My car was egged in a parking lot over the weekend. I was able to get most of it off myself, but Jake S. did a fantastic job removing some dried egg that I missed. At first, he didnt think it would come off. He was so kind when he saw how upset I was, as I have only had the car for a couple of months and absolutely love it. He was very thorough and took his time, going over every inch of my car to look for any trace of egg or shell. Then he spot checked it again, after the car was dry. He was successful in removing most of the left over egg, and I couldnt be happier! He was even honest about some paint that he thought chipped off from the power washer (it was not his fault, the paint was already chipped because of the egg). Thank you so much Jake!
Don’t know if I’d trust their workshop on dale road. Passed by it this morning and seen a dark red convertible mustang (94-98) pull out of the shop and around the building spinning tires a little. Not major but left skids there. Not saying it was a worker.. but doubtful they’d let a customer drive a car out of the garage. Why spin the wheels a little? You’re supposed to make a cloud guy.
My 2011 Ford Explorer is paid off and has low mileage. I decided to get the interior detailed and it was worth every penny. I plan to keep the car for as many years as I can and this interior spruce up makes me very pleased. Taylor was extremely professional and he showed teamwork when he commended his colleague Dave G. for working hard together to finish up the job on my vehicle. Great work gentlemen! I appreciate your hard work and attention to detail!
It was really busy the other day and I wanted to get an oil change. I was surrounded by a sea of cars and had no idea what line to go into. A cashier finally came out to direct me, but I was already to far into the car wash line and apparently in the wrong lane. A manager named Cullen was called over. He kept me in the wash line and apologized for the confusing lines. He ended up putting me through the wash for free and then guided me all the way around the building to the right line for my oil change. I thank the staff and management there for lowering my initial anxiety and getting me to the correct department.
Always great service even when they make mistake. I was upset at first the wash took my rear wiper off. Thought this was going to be a long process. One of the manager Cullin replaced my rear wiper in a few minutes and had me on my way. He was very friendly and apologetic.
I have been going to this location for some time, but with their increase in price for a wash, I expected much more. I went through with a bit of Dust and black residue from my exhaust, looking to obviously get it removed with the car wash. I even made a mark with a towel so they could see it and know it was removable. I went through three people with pressure washes and even had a manual dry at the end and when I got out and looked at my bumper, IT LOOKED THE SAME!! The dirt and grit was the same as when I went in!! The people washing you car, don’t care enough to get an adequate job done and especially the towel dry employee at the end, why wouldn’t you say anything?!?! Used to be a monthly customer, sadly those days will never return. If you want a thorough car wash, go anywhere else.
Nothing can ever beat a car getting a true hand wash treatment. But who really has time for that? Delta Sonic is all about convenience, and this Walden location is great for me. I suggest you get the unlimited washes as well as the unlimited car detail. Be mindful though, if you go to many times in a month, they up charge your bill a few dollars. They never told me at first, until I seen my monthly bill increased by $2-5. So I go at least twice a week now. The location is clean and orderly, the only complaint I have is that Subway smells all through out the building. If you ever been to a Subway, you know that smell. Also, I think the a/c is a little to cold for me. But then again, I like hot weather.
DISASTER FROM START TO FINISH!!!!The service was awful. All I wanted was an oil change!!!! I was the only one there for about 5 minutes and there were 2 mechanics there. They seemed confused from jump about what to do and then as soon as another car came in I was abandoned by the 1 mechanic that was helping me so he can attend to the other car. The other mechanic was ghost a long time ago, no where to be found. No one attended to me for awhile and then out the blue someone came out from the inside to assist me, so I thought. I was again abandoned when the person came out, as he was on the phone for a good while and did not do the simple oil change in a timely manner. The customer that came after me for a oil change was already done and gone before me. The 1 mechanic that initially helped me also lied to me when I asked if he put high mileage oil in my car by responding YES that he did put high mileage oil in my car. He also did not put the proper mileage on the sticker for my car even after he initially got the mileage wrong and I told him that he was wrong and what the mileage was supposed to be for the 2nd time. When I called corporate to complain, and asked the woman from corporate if I had a high mileage oil change, and after the woman in corporate reviewed the tape, guess what...... I didnt have a high mileage oil change. The 1 mechanic that was supposed to initially help me also was confused about the process of redeeming my free car wash via Groupon.When I did contact corporate the lady from corporate agreed with me that I received poor service after reviewing the tape, apologized, and compensated me with the high mileage oil change that I was supposed to get and 2 free car washes. I did eventually go back and get my high mileage oil change but I did not get an apology from the manager at Delta Sonic for the poor service I received. I wont be back for an oil change
Spent $62 on interior and exterior to get my car back in the same condition i dropped it off in. When i told them i wasn’t satisfied, the vacuum guy slammed him vacuum tube on the ground and marched off and got someone else. The new guy preceded to tell my how my car was in fact clean and a simple wipe down was all i paid for. Never going to this location again. Pure laziness here.
This place has gone down the tubes in service in replace of the flashy frontage and services they provide. Dont know this for sure but Delta Sonic has always struck me as a company run by middle managers. If you watch how the floor works you have your abundance of managers and assistant manager followed by assistant assistant managers followed by a few people actually doing the work in the detail shop. Came in to fill up get my car washed. Picked the 30min interior option and its going on an hour that I have sat here looking at my car under an awning with a kid cleaning up around it. There has to be 4-7 employees staffing the detail shop and two touched my car. The others depending on their shirt color just walk around very quickly like they are really busy. Pathetic! Get some workers doing the work and dont worry so much about upward management mobility. I think the whole tipping thing fuels a lot what they do. I suggest everyone just pay for your services if you have to go here and tip minimally if your unhappy or no tip at all. Of course if your happy I wouldnt deny some hard working kid a couple of extra bucks.
So I called and they told me to make appointment if I want my tires switch from summer to winter. I got appointment for 9 am Sunday morning. I show up at 904 am and the gentleman told me it will be 45 min wait. I said I had appointment for 9 am. He said we dont do appointments. Its first come first serve. I asked for a manager. He goes inside comes back after 10 min and said yes i had an appointment but no one knew about it so now I have to wait for 45 min. At 945 they took my car into the bay. At 1045 they took my tires off and now its 1045 just sitting there on the lift. They told me it will take an hour to switch for tires and here im still waiting. I dont think this is good business
Picked up my car from getting an interior detail and it looks brand new! Kevin did an incredible job, attention to detail and helped me pick out and place new car matts in the car. He even organized the few things I had left in the car neatly and place them in a bag in the back. Worth every penny, excellent customer service! Will be back again
I took in my white 2019 Jeep from the dealership to have a it detailed even though it was already clean. They did nothing and charge me $124 and change. Fyi, miscommunication for the amount. I have a small hole in my leather seat, stains on the inside, dark spots on the Outside, and a rip at the passenger door. All theses were not there when I took it in. I have no idea what they did to the Jeep. Plus, very unfriendly staff, they looked like I was bothering them and didn’t wanna be there. The manager was not helpful. They ruined my car, I’m truly upset.
Great service, and car wash. Have been to many other Delta Sonics and this one is by far one of my favorites. I was new to this location & a young man named Glenn helped me with my questions, and dried off my car quickly, efficiently, and well last week. Very nice young man. managerial material.
Just had my car detailed and paid $40 included a steam clean. Absolutely did nothing but steam and wipe with a towel. My dashboard was still dirty cup holders were filthy still and my floor boards were still grubby. What did I pay for? Went to get an outside wash and man said I could go back over alto have them do it over. Get over there and there’s a 7 car wait. Why should I have to sit and wait, again when it should have been done at least half way decent the first time. I’m a pretty laid back gal usually. But this is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location! Ever!
I am an unlimited account holder for all 3 services: wash, detail and service. By and large my service is usually good and I tend to frequent the Delaware location near my home in North Buffalo. I was passing by the Walden location and decided to stop in and I’m glad I did! I have had a couple of issues. My headlights were resurfaced but came out with drips and the staff member doing it did admit it wasn’t up to par. He asked me to put in a claim, but I just wanted it fixed. I did receive a corresonpence about that, but not about an issue with my rear wiper.During my visit at this location the staff member who attended to me at detail was Spencer. He noticed a crack in my windshield, that was done at the Delaware location and I mentioned the headlights as well. He said that if it had been within the last year they could touch both things up! I was elated and never provided that information before. Thanks for making my day Spencer and offering AWESOME customer service!
Took my vehicle in for the superior interior clean (may be worded differently) but anyways I dropped my car off and they graciously said they would drive it in for me for the detailing. Very nice of them, good customer service.However the cleaning was sub par, i will have to revacuum and clean anyways. I had a coupon so I didnt waste any money, but had I paid for it, would have been even more disappointed.
Brought my Subaru Legacy in for an interior clean. The chrome tabs on my vents are now missing, but they’re unable to provide a copy of the video showing my vehicle before the detail that clearly shows the pieces on there. To replace the vent is $100+ dollars. Half clean job so I’ll need to touch it up when I get home. $163 wasted and now I need to pay $100+ more on a replacement. What a joke. Would NEVER recommend. Can’t wait for my claim to be denied when the video proof they won’t release to me goes missing.
I have been going into this Delta Sonic got the past 4 months to get coffee at the Dunkin’. Yes the Dunkin is operated by the Delta Sonic. The workers at the Dunkin’ do not know how to make coffee. Every time it comes out terrible. Today specifically I ordered two caramel iced coffees with some cream. I received 2 iced cups of cream with a little coffee. The drinks were white as snow. The workers here needs to learn how to properly make iced coffee, as a person who used to make iced coffee, I know the right way to make it, a cup of cream with a little coffee is not the correct way. If y’all need to be taught how to make coffee let me know, I’ll teach you the proper way. I definitely do recommend coming to this location for Dunkin, if the next closest one is 30 minutes away go there, it’ll probs be better
Ive always had a good experience with their oil changes: fast and friendly and I like the fact that they top off the other fluids. But, Ive had a bad experience with trying to get my car inspected. On three separate days, the inspector has left early, which is very unprofessional.
A SPIDER crawled onto my leg after I got in my car after a detailing appointment!!! Nearly got into a wreck and had to go off the road only to have lost it in my car! Paranoid drive home! Otherwise the service is great friendly staff.Very mediocre vacuum job though and did not even wipe down all the surfaces and this was with the premium one. May or may not go again too much money and terror with spiders crawling in my car.
Was a loyal customer for 15 years. Went in for a 10 minute interior clean. Car came back with scratches on my otherwise pristine dashboard. 3 year old car. Politely asked to make a complaint. 5 days later they sent a gift card and told me theyre not responsible. I asked what I was supposed to do about the damage. They said it was impossible for them to have caused it. Loyal customer lost.
I stopped for gas leaving the city - the price ($2.16 on July 25) was the same as my closest rural neighborhood station. Theres a discount for members too, and I think if you buy a car wash.The pumps have clear instructions for making Canadian cards work - so clear it threw me off on using my American debit!Lots of pumps available. Slightly tight space for the volume of traffic in and near the parking lot. A little overwhelming, but safe.Inside theres also a Dunkin, a Subway, and a general convenience store with a wide variety of snacks.
Always rushing! Carelessly timing caused our car to bottom out on the tracking system upon entering the carwash. Dented my car pretty good. I will be canceling my plan. This is unacceptable. I understand that there is a high volume or cars but that doesnt mean you should rush vehicles through like youre running a slaughter house!
I am a monthly interior and wash member and use both religiously. All the locations have great staff, but Cheektowaga and West Seneca are really well managed and have really great employees. I have and continue to be impressed with the professional, dedicated and customer centric staff. Today I had my car in and had a prof wax with rim wax. The tires didn’t come out great as they had a sticky stuburn substance on them. When they delivered me the car I had inquired if there was anything they could do as I wasn’t pleased with the outcome. He immediately had the manager come over and he too assessed the tires. We believe it may be a buildup of the tire dressing from the washes. They worked on it for 40 mins or so to get it done. They look way better. The way the manager and staff committed themselves is truly a testament to their committment to a high level of customer satisfaction. I’m not sure the names of the manager and employees that were involved this afternoon but they were great. Delta Sonic has a great product but equally if not more important has a fantastic staff and training program.
I honestly dont let anybody touch my car besides Delta Sonic. Period. I went there today because my low tire pressure light was on. Lekwaun S. put the air in my tire, and then let me know there was actually a nail in my tire. There was another gentlemen there that helped me as well with new tire options, I didnt get his name. But Im grateful nonetheless. Very professional, time effective, and very knowledgeable. Thank you both so much!
I have my vehicle in for the 10 min detail at least once a week. I usually alyways see Taylor when I come in. He makes sure that my car perfect when I get it back! I am very happy with the service he provides and will look forward to seeing him many more times. He is an asset to this company and detail shop.
Jerrell at the Walden Delta Sonic is the best at car detailing that I have ever seen! I have been taking my car to him for many years and I always ask for him specifically. I just had him do a hand wax on my car and it looks brand new!! His attention to detail is amazing! I recommend him to everyone!
Went through the car wash with my new truck and noticed scratches in the paint after going through it. Wrote to them through their contact page and got no response. This is not the first time I have used their service, in fact I have the unlimited plan, and it is not the first time Ive gotten scratches on my vehicles. Wish there was a good alternative.
I went in with the intentions of buying a basic car wash something simple and easy. Ashlynn kindly went through all the washes and explained to me what would best help my car, needless to say the SuperKissPlus was perfect and got everything off. She was patient and helped me understand everything. Thankful for the employees that are kind and joyful.
First time at the Glenwood establishment and it was an AMAZING One Stop Shop! Prices were great, and Management/Service Workers were so nice and accommodating. Cleandria (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly) had such a calm and caring vibe. This is definitely something I don’t run into in other gas stations or car washes. I will definitely be back and have a group of people with me!
Everytime I take my vehicle here something breaks or falls off. And they will not pay after the first time it happened to get it fixed. And the wash doesnt get it all clean even on your bumper. I dont have time to go back through the wash again everytime and dont have time for claims that are now already fixed and had a letter sent by mail stating they will not pay. When I called in they said why would you take your car through the wash after it happened the first time? And told them well then I guess I will be preparing for washes to give to someone else because they cant be refunded!
Came in with my Ford-1500 and shes been on her last legs for a minute, Ill admit that I was scared that the employees wouldnt know what theyd be doing. LekwaunS came over and asked me how could he assist me, and noticed this nervousness and reassured me that tech specialists there would be able to handle everything,and if I had any other questions to feel free to ask at any time. Love the service, and this location.
I went in to see what kind of interior work they offered as well as the prices. I was VERY fortunate to have two REALLY helpful, friendly and knowledgeable young people assist me. They answered all my questions and took the time to even let me pet someones dog - I work in rescue. They were sweet, kind and thorough! Good job, Delta Sonic for hiring these two gems - Chelsey & Chuck!!!! I thought customer service was a thing of the past. Apparently, that isnt true at your company!
I went to have my car cleaned. My new car had a lot of scratches all over I have been trying to buff them out. It never lasted. Then Spencer got me a great price on having them removed. I was so impressed with the job Tayler, the manager on Walden, did. My car looked new again. Thanks younSpencer and Tayler.
My experience at this delta sonic was absolutely wonderful!! Everyone I dealt with was very respectful and friendly!! I got a new car that was extremelyyyy dirty they were smokers and had a German Shepard I got the $119 detail package and I am blown away by the results of my car, Ben W. made my car like new!!!!! I am so thankful and pleased with this transaction I had no idea my car could look this good!!!! I highly recommend this delta sonic and Ben W!!!!!! ✌💚😊
I have to say it was a Saturday night , 1-25-2020. I was coming out of the carwash to my surprise only noticing that there was only 1 girl wiping off atleast 5 cars that were waiting. She made sure she did the job right and I commanded her at how well she handled the situation. Her name is Kristaine. I applaude her work. Shes definitely a hard worker❣ Great Job and what a great employee you have❣ She deserves a raise in my opinion 😊Sincerely,A committed customer
Terrible experience, then was called a liar. I was in line to get my car detailed and pulled into the right lane, behind a line of cars about 4 long. I noticed that the left lane had about 1 or 2 vacant cars in it. I assumed the left lane was for something other that detail, and nothing indicated to form 2 lanes. It took a good 10 minutes to move up 2 car lengths, at this time I was still the second back. This is when I noticed a woman with glasses in a red sport utility pull into the left lane; we were then side by side, I was there first for a good 15 minutes prior. I watched the attendant take care of the black pickup directly in front of me, and saw a vacant red car in the left lane with the wheels turned to go into my lane, which I then realized was maybe also a detail lane. The attendant then took care of the lady on the LEFT, that pulled up AFTER me, and when he finally got to me, that is when I confirmed with him that indeed there were 2 lanes as so the detail lane did not back up in front of the car wash. I educated him that I was in line first to be sure he pulled my car in front of the lady who skipped me, and he stammered a bit stating that he numbers the cars as they come in. This is fine, we all make mistakes, I just wanted to be sure I was pulled into the detail shop in the right position. Well I WASNT. To make matters WORSE, when I saw the lady who skipped me leave, I then noticed there were 2 MORE CARS PULLED IN BEFORE ME. That is when I got livid. I spoke to a girl who directed me to the detail manager, to whom I relayed this whole story, including the way in which every one was lined up. I also told the manager that I did bring that to the attention of the attendant who numbers the cars. The manager pretty much called me a liar, said again that the attendant pulls them in the order they come in and disregarded the fact that now there were 2 others in front of me. This was the worst I have ever been treated, beware of how many lanes you have to pull in so you dont get skipped and called a liar as well. I cannot put into words how angry I am and I hope this does not happen to anyone else because it was horrible.
This is a great full-service Delta Sonic location, 2 hand-drying bays, full detail shop, plus the oil & lube center that also does NYS Inspections.Best of all this location carries non-ethanol fuel!!! Its 90 Octane gas, and only located @ the pump located closest to Walden & car wash drying stations. Pump island unit has 2 different hoses on each side of that pump island clearly marked with its own gas filling nozzle & button selector for 90 Octane, the other hose for standard 87, 89, 93 Octane.Non-ethanol gas is a must for all your lawn equipment, snowblowers & small engines like weed wackers, etc, plus when storing your beloved summer-only driven car/truck over the winter. Using non-ethanol fuel w/Sta-bil will end your misery in the spring trying to start your all lawn equipment, same with your snowblower in the winter, unless your required to drain the carb of course, varies by machine.
I have been Delta Sonic customer for 8 years. But, not it looks like this Delta Sonic location do not need customers anymore for Oil change or NY State inspection. I went there 5 times in last 10 days, just to be turned down with reasons: not enough staff, no inspector available, wait for 2-3 hrs in the morning hours for inspection, etc. I was finally able to get the inspection done after 2 hrs wait just to know I need to come back for re-inspenction, because my car system wont communicate. He asked me to drive 50-60 miles and come back. When I went back, I was asked to wait for 3 hrs again. They wont take appointments and you are back in their line again for re-inspenction, the cycle continues. After this, I am not going there again. Perhaps, they dont want their old customers anymore.
So unprofessional. I called to see if they had inspection stickers because I ran into an problem in the past. They said they did and I could come until 5 for an inspection. I told them I would be there at 3:45, and got there at 3:40. The rep told me they were no longer taking inspections. I explained I called them and he got upset, yelled I knew it, and told me to pull into a bay. Someone else checked me in. My car was moved out of the way while they took every other car. I waited an hour and a half before they even took my car. Not sure how good of a job they did, and I left with low air pressure in my tires.
The staff acted like they did not want to be there, and like I was bothering them, prewash people barely sprayed the car and told me to hurry up because I was moving slow so they could spray the car better. The drying person only dried the driver side of the car and said your all setThe staff was not friendly at all.
Came in to just get my car tires checked out and met an new hire by the name of Lekwaun S whom I never seen before. At first I was a little scared of he knew what he was doing, but he reassured that everything was fine and even though he was new. He was going to make sure everything was fine. He gave excellent customer service and Im looking forward to seeing him again.
This place is great for car washes, car touchups, cleaning, detailing, and pretty much anything car-related. Gas can be purchased here as well and you will almost always find it to have the cheapest price per gallon as well. Be very careful because the site seems to always be busy and people do not really care about you or your car besides their own.
UPDATE FROM MY PRIOR REVIEW!!!They went above and beyondddd to make sure I was more then happy. They followed up on every single email and had me come back in for a refund. They also did the job again for free and did an AMAZING JOB!!!! When finished he asked if I would like to take it through the wash (free) again. Of course I accepted. Long story short Im a happy camper thanks to these 2 gentlemen over at Delta :)
I went to Delta Sonic for a oil change. I knew i would have to wait so i went to buy a water and bugles cause i was hungry and thirsty. Well they didnt have change for a hundred so i put i back and went to sit and wait. About 5 minutes later the young lady that took care of me came back to the waiting area with my water and bugles. She bought them for me. I thought that was so sweet of her and it goes to show there are still good caring people out there. Thank you again! Lorraine
I was at the Cheektowaga location and I’m in a wheelchair and one of my wheels came apart Bob and Dave to head guy Sierra did an awesome job I offered him $20 for helping me and they would even take it to thumbs up five stars anybody that knows anybody send them here OK
I got a complete detail (the one hour long package) added all the upgrades and what not as I usually do, but I had Spencer this time, he left my SUV beautiful , not a spot on it, everything in it was beautiful. Highly recommend him, and will be back next month looking for him! Thanks again :)
The whole place was packed with people, still they got my oil change done in no time. Got a free car wash with the oil change so decided to get it done right after, even with the massive amount of people that were there, they got both things done in under 30 minutes! Not to mention the very friendly and helpful staff, never had a bad experience at this location
Went in for a tire rotation/balance. Usually a 45 minute job. After being there an hour they had just started to remove the tires, and two hours later they were finally done. Ive gotten oil changes here before and I was in and out, but this was terrible. Go somewhere else for anything other than an oil change.
Came here for an oil change. This place sucks. Wasnt even glanced at for a good 10 minutes after pulling up to the bay. Once I pulled in, the worker only asked me to release my hood, then NOTHING. Maybe the laziest and most impersonal place I have ever done business with. I wouldnt go here again if it was free.
Came in to get an regular oil change, when I was informed that my fan in the front of my car needed to be changed lol. I didnt know that there was melted chocolate all over the inside. LeKwaun S along with another individual and cleaned it out for me. I really appreciated it from them, and shows that Delta Sonic knows what their doing when they hire people. :D
These guys pay WAY BELOW minimum wage. And theres a lot of harassment. I will never work in such place. These guys dont even provide proper uniform other than the shirt you get in training day. You have to pay out of your pocket to get the uniforms.August 2015 minimum wage: $8.75I was offered $8.00 per hour with no days off. At that time I thought $8.00 was the minimum wage. So I accepted it.As a person who dries car outside (which every employee likes to do because of tips) the pay for that specific duration till you are out there is changed to $7.00 to $6.00 or maybe lower. (It has been a year so I dont remember exact figures for the outside pay). We are told in the log book write down how long you were outside drying the car, if you dont do it properly, we would have trouble with government and you will not be assigned to go out any longer.Theres lot of employee harassment by other employees. I was harassed and abused (verbally) by another employee in front of a detail manager, Dave, he did nothing. Just stood their and listened with 2 other employees were laughing. That is one of the primary reason of not working in D. S. Other than the pay. Which is illegally below minimum wage.
Took my Camaro in for a oil change in and out well that was the problem! They never latched my engine cap back down properly which my oil cap attaches too. Halfway through my ride I hear a loud pop and then my engine light comes on. And the fact that my car just almost overheated and blew. Your corporate will hear from me very soon or my lawyer if anything seriously wrong.
Just got my tired pumped at Delta Sonic on Walden Ave and was greeted by the nicest young man Ive met in a long time. He smiled, asked me how my day was and even listened to some of personal problems. I very much enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back again. Thanks LeKwaun S!😁😁😁
I buy the unlimited washes every month. Never again will i go back to the Walden location in Cheektowaga. When i pay for rainx, body gloss, hand wax, and tire dressing. I shouldnt have to convince a employee that hand wax comes with tire dressing. Its your job, you shouldnt be working there if you dont know whats going on. Union rd location is older by far but they at least have a idea whats going on. And the employees who wipe the car do such a better job.
Got a full interior detail for a Christmas present and he entire staff courteous. The only down fall is I had to wait 4 hours but the staff offered to drive me up to the mall as I am from Batavia. I tried to have it done in Rochester but the staff there was rude and not helpful. Thank you.
Delta sonic used to be a gem of WNY, as a former employee of the detail shop its sad to see how far its diminished in quality, time of service and increased in cost.The conveyor portion of the process used to ensure expedited service, during my visit it wasnt even turned on (requiring employees to get in and pull up the vehicle wasting time - and eliminating the pace setting that keeps the process smooth).In my professional opinion (Im a experienced process engineer) he problem is two fold: 1) clearly poor Managment (Managment was seen joking around with a gathered group of employees who were in the process of detailing a vehicle - instead of starting the conveyor or ) and 2) poor training of young employees.Step it up DS!
I went there to do oil change and after I pull in,there were five or six guys talking and laughing but no one come and talk me while I was seating in my car after a while they told me they made full synthetic oil change which I didn’t preferred or ask, then I speak with the shop manager so called JIM and he never been apologetic instead he try to convince me by telling me they have only one oil choice for my car which isn’t true.I ll never go back on this place again.
Called for an oil change price. Employee told me they could not tell me if my car needed synthetic or no until I got there which is not at all true. Forced attempt of an update thinking if I came all they say there I would just get whatever they told me I needed. Employee on the phone was rude
I came in today to get my Cadillac for the 10 minute detail it was very dirty and needed to be cleaned well when my car was brought out a young man named Curtis came to give me my car and was very polite and asked how my day was and asked if I needed anything else I said no thank you I would recommend coming to this delta sonic very polite workers good job Curtis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2022-06-11Had an issue in the car detail shop and this location was quick, courteous, and friendly. They resolved it right away without hesitation apologizing for the issue. I was at first highly concerned with my anxiety acting up but they made me feel far more at ease. They treated me like I was a valued customer and a person, and not just a number. I left feeling much better and the issue was resolved. I highly recommend this Delta Sonic location.

2022-05-05I stopped in to get an oil change.Alex and Cam were honest and helpful. I didnt need an oil change after all but was sent for further car diagnostic. I appreciated their professionalism and customer courtesy, I found out the cause of my oil leak. I recommend them.

2022-04-17Dont go for an inspection. Was told an hour with one car ahead of me. An hour half later the car ahead was still sitting untouched and the wait changed to 3 hours after I go find someone. No one bothered to come out and tell the 5 cars waiting for inspection. Awesome customer service👎🏾

2022-03-30The worst delta sonic. Their unlimited scanners never work. The attendants at the booth are slow in responding when one of the scanners are not working and now someone is holding up the line. Pathetic people. Switched to Royal car wash and they are amazing. I recommend everyone do that!!!

2022-05-19Do NOT get an oil change done at Delta Sonic. My motor is now shot and I have a brand new van. They are the only ones who have done the oil changes now the casing and everything else needs to be replaced. My oil is leaking and should not be at all. And no I wasnt offered to see the video liek they are saying... I took it to continental where they are proving Delta Sonic broke my stuff

2022-05-31Horrible. Waited 45 mins in line, only for the attendant to finally come out and tell me they can’t inspect my car because the inspector no longer works there. If that’s true, take down the inspection sticker in the window or actually answer your phones. Although what do you expect from a business exclusively run by 20 year olds?

2021-08-30When I got out of my car to fill up, I accidentally left my key fob in my purse inside my car. I walked over to the store and asked if they would call AAA for me. They informed me they had a gentleman who could unlock my car for free. I was totally surprised and the gentleman, whose name I have forgotten, got me back into the car within five minutes. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and DID NOT make me feel like an idiot.Thank you Delta Sonic. Now that is what I call customer service!!!
