My explorer has a huge face so it ends up with a lot of bugs. I just bought the unlimited wash and went through it twice but bug splat was still present. Overall very happy with the service and pricing. I think if I don’t wait till the bugs to dry up on the paint, it wouldn’t have been a problem.

DO NOT go here for an oil change if you have a newer car! I brought my brand new car to their lube shop for its first oil change and they ruined the bottom of it. They man handled the splash guard, braking it to gain access to the oil pan and instead of replacing actual screws that they had taken out, they decided it was a better idea to use zip ties. The man doing the oil change was cursing the whole time. I will never be going back to this place.
Really do a good job on washing or car and during winter all that salt and dirt under the car and they put a protection underneath the car I wish they would put one in Jamestown or Dunkirk. You do get a lot price when you buy one of their unlimited kiss packages to the people that work on main St in Buffalo u all super people at the car wash and oil change, and gas to the Mangers you have supper associates I had all service and I am wall pleased and I have gone through the car wash in Erie my hats off to them.
Wether the Weather be hot, Wether the Weather be cold Delta Sonic will take care of your car wether you car is young or old...Okay thats corny, but in WNY this place is the 1st name in car washes amd detailing.That being said its a good thing and a bad thing. They have a lot of control of the market rates and set the bar for quality. So far they havent abused it.People who move from Buffalo miss this place a lot and all the locations they have. Stop on in....get your car washed and fill up...no matter the Weather.

I use to go to Williamsville location. I never had any complain about the wash but this location is terrible. My car was not cleaned well, rear mirror was dirty after cleaning and stain from the snow-water was not cleaned at all. I will never go this locaion.

Went to get my oil change that I pay as an addition in my unlimited plan. Um they said I only get ten off because I don’t have the upgrade part. Um I showed my receipt but the guy said ten off. Delta besides gas is a pure rip off. I even discovered ALL this time I never was receiving the gas discount within that “the card”. Every time I went in the store to pay for gas they would scan the card. Nope discount was never being applied and I had this for at least three years. SMH. Sad, but it’s likely of delta sonic because they care about ripping customers off. Royal here I come.
Horrible waits, long lines 9/10 times. Wash isn’t as good as the other Delta Sonic locations.

I went to get an oil change from this location for the first time I been member with delta sonic for years this is my worst experience with them. They took 1 hour to do the oil change and they were literally all on their phones while everyone wait on their oil change and they move slow as hell and then they tried to upsell me after I have been wait for an hour. Don’t ever come to this location save yourself a headache and time
Manager in training Alisha was a bright beam of sunshine and information—she explained a broad array of services clearly and with the sort of enthusiasm that one rarely sees in service environments. Importantly, because I didn’t want to be late for work—but my car was pretty gross—Alicia explained what level of detailing I had time for. Hey management: you could not ask for a better brand ambassador than Alisha.
I normally have a good experience at this location. My last visit was for gas...there was none. Maybe it was a one time deal. The attendant was polite. Ill definitely return but it was a real inconvenience to drive to a Delta to get gas and there was none. Next review will hopefully be better.
Went for an oil change, I was never treated so bad in my life. They all seem to be in a bad mood. Goodbye Delta Sonic. I felt like I kicked somebodys dog or something. Thank you for caring.

Worst customer service experience ofy life. The young woman cashier acted as if I had leprosy! I asked for an extra bag. You would think I asked for her left kidney! Love the other Delta Sonic locations in the area. This one should be one of the best yet its one of the worst Ive been to. Ive been to all of them in this area and even some as far away as Illinois. This location is a joke. Rude employees, rude guests, poor service, its sad. An embarrassment to the franchise.

Their gas station (which had two food stands; Dunkin Donuts and their Brick Oven), does NOT enforce a MASK rule. I was in line for Dunkin, and there was a woman w/ a small child coughing and not wearing a mask. I went up to a worker and asked him he had access to a mask. When he said he didnt, I asked him to talk to the manager which, he did not. I went up to the register for the actual gas station and relayed the issue. He stated that they couldnt ask her to leave or put a mask on 😳 Im sorry, but you guys need to be outed for this one.
The unlimited car wash pass is not so convenient when you have to wait 15 minutes or often times more to get your car washed. Thats my only gripe with Delta Sonic. Lately, I have gone to other self car washes to clean my car the old fashioned way, defeating the purpose of a monthly pass. But, ill deal with it for the time being.
A pleasant surprise!! Today while running errands, my husband and I visited Delta Sonic Car Wash for the first time...not only does my car look spectacular, but the bonus was when we went into their convenience store to grab a water and ended up trying a fantastic freshly made salad with tuna and avocado!! My husband had the carved turkey wrap and is still raving about it! They even have a brick oven for homemade pizzas! The staff was very courteous and the cafe was super clean! Definitely coming back again soon!
My tire went flat after having air put in it! I drove back and they were closing but Dre made sure he changed my tire even though it was the end of his shift. Both he and Rob were very helpful
Not sure how I feel about todays service. I got an interior detail 163.00. It not as clean as I expected. I also went to get my inspection and they told me they wouldnt do my car because of the brand. They did my inspection last year. Maybe just lazy bad customer service. Also, I didnt get a receipt.
This is one of the priciest Delta Sonics for gas in the region, and there is no excuse for it costing $0.15 more than the Delaware location a few miles away (as one example). This location has about 5 times the number of pumps and it is always packed.The entrances/exits are in terrible shape and even if you approach them very slowly you will likely damage your car. For a business that is car-centric, I cannot understand why this has not been fixed for several years now.They have the feel of a flagship location with multiple vendors and a large footprint, but seem to have forgotten about customer service and competitive pricing.
Visiting a Delta Sonic really changes your mind about how gas stations should be. Has cheap gas (cheapest in area usually) a nice car wash (really recommend the $30 a month unlimited super kiss), and good food. The pizzas are great, but the normal crust is a bit too thin for my tastes. The employees do a good job, and if there ever is an issue they help with resolving it.I cant speak of the mechanic shop, but from other reviews Id assume its also good. Considering its directly on my route from home to school, it seems Ill be a regular for years to come.Oh and dont be that guy who doesnt tip the people who wipe off your car.
I am still in total amazement at the superlative service I recently received at the Delta Sonic car wash on Main Street. Although my initial experience was less than perfect, the employees at Delta Sonic tried to please and make me happy, which they did with great success.I frequently have the exterior and interior of my car cleaned at Delta Sonic and the results are always satisfactory. However, on a recent visit, I was much less than happy at the results and asked to speak to a manager; who assured me that I neednt go into detail, and could see the problem (and would be more than happy to make it right). When I explained I was short on time, they gave me back my receipt with a handwritten note on it and asked that I bring the car back (any time at my convenience.) About a week later I returned and explained what happened. The manager I spoke to suggested that I drive my car through the car wash again. I explained I wasnt feeling well and first wanted to get coffee and a bagel at Dunkin Donuts on the inside. He gave me a big smile and asked to take my car key. Before I was done with my light lunch, he reappeared to explain that he was sorry about what had happened at first, that my car was washed and cleaned inside and out, and handed me back my keys after explaining where my car had been thoughtfully parked. I cannot tell you how my car gleamed inside and out; that seven-year-old Mercedes Benz looked like it had just pulled out the lot new. Wow! Talk about courteous service. Youve outdone yourself Delta Sonic. Thank you for all courtesies extended.
I stop at this location several times per week for one reason or another. The employees are friendly and efficient. Security is always attentive. AND the bathrooms are always clean (a HUGE benefit for me, as I work out of my car)!
It is when you receive service that goes above and beyond the call of duty. It is the little things that truly make the difference. I am thankful for being a delta sonic card member and it is worth every penny.Thankful for the excellent service provided by Raphiel in the Oil Lube shop on Main St.He is a true asset to the Delta Sonic brand. I hope this can afford him a highlight that can further his career. In his humble manner when expressing gratitude he expressed “he was only doing his job”. Thank you.
This place is super untrustworthy and they try to scam you. They don’t show you the menu with the price options but instead some worker is telling you off the top of her head their most expensive options. They also overinflated the price because you get a “free” extra car wash. Its not really free when you are paying $50 ($38 internal and $9internal) for a car wash. If you want to spend a lot of money this place is for you!

Justin who works in the brick oven/ Dunkin donuts section of the store is amazing! He is very personable and a great worker. I go in there every morning and get my coffee. He knows my order and has it made by the time I get to the register. Very efficient and hassle free.
I go here multiple times each week for car washes and to fill up on gas. Today Diante asked asked if I could answer a few questions and write a review. So here it is, this place is great always fast service and everyone is very helpful. All of the food is great, although the Dunkin Donuts could improve their speed significantly everything is up to par with the quality of the product I get at any other Dunkin Donuts. Every Delta Sonic employee I have ever encountered at this location and all other locations always have provided exceptional service. I drive all day every day and only buy gas from DS plus the pumps are clean and in good working order at every location.. Keep it up :)
Went in for oil change, was alerted to an issue I wasnt aware of. The technicians were helpful & courteous.
Car wash is always great, but my last experience at the dunkin donuts was anything but positive. Hashbrowns didnt taste normal, too much creamer in our drinks, we received none of the flavors we asked for and no sweetener in mine.

Im a unlimited members. Today I went inside car wash. But I saw they dont wash my rear trunk.Im really harder
I’ve took my brothers 2008 Nissan Altima and my 2009 Honda Accord to get an interior detail at two different times. And I was not satisfied at all with their cleaning. And paying $120 you expect it will be professionally cleaned. But honestly they just do what you can do at home for only less than $10 just buy the soap and leather shiner. There’s still stains that can be removed with a little bit of scrubbing but they don’t even bother they just pour a little bit of car seat soap and then pour water and vacuum it. It’s NOT PROFESSIONALLY WASHED OR CLEANED! And floor carpet still dirty just like they only poured water on it. And I hate mostly delta sonic the one on Seneca by ridge rd. That one is just AWFUL! Their washer deep scratched my hood and the sides. And their detailing is HORRIBLE! And the “1 hour interior detail for $99” that delta have as a “Deal” is just complete nonsense, $20 more dollars and you can have the fully interior detail but that still sucks also. I like taking my car to this place on main st to have an exterior wash only but everything else? And I DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON SENECA AT ALL CUZ THEIR WHOLE WASH IS AWFUL! It sucks and do not recommend it to anyone. Take your car to a real professional who will actually professionally clean your car.
They offer you the Unlimited car wash at a discounted price but if you get your car washed to much they keep raising the price on you. I started off paying $16.99 a month and Im at $22.99 a month in less than 1yr.
Went in for a semi-synthetic oil change. They were polite, efficient, and super-fast. In and out in 15 minutes. They recommended a full synthetic for my model car, but didnt push it on me; Something to think about for next time. No complaints. Will go back.
The entrance and exit is difficult and create a traffic. There is no side entrance on the street next to it which would probably help the traffic flow better. The machine seems to be washing the car better than the one located in Amherst.Super lane is not a super fast lane just like any locations. Non members gets in faster for some reason.
I had my car washed today at the Main St. location. Derek K. noticed my windshield had a crack and informed me they could fix it. He called my insu company and after I verified everything with them, Derek had it fixed in minutes. Hes a terrific employee and should be recognized . Thank you Derek!
Always a good experience. I do a yearly interior detailing and its always worth the price. I own a shed heavy dog and by the end of the year my interior is more or less ruined and they always bring it back from the brink
You guys advertise huge post stated for unlimited member eligible for free oil change when I inquire the technician he simply said he doesnt know I was supprised the way the technician replied me irresponsible answer and , soon I should cancel this membership....I would kindly advise delta sonics to provide the proper product training to their employees...have a great day
Jah-zier is honestly one of the nicest most helpful employees I’ve ever met. I go there pretty frequently because I Uber so I get gas/washes and every time I go to get my coffee he greets me with a welcoming smile. I’m not sure if he ever has a bad day because he masks if so well. If you ever need a coffee ask him, he gets my order PERFECT every time!
Oil change is expensive and I dont trust their Sonic Inspection. The one item I can check myself, they didnt do. My receipt says they reset the oil light, which it is not. Its a relatively minor thing by itself, Ive reset it myself from directions online, but one lie usually indicates more. Take your car somewhere better and more trustworthy.
Its a good car wash and refueling station. There are enough space and it is situated in Main St Buffalo. On site staff available and some snacks, coffee shop. Everything is clean. Overall very good place.

Tom took very good care of me when I came in with a problem under the hood. I thought it was a tune up that I needed but it ended up being a ignition coil that I needed. He was very polite and even did a few small jobs that I didn’t ask of him. I really was thankful for that. He deserves a RAISE $$$$$ atleast $5 increase per hour or better and also free dinner and maybe even throw in 2 movie tickets for him and his significant other. If you ask ME there should be a TOM (like him) at EVERY SINGLE delta sonic location. He definitely knows his job....Awesome mechanic with a terrific personality. Customer Service is so important and he is hittin it right on the nail!!!!

The drying stations are I need if improvement. My car is never properly dried off. Tire gloss is rushed. I really kept this package through the winter to keep salt off. Considering discontinuing this monthly fee during the summer months. Service is mediocre.
Have been coming to the Main Street location for a long time. Over the last year the level of service has taken a huge nose dive. After coming out of the wash to get my card ride, it took the detail crew outside 1min 38 secs to start drying my car because apparently talking about their schedules and their plans later after work were more important than drying my car and getting a $5 tip. Then once they finished drying my car, I pulled away, got out of my car to check it out. They neglected to dry my back window an entire back end of my car. This isnt the first time that these kids dont dry your car off properly. I dont expect everything to be 100% as that would be a lot more time consuming, but at least do the basic stuff that youre supposed to like at other Delta Sonics.A week later I went in to use the bathroom and had to wait 20 mins because there was a line. When I finally get to use the bathroom, the bathroom was disgusting. I had a wipe down and clean the toilet seat off. Lining the toilet seat with toilet paper wouldnt have been enough because there was stuff on it from the last person who used it. I spent 3 mins cleaning the toilet so I could use it. When I sit down to use it theres a knock on the door by somebody else demanding to use it. Told them I was in here for a few minutes, they continued to Banter and curse. Then I get another knock on the door a couple mins later by the security guard checking up on me. I appreciate the welfare check after 5 mins, but let me finish doing what I need to do. At 9 mins, Im finished and I leave the bathroom and Im mediately get harassed by the security guard telling me I shouldnt be in there for so long, that there were 15 people waiting. There were no line of people waiting to use the bathroom when I walked out. The security guard continued his banter and got in my face about how I should take my business someplace else from now on. I sent it to explain to him how long I was in the bathroom along with specific times and how discussed in the bathroom was and that if I did not have to clean it to begin with I would have been in there for less time. He told me it didnt matter. I walked away and ask to speak to the store manager. I was letting the store manager know of my experience with having to use the bathroom and dealing with the security guard. The security guard overheard part of the conversation and came into the conversation and walked up and got in my face, chest to chest about the issue trying to be a tough guy and instigate a physical altercation. Then the store manager came and intervene and the security guard continued and then eventually backed off.I tempted to let the security guard know my concerns and what was going on and what was not acceptable all because I had to use the bathroom and then Im being told to take my business elsewhere by the security guard because I apparently spent an extended period of time in the bathroom. 9 mins in the bathroom is not an extended. Of time.This is very very disappointing. I come to this location and spend money almost on a daily basis because I spend a lot of time on the road. Im not coming back here again for fear of the stool pigeon security guard giving me a hard time about doing any kind of business because I might spend too much time in the store.Delta has definitely lost touch with its customers. Thats too bad.

Poor customer service. The mechanics dont know how to do anything. They can do state inspections but cant fix anything if it doesnt passes. Rude staff who will waste your time. They have a walk-in beer section which is cool but dont go here if you actually need help.

I have the unlimited car wash I go almost everyday. The car wash is great it keeps your car clean and under your car clean too with the super kiss car wash and you save on gas to. This is a great place to go.
Come here to have other customers try to cut you off and skip ahead of you in line for a car wash, theyll get off their cellphones and on their horns to let you know that their time is more important that yours. Make sure you leave your standards at the entrance because once your car comes out of the carwash, it is wiped down in very briefly leaving streak marks everywhere. The mirrors, windshields, etc. If your car is even a little bit angular they wont get into it and wipe the excess water so when you get home you have water marks all over your car. They have literally never wiped the underside of my mirrors and water will always end up dropping from there to the fenders. All these marks make you wonder if they import water from Flint, Michigan. The Delta Sonic off Niagra Falls Blvd is significantly better, but you will still have the same issues, just to a lesser extent. Come here to get your car rid of snow/salt to prevent corrosion and instead get scratches in your clear coat. The issue here isnt the individual staff, this place clearly promotes quantity over quality, they want you in and out. Go to Buffalo Car Care or any place that gives a damn, theyll charge more but at least you get a clean car out of it.
Last month while using the car wash on the conveyor belt, my car was sent into the car in front of me, which was captured on video. I filed a claim and Delta Sonics response was it wasnt their fault despite the car being in their car wash, in neutral, on their belt, which was also broken earlier that day. They even admitted that a sensor should have stopped the belt in such an occasion, but it obviously did not. They tried to pawn responsibility onto the other person, removing themselves from the equation. After getting in touch with the other insurance company, they said Delta was to blame. Now, I am stuck with $1,000 bill to fix what was damaged. After calling Delta Sonic, I have been hung up on, blamed for the accident, and was finally told Bring us to small claims court.
Olayemi has outstanding customer service and salesmanship. He went above and beyond to serve my needs and was absolutely pleasant to say the least. Customer service of this caliber is none existent these days. Good work!

I came through for my first wash and Khrysteon Thomas i think her name was if I’m not mistaken, was very polite in giving me instructions and information on the car wash process in general, very polite i will be back again.
I dropped off my abject disgrace of a vehicle here and slunk away in an uber so nobody could judge me.To be clear: dog hair covered every inch of the interior including the ceiling, there was mud, gravel, and possibly the beginnings of shrubbery in the footwells, and the fragance was such that when I rolled my windows down to air it out nearby cars swiftly rolled theirs up in defense. While I enjoyed being immune from designated driver status for months on end, finally I could not stand the rolling den of depravity one more minute and I figured before I light it on fire and consider it totalled lets see what Delta Sonic can do.They must have used witchcraft to transform my irredeemable vehicle into one that could drive the pope himself around. I do not understand how it was physically possible for them to achieve this miracle within the laws of thermodynamics and the bounds of the time space continuum. I checked several times to make sure this strange new vehicle was actually mine. They must have weapons grade vaccuums.Either that or they just flat out reupholstered my car. Its the only logical explanation.I remain astonished, and I will certainly be returning!Thank you!!

The subs here are fresh and amazing.Jeers: Inexplicably they were out of coffee and food one day....not sure if the staff was just being too lazy to prepare the items or if they were actually out. I got an oil change at 150k and was told didnt need another until 165k. Its suppose to be changed between 5k and 7k.

Dunkin Donuts here is that absolute worst! The people that work there never have any clue about any Dunkin donut items. They arent trained, and the corporate office needs to do something about it because its insulting to the franchise.

It takes a lot for me to complain, but Delta Sonic on Main St in Buffalo rarely gets my vehicle passably clean. I paid $260+ dollars for a professional detail, it came back horrible.
This is a rating for the Brick Oven Pizza that is $5 to $6. If the pizza was more consistent this would be 4 stars. But the current inconsistency makes me give this a 3. Great concept, mediocre to poor execution.

Main Street location have good customer service I went through the detail shop and Hayward was very professional and I later went through the wash where samone greeted me and was very friendly as well as manger John helped me get my extra service

I have been here many times but the last few visits have been horrible. The staff ignores you and you have to wait forever to get your food. They need to stop chatting and start working. Wont be coming back. :-(

The Brick Oven constantly messes up food orders, which is odd considering you order off of a kiosk. Food is average.

2022-01-23The car wash is fine but the cashiers are the unprofessional. I went to purchase gas and the cashiers were using fowl language and having an entire conversation before even acknowledging me. Delta Sonic is amazing as long as you don’t have to go in.

2022-06-25Sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car to be detailed, I overheard the following conversation:Delta Sonic Employee: “Ma’am, you don’t actually Ned an oil change.”Woman: “the change the oil light was on.”Employee: “we checked and your oil is clean and you were here 2,000 miles ago. I will reset your light and give you a sticker for when you actually need the oil change.”Now that is doing the right thing. Very impressive. Kudos on your training.

2022-06-16I took note of the name Moses on your employees badge. Please tell Moses, his excellent service, his courteousness, and honesty was appreciated. He patiently instructed me why I didnt receive my discount at the gas pump. Then he proceeded to tell me what to do. Also the gentleman before me didnt wait for his change. Moses called the gentleman & said, sir you have changed coming. This is a good employee five stars please tell him thank you🙂

2022-03-17No matter when you arrive, there is always an 1 1/2 hour wait for an inspection. These guys just dont want to perform this service.See below response.1, You then either hire more staff that can perform this service.2. Post hours when this service can be performed.3. Allow for the scheduling of this service.Providing a good customer experience isnt that hard.

2022-05-154.5 stars. Good car wash. Just dont line up bumper to bumper at the entrance to the car wash itself. The attendants will try and get you to, but ignore their frantic waving and give yourself a car length away from the vehicle ahead of you. I ended up getting a car pushed into me once and my car pushed into a truck in front of me. Had to take my car to a repair shop to get the grill replaced on that second one.

2022-04-27Update: To person who responded, maybe I made my comment too confusing and for that I do apologize. I am on your side when it comes to the mask issue that somebody else ranted about in a review. I thought it was petty.Now as far as the pizza is concerned, if the pizza is not frozen that means u make the dough and roll it out there? If so excellent because I honestly love it! I want to give a 5 star review so badly for ur pizza but the price for toppings is highway robbery and I wouldn’t mind paying for them if u could see them! Increase the amount of toppings on the pizza and I bet u would have many more people saying it’s the best pizza in the area and u would have many more customers. To me that’s just sad. U could have it all if u weren’t so stingy. A good cook knows that cooking comes from a place of love and sharing. Where’s the love? Where’s the sharing? How much does a pack of mushrooms cost? For the price of toppings u charge u could buy a half a pack! Ridiculous! Plz think about changing this? Please? I will be updating again. I hope to see improvement because that’s really all that needs improvement as far as the product is concerned. Just have a thick skin when going in there because it’s the city and not everyone is genuinely nice. I’d say genuinely crabby!! Lol!I still love this place! I have friends and a warm shirt and I’m working on thick skin.I love Delta Sonic just not the prices of the Brick oven that’s located inside. I don’t appreciate rude responses when I ask a question, this is not ur home and I am not ur family member.I read a review about masks and how a customer wanted Delta Sonic to enforce the rule on a child and her mother… y ?? It’s a proven fact that cloth masks DO NOT STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID. Look at the data. We all wore masks after the initial quarantine, then many more were coming down with it. Did masks help? No. Now nobody has to wear them and fewer and fewer cases r being reported. Maybe that’s because we stopped wearing masks and allowed our bodies immune system to do its job. If we don’t get exposed to germs our immune system never fights. If a bully is messing with me am I going to ask someone experienced to fight for me or someone who never fights? Ill just leave u with that.To summarize: gas prices are great, the store is great, car wash great.The brick oven not so great customer service not so great product. Overcharge for toppings which are practically non existent. I was there yesterday around 2pm. The date was 3/10/22. Ty.

2022-05-03Decent prices on gas, they sell Coke and Pepsi in tallboy cans, and theres a Dunkin Donuts inside the place which Ill take any day over the inexplicably beloved Tim Hortons. So I cant straight-up hate this place.On the other hand, 9PM (and 7:30 on Sundays!) is a preposterously early closing time. It makes absolutely no sense. Sure, its not the nicest neighborhood in the world but its also not the worst. Around The Clock is just up the street and stays open till midnight. The Sunoco at Elmwood and Hodge is open 24/7 (and dont kid yourself, Elmwood at night gets pretty sketchy). If the competition can keep reasonable hours, Delta Sonic has no excuse.
