrote bad reviews unfortunately fell for this trick. The nice person who sends you to a room isnt gonna help you with anything else except to hook you into putting down the deposit so you can use this terrible company!!

2017-04-04What happened to the good times? Ive used room agencies before because Im a NOMAD traveling throughout the US for the past 2 years and have come across some bad eggs with good ones. But this eyesore of a business should not exist. They promised me a room upon arrival and i could just look through a few images to choose the best for me. When i arrived, they didnt even have my name on their accounts and no images to boot. Already 2 red flags and not trying for number 3. Came Back and saw the reviews and glad i kept my money. Wouldnt recommend
