Great experience. I had both my upper wisdom teeth removed on the 24th of January. The staff members were amazing and made me feel comfortable the whole entire time! Everyone was super nice. The whole entire procedure was quick and everyone was very informative so I knew what was going on. I was scared that the recovery was going to suck but honestly speaking I’m already able to eat. Idk if I’m part of the lucky few but I was eating the day after. I didn’t have an ounce of pain. Just uncomfortable because the roof of my mouth was sore of course. Dr. Bodey has miracle hands. I’m glad I trusted her with my wisdom teeth removal! Thank you so much!!
So where do I begin, I was sent there to get my wisdom tooth taken out because my dentist doesn’t do it, I made the appointment I show up they tell me that I need someone to drive me afterwords which was strange to me because I had my other wisdom tooth taken out with no problem and drove home but OK I had somebody drive me and wait outside, I go inside and check in I go to the back get my x-rays then I go sit down while I’m sitting down they start going over everything they go over how much it is for one tooth I paid $800 then I realize it’s $800 because they’re using anesthesia which I didn’t ask for and I did not want because it should be an option how many people want to go to the dentist to get knocked out. She did not even give me an option because remember as a dentist that’s where you make your money just pulling out a tooth is not a lot of money so that’s how she made her money with me I don’t remember anything all I know is my mouth hurt for the next two weeks after going there but when I go to my normal dentist and I’ve had route canals and teeth pulled out from him I have not had any issues but I go to her for one tooth my mouth hurt for two weeks and I got an $800 bill so to me something isn’t right, I just recommend you find someplace else because this place will make you broke plus leave you in pain.
I’d give 5 but the wait was dreadful. I’m an antsy person and I can’t stay still for too long so I kept going outside and making conversation with others there. All in all it was a good experience, I got the IV it worked instantly. I did wake up during the process and I remember being asked if she wanted me to stop. I shook my head no but then I went back to sleep and woke up to my fiancé in front of me helping me to the car. Today is the day after getting all four wisdom out and I barley have pain. I only take the pain medicine when I really need it but for the most part I’m doing good besides pain every now and then.Update: I was in a LOT of pain starting Monday/Tuesday. I called the office and I got a “I’ll have someone call you back” they never did so I called again, and the following time after they ended up being closed. They didn’t call me back Friday either. I had it taken care of somewhere else. If you need aftercare your best bet is going to the emergency room or urgent care. (Yes they will take you.) definitely disappointed especially because if something is wrong like an infection or you’re in pain from a dry socket it’s not going to get taken care of and that’s a big issue. I’d give 2 stars now because of this and the wait but I don’t want to be too harsh.
Omg where do I start I went in for a tooth extraction and all hell broke out. Dr. Brodey well I hate to call her Dr but she broke the tooth in my mouth and left sharp pieces along with the broken tooth the root and everything exposed in my mouth. She broke the bone in my mouth I have been going back and forth to my dentist and now finally after being rushed to Westchester medical center because being that everything was left exposed and she did not provide me with any pain meds or antibiotics she didnt even give me gauze or a after care paper she literally said I was a heavy bleeder and left out of the room. I am in excruciating pain avoid her she needs her license taken away for what she did to me and I trusted her all for her to treat me like I am nothing.
I got teeth extracted twice here and both times they were professional and extremely caring. after the Dr explained to me what she was going to do she put the IV in my arm, next thing I knew shes telling me shes done. The pain wasnt that bad. It lasted less than a week. Ill definitely be back if I need anything else done.
Honestly everything went well in the office I had a short wait but that’s ok my issue is that after I left I realized there’s multiple bone/tooth fragments left behind in my gums and it is very painful
The oreal surgeon I had today did an excellent job and I am really Happy on the amazing work thank you I am 100% happier I went and had rotten teeth pulled out today 😁
If i could give these guys 10 stars i would. Very clean waiting room, very nice staff. went it for 3 teeth to get pulled and i didn’t feel a single thing. Would deff recommend to anybody who needs oral surgery.
SO Kind and caring, every single member of the office Patient, kind, understanding, and professional. I had to get 4 (FOUR!) extractions, and Dr. Bodey and Team did an amazing job. Virtually pain-free. Very grateful and I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will be in good hands.
If you want to see your children in pain go here son had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled called today to see if they could call in anything stronger was told can’t be seen for 3 days take him to the emergency room worst place ever please if you love your children do not take them here front counter has no clue what they are doing or why patients are there to be seen
This place can seem off-putting from the moment you arrive, however, I now attribute that to general nerves and anxiety associated with having dental/oral surgery.. It may seem packed in the waiting room, but people are called in quickly and the surgery is surprisingly quick. The staff are kind, caring and understand what you’re going through. The surgeon took excellent care of me, especially because I was extremely nervous going in.. I’m now home in my bed and don’t even remember having the surgery. Dental surgery is never fun, but this place is really safe and good at what they do
Had a great experience today 11/12/21. Assistant came in explained everything. The doctor came in introduced herself was very polite gave me a little sedative which your still alert, but felt no pain at all, and I was done within minutes. Would highly recommend them.
I haven been avoiding getting my extractions as long as possible since I’m terrified of the dentist but finally came to the conclusion I needed to get the procedure done. The receptionist got me in the following week and when I got there I filled out paper work and was seen in a reasonable time. The DR was very nice and I didn’t feel any pain !! For someone who literally went years avoiding dental work due to pain due to bad experiences let me tell you just go here and get it done !! Painless and I was out and about later that day
The staff are very considerate And helpful as well as hardworking I had a wonderful experience! She gave me an IV and then I had 4 teeth Pulled and one infected. I felt nothing not even the needle she put in my gums !! BY FAR BEST ORIAL SERGEANT! And it’s been about 3 hours since I got them pulled and I feel perfectly fine! What a wonderful place!
Worst dental experience ever. This is a Medicaid mill. I walked out once in the chair. They wanted to pull different teeth than my dentist had told me. The doctor said the teeth were bad anyway and I should just have her pull what was on my chart. She refused pain medication saying I would have no pain after pulling two teeth. She offered Tylenol. I have had teeth pulled before, and it has never been painless. I have never walked out on a doctors appt before in my 53 years. It took me two hours to drive there for nothing. Bad teeth still not extracted, still in severe pain. Another patient before me walked out because the staff wasnt following COVID guidelines, the staff not wearing masks consistently, or properly. Heavily drugged people leaving the office looking for their rides. They should be ashamed of how they treat their patients. Please find another place that will treat you like a human being, and not dollar signs. People without a lot of money deserve just as good health care as anyone else. Places like this should be shut down.
Bad place. The staff was nice. I had 32 teeth removed. The Dr didnt give me enough anesthesia so I woke up during the procedure. She said she was going to call in some pain meds and when I got to the pharmacy she didnt. Then I called them and they told me that they would call it in again and didnt. So I called them back and they closed. The 24 hr service said someone would call me back and they never did. Go anywhere else. I dont understand why the Dr would lie to you. Makes me question what other shady things shes doing
I had several teeth extracted the office staff was very caring and helpful I went in and everything was explained. The dental assistant was very caring and calmed me Dr Body came in explaining what she was going to do asked if I had any questions then put a IV in my arm which I never felt I was asleep woke up and all my work was done. Very good experience it was thank you to all the staff
Very very good experience. wonderful staff. It was suppose to be a complicated surgery but the doctor is a Pro so I was in and out. I recovered quickly also. This office was easy to find & has a huge parking space. Will definitely recommend.
Had a tooth pulled there today. Very very happy with the results. The staff was excellent. Very friendly, caring people. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me. The nurses were excellent too. Would highly recommend their office to anyone.
Went today for an extraction with IV sedation. 1st off Im so scared out of my mind but the staff n atmosphere put me at ease. Then with in 45 minutes due to me being a new patient so of course most of that time is the regular paperwork, I got 2 meet thr Dr she was so nice. Not only that shes excellent with the vein puncture. She got me 1st time with no pain! B4 I knew it im home in bed relaxing with🤏 minimal pain. Thank u 2 the whole staff u were all wonderful 🙏🏽👍
The staff is very friendly and the surgeon was very nice and did a very good job with my wisdom teeth extractions. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star review is because 1.) no one ever answers the phone which is a real downfall. 2.) I have extreme pain after I’ve noticed an abscess 4 days after my surgery, I called, they told me to come in straight away. I got there maybe 40 minutes after I called and they told me the doctor was out because she needed to go to the other location. Of course this wasn’t their fault but I wish someone told me that when I was on the phone with them and I didn’t waste a trip. I’m in extreme pain and cannot swallow and all that was told to me was rinse your mouth. Overall it has been an ok experience, I wouldn’t recommend but I also wouldn’t tell people to steer clear.
Went here for the first time today. Wait time was short. Dr is a professional. Everybody in the office is very kind. Im happy I found this place and would come again if I needed more work.
I have nothing bad to say about this place. I read all the reviews and It made me very skeptical coming here. I ended up coming here due to my tooth actually breaking which caused very little pain and wanted it removed before my pain increased! I was a walk in and was seen within 35 minutes after arriving. The front desk ladies were very nice to me , the ladies in the back who help the dentist during the procedure were amazing! She spoke to me and made me feel very comfortable. Surgeon came in , numbed my area with a cream and a needle. She waited about five minutes and started to go to work. I felt no pain just pressure. Within seconds she was done! Surgeon was very nice to me and advised me to follow all instructions on how to take proper care of the area . My Advice is to go early and have everything ready (paper work, referrals) so the process can be a lot quicker.
The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the Dr. here is super sweet and informative, but the front staff were wearing their masks improperly just barely over their mouths, not over their noses as well. The waiting room was dirty and not set up for social distancing. No soap at all in the bathroom. Makes me concerned about the standards of cleaning throughout the rest of the office. Definitely not returning.
Very nasty female. Didn’t even wait until the sedation was affective. She pull 3 of my teeth roughly. Told me she wasn’t going to do the surgery if I didn’t stop being a baby about the needle she did a iv sedation didn’t monitor me after the procedure. I fell asleep in the car on the way home once the medicine kicked in which put me at risk of a seizure and possibly not waking up. Very unprofessional and not a pleasant place. I will be giving the health department a call to inform them how disgusting and unprofessional this office is. I recommend to find someone else. Wish I could give her negative stars. Not happy what so ever. This office needs to be shut down ASAP
If there was a chance, I wouldn’t even give them a one star!. Not only did I get 6 teeth out all at once all around my mouth so my whole entire mouth was numb. They cut below my jawline and never stitched me, you can actually see a large amount of my jaw bone. I asked for stitches and they told me I didn’t need them.*PATIENTS BEWARE*

My husband had an appointment for 9:30 am. At 11:30 he walked out of the office. The waiting room was very cold and I do not think the heat came on once while he was there. Social Distancing was non existent and the competition between the loud hip hop music and the talk show on the TV was extremely annoying. He would NEVER go back.
I recently scheduled an appointment and was not asked what I needed done, they assumed I needed a tooth pulled, which I didnt. I told them I needed a soft tissue mass removed from my lip. They called the day before to get my insurance information so that when I got there for my appointment everything would be ready. They said my appointment was for 9am, when it was for 8:30 am. I questioned this and they said the doctor would not be in until 9 am, so I asked why I had to be there at 8:30 and they said to fill out paper work and to get an x ray. I reminded them that I was having soft tissue removed from my lip and would no need an x ray. They said it was to see if something else might have caused this. I arrived for my appointment at 8:30, checked in and filled out my paperwork. I sat in the waiting room watching people coming and going until 9:30 am, when I asked the receptionist what was going on. She told me they where waiting to receive a fax from my insurance company to make sure my insurance was active.(I thought this would have been taken care of already since the called the day before for my insurance info). When I questioned her she just repeated what she had previously stated in a very condescending manner. I told her I could not wait any longer and she replied in her condescending tone that they were about to call me in but thats ok, you can leave. I asked to have my paperwork shreaded, and left. In all of my years going to doctors and dentists, even veterinarians, I have never come across a medical practice that was so unprofessional. Im happy they treated me like this so that I left, because if the staff is allowed to act so unprofessionally, I can only imagine what the doctors are like! I gave them 1 star because it wouldnt let me give them 0 stars!
All the staff were friendly and my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) was quick and painless. I cant think of anything bad about this place. All the negative reviews scared me but my experience here was pretty sweet.
Most disappointing visit EVER! Arrived for my advanced arranged appointment (4:00) At 6:30 PM was still waiting for service. Id been taken in for the xray, returned to the waiting room. ALL other patients were taken before me, including those who arrived after me. When I politely complained about the wait, the receptionist and xray tech were kind, explained as much as they could, but included the explanation that the chart order could have been mixed up. I asked for an approximate time more to wait, they responded about 20 min. I was then shortly after taken in, asked paperwork questions, had blood pressure taken, and left for another 15 min. At this time I removed the BP cuff, removed the bibs, and left the office - for my hour ride home (not their issue but certainly worth consideration. Summary - never saw the doctor, no extraction, 5 hours wasted, and finally able to consume food after fasting from the night before! Dont go here if you have a choice. This is a cattle herder.
I dont know why this place got such bad reviews. I had 3 teeth removed. The staff was very friendly, went over everything and what would happen. Told me approximately howl long everything would take. The facility was clean. The oral surgeon was very nice went over everything. I didnt have any problems.
This place was great the surgeon and staff are all incredible. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to go over any questions or concerns. The procedure didnt take long at all very impressed and going back next week to get my other wisdom teeth out

From the receptionist, to the assistants, to the doctor, everyone that works here has a bad attitude. I waited for an hour and a half after the time of my appointment and the people ahead of me looked like they were in agony. When it was my turn the doctor came in and said its 3 teeth right? I said No its one she claims she specifically remembers me from our 30 second consultation and that it was 3. She was very wrong. I bolted from that place and wouldnt refer my worst enemy there.
Went in was taking in quickly staff was extremely polite and helpful the doctor was amazing and sweet she did an excellent job. I felt like we talked for 30 seconds and she was done. Best place. Will definitely go back there again
Only reason why this place is getting one star is because I have to put one to make a review. As a nurse I know that you should always be profession in the healthcare field. The people on the call lines for appointments were rude and then whe. I got to the office the experience got worse. The receptionst was nasty as she could be to people including her coworkers. She was so busy trying to live up to her nasty persona that she didn’t even send my medication to the right pharmacy. I was in pain for two days before I got my medication started. Here I am days later tried to get an appointment last week couldn’t. Tried to get one today and she tried to diagnosis me over the phone to my boyfriend. This lady needs to get out of the healthcare field ASAP and she made us latinas look bad. All I can say is I entered up in the hospital and had to contact the American dental association about this place.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Please dont go here. Wish I would have looked up the reviews beforehand.Went for a tooth to be pulled she recommended to taking out my bottom wisdom teeth so I agreed.Its beem two weeks and I still cant open my jaw and the pain is horrible and they told me to come whenever during the week for a free checkup. Funny thing is theyre closed. This place is grimy and doesnt care about our well being at all.
I got my wisdom tooth removed from Dr. Bodi or whatever her name was and she was very disgustingly nasty. She ran in the room like she was running late and tried to start the procedure without explaining what she was doing. She didnt even introduce herself as the doctor. She did a horrible job on the surgery and told me I was a bad patient becuse I told her I was scared and in pain. She refused to give me medication for my recovery when I was in a lot of pain. This office should be shut down and Im filing a complaint with the state medical board
5 Stars for my doctor he was friendly and charming. Receptionist was wonderful and funny. The nurses however were kinda salty to me, not happy to be there I guess. But I waited a while but it was worth it. Got an appointment quick too.
Had a great experience here! All the staff was very nice and professional and the dr was great! In and out in an hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone because I’m a chicken with dentist and they made it an awesome experience being kind and very sympathetic.

Over year ago had a tooth pulled went well. 2 weeks ago got a infected tooth pulles ive been extremepain for 2 weeks only given antibotics and ivprofen just went back for a follow up for the pain sat for 2 hours finall got in doctor didnt even look at the hard thing which i think is part of the tooth supposedly removed cutting my tongue and a giant bump on my gum just told time given more ivprofen. Gonna find another dentist to look at it and prove they are at fault for a botched surgrey
Worst medical experience ever. She was rude, laughed in my face when I was crying, refused to treat me and threw me out. All my paperwork was correct and in order , appointment had been made and confirmed twice . Begged her to remove my teeth, she claimed I was agitated and put my fist in her face, a flat out lie. Shes a disgrace to her profession.
This is the one of the worst offices to come to. They scheduled my appointment for 8:30 and was still sitting in waiting area at 9:05. When I asked how long before o would be seen the lady at the counter asked if I had an appointment to which I said “yes” so she replies it shouldn’t be long which was at 8:45. At 9:00 I return to question why if I had an appointment for 8:30 another person who was a walk-in was taken before me. The reply is because she walked into the door when they opened up and I entered after meanwhile I came at 8:05 but doors were locked !!! 🤦🏾♀️ Tjen they told me I was squeezed in as they were booked. I made my appointment 3 days ago yet the walk-in gets seen before me!!! Really. Will never come back to this office. Reviews were right!!! Wait is horrible and staff even worst!!!!
Do not go here.. they will let you make an appointment, tell you that they accept your insurance, and day of your appointment tell you they don’t accept your insurance. Drove over an hour each direction just to waist my time. Front desk people have no idea what they are doing
Dr Janet is the best the staff is kind and Courteous waiting room is large you think they are very busy and you’ll have a long wait but they take people in very quickly and boom you’re done without even a memory of your tooth being pulled thank you dr Janet for all you have done for me I’m grateful for the care I got thereYour the BEST !!!!!!!!
Went here to have 5 teeth removed. Left with one removed improperly and in excruciating pain. Told me to go to a hospital to have the rest removed. Fyi hospitals don’t do that. Would not recommend to anyone. Out of work indefinitely and not sure how long if ever I’m gonna be able to bounce back from this. Terrible people.
Would recommend anyone going had to have 4 teeth removed made a apt to pull 2 so i cud have I side to chew on also was supposed to be put to sleep. Well not only did they pull the 4 but I was wide awake amd felt everything also was givin mortin 600 and it did nothing for the pain wouldnt recommend anyone to go only good thing was staff was nice
I would stay away from this place it’s very ghetto and nasty. All assistance except one could up dressed way better like clothes that fit. Dentist numbed me and then wanted to tell me he was going to chip at my jaw bone to get my tooth out.. I never herd in my life of a dentist having to do that. I would never go back here and if were you I’d stay far away from here.

Went there for oral surgery and when I arrived I noticed that not ONE PERSON had a mask on!!!!!That gave me tons of confidence but I had no choice because it was an emergency!
Made an appointment for 11 finally got asked to walk in after an hour just to be told “ she can’t extract my wisdom tooth “ even though I specified that it was the bottom one over the phone . Waisted my day here.
By far the worst experience of my life was getting a lot of teeth extracted for implants had my insurance write off on getting all my teeth pulled at once instead the doctor told me yes I was going to get them all done then I woke up to find out only 1/3 of the teeth were pulled called to find out why it wasnt done was told they couldnt do them all because of complications she would do the rest next time went back was told again she was going to finish today but did not had to go back to get the last two removed I have to say she definitely medicated me then pushed out the door so fast I woke up at home and had no recollection of how I got there except for my wife who drove me and had to wake me and escort me into my house then a week later went back to have the bone filled down and was told she couldnt do it that day come back in two weeks then the day I was supposed to go back they canceled till the following week it seems there is no code of ethics here just get you in and out as many times as possible and as quick as possible I suggest staying far away trust me

Everyone was great. Dr. said I would feel a little pinch. I never felt it. The next thing I knew the staff was telling me I could walk. I had 5 teeth removed. Pain was minimal.
Like the inner most ring of hell. Normal wait times are 2 hours past appointment time. Lobby always overflowing/ not enough room or chairs. Zero masks being worn in lobby. Even staff have masks below nose, etc. Absolutely abhorrent in every way. Avoid if you can.

2022-03-03After reading reviews on here I was extremely nervous to go in to get my wisdom teeth removed. However I had a great experience. They got me in quickly explained everything very well. When I had a panic attack they were amazing and reassured me. They pulled my 2 wisdom teeth and the meds were ready at the pharmacy when I left.

2022-07-14I called them for an emergency tooth extraction and they got me in the first thing the next morning. Went there and had a lite bit of a wait but it was worth it. Tooth was taken out with no problem. Best dentist visit ever.The staff and doctors were wonderful.

2022-06-14Making an appointment as a new patient was super easy. All of my initial questions were answered over the phone & in office. Though I was given an appointment 2 weeks away, I was contacted the following day to be seen within 3 days, due to a cancelation!!!! In reality, you must prepare to wait once you arrive for your visit & its well worth it, being a consultation & treatment was done all in the same day! A major plus! Thank you Doc, clinical & admin. staff! 😁

2022-05-26This woman is amazing. I have been suffering for years and have seen several surgeons who didnt take my complaints seriously. She took one look at the x-ray said I see the problem and did the surgery immediately. She has changed my quality of life and I am so thankful for what she has done. I highly recommend her. She is the best surgeon I have seen in years.

2022-04-12This place is amazingly fast once you’re all checked in, you might have alittle bit of a wait to get in the seat, but once you’re in it’s bing bang, done. I ended up getting two pulled (not wisdom teeth) and the did a fantastic job. I was under the impression from the gentleman on the phone that it was a full on anesthetic that put you to sleep, they only sedate you..but it was perfectly fine for me afterward & I would love to have it again instead of being fully put out. I have severe anxiety & previous trauma from my regular dentist, but they were absolutely amazing!!! The staff was SUPER friendly, and encouraging. 2022-08-05I just want to said I had my wisdom tooth extraction today. I must admit I was a little scared because of the rating they gave this office. I give them a 10 not a 5. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. I thank you all.

2022-08-05Pro: SOME of the staff are very friendly.Con: When making an appt you call the Bronx and are unable to speak to someone in the Middletown location directly.Con: Dont worry about arriving early to fill out paperwork because youll have all the time in the world while waiting in excess of an hour. We traveled 50 minutes and arrived 20 minutes early for a 9:30 appt. We were told there was over an hour wait. If the office opens at 8:30 how can you be over an hour late already. Thats simply poor scheduling or complete disregard for their clients, either way the patient suffers .Id bet money that the surgeon wasnt even there yet. I wasnt seen until 10:50Con: The surgeon was very short with me and seemed to dismiss my concerns. Her actions spoke volumes when I was still explaining my issue and she walked out to see the next patient.We will most definitely not be returning

2022-04-27Very poor experience. Went for dental work, was told to come early to fill out paperwork, showed up at 9 for a 930 appt. Come 1030 still waiting people had been there since 8 waiting and started asking questions, they finally tell us the dentist is “running a little late” and wasn’t even there yet, she finally walked in around 11/1130. There were still people walking in for appointments, they were being told the wait time was 30 minutes. The waiting room was extremely cramped/full. Also to mention the music playing was extremely inappropriate for a dental office. Then to try and get in touch with someone is straight up Impossible. Terrible terrible experience

2022-05-23Doctors are great. The staff is not helpful. I got my wisdom tooth removed.they sent over the prescription to wrong pharmacy. the office closed. their call center didnt try to get office to send the RX to pharmacy. I call again when the office opened, they say they cant tell me where they sent it to.I tell them to send it to my pharmacy that i had given to them. My pharmacy cant fill it cause its filled somewhere else. I call back and tell the office to please tell me the name of the 1st pharmacy, they said sorry its been replaced/deleted, WE DO NOT KNOW fax machine has all info saved. So i tell them to please call my walgreens pharmacy and explain them the situation. I called my pharmacy after 1.5 hours and they havent heard back anything. so whole 24 hrs after surgery without pain meds and anti bacterial meds.UPDATE: They said the day i went to visit that i was covered for xray with my insurance company after running benefit of investigation. They then billed me for xray, cause my insurance company had specifically stated I had already used up my whole xray time. The lady that took the xray said I wouldnt have to pay. so why lie about what came back in the Benefit Results or they just dont know how to read them?

2022-03-29I dont think Ive ever experienced such lack of professionalism at a dental office.This is the only office my insurance covered in this area. I made an appointment for extractions. So I get there at my allotted time and the waiting room was full of people ...about 20. So apparently they get everyone there at the same time so you have to wait an hour or more in an unheated room , it was very cold day . We were all freezing and asking for heat but there was no response. . When I finally got in they asked me if I had someone to drive me home because they will put my under for the procedure . I did not , so they couldnt do the extractions. NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS BEFORE HAND. I had several phone calls with them before my appointment and nothing was said about this . Anytime Ive every had anesthesia for anything I was repeatedly notified beforehand . Then they charged me $75.00 for consultation ..there were other problems but I dont want to write a novel. So I drove 100 miles ($30 in gas) , spent an hour and half in a freezing room and was charged $75.00 for their mistake. Im going to another place that doesnt take my insurance but it wont be that much more money than this clown show.
