I have to travel every week from Syracuse to Rochester and at this time of year the front of my car is littered with dead bugs.I love Delta Sonic because even with a basic wash, they pre-spray everything down and the drive thru does the rest! The result is a sparkly, bug free car!You have a few different options here for washes and if you like you can even get a towel dry. In my opinion, I wouldnt go anywhere else to wash my car.The line does move quickly, so even if you dont have a lot of time, you will have a sparkly clean car!
I worked here for 3-4 years, before leaving in April of 2019 to go towards a different path ( my military career, and law school ). I hadn’t been back since. Well I just got back to the area this October , and the drive from Missouri to New York with two dogs, a husband who loves snacks , a newborn and a turtle did not treat my car so pleasant. That’s just the interior - the exterior looked like I took it mudding. Anywhos, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the location to see updated booths and friendly staff. It seemed like everything was upgraded. I purchased the unlimited and loved the sale advisors pitch and explanation, no hidden gimmicks or lies- she told the truth, kept a smile on, and got me what I needed. Going through the car wash was a pleasant experience as well; and my interior is definitely spotless… EVEN THE WINDOWS which I was worried about having streaks, because this used to be a constant complaint when I worked there. Definitely pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and hard working of the staff. Definitely a returning customer.
This is a very pristine establishment. I came in Tuesday the 21st around 4:30, for a express detail. The car came out phenomenal I was surprised at how clean delta sonic can really make your car, it looked as if it was brand new. Also when the young man showed me the car he was extremely nice and professional I believe his name was Al. Overall the experience was amazing and I am definitely going to come again once needed, I highly recommend this location!
I went here a few days ago for the first time and I have nothing bad to say! I was greeted by a young girl named grace. She was amazing! She explained all my different options and was super helpful with everything. I ended up signing up to be a member of the unlimited plan and it is such a steal! It is only 19.99 a month for unlimited washes! It can’t get any better than that! Definitely recommend this car wash!
Today was my second time ever at this car wash. I had some stuff in the back of my pick up and I totally forgot all about it. By the time I realized of my mistake I was already in the middle of the line and couldn’t back out. I told the first attendant I saw my issue. He said “let me grab a manager” Gates, the manager came promptly to my rescue. Helped me unload the stuff from the back and even offered to take care of the garbage that I was bringing to the dumpster and brought my stuff to the other side of the tunnel. She was professional, courteous and kind and didn’t made me feel like I dropped the ball. Even though I put them in a predicament. I appreciate the way Gates and the team handled my situation. Thank you. I’ll get a membership for my household and recommend your services to everyone I can just because of their service.
Paid $20 for a wash, $40 for interior, asked to clean my windows well.Came out to actual dirt spots still on my car. Pointed them out and attendant said, I saw those (but he didnt clean them). Back end of car was clearly not fully cleaned. Windows , that I requested be the focus had waterspots and streaks. For $60 I shouldnt have to point out multiple glaring issues. Just going thru the motions for $60 ?!?
First time ever visiting Delta Sonic for any of their vehicle services, I got a professional detail on my 18 Elantra. They did a really nice job inside and out, and the car smells fresh and minty clean upon pickup. I think the price is very reasonable for what they offer, I think my only small complaint is they didnt vacuum the trunk as stated in their online description, however its not a huge deal. Every team member I came across was happy, thanked me for coming in and offered prompt service. I would most likely come to Delta Sonic again for another detail!
Great job with interior cleaning. Specifically I think his name was Jeff M. did an awesome job with the cleaning. Definitely did not expect it to be that good. Thanks Delta Sonic and thanks Jeff. Truly made my day :) would def recommend Jeff for cleaning and recommend the car wash for exterior!
I have been a Delta Sonic customer for several years. In the time I’ve used their services, I rarely have seen the kind of work-ethic and dedication to customer service that I saw the other day by Kyle at the DeWitt, Erie Blvd location. He paid close attention to my “areas of concern” and made a point of putting in a level of effort I rarely see by anyone in any field these days, let alone a service field like car care.It’s my philosophy that whatever job you do, be it running a company, managing a team, waiting tables, cleaning… it doesn’t matter, you should be able to go home being proud of the quality of your work. Kyle should be commended for embracing this to its fullest and I hope that the other folks on his team follow his great example.
I was thrilled that the lines were finally short. It took 5 min to go through the car wash. It then took 1 HOUR just to get the 10 min interior cleaning. I sat in my truck for 20 min before line moved ahead 1 space. Another customer said it took almost 2 hours to get interior cleaned which included cleaning leather upholstery. I wont be going back to Dewitt. Ill try N. Syracuse next time.
Just got the express 1 hour detail with the wax. I wanted to say that the employee that cleaned my car tonight did an incredible job! My car looks like a new car! Im very pleased, especially as a former employee :) Im not sure of his name, but my car was a 2019 white subaru crosstrek and I dropped it off around 6 and picked up at 7:30 tonight (April 24)! If you know who that employee is make sure to let them know they did an excellent job!
I frequently bring my car through the wash in the mornings, probably once or twice a week most weeks, and it always turns out great. I have never had a problem with the wash or the interior cleaning service (the few times I have brought my car through). Recently, I purchased a super interior and vinyl package and was amazed with the results. The boy who did the work, Gary, managed to get all of the dirt marks and scruffs out of the plastic and it looked great. As always, everyone on the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and it is for this reason that I have been a customer for over a year now. I love Delta Sonic and would recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a great car wash!!!
I honestly meant to leave this review months ago, but in the beginning of the pandemic, this was the only gas station I visited that was spraying off the gas pumps continuously. One time while I was pumping and in my car, I watched an employee immediately wipe it down after use on several pumps, then touched up other ones as well. Great job and thank you for caring about your customers
I pay the extra for tire shine and coatings for car wash. 50 percent of the time I recieve what I pay for. The other half of the time when I do recieve it, probably by accident. Sure I could get back in line, wait 20 more minutes and maybe get what they missed the first time. I pay for the convenience of the quick car wash but starting to change my mind. Almost think this could be a legal issue because Im sure Im not the only one, NOT getting what they pay for.
Brought my car in today for wash and to have the wheel covers cleaned. Car looked great and they even got the brake dust off of my wheel covers. Ashley at the front had a pleasant attitude and a warm smile but was efficient and got ya through quickly. Remy did a wonderful job on the hand dry and the whole car looked great. He was such a sweetheart. Was even singing while he worked. Thank you Dayquann for the excellent service today. Great team !!! We will be back
Bought their promotion of buy 2 get 1 free super kiss car washes. I was told there was no expiration and they were good forever. Went back after a few months and was told they had expired. They gave me the second car wash I had originally paid for, but I did not get the ticket for a follow up wash within 5 days you normally get. They also did not honor the free car wash.
A week ago I had an issue with the results I got from my car wash and interior job. The owner responded to my review and took care of my car the next time. I appreciate the results of this second wash. Thank you for taking responsibility for the last results. In conclusion I recommend this location reasonable people and kind staff that will help you the best they can. The managers Bryan & Jose took great care of the situation.
Came in for the first time today for an interior cleaning. My car was filthy to begin with, but after the cleaning looked great! Gary, the employee responsible for the work asked me very politely if I would review his work, and after such a great job I happily give him 5 stars! The staff in the convenience store was also very nice.
Delta Sonic fell a long way. My car NEVER gets clean after going through the wash here. The back? Forget it, doesnt even look like they touched it with anything - which doesnt even seem possible. The front is a mess too - cleanER - but dirty after exiting the wash nonetheless. I always get cheated out of tire dressing so I dont bother paying extra for that anymore. Not to mention the unbelievably long wait times at any normal hour of any day. They need to up the quality and build a bigger or separate facility nearby. Disaster

Eric the manager always says hello and recognizes my vehicle and remembers I like brushes added to outside wash.Always super service!Another fabulous exterior wash today!
Exterior cleaning is good but I always wait for the interior even if there is only one car in front of me they make me wait in my car 10 minutes for no reason. I hope one day they make interior cleaning more efficient. Because I really love the idea and I have unlimited interior and exterior membership.
Your staff represents you quite well. Tyrmaine was very courteous and seems to make his job a dance while buffing the car down. His personality is what any service organization needs. AND...he came in on a rainy Labor Day Holiday. Good man!The young lady at the reception booth was also quite personable and explained all the options to us. Great up-seller! we were there 2:50 pm on Labor day. Another great employee!Thanks for the great service.
Everyone here is very kid and helpful, and take great pride in their work. The interior cleaning department works especially hard to make sure you are always satisfied. The exterior team is always friendly and wants to please everyone. The managers and staff do a great job at this location.
I did the Super Kiss ($16) car wash and I hadn’t washed my car in a while. After I came out the first time, David E. was the guy who towel-dried my car. He was very honest and told me that I should go through again because I still had bugs on my car, so they let me go through again for free. The second time I came out, David E. took the sponge at his station and manually scrubbed the bugs off the grill of my car. He went the extra mile to make sure my car came out clean! They were honest and friendly; I would definitely take my car here again!
If youre going to come up to a Customer with an attitude threatening to cancel their plan just do it then, because you didnt like that an employee previously gave me an unlimited sticker that I paid for and they never put it on the car. Then tell me to wait for a manager to remove it and they never bother to come talk to me, could have saved me the phone call to corperate to cancel.
Came for a wash the other day & had my car wiped by one of the regular girls I see at the Erie Blvd location all the time. She’s always smiling and has such a positive attitude, you can tell she genuinely cares about her job. She took the time to thoroughly ensure my front end and backs of my mirrors were bug-free after a huge road trip I was on last week. Thank you Brianna D!!!
I am at Delta Sonic almost every day so I know what to expect after a 10 minute interior clean. Once your car is ready an employee gives it another quick wipe down to make sure you are satisfied.. Today, my expectations were exceeded... the inside of my car looks phenomenal! The employee gave it the wipe down but then took extra time to get into cracks and places that can easily be missed. He did a great job.I asked and his name is Zeek. Thank you!
First let me just say that car detailing costs a nice chunk of money. It’s almost $240 after tax (not including tip yet) for professional interior and exterior detailing at Delta sonic, so I was expecting my car to be sparkling. Delta did an average cleaning job overall to be fair, BUT when I leave my car with you for 5 hours, i should not have to get there and then tell you to clean off the black tar spots you left on the exterior of my car. It doesn’t take much to get it off, some spray and wiping...and I should not have to tell you to vacuum parts of my car that were missed. I shouldn’t have to tell you to wipe off white waxing coat spots that looked like paint off my black running boards. I should be able to pick up my car, and drive away happily with a thorough detail, and not instruct you on how to properly finish detailing my car while I wait another 20 minutes...I will go elsewhere next time.
Had my car cleaned inside with a basic interior, while they did do a nice job, I feel $22.00 is much too high a price for a basic interior, especially for a unlimited wash member. Should be 1/2 price for unlimited members w/o having to buy unlimited interior cleaningnice job cleaning
Came here to get the inside of my car looking great. I was wrong. The vacuum job they did was as good as the one I can do at home with my little, portable car vacuum. Anywhere that requires you to reach to clean the windows wasnt touched. The back window was completely ignored. The service I paid for said windows would be cleaned inside and out and they didnt even do the outside. They didnt even bother to wipe off their chalk mark of the service I got. When going back, they didnt send a manager like I asked, they sent a kid to get the back window. I told him not to bother but he ignored me and I told him not to touch my car but he kept doing his thing. Finally I got a manager to come out and tell me the outside of my car isnt clean. Of course its not. Its raining. But I still want the outside of the windows polished like the ad said. Finally got my refund. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.
Took my car in for an interior detail. My first time having a detail done at Delta Sonic. When I arrived in the morning to drop off my car for the detail I went to the front counter to check in as I was instructed. It took over 20 minutes for a girl from the detail department to finally come out to get my information and take my car.I was told to expect the car to be done around 2pm. 2pm goes by and it is now 3:15pm. I decide to call and see what the status of my car is. The gentleman on the phone tells me my car has been done and I can come pick it up. Are there no courtesy calls to tell you when your car is done?The detail job was fine. A couple of spots neglected, but overall the interior is looking nice. I would be happy with the job if not for the ridiculous wait time and the lack of a courtesy call. Certainly not worth $120 for this experience. Will be looking elsewhere for future detailing services.
Mediocre work. The car wash is automated so it misses spots often, the guys drying dont care so its not done quickly or well anyway. The place used to be great when it opened up, now theyre always packed so its a rushed service. I also have the unlimited interior, its also rushed. They miss a ton of spots, and they ask you what would you like us to focus on?EVERYTHING. Clean it, but I guess it doesnt matter. They dip your floor mats into a wet solution that does clean them quite well. They wipe down your glass, and vacuum your car sorta.Overall - 3/5They need to have more employees and not have them rush customers. Im considering canceling my plan when my promotion price goes away next month.
I brought my truck in the other day because it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a few months. I bought a wash and an interior cleaning and David took great care of my truck, paying close attention to detail. He even pulled it over to the side to wipe the bugs off of the front. Great job Delta Sonic!!
I came here to wash the car interior and carpet on the afternoon of August 22. When I came to pick up the car, they hadnt completely cleaned my carpet. My carpet was wet, and they had put it in the truck, and the doors were still dirty. Further more, they lost one of my carpets. I asked if they could replace it for a new carpet since I just bought this car at May. They told me that they couldnt give me any protection, they just asked me to fill out a form and nobody here can give me a promise. If I were you, I would not come here to wash car.
I have been using Unlimited Car Wash for two months, I can tell you not to expect too much from them, dont be cheated by their advertisement. When you get to the interior cleaning entrance you will be welcome by one of the staff who ask you about what you need to do and whether there are some area that you want to pay attention to. Then when the car get inside, they clean in it in rush, I have one piece back floor mat, they never take it and wash it, they just vacuum it and spray it with water to give you an impression that it is cleaned, one time I have some rust on the back seat and I asked them to clean it, I was looking at them when they clean it, they just spray the area in water so it becomes wet and dark so you cannot tell whether they clean it or not. Overall, I think they should have good management to focus on these details.
Zeke was in charge of my car while it went through its’ interior cleaning! Not only did he do an excellent job but he was meticulous and thorough , he was also professional and respectful. He did it all with a very positive attitude. That is why we do our business with 3 cars in Delta Sonic! Thank you.
I cannot thank whomever is responsible for hiring at this location enough. The staff are always extremely courteous and always do the best possible job. No matter how scruffy my Jeep may be at the time. A special shout out to the Detail Customer Advisor Christian Cerio at the DeWitt,New York location for taking such care in making sure that every part of my vehicle was perfect. Your pride in your job and in making sure that each customer is a credit to this company.
I used to love coming to the Erie blvd location, but they haven’t been doing there job lately. Did not use window cleaner to clean my windows only a rag. Did not spray or wipe my dashboard down. Had to go tell a manager they didn’t take my mats out of my car and clean them. Only put 1 freshener clip in my car. I will go the extra mile to go to the North Syracuse or Camillus one for now on.
Ive been washing my car in this place for several times starting in the spring, after nearly every wash Ive noticed scratches on my car and last one today, 3 of my 4 rims get scuffed. Just to warn everybody please dont go here if you dont want to have the same experience!! Please...
Good car wash and 10 minute interior wash unlimited for $29.99 a month. I just dont like when I get the interior cleaning done and they ask me what do you want us to focus on. I always say focus on everything dirty. To me thats a really stupid question. But overall this is a good place.
The workers are efficient. They may not be the most talkative but when I want to get my car washed and detailed quick, the $30 30 minute deal is hard to beat. I have never had a problem here and have been going for years. Their coupons make great gifts and I garuntee all of the negative reviews are one off incidents and very VERY far from the norm.
On Tuesday I was in the delta sonic store and Alexandria was super friendly and answered a few of my questions I had about the washes. Bri asked me while I was pumping gas if I had a good experience and if anyone stood out to me & Alexandria was the first to pop in my mind. I’ve seen her in there a few times great service and smile!
Over all very pleased with my unlimited plan, price of gas and friendliness of staff. Would have been a “5” but cars are too close together traveling through wash. If the car stops suddenly - as had happened to me, the chances of hitting the car is 100%. I realize Delta Sonic wants to get cars into the wash as quickly as possible but please, put some distance between cars.Would be great if one of your Syracuse locations offered auto services like oil changes.
Great service from Bri yesterday. I called corporate last week to fix my unlimited plan and it still wasn’t taken care of. She updated my information for me now everything works great. She recognized me at the gas pump today and asked how my service was yesterday. Thank you!
As a former car wash operator in Coatesville, PA, during the 1960s and 1970s, I greatly appreciate the manner in which Delta Sonic is equipped in these present days, and thus the excellent car wash I get every time I bring my two older cars there! Your staff is attractive, well-trained, and courteous! Every car wash is a quick, pleasurable, and well-done experience without the worry of possible car damage! Keep up the good work Delta Sonic! (See my former car wash below. I designed the building in 1965, and had state of the art Sherman equipment of that day, complete with pull-chain conveyor, steam whitewall washer, and guys in the middle with hand brushes and rain gear!)
I went in to delta sonic a few weeks ago and Josh and Alyssa were handing a very tough situation with an angry customer. They did an amazing job and were extremely professional. I love going in there, every is so friendly and helpful. They have the best staff ever.Review update: after leaving this review I went to Delta Sonic later that day with my corgi to get my husband’s car washed and detailed. While in the detail line I went to throw away my dogs empty puppuccino cup. She proceeded to lock me out of the car. Fortunately Alec was able to get the door open and unlocked, but this was after I apologized to everyone in line and tired to get her to step on the unlock button. Thank you Alex again for saving the day!
Loved it! You are in and out within a few minutes. This location offers car wash, detailing , interior / exterior, light duty work on cars oil changes & much more. I have been multiple times for the super kiss car wash. You get 2 washes for around 15 bucks, that worked perfect for me!
Be EXTREMELY careful getting your car washed here! Especially at this exact location. I purchased an unlimited car wash plan for my brand new car. I went through the wash at the Fairmont location and the car wash did about $800 worth of damage to my car. I was told to file a claim and someone would get back to me within a couple weeks. Delta Sonic denied my claim when they were 100% at fault. I would not recommend any location due to the fact this isnt the first time Ive heard stories like this. Unfortunately I didnt realize how true the stories are until this happened to me. Go to a real touch free car wash or somewhere like 4 Seasons that wont damage your car and NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!
Carwash line was moving smoothly typically have a great experience bought a SUPER KISS PLUSS. Got an interior and they forgot my fragrance and couldn’t find my free washes asked one of the girls for help that was walking around the front. She grabbed the fragrance for me, found my washes under my seat, and asked how my experience was and if any particular employee stood out to me. Well she stood out to me thank you. Can’t remember her name think it’s starts with a B
The carwash is a good deal. Using your card for gas discounts because of Unlimited washes plan sucks ! I have had nothing but trouble using this discount card. This is the 3rd card and none have worked better than 10% of the time. It has gotten so bad, I dont even stop in to the office to get the refund coming to me. I get a lot of eye rolls and deep sighs from the attendants behind the counter. Ive had managers come out and try it. I will get gas elsewhere from now on and use the car wash until a better deal comes along.
My daughter’s car broke down in the car wash line on Friday night; she was understandably rattled and upset. Cory came out of the booth and helped her calm down while he directed the traffic around the vehicle. He stayed until dad and AAA arrived; he went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was okay. Can’t thank Cory and Delta Sonic enough for the assistance!!!
Nearly every time I go through the wash, the person operating the entrance to the automatic wash is quite rude. For what customers pay for this service, I expect a higher quality of customer care. Generally, I can’t complain about the remainder of the employees. The quality of the drying varies from time to time, but that’s trivial in comparison. However, just because your facility often times can’t keep up with demand doesn’t mean we should be subjected to a rude employee.
Leah B did a fantastic job on my car. I had residue all over the top of my car from driving under bridge construction runoff. Leah took the time and the hard work to get off every spot from my hood, windshield, sunroof, and roof of my RAV4. My car looks show room perfect!
I had my car in for an interior cleaning with seat shampooing recently.Danelle did an absolutely exceptional job!He even vacuumed out the trunk and wiped down the dash better than the people who were supposed to do it!He definitely gets 5+stars for a great job and personality!
Their automated carwash ripped both of my windshield wipers off, and bent one of the arms. I complained to the manager and he came out with replacement wiper blades that looked pretty cheap. They must’ve been rather cheap because they only lasted a couple weeks. Now I have to go out and spend $50 on new wiper blades that are not junk. I have a new Chrysler town and country, and have been to other sonic carwashes plenty of times and never had a problem. The fact that the manager had wiper blades and the paperwork ready to go as quickly as he did makes me believe this is a common occurrence.Update: the manager got ahold of me after this review and replaced my wipers with the same ones that where ripped off, very happy that they took care of the problem.
Was never getting my wax and stuff in the wash ever except when I first upgraded my unlimited car wash plan. Went and asked manager for help & Bri realized there was an error with my information and fixed it she sent me back to try again in the fast pass lane and I got my extra thanks.

Every time I bring my truck in everything seems to be done well. Never had any issues. I’ve been in very tight time restrictions and they’ve thrown extra guys on my truck to get me out of here. (Maybe they see the bulge in my pocket) jk. 5 star review from me. Get some flat work concrete in the budget for me for 2020.
Customer service has become TERRIBLE at the DeWitt location.. When you first pull up the majority of the time the people washing the vehicle down either pay no attention to what they are doing or stand in one position and only spray down the parts of the vehicle they feel like. After getting it washed the people drying the car down is a 50/50 chance of getting someone who actually cares about what they are doing.. I have watched the same person use the same towels on 3 different cars before I get to them. I kindly ask for new towels and depending on who you get they will either be like ok no problem or give you a attitude... I ALWAYS tip them at least $2-$3 depending on what type of job they do and they are ALWAYS appreciative of that .. It just has really changed since first opening here. As for the North Syracuse or Fairmont locations they are about the same depending on who you get...
This rating is for the location, not the employees.I just cancelled my wash subscription because the lines have been way too long. The last 3 times I was there (8AM, noon, 7PM) I drove away without being able to use the wash. I also dont like the setup where you are trapped in the line once entering.Wish I took a picture of the total gridlock I just witnessed.
I typically go to the Mattydale location but yesterday decided to visit the DeWitt location. I was very impressed with the carwash. Afterwards I went to get gas and my card wasnt working. One of the managers Bri came with me over to a pump to help me figure out the situation and it then worked just fine! Thanks a lot for help. Great service!
This delta sonic has a worker behind the counter that is very, very lazy.Shame on Delta Sonic keeping such a person. I go in there on a regular bases. Each time I in and he is there, I ask for help and all he can do is direct me as a consumer to do it myself. There was however, a lovely young lady who did step us and help me. All this other guy did was talk to another employee. Todays date is 3/8/19. I was just in the store at 3pm. The manager at Delta Sonic should be able to figure out who was working at that time.
I cant believe I sat with my sister today (September 3, 2016) for an hour and a half to finally get back in her car and it was terrible, the windows were streaked, the inside rear view mirror was streaked.The front bumper, the side rear view mirrors still had dead bugs smashed on them! The wheel wells were still muddy! She paid for the works. What do you get for the works??? Satisfaction??What a terrible job! Im not usually a complainer and not usually ver picky!
I went in for the Steam interior clean. It was a total waste of time and $$$. It says 30 minutes,...not even close and the guy stood around with the steam wand most of the time. four puffs around the door jams and a lazy wipe? For $15 extra?I know the car was dirty but maybe they could have cleaned the cup holders? Maybe the rear-view mirror? Oh and they cleaned the inside of the windows but the Steam left nice spots all over the crappy job they did....nice when you clean the corners too.Im so glad I didnt spring for the vinyl protectant for another $30 that they tried to up-sell me.I was going to get an exterior wash but figured they would screw that up too so I spent $2.50 and did it myself at the awesome place on Thompson road. I even recleaned the front matts after the whimpy squirt they had at the Delta Sonic.I guess if your car is already clean then maybe its worth the money, but I will NEVER waste my time or money there again. I wont even bother collecting the Free 10 minute cleaning in the next 30 days! I can wave my hand and do a better job with a feather duster.I rate it ZERO!!! but it FORCES me to give it a Star!!! How WRONG is THAT !!!
I’m an unlimited customer and have been having insane problems with it never reading anything at any location the last month. The girl in the middle booth Brianna finally looked into it for me by my credit card and found my plan and fixed it now I have no problems! Thank you Brianna for saving me anymore frustration and headaches whenever I come through now!!
Pd 186.00 for detail rugs still had mud back window wasn’t vacuumed and I have greasy fingerprints on ceiling and inner frame around windshield do not do this I could of saved money and done a better job canceling membership very dissatisfied and no it had new mats put in and driven right to garage for a surprise for me when I got home so no I did not speak to anyone since it was days later and no it wasn’t driven after detail he wanted it perfect for a gift it was dark outside when he picked it up
Accidentally was in the wrong lane for my carwash and one of the guys was quick to help me out. Bri asked me if anyone gave me great service and I couldn’t remember his name, so she helped me figure out who he was so I could give him recognition. So thank you to Manish!
I remember when this place first opened up it was awesome they did a great job Wash and detailing now its as though they just rush you through I cant tell you how many times I have to go through the wash more than once just to get the back of my truck cleaned. Not to mention the prices seem to go up every year so the cost is up quality is down
Poor only because its the lowest choice possible. Avoid it; one of the employees washing my truck stole a 300$ ipod, a 50$ iphone case, a case of over 100 cds, and every auxiliary and charger cord I had in there. They made me file a report but wont do anything about it, not even look at their cameras. I know they stole all of it because as soon as they returned my car it was obvious a lot of stuff was missing that I was using before the car went into the detailing area. Such bull! They were too lazy to even search the employees while I was standing there right after the wash!
This lady featured in the photo attached is a LOONY! Some how this employee hopefully soon to be and in which should be fired -employee... ended up getting the Head Management Position here at Delta Sonic. I have. I have been going to this CarWash for three years now. Never had a problem here besides when this uneducated and ill-mattered specimen started saying aww helllll nooooo when a seperate employee asked to see my I.D and I went to show her a photo of it on my phone since I didnt have my wallet on me. Im 31, full grown out beard and have a Porsche sitting out front of the doors. If they dont want to accept that, its completely understandable. The way that this other specimen came and barged into the convo was BIZARRE! Very rude, disrespectful and can be replaced by a bum on the street that will have much better ediquet than this human being! Car-Wash on the other hand... Im pleased by it.
The lines are always long & they over work their employees with no break in freezing temperatures all the time . i’ve seen managers treat the employees like scum , they show favoritism to certain employees mostly white females and males which is sickening because there’re plenty of black employees working there as well . this place needs new management asap SMH
BEWARE, dont buy the second car wash to get the third for free, theyll tell you that both car washes will be good for two months, but the free one is good for 5 days only, you may think its a good deal to have a free car wash even after 5 days, but once you wash your car for the first time, you dont want to do it again in this place, the work done by the $16.20 super kiss can be done for $7 in any regular carwash
If i could give this location a ZERO i would and its not because of the employees it would because of some of the managers two who i was witnessed first hand verbally abusing a employee ive been coming here for years but i can no longer support a business who abuses the employees i will also advise my family and friends to find somewhere else to go i hope this gets dealt with because no one should have to work under those conditions and too those two managers i seen on two diffrent occasions shame on u these are people with feelings and im sure want to be spoken to that way.

2022-05-14I had my car washed here today around 8pm being a really warm nice day. My experience was great and bad at the same time. The cashiers were complaining about how busy it was at 8pm on Friday 5/13 at 7:45pm when they don’t close until 9pm and how they couldn’t stop traffic from coming in and wish they could. Unprofessional.After the car wash I had another associate who was phenomenal named Abby or Ally dry off my car and before doing anything she talked to me and asked nicely if I had time to go back through the car wash because there were bugs all over the front still. It showed her level of detail and confidence she wanted my car washed right. I did that and she made sure when I came back through that the whole front of my car was thoroughly power washed. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail and tried to tip her at the end but politely declined saying it is my job to make sure everyone’s car looks good coming out. She deserves any kind of award or employee incentives you can offer her. She is a fantastic employee to keep and is definitely supervisor oft manager level of not already! Will come back just thanks to her honesty and her making sure the job is done right.

2022-04-12Pay for a detail get less than a decent vacuuming. Save your money or pay someone to vacuum you car somewhere else. $172 for an express detail? What a joke. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because I like the car wash. 3 people needed them to do their car twice until it looked presentable. The Manager does not look at the car before sending it to the next cleaning station. Luckily a young man working there was happy to pick up the slack. Oh and my friend called me to tell me the same thing happened to her today. Paid for a vacuuming got crumbs instead. What is this?

2022-06-20Love this place. I get the unlimited wash pass, and the Delta Sonic card that gets you a discount on gas. West Genesee St location has many free vacuum stations. No excuse for your car not to look great inside and out. And once a year, after the brutal Syracuse winter, I get the Big Clean when I have them detail it. My car and its driver are so much happier now.

2022-04-28The worse car washing service ever. Bunch of losers on their phones instead of making sure people take turns properly before their cashwash. My advice to manager is to get some people who want to work. Cancelled my membership on the spot.Instead of being sarcastic in your reply about a lead to get employees, why dont you usually have a manager there on the floor looking and seeing what your employees are doing? Your employees were disrespectful and laughing instead of organizing the car flow like youre paying them to do. It seems their actions are only reflective of that of their management, based on your reply.

2022-04-24I have a mixed feeling about this place. First let me say, the car wash is wonderful! The car wash machine does a great job everytime and the employees who wax and dry at the end always do an amazing job. Now as for the convenience mart, this is where I have a problem. I pay $30 a month to use your unlimited car wash everyday. You are supposed to get perks in the store, which you do, like free coffee....and used to be any size soda for 0.99 cents, until today which I was rudely told by the cashier that delta sonic no longer does this. Because I pay so much for the car wash, I feel that this is unacceptable. After finding this out, I am no longer going to be buying anything in the convenience store again. Also you guys might want to have a talk to the rude cashiers that work around 3pm on Sundays.

2022-05-22I went in today to get my truck detailed. $180, and almost 2.5 hours later the job they did was horrible. The young kid doing my truck was continually was on the phone texting instead of working on my truck. In fact, I saw several managers walk past him as he texted for 15 minutes stretches. My truck just sat there. The interior doors and cup holders were not even cleaned out. I had to go to a manger to get him to redo my truck and AGAIN, this kid was texting instead of working the second time on my truck. Horrible job and for that amount of money it should of been pristine. I did track down a manager and stated my unhappiness for the job done and the kid not even working at his job. Save your money and find another place that cares about their customers and their service.

2020-04-29Worst business ever. Paid $150 for interior detailing and what they did was just a basic cleaning. Plus, they returned the truck with a major crack on the windshield which costs $250. Filed a claim (#495261) on March 6th. They said I’ll get a call in 5 business days. Two weeks later still nothing. I called them and the lady on the phone said she can’t find my file. It’s been almost two months. Stay away from this phony company.

2018-12-07If it allowed me to put ZERO stars I absolutely would!! I went to delta sonic on Erie blvd on Saturday December 1, 2018. I purchased the interior cleaning package for $120. I dropped my car off at 1230pm and they told me it would be done in about 4 hours. I picked it up around 730pm after I got out of work and when I got there the manager told me “oh I didn’t even know there was a vehicle here for a cleaning” when I went to look at my car I noticed scratches all over the hood of my car and the paint is completely off !!!!! I have before pictures of my vehicle and I showed them to the manager and all they told me was we will look into it and get back to me within 5 business days. So today I call to get a follow up and I was told my claim was denied and that those scuffs and scratches were there prior to me bringing my car in and that they did not do it!! These people are liars and absolutely disgusting. I will be writing a letter to corporate and follow up everyday until this matter is resolved. I feel as if bc of my race that I was treated different and even the managers did not want to give me the time of day! I do not know how they run this place but I will not allow anyone to speak down to me like I am a piece of garbage!! The manager was trying to take all blame off delta and was not even trying to hear my situation out! Absolutely disgusting.
