There is a cover under my oil change tank this is 2nd time the delta sonic did oil change and my that cover got removed 1 time also they didn’t lock it carefully and it got removed while I drive and the cover front side was keep scratching the road and I took to mavis and fixed it 2nd time also happen same thing I went back to delta sonic they say oh no it’s not the oil change cover blah blah and he said this is you will have remove full cover and change you have to go toDealer it’s not that big matter to go dealer it’s an 5mins job really worst.
Slow 20 min superior cleaning took over a hour and half and wasnt even basic. Water spots covered my SUV dust/dirt all over my seats and dash. Floor does not appear to be vacuumed. When I asked if it was done because its usually a way better job I am told yes and to have a good day. Waiting 3 times as long and voicing my frustration get shoved out the line I get out was busy but when I watch you skip everything you were supposed to do and then lie. Will never visit this one or another delta no consistency for the price
Came in for an inspection as i waited for delta sonic and these guys hooked me right up. The Gentlemen were very polite but also relaxed giving you a welcoming sense of accommodation with a variety of topics talked about. Waiting area is as nice as could be. Highly recommend 5/5👍🏿.
Got the $179 interior detail done earlier this week ($150 with membership discount). Done in 2 hours, thats good, but upon inspection of their work there were some issues. They sent it through again, took about 20 minutes. By then it was getting dark. Looked OK, but after the seats dried they looked pretty much just like they did when I dropped it off. I dont even think the front of the seat bottoms were done at all. Driving home into the sunset, I could see streaks in the windshield. I just wish the seats wouldve looked as good as the carpeting. All I wanted was nice and clean, for $150. Thinking of taking it back, but ugh. I can just do it right myself. Feel a little cheated.
UPDATE:: manager reached out and offered to redo my interior cleaning! Sadly could not fit into my busy schedule but I did find out about the car care club that unlimited car wash members are automatically enrolled in! Can’t wait for the North Tonawanda location to be ready otherwise the Lancaster location has the indoor vacuums included in the club!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥Unlimited plus car wash member, paid almost $40 for interior cleaning, receipt says 1:17p, just now finally leaving at 3:50p and after having the nice kid rewipe dash and seats as well as vacuum the back hatch.. very disappointed in price vs results! I also realized that none of my windows had been wiped down inside… It’s as if they vacuumed and steamed everything then parked it.. unreal!We can’t respond to a question that is asked. As I stated, a nice associate tried to wipe everything down but I had already been there for over 2hrs and did not notice the window marks until it got darker.. my car generally isn’t dirty to begin with but over time dust and such builds up.. thought it would be a nice treat to get her cleaned out.. I made sure there was nothing in the way to prevent proper cleaning. Literally had nothing but vacuuming done. There’s still dust and dirt all over my dash and the center control/radio area..
I went to this location for an oil change and inspection. And they suggested I get my fuel system service. So, I listened and paid nearly $200 total. They told me the fuel system service would be hazardous and told me I had to wait outside. They closed the door on me. So, I decided to bring my brother’s car in for a car wash (as we were both there for oil changes and maintenance).After the car wash, they told me they got everything done and already parked my car outside (mind you, this was only about 20 mins since I brought the car in). I went to check my car, it wouldn’t startup. Then, I realized whoever drove my car had actually took the keys out well before moving the shift to park completely. This was a very poor job. This could’ve messed up my car completely alone.Later, I checked my car’s motor oil. It was super brown. What this is telling me is that I might’ve been ripped off. They probably told me to wait outside instead of inside the garage because they didn’t want me seeing them doing nothing on my car and charging me the full price of their service.I had suspected that they did a poor job with the oil change. But I brought the car to this location for also an inspection. So if the motor oil was bad, I could have them fix it because it was their fault if any. So I didn’t think much of it.But, after 3-5 days of driving my car, I’ve realized a sound coming out of my engine. I’m highly suspecting that they didn’t change my oil or putting the wrong type of oil in. My car is now having trouble starting up and the engine wouldn’t run smoothly. My engine started making loud rattling and knocking noises that have never happened before.Since I had speculations of them not doing their work properly, I have brought my car in to another mechanic. And guess what?The mechanic also stated that the oil had to be old oil or even incompatible oil for my car. And the oil filter seemed very oil and wasn’t changed. Worst of all, the mechanic told me that the previously person working on my car left all the bolts, oil plugs, and oil filters all loose. They were all loose and was not closed up properly. Every part they had removed (either from the inspection or oil change) were loosened and hanging by a thread.I WON’T BE COMING HERE FOR ANY SERVICING EVER AGAIN.LONG STORY SHORT: DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY SERVICES (apart from their car wash and general fuel up)!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THEIR MAINTENANCE JOB WAS SO TERRIBLE THAT IT CAN ACTUALLY MESS UP YOUR CAR’S ENGINE. AND YOU’LL BE LEFT WITH SPENDING MORE MONEY FIXING UP YOUR CAR FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD’VE TOTALLY BEEN AVOIDED!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER AND HONEST SERVICE!
Been using Delta car washes for years now and most months I always had their $20 unlimited plan. Seems things changed though, since I was being charged double this year. Called in to figure it out and am told I was being charged for a detail plan as well. I said that wasnt right, cancel it, and refund. She told me they dont normally issue refunds for non-use, yet then was able to scrounge up one months refund. Never had an issue before with these kind of mistakes. Ill also add that my sticker did not work this month even though I was billed, and the operator at this location verified a cancelled subscription. Not acceptable for a business to be charging for a service and not providing it. Delta has changed though. They used to be a nice, friendly chain with good service and now its exploded into this cash cow. Too bad - Ill save myself the chaos and wash my own car.
I typically get my oil changes done here when in Buffalo because I do not have a car jack at my apartment. However, I had a bad experience when they did not replace the O-ring in the oil filter (my type of filter has a new O-ring included in every box to replace). With no seal, oil slowly leaked and when I noticed the issue, my car had dangerously low oil. It could have been damaged, and I had to buy new oil and a filter to replace the missing seal.I have otherwise had good experiences, and I still go here because appreciate the free car wash and decent price when a coupon code is used (they will apply it for you if you ask). Still, the previous incident always leaves me a bit nervous.
We had an exceptional employee, John dry our car on June 11th in the evening. His attention to detail was impeccable. He took the time to really dry our car. He even made sure our windshield was spotless and rewashed a few spots. My husband is particular about having the water blown out of his mirrors and John did this without having to request it! He was also extremely friendly! We were very pleased with our service! John was wonderful. We joked that we need his schedule so we can make sure we get a car wash when he is drying!
I’m a bit of a Karen so most businesses annoy me. Not Delta Sonic! Even when they’re super busy, I know it’s not their fault and they’re building new locations quickly to reduce stress on this one. The employees are always friendly, car wash is cheap and works well, and the inside is pretty chill. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is there are basically no vegan options in the convenience store, and there are no fast charging stations for electric vehicles despite this being a car shop!
Not sure what is going on with the car wash lately on Niagara Falls Blvd but my blue SUV is not even clean when I come out. There are still bugs on the windshield and bird poop on the side and this is even with the pre-spraying before I go through. Maybe the brushes and cloths need to be updated?? This pic is the bird poop left AFTER I went through wash!
Usually good service, but having to waste 3 hours here because they can’t get my oil filter off (they did my last oil change) is absolutely unacceptable. Refunding the oil change doesn’t really help when I have to call off work for the day.EDIT: you guys didn’t even refund me? Just handed me the keys and said “sorry.” Incredibly unprofessional.
I just wanted it to be known that I had my car interior shampooed and steamed cleaned. I notice my receipt is attached to a review pamphlet. I tried doing the review.deltasoniccarwash.com, but that page is not working. I read that there is a bonus program that rewards great service, the employee wont get the review reward cause the page isnt working???
Just wanted to say the Robert the car wash sup treated me with the greatest respect. Sometime we customers can be particular when it comes to our cars an sometimes what we see my not be what someone else see.Robert went above and beyond to take care of my car when i felt that marks were left after washing my car at another delta sonic location. He made sure this time after I washed my car he was the one to meet me in the drying lanes. After he dried my car himself he did an inspection with me to make sure i was satisfied. This is called good customer service an I truly appreciate the time he took to make sure i was happy.
This is my usual location and today was by far the best experience I had! My car was absolutely covered in bugs and Edmond, who was spraying cars, took about an extra 5 minutes to completely blast the front of the car and get ALL the bugs off. That has literally never happened to me and I was really impressed. Also, the dryers were going around the car getting any extra bugs off the car before they dried the car. Really great experience and I hope they keep it up!
NEVER going again. The line is devious as you cant tell how long the wait is from the street. Their sales reps are extremely pushy and wont take no for an answer. I specifically told them I would only like the basic car wash but had to sit threw 7 offers. This happend twice, so they are trained to annoy you.
Sunday 9 AM I arrived at Delta Sonic Car Wash NF Blvd, Amherst, which is closest to home, for an oil change and was greeted by Brandon. He politely asked what I needed and directed me to pull forward to the second bay and took my information. I asked him to also check my air filters and he explained all the service you receive in a single oil change. These guys fill all your fluids, check filters and multiple parts of your motor and vehicle. Brandon said the wait time would be about 20 minutes.Went to the check in station and Caitlin wrote up my info and discovered my Premier UNL Oil Change Club membership had expired. This is the part that I really enjoyed about these two employees, they never pressured me to buy more than I needed. Caitlin ASKED if I wanted to renew my membership. This membership saves you big bucks every time your car is serviced here. Of course I renewed.About 15 minutes later Caitlin walked out to the spotless outdoor waiting area with the 2 air filters from my car to show me why I did NOT need to change them. She said, Brandon wanted me to show you the good shape your filters were in and that there was no need to replace them.I highly recommend using the Delta Sonic Car Wash on Niagara Falls Blvd. in Amherst, NY. You will not be disappointed.
I went through the car wash yesterday, and Cory was extremely helpful when my wiper came off inside the wash. Cory found it and helped me reinstall the wiper, I was surprised after I had a very different experience at Royal. Much better customer service than I have seen at any other car wash. You can tell they really back their claims and care about making your car wash a worry-free part of your day. Very refreshing, thanks to Cory.
I come here often for routine car washes. The workers at the window and dryers at the end are always pleasant and polite to interact with. Today, i had an especially exceptional experience. I drive an older rav 4 and my spare tire cover often comes lose after car washes, even with the noodle. While drying my car, Tyler noticed that it was loose, informed me, and promptly put it back into place, all with a smile on his face. There always seem to be great workers at this location who really care about their customers!
The people here are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have gone here for just about everything my car needs. I like that they keep a history of what they have completed for me so I do not have to remind them of what work was done previously. Doing regular maintenance with Delta has save me headaches, time, and money. I ever got my new tires through Delta and save hundreds!!
$17 for a car wash and you have to spend 5 minutes listening to the attendant try to upsell you more washes and fake sales specials. Their sales tactics should be illegal. Then they pack cars in so tight my car is still dirty. Theyll wash again if you want to spend another 30 minutes in line. And they want a tip at the end to dry your car. Thankfully there are more car washes being built in the buffalo area with better service and cheaper prices.
I have been going to this location for at least 6 years, and I have not ever experience bad customer service nor issues with the car wash and mechanical service.I am a tough critic when is come to customer service and cleanness of my familys car. I have been in the field of customer service for over ten years, and Delta Sonic has delivered great customer service consistently to me over the years. I never had any issues with their lube shop either.Unlike any other car wash, Delta Sonic had great discount packages in combination of their car wash, lube shop and gas services. I love it!
I had an vehicle inspection at the Niagara Falls blv location. I fail because I needed brakes and rotors. I told the sales person to do the work so I can pass. The work was completed, I passed my inspection and I was on my way. Later on that day my vehicle was not driving right. I went back too the lube shop and told them about the rough driving that it was currently having after the work. The sales person Jimmy was able to identify the problem and fix it at no charge.
I would like to recognize Mallory who works the detail shop check in. She is an asset to your company. I get my car detailed about twice a month and she always remembers me and whatever issues I bring up...even what fragrance I like. Your detail shop should have such attention to what the customer likes. I always end up coming home and cleaning up after them. Thank goodness for Mallory who never skips a beat!
Great service. I had a windshield wiper issue at the drive thru car wash. The staff and managers were very helpful in rectifying the situation and handled it with professionalism. Everyone involved went out of their way and were very friendly and accommodating. Many thanks to the manager DEAN in Erie, PA for his promptness.
Was going to get an oil change and a tire rotation which I have had done here before. Usually I would pull up to the garage door tell an employee what I wanted done and would then leave the car at the door and go wait for the service to get done. This time an employee told me I had to stay in my car while the work was being done. I expressed concerns that this was in violation of OSHA safety standards and that I didnt feel safe staying in my vehicle certainly since the vehicle would be lifted off the ground for the tire rotation. One employee got angry and yelled at me about, You have heard of COVID! We did have a brief verbal exchange and then he yelled at me to, Get the hell out of here! to which I gladly did and I certainly wont be going back here for anything. Maybe he should have explained to me that there was a new policy in place but I still wouldnt have had work done there since customer safety didnt seem to be an issue.
I have been going to Delta Sonic for several years (on a regular basis) and I would recommend it to others for an exterior car wash. The exterior results cant be beat when it comes to a quick wash - especially with the option of unlimited for a monthly rate if you go on a somewhat regular basis. Get that disgusting salt off of your vehicle all winter long, and stay shining during the warm months! Note: Their basic, simple interior cleaning is fine, but do not expect it to be showroom clean for a 10 minute once-over. They do a great job with more advanced (higher priced) interior options if you are looking to get that interior reset to a perfect clean. Overall, 5/5 stars!
Two times I have gone through and the back of my car was not even touched. The rest of the car looks great, but the back end never had a drop of water touch it because it is still completely covered in a layer of dirt/pollen (you can still see handprints on it from me opening the hatchback), and this is when there are people there to spray the front and the back. Arent they supposed to spray off the back? Im not sure why I spent money on unlimited washes when the same area is missed every time.
I was first in line for a vehicle inspection today, and returned at the end of the day for re-inspection with the discrepancies resolved. There was no courtesy from my inspector whatsoever. No greeting, no sir, no pleasantries of a professional nature at all. Seems a shame. The garage had much better leadership in the past - the values that create repeat business were nowhere to be found. Oil changes came with an explanation of what was done, and a car wash was given on previous visits, but not today.
I have the unlimited wash and unlimited interior. I ask today to get my seats cleaned because I spilled a shake all over them and the inside of my center counsel. They washed my seats but when I went to get into my car after I was told it was set to go it still had shake all over the inside of the seat. So I asked them to please clean the seat a bit better and they did a terrible job. I do appreciate them for leaving window cleaning wipes in the backseat that I used to get the rest of the shake off.
I went to the oil change at this location and Supervisor Nick , was amazing. He spent the time figuring out what was wrong with my car and treated it as if it was his own. It took some time to figure it out, but my car runs amazing now. He is so professional and I just love having him work on my car. I dont think I will let anyone else touch my car now. Need more supervisors like him.
Their Premier Club is a SCAM! Do not buy!They tricked me into thinking I was getting discounts for all these services after paying a one-time fee ($69) only to find out that Premier Car Care , a licensed mechanic on the same street, offers the same discounted prices without paying the ridiculous membership fee.They are only good for getting a car wash.
Came through got a basic car wash and added tire shine I understand it’s cold but the employee didn’t press the tire shine button and I put my trust in them putting tire shine on while going through the wash I know. If you can’t do the job right pick a different job but now that I’m not on the property there’s nothing that can be done what a joke.
While busy with 30+ waits at peak times, I’ve always had excellent customer service from a friendly crew. Whether just getting gas, a car wash, detailing or oil change, it’s always a great experience. Love the ez pass lanes for the car wash and interior- makes life a lot better-)Shout out to Jeff from the Blvd location in Amherst- always friendly and professional!
I had outstanding service by an employee by the name of Savannah K. the other day. I had a few questions about how to receive the best gas prices as an unlimited car wash tag holder. She was polite, professional and was able to explain the options clearly and well. She was eager to help the customer and had the demeanor and knowledge of a manager. As other customers came to the counter, she was fast and excellent at double tasking, all customers were served quickly and with a smile. It was when I politely jested, This Delta Sonic is just like Wegmans, that she gave the card that prompted this review. I have had years of outstanding service from your company. I hope you can build a Delta Sonic in the town of Gates, Rochester, NY so our family will not have to travel so far to use your car wash. Your company is truly an asset to the community
I have been to this almost every day for car wash. They always did their best. Recently I have bought interior clean and one of the employee name Mallory helped me in upgrading my package. To let my car looks new that was amazing. Delta team at Blvd location is Superbbb
From the outside looking in, this carwash gives the appearance of a high end, high quality car wash. It’s very well designed and landscaped, etc. Unfortunately, after paying $22 for their top wash package and 3 trips through the wash bay, I still had dead bugs smeared on my windshield and front end of my truck. After the third time through, I decided to clean my windshield at the gas station myself so I wouldn’t have to waste any more time. This is by no means the worst car wash I’ve been through, BUT it is drastically overpriced for the quality of the wash you receive. They should look up Mike’s Carwash from Ohio and learn a thing or two from a superior Carwash. Will not use again.
Super lane is the same or most of the time is slower than the regular lanes. The machine does not do a better job than other locations. Although this place has better looking employees, they dont seem to know how to wipe a car and its frustrating. I dont even wanna know how these people wipe their assess because Im sure it aint spotless.. I gave up on giving tips or I just dont even go to the drying area anymore because of it.
Went for an oil change asked the cost over the phone agent said she has no idea. Asked the oil change guy he said will tell you. Went in to cashier at oil change he had no idea. Pulled in the car and the service guy said will tell you the price and started to change oil. Then I asked is there anyone who can tell the cost and the same guy who kept telling me to wait finally told me . . . i was shocked how come it was so hard for anyone to speak up . . . terrible service
Outstanding facility! This Gas Station has everything you need for a pit stop on the road! They have a nice covered gas pumps for less than the other stations! There is a car wash that doesn’t use those dirty brushes! There is FREE Vacuums and a cleaning service! Inside there is a nice convenience store and restrooms! The staff are friendly and the place is as cleaner than any other gas station in the area! This is a great gas station for a fill up or car cleaning!!!
When I went to get a wash and an interior cleaning plus the additional package to remove the salt in my mats I expected more than just my mats getting cleaned or I would have just got the salt removal done. I got out to the car and point out obvious things they missed, after the guy fixes those I get in and notice even more obvious things missed and decide that Im just going to post this review and never pay for an interior cleaning there ever again. It was not busy at all with nobody behind me just negligent staff.
Took my car in for an oil change and an inspection. Was told it would take about 2 hours, which was fine because I brought some work to do.I ended up being there for just over 4 hours.I asked what took so long and said that I had literally been there for 4 hours. The manager did not care in the slightest. He just shrugged and said Yeah....No customer service or sense of urgency at all.I will not go back again.
Delta Sonic is the king of quick convenient car maintenance and customer service. What a great way to spend an 90min doing something that ordinarily you just don’t have time for. Car Wash, Oil change, tire rotation, breakfast with my daughter, and catch up on my emails.....morning not wasted in a clean extremely well run facility.
1) review in 2021: A lady Eliza who claimed herself manager is extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. I paid month fee of 30 bucks for cleaning but rarely used it, yet she accused me of multi-car using and threatened to cancel my membership. Most Delta Sonics provide quick, friendly and efficient service. That’s why people love Delta Sonic. This location on Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst…not so much. There’s a reason why this Amherst location has received more negative ratings than any other Delta Sonic in Western New York…apathy. Don’t believe me? Google them, ask your friends, or trust your own experience. This location is the Black Sheep of the Delta Sonic family. When you drive through the automatic sprayer/mister, stop your car. Even put it in park or turn it off. Then you’ll quickly get the attention of the employees who apparently think they are paid to power wash the pavement. Gesture them to point their power washer nozzles towards your vehicle, and even pull the trigger activating the power washer. They, and more importantly their supervisors, apparently think simply misting vehicles or the water deflecting off the ground is enough to dislodge the dirt from your car. Ever wonder why your so-called premium car wash with tire dressing and all the other extras you paid so much for looks the same as the guy behind you who paid for the basic no-frills car wash? Because the employee who pushed the button for the appropriate car wash you purchased was not only not paying attention when he was supposed to be guiding you into the tire tracks properly, but also wasn’t paying attention and kept hitting the same car wash package for almost every car. Don’t pay more when you’re getting the same car wash as the people who are paying 1/3 of what you paid. When you get through the car wash, stop, inspect your grill, windshield, hatchback/trunk, tires/wheels wells, etc for bugs and other dirt, and either go back through the car wash again if you have another half hour to waste, or bring it to the attention of the manager and have them manually finish cleaning the car as you paid them to do. Share your experience on social media, preferably with photos and videos so they cannot disingenuously blame the customers. We dont want a free car wash, just the car wash we paid for.
I’m from South NJ and I only wish we had a Delta Sonic near me. Had my oil changed, gas filled and car washed in about 40 mins total. What could be easier? Absolutely a great business and one stop shop. Reasonably priced with fast, friendly service is the epitome of service. My hats off to Delta Sonic and look to see you again next visit.
Totally impressed with the help I got this morning at Delta Sonic. When my tire pressure alert came on while I was driving to work, I stopped there for air. When I was having trouble, Bobby, the manager of the car wash, helped me immediately. I was back on the road in no time, feeling super grateful for good people going out of their way to help others! Thanks Bobby!
Ive been to my fair share of delta sonics. the exterior car wash is basically on par with every other delta sonic Ive been to. but there is one key difference here, and her name is Lee Anna. she cleaned the cracks of my seats, they never clean the crack of my seats! that girl is thorough. she even found some change in my car and put it in my change cup for me. make sure she cleans your interior. minus one star because theres nothing special about the car wash but that interior detail was worth the trip.
I had an excellent experience last week with Christian. He helped set up my oil change. He was friendly, courteous and professional. We were visiting from Toronto. Previously I lived and grew up in western suburbs of Chicago where we have a delta sonic. I love delta sonic. They provide great value for reasonable prices. Please recognize Christian as a valuable asset. Keep up the good work. He even recommended a good wing spot. Duffs. We enjoyed those as well. Thanks
I posted a critical review early today, before a supervisor very nicely, professionally and friendly, talked to me. I was the error maker. I made an appointment for early today for what I thought was about 75 to 90 minute interior cleaning. I unfortunately used the word detail in my conversation not recognizing the difference in the work done and only focused on the price which was the same for both services. The manager showed me the web pages I had been on and clearly read way to fast. My apologies to Delta. They did a superior job detailng the interior of my 5 year old Altima.
I wish I saw the reviews before going. I went to get my interior cleaned and after that I started smelling think stink cheesy smell. And I realized they used a DIRTY STINK RAG to clean my interior. Now every time I flip on the heat it smeel like HOT DIRTY OLD CHEESE. NEVER AGAIN. I dont even know how to get rid of that smell!
Do not use Delta Sonic!!My brand new car has been scratched on the hood and entire right side from Delta Sonic. I identified the scratches and deep marks on the car immediately after the car wash and filed a claim right then and there.After a series of denied claims, including a visit to Delta Sonic where the employee walked us through the wash, which only further confirmed the scratches are in the exact locations where the brushes were on the car, we were still denied.The service provided throughout this whole process has been extremely poor. Weve been given nothing but what Im sure to be a slew of generic phrases they say to every customer who files a claim and dealt with very rude and impolite employees.This is the first time Ive ever complained about any product or service online, this experience overall has been awful and I want to be certain other potential customers are aware of this and choose another company for their car care.
Came for interior cleaning and oil change. Was told oil change would be 1/2 hour wait. Still waiting one and a half hours later.Also, watch for the upsale, the guy is good makes it seem like something you should do instead of a question. Noticed young girls being talked into 60$ oil change because they didnt know better. Wont be back for these services again!
Delta sonic historically was my favorite place to get my gas and car washed. when I would move away from town and back I would miss this place like other buffalo staples (wegmans, mighty taco) now over the past 15 years I have always had my cars serviced and cleaned here, sometimes multiple cars.The last time I got good service here was almost 2 years ago. I just cancelled my monthly car wash service after my visit the other day. I drove in to the traditional lanes to ask for an interior cleaning, a salt removal, and a waxing. The sales person pitched me the cheapest add ons of each and I said, no I want the best you have because I want to really get my car clean. I was up sold 89 dollars worth of cleaning and wax on top.of my super kiss car Wash. So after the always lazy employees using the power washers barely sprayed my car (not removing the road tar) I pulled around to the detail line where I was told to expect a 20 min wait. It took them nearly 30 minutes to even approach my vehicle and scribe a number on it. Finally when I got up to the detail lane I explained that I wanted them to use the window cleaner that I supplied and nothing else on my windows bc I spent 600 on my tints and I dont want them damaged. I also asked they clean the carpets of salt and cleaned the tar the cleaners missed before they waxed and to please Clean the door sills. after all I know I am attentive to detail, but I have a pretty clean car which is less than a year old and cleaned at least every 3rd day. As soon as they pulled my car in they sprayed the windows with their cleaner, I had to knock on the glass and raise my voice to get them to stop, the associate tried to argue with me, he was interupted by a manager Who happened to be walking by and told to do it the correct way. So instead they just didnt wash my vehicle. Then they pulled my car out under the blue awning and it sat for another 40 mins, then my 40 dollar wax began and was done improperly and completed in 3 minutes. Then they moved to my 30 minute interior detail and 11 minutes later (yes I used a timer to time him) but he was nice enough to lolly gag for 27 minutes in between. He informed me my car was complete. Needless to say, none of the windows were clean, they never even sprayed the rear quarter windows, the back window or windshield, the door sill was still dirty and tar remained on the car. I asked for a rag and then took the vacum and started using it, the employer tried to stop me and o said no, you had your chance, I am going to Do this right and he should go Find me Manager to start my refund. The same manager who was walking by earlier and corrected the employees was great, he listened and immediately got me a refund. Great job on his part, but I got home and had to redo the car detailing and waxing. Spent 3 hrs at delta sonic and got nothing but a headache. It is too bad, this company used to be great and maybe with proper leadership it can be again someday. This doesnt apply to all employees there are some excellent employees sprinkled sparingly into this company. Just not enough to operate the way it should. I understand they are busy and this shouldnt be the point where your company fails, this is where you improve and make your profits. When the vip lane gate is broken more often than it works, 30 dollars a month, really? I would prefer to pay 50 a month and get a good experience, clean car, service with a smile from hard working employees. look at the other reviews and notice the downfall of this company over time.
I continue to have an issue with the Unlimited Plus Package being applied by the attendant who’s monitoring the kiosk (that clearly details which vehicles have premium packages). Even with a receipt in the window, the inattentive individuals still don’t apply the plus features, which sometimes takes me having to immediately return back through the line before they get it correct. Very dissatisfied with paying for a service that I can’t get consistently without having to inconvenience myself!!!
Last year, got an oil change there, they forced my hood shut without taking the arm down. Tried to say they couldnt see anything on the video. 3 weeks ago got an inspection (was told itd be a 1.5 hour wait ended up being 3.5 hours) and they passed it even though today Im having my breaks replaced because they were metal on metal. Wont be going back there, not for gas or a car wash.... not sure how they can stay in business with service like that.
I go to Delta Sonic to get my oil changed this past Saturday I want to get my New York state inspection. I was second in line at 8 a.m. . Was told that they were backed up, leave the car until 5 p.m.???? I told the tenant I cant wait till 5. He said we move your car out of line and go someplace. I dont know if Ill go back??
Honestly really appreciate that this place has a customer centered approach and free vacuum’s! Other delta Sonics in the area aren’t nearly as good as this place plus this one has a great sitting area and fire place! Dunkin’ Donuts is also attached with a little convenient store. Great place!
I went here today, it was busy which is pretty normal for this location. Even more so then normal. Still the cashier gave me excellent service and helped me find what what I needed. Jaime was a great help. She was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me quickly. Love this location.
Ive had two horrible experiences with this location. The first time I brought my car in was to have an oil change and windshield wipers replaced. I was told to expect a 30 minute wait, after an hour an 30 minutes I inquired on the progress and the technicians were told to hurry up. While they did hurry up, they completely forgot to attach the new windshield wipers and just left them on my hood.I tried to avoid going back but needed an oil-change and inspection so I thought Id give them a second chance. After waiting about two hours I got my car back to find that they didnt even change the oil. Aside from the gas and car-wash, avoid this location. Not at all thorough.
Ive always purchased Delta Sonic car washes. In the past Ive even had the ongoing window sticker. However I stopped getting that renewed because they took out the vacuums. Not very happy with that. And the folks that dry the vehicles dont seem to do as good of a job either. Saves me money until I find a new one. I hear David Chevrolet has great prices.
I ALREADY CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT KEEPING ME AS A CUSTOMER , ILL NEVER GET AN OIL CHANGE AT DELTA SONIC EVER AGAIN. The last time I went to delta sonic, theyre car wash feel apart and ruined my car I have scratches all over it and they gave a a detail gift card. That was after I got the unlimited washes and they wouldnt reimburse me, after they took the money out early. And did they dont reimburse for non-usage. I dont wanna risk going through the car wash again and getting my car ruined again... I do not like delta sonic and I definitely will not go back there...
Using the Zip card for gas is terrible. The processing is so slow if you can get the pump to read your card. I tried 6 times before I gave up and changed pumps. On occasion I gave up altogether and went to Sunoco. Very frustrating, not sure if it’s worth the 5 cents per gallon.Car wash is good, my car is clean. But there’s always an offer to buy more services.
Took my truck in to have some scratching buffed out, the tech burned the paint. So the manager had me fill out a claim form and they paid for my hood and quarter panel to be repaired and repainted. Dropped off the truck on Monday, picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Gave me a gift card for a free Super Kiss and wax. As for the cleanliness of the tables, about 90% of that is due to slobs who dont bother to clean up after themselves. Yeah, the people who leave the table a mess when theyre done. This isnt a restaurant where a busboy cleans up after you.
Just had my car Super Kiss and 10 Minute Interior cleaning at the Niagara Falls Blvd & 80th Street location in Niagara Falls. My technician was Joelle, she did a fantastic job of getting rid of that winter grime, especially those salt stains on your carpets. She was even pointing out spots that the other technician was missing. No doubt the best cleaning I have ever had at this store. Can you request detailers ???
I was dissappointed with the service because I ask for windows to be cleaned and they were not. The describtion online for the $100 detail even says glass inside and out. I know of other busnesses that will do this service for a $100 detail service. What makes me post this is, I went back right after the service to ask about that and the worker said that only comes with the car wash service. He explained fruther that they dont wash the outside of the windows when the car is dirty. It is pollen and contruction season... Really? When I got there a worker asked if there was anything I wanted to focus on and I said the windows. Why did she not say then, We wont clean the outside because the car is dirty? Just wash the outside of the windows and Ill worry about the rest later.
I am usually very pleased with the service I get at delta sonic. My only complaint is that what ever they use on the inside of the windshield to clean it always leaves it full of streeks and when the sun or on comming headlights hit it I can hardly see. I usually have to re-wash it myself more than once to get rid of the film and streeks. I wish they would just use plain window wash to clean the windows.
Went there to do my oil change.This dude came back and suggested some service recommmendation(Automatic transmission and radiator). I ask him to go ahead and get them done as well, paid over $300 dollars for all the services they proclaim they did. Went to do my oil change in NYC and just found out they never did any of the suggested service recommendation...how did I found out because they never even reported the services done on carfax...I had my own reservation about their services but I decided to let those slide but damn delta sonic, you dont do that to customers. Now I have to pay for the same services again. Thats not cool Delta sonic!
This location is terrible. This is now the third time. Ive upgrade my wash to the Super Kiss with tire dressing, body gloss, and rainex and when I pull up to have those services provided I do not receive them. If I pay for something I expect that service to be completed. I will not be paying for that anymore.
They have made some great improvements over the winter all new vacuum area. Also go for the $21 a month Super Kiss sign up plan. Instead of one Super Kiss for $21 you get 30 one a day if you wish. Great deal for salt in the Winter. no garage or travel often. I wont pay $29 for extras above the Super Kiss. Just tryng to male value added sales for them
Cashier Shannon was very professional and knowledgeable about services offered at this establishment. Her warm smile made my experience at Delta Sonic extremely pleasant. It’s not everyday you run into such a lovely young person. I will be returning and buying gift cards for all of my grandchildren.
I visited Delta Sonic at 1355 Niagara falls Blvd on veterans day and the week prior. I was greeted with a friendly face and a employee with a wonderful warm personality. We laughed and talk like we had known one another all our lives. I was not in a great mood that day but after the incounter with thus employees it changed my whole day. And now i stop by just to hear and see him treat others as he has treated me and i watched on veterans day and everyone received the same warm and great conversation and experience as i. So where ever you found this employee please keep him and find as many more as possible.His name was Martin. I want to say thank you very much.

Delta Sonic has become my favorite place for many of my car needs. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Prices are decent; but with sales, coupons, etc., prices can become awesome. Unfortunately I was not close (under 3 miles) to any Delta Sonic, so it was not feasible to buy their gas. About a year ago, I heard that a new location was going to be built on N.F. Blvd @ the old Menne NURSERY, 2 miles from me. WOOHOO!! Then we got a fantastic offer on our house & we wanted to move anyways. Now were on Grand Island & still Delta Sonicless. 😢
Terrible experience in the car wash. My car was damaged by another vehicle. An inspection was done, and they denied any fault. After pursuing it more, Delta finally acknowledged wrong doing. I agreed to a settlement, but after weeks have not received any compensation, nor has my vehicle been repaired. Total unacceptable customer service. When I can customer service, I keep getting the response that the check is waiting for a signature, the check was processed for the wrong amount, or it was not processed yet. This has to have been the worst process of customer service, or getting any resolution. Will never use delta Sonic again, or recommend to anyone.
I requested the super kiss plus but did not receive any wax nor tire dressing. A blonde hair female and a dark haired male provided the service in the middle drying lane at around 11:00 a.m. I did not have the time to deal with the matter their because i had to take care of other matters but to anyone who reads this and normally just leave afterward ..please take the time to pull over while still there to check their work .
My son got his driver’s license last week. Today, he had a sudden and severe brake problem on Maple very close to Delta Sonic. He pulled in to ask for help. They were extremely kind, polite and helpful in letting him know he accidentally pulled the emergency break. This is the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Delta Sonic. They’re a model to us all!
I’ve been coming delta sonic for years and have always received great customer service. One employee in particular always that is great to talk to is Jamie. She always makes my daily trips to delta more fun. Definitely would recommend coming here because of the great customer service.
On 6/2/19 I visited the NIagara Falls Blvd location. After a very pleasant greeting and car wash, I was told there was no wait for the 10 minute interior cleaning... 90 minutes later I had to go to the front counter only to be told my vehicle would be finished by the time I got outside... 👎😠👎 That’s two thumbs down and a mad face to your entire interior team on that day.
Will NEVER go to a delta sonic car wash again. I took my Audi s4 with brand new wheels and tires (235-35-19s). I asked before going through with it would be an okay size and they said much larger tires go through. I went through and after one of my tires had a cut in the sideway and a huge gash on a rim. And the two wheels on the left side of my car were completely torn up on the inside.
The blvd Delta Sonic is always my go to location. The supervisor Mike Butz always makes sure everything is up to par and makes customer satisfaction the number one priority! Staff there is always very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would personally recommend this location to my friends and family.
This is for their auto service not car wash. First, Ive never seen a shop get away with actually utilizing the half hour per car for inspection quote, it usually takes 20 minutes and they leave some cushion.That said, 2 cars were ahead of me, so I was told 1 hour until they could take my car. That was at 11:15, it is currently 2:41 and Im still sitting here and it looks like they are just starting my car now. How do these employees get away with stretching 3 inspections into an all day job? My friend used to work at one of those quick lube places and said he would have been fired for that. If you value your time, stop by a normal service station...they might use inspections as an excuse to try to force you to get work done, but at least youll be out in 15-20 minutes.I havent even received a call or any contact from customer service of any type. A simple, we got backed up and were sorry, would probably have dissuaded me from writing this.*****Update: Apparently the car finished at 12:45. They tried to say that they called into the waiting area, but I know thats impossible. Twice they came in and called out cars that I thought could have been mine but they made a mistake (a GMS terrain and a Tahoe), both times I said, Do you mean the Yukon, To which they responded no. The guy at the counter insisted that he personally called out or it, only to be contradicted by the inspection tech when he came out. Apparently there was some miscommunication because the inspection failed because I had tape on my mirror and they couldnt evaluate if it was held securely. Since it failed, an inspection tech was supposed to do a print out and have me sign something, because of a shift change no one ever did. Also, when I dropped the car off I gave them my number and asked that they call when it was done, they did not call. The guy at the desk insisted they did, I showed him my phone, logged into my verizon, and showed him that I had no incomming calls, no voicemails.
Declining quality on NYS Motor Vehicle Inspections..Delta Sonic had been the preferred place for NYS Inspections for my entire family because they are quick and they dont do major repair work -so they are less likely to rip you off for unnecessary repairs like traditional repair shops or dealerships will. The most they try to do is a gratuitous up-sell on uneeded fuel system flushes and so forth. Its comical listening the the clerk trying to convince housewives that their 2 yr old Lexus or Range Rover needs a throttle body intake manifold cleaning. You may as well be speaking Latin..For two years in a row, they failed. The first time, the technician failed to secure the plastic wheel cover which was removed from the front left wheel; it promptly flew off and into traffic on the way home.The 2nd year, the technician broke the left front wheel cover and put it back in place without telling my elderly relative. The first time, we filed a claim using a form given to us at the store. Delta Sonic issued store credit for use on an oil change, which was a minimally satisfactory outcome. The 2nd time, we didnt bother and vowed to go elsewhere for NYS Inspections....................................................................................................................Note: If youre the designated Delta Sonic PR person and are going to respond to this in the typical canned response, dont bother. You had two chances to improve your service and failed.
Have unlimited details and every single time they leave oily streaks or hand prints all over my black paint and windows , One clueless worker wiped down the exterior with tire shine so I went back through for a wash and the rude incompetent manager told me to make sure next time i go to the back of the line. Well don’t wipe down my car with tire shine and leave streaks all over it and you won’t have to worry about that you idiot

Never ever take your vehicles for Oil Change or any Mechanical Issues because they will DESTROY your vehicle, worth saying few of the guys working at this Location are professional Thugs, just stay away from this place. Racism, Discrimination are the Pillars of this business
I came in for wash and Interior and Sean had my car at end of interior He made Sure vehicle was clean and I was happy with everything he was not inpatient why I looked under all the seats and Mats and investigate it all cupholders He kept a smile on his face the entire time even greeted my children very quick and awesome service I would definitely look for him every time I visit this location for an interior cleaning!!! I spent 2 hours with my sick 15m.o AND $21 to be quoted $145 for a bulb n lube (labor) and quoted $180 for 2 new tires!! Im a single mom of 4, I scraped all my money for used tires just to pass inspection & they fail me for a flickering light? 💔😭 I will NEVER go back there again.
Uuuuh.... Why did I hate this experience???? BRAND NEW CAR... Less than 4 days old. Took it in to get paint sealer and the 6 month wax, to hopefully make it thru the winter. They ruined the finish on my hood, used rubbing compound on the clear bra I TOLD THEM WAS THERE, AND TO STAY AWAY FROM IT, and sealed dirt in under the wax on the rest of the car. Filed a complaint. Figured Id have heard from them by now. They have till Monday before I file with the BBB, and call 2 on your side. Hopefully I dont need to take legal action for restitution. *****NEGATIVE 5 STARS*****
Long wait but worst part was the damage to my vehicle. Its been 4 days since making a damage report and I still havent been contacted yet by delta sonic to discuss the claim. Manager who took the report unhelpful but apologetic. Bad experience and poor customer service and the damage hasnt yet been repaired.
Ive been suing this Delta song for mostly Dunkin coffee and gas. I must say Virginous, Sheryl, and Denise are amazing. All three of them remember my coffee order, which is always correct, hot and fresh. 10 stars to them! Amazing staff at the Dunkin inside of this Delta Sonic!
Caught a flat after calling everyone I knew and waiting for someone to come help me two employees by the name of Mike and Robert came to my rescue there service shop was closed I had my children in the car and they changed my tire and were able to get me back on the road I will forever be great full of these two men may God bless them and there families

Ive been going to this Delta Sonic for over a decade and Virginous is the hardest working employee Ive ever came across by far , He always greets me with a smile hes very caring and truly cares about helping out his customers, I always feel welcomed when Virginous is working, In my eyes Virginous is the altimate professional and one of the main reasons I enjoy visiting this Delta Sonic.
I had a car accident an in front of here and there employees jumped into action to help me and try to keep me calm and make sure I didnt move called for help and made sure I was ok Thank you to everyone who was here yesterday for your help I am 99% sure this is the one it is sine this is the one closest to the hospital I went to. Based on that pretty sure I have the correct one If not hoping you can help me find the correct one to thank them. I was in a silver car the police report is not availble for a few more days.

2022-06-29On Saturday 06/25/22, I went to this car wash as per usual to have both my interior and exterior of my car clean and when I went to pick up my car from the interior cleaning I noticed my spare tire cover was missing. After a worker went back to the car wash and searched for the tire cover he returned with a completely destroyed tire cover as seen in the pictures attached. I made a claim as I was told and received a call back from the claims department. However, instead of being spoken too appropriately with a nice and respectful attitude, I spoke with an worker (Shawn or Sean) that clearly was having a bad day and was spoken over by. I myself have never had a problem with delta Sonic before this, but I was met with such disrespect that I was left astonished and truly sadden for this place of business. At the end I have received no compensation for all that I dealt with although I had no part in it. I highly do NOT recommend ANY DELATA Sonic location for any future customers as when things go wrong they will not support the customer in their errors.

2022-05-03I waited a long time to write this review. So, back in March of 2021, we took our 2018 Subaru Impreza there for a car wash. Theyre always in a big hurry, stacking in cars bumper to bumper. On this occasion, the SUV ahead of us caused one of the machines to rise up for cleaning, but as it came back down, it damaged our front bumper. We reported the issue to them, and to our insurance company. We paid a $500 deductible to get it fixed. Delta Sonic admitted they did the damage, but we found ourselves embroiled in a year-long fight to get them to pay for the damages. They claimed our insurance provider never sent them the subrogation package, despite the provider showing me proof they did. When I called their office the staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and all around nasty, talking down at me and generally being awful. After countless months of calls and emails, I finally filed with the Better Business Bureau. Delta Sonic tried to continue claiming they never got the subrogation package ... not realizing I had uploaded the whole thing to the BBB website. Finally they were forced into paying, when the BBB caught them in an obvious lie. Here it is, May 2022, and we just got our money back. On a separate occasion we went for an oil change and they botched that, using the wrong filter. We had to go to a dealership and get repairs done, out of pocket. We didnt fight them for that money back. Instead, we vowed to never go there again, even if they have gas for $1 per gallon. This is an absolutely terrible company with rude, deceptive staff and ethically reprehensible tactics. They have ZERO respect for you as a customer and they will fight tooth and nail to avoid paying for damaged caused by their shoddy equipment, their impatient ethos, and underskilled staff. They have a lot of competitors in the area who arent 1/10th as awful. Go to literally any of those.

2022-06-07My car had never been cleaned professionally since we bought it. I have a dog that sheds a fair amount and a kid that had been eating and inside the car for the past 5 years. My car was disgusting and needed a really deep clean. I’m impressed by the job they did, shocked really that they could get it so cleaned. I don’t believe my car has looked this good since we bought it. Maria was the one that cleaned my car, I went on 6/7/2022 around 8am and got it back a few hours later. I highly recommend their interior deep clean service.

2021-12-16This was after a interior car detail. Im just confused on how you miss mud?? Then the young lady couldnt remember where she put my key, she thought she vacuumed it up! I will never go back there again!!! I Akzo asked them specifically to clean the windows and they were worse then when I got there. The dash was not touched at all. It looked like literally they dipped the car mats in water and said have a nice day. I was so angry that I couldnt even speak, so after we looked for my key for 5 minutes I decided it was best that I leave!

2022-05-06They charged me twice for my unlimited membership and I called to have them fix their mistake. They refunded me the extra charge so I just paid the normal unlimited membership fee. I thought it was all fine until I went for a car wash the next day and the gate didn’t go up for the unlimited member line. Turns out they mistakenly canceled the entire membership upon trying to fix their first error. So there were 2 mistakes in the extremely short period of time that I spent with them. I’m not even bothering to renew the membership even though I paid for it. Just an incredibly unorganized & suspicious business and I simply will not be returning.

2022-03-16The service at this location has been a real nightmare for the past couple years. Every time I go for a car wash I return home with streaks all over my windows and dirt visible under my car (regardless of which wash option I choose). The line for the wash is a public safety hazard - stretching out onto maple road for hundreds of yards. Takes 30mins to an hour just to get up to the window where you are made to listen to the money grubbing company through their unfortunate employees.The worst experience I had was when I came in for an inspection - a month early; in order to give myself time to make needed repairs if necessary. I returned to pick up my car 4 hours after dropping it off and was told I would need expensive repairs to my emissions system. No big deal I thought, albeit annoying. What I didnt expect was for the service worker who performed the inspection to tell me he threw away my inspection sticker...a sticker which did not expire for another month. I spent the next month getting pulled over two-five times per week due to my missing inspection sticker and called it quits on this awful location and their terrible practices.Public nuisance, dishonest mechanics, horrid wait times, and a joke of a car wash have resulted in my first google review warning others to STAY AWAY from this money grubbing joke of a location. Hit up one of the many other auto shops along Niagara Falls Blvd and save yourself the money & strife.

2022-06-27Came in for an oil change, waited over 15 minutes, although multiple employees looked my way, not one of them acknowledged that I was there. Another car pulled up and honked it horn as was brought right in. Staff continued to ignore the fact that I was even there.Response to owner: no I did not speak to anyone, I figured since you all ignored me for so long but helped other customers right away that you didnt want my business.

2022-06-24Not at all impressed with the full service detail performed at this location. Spent close to $300 for a full interior and exterior detail and it looks no better than the job I could’ve done myself with a blindfold on. Interior vacuum came out ok but there was still dirt under the seats and in the cupholder area. The dash was still dusty in the corners and vents were still dusty. The exterior was washed and partially waxed as I noticed a ton of areas that the wax was still on. The roof was never waxed at all. The service writer told me the wax they put on would help hide some imperfections but I truly feel it looks worse now. Thought the wipes were a nice bonus though, definitely needed them right away to finish the job!

2022-03-19Much better organized,clear posted signs and free vacuums. Wish the other location were the same. Still long lines, but it’s a prime location.

2022-05-26This is the new Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Boulevard near Robinson across from Wegmans. Gorgeous. Huge. Full service. Nice design. I think it may be one of the biggest. Should be a great addition to the area.
