The location in West Islip is amazing. I am more of a nervous person and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Ask for Marybeth and Dr.Winberry. You won’t be disappointed. Michelle at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I’ll be switching to them moving forward.
The worst, most unprofessional Dentist. Simply asked to wait to do work for 2nd opinion and Dr Weiner flips his lid acting unprofessional because I want a second opinion. Completely out of his mind. I wouldn’t go to this hot head what so ever. Stay clear.

I had an excellent experience at this dentist and I will go back. I was an emergency and they treated me like Ive been going for years. I am someone who is very afraid of the dentist and I had 2 teeth extracted. Dr. Winberry was very gentle, Shannon, Denise everyone of the staff was great from when I called right to the end. I would recommend this place to anyone!
I had Jessica for the first time as a dental hygienist and honestly I have dental phobia and I’m always so nervous and all we did was laugh and joke and she put me at ease she was really a pleasure she is my new favorite! Dr. diamond comes in for the check up he has a wicked sense of humor and seems to know his craft! Although I did not need any work done so I cannot vouch for the work that he does his personality was delightful!
Just had a cavity filled. Dr. Diamond was awesome and reassuring. (I was nervous) They did a great job, I definitely recommend trying them out. I go for cleanings too, the dental hygienists are really friendly and do a great job as well. Reception is always helpful with making appointments and reminders. All around they provide great care.
My first experience getting my cavities filled with Dental 365 was more than excellent. I was super nervous, but between the reception staff, nurses, assistants and the dentist herself I was very calm and relaxed. I would highly recommend this (very clean!!!) to anyone, especially those who are afraid of the dentist.

I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist but everyone at dental365 are very welcoming and sweet which makes the visit a lot easier. Nadia was very accommodating and provided excellent customer support. She was very pleasant from the moment I made my appointment, I actually chose dental365 over another dental office that is closer to me because of how sweet and caring Nadia was over the phone. Dr. Diamond is a very caring man. He makes sure you are comfortable and explains everything. I had a tooth extracted this morning, which obviously is never a good experience, but everyone in the office goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr Diamonds assistant, Max, is a very thoughtful, kind person. He definitely made a bad situation as best as possible.
Absolutely LOVE this place. A Filling popped out at work after biting down incorrectly at lunch which cause SEVERE pain that lasted hours up until I arrived. I came in a lot earlier than my appointment and they took me right away anyway. The Dentist and Dental Assistant were SO sweet and caring. They always made sure I was alright and comfortable. The slightest bit of pain/discomfort I would show, they would stop and help me out. Honestly, I could have fallen asleep in that chair. 12/10 I definitely recommend them and have already to a bunch of friends.
Absolute Bessssssssssst!! Dental office of all time. Need I say more... I will. Great service, attentive, personable, fun, a pleasure to be around.When you walk in the door, it’s like a breath of fresh air when you are greeted with the beautiful smiles of Nadia & Christine. No matter what time of day it is you get a sense of being totally welcomed into the office. I travel 40 minutes to get the 5 star service we all deserve at a dental office. Like many, my past experiences with dentists aren’t good ones. Recently, one of my teeth cracked and I found Dental 365 on Montauk Highway in West Islip. I didn’t address the problem as was suggested then and within 6 months I was back on the phone with Dental 365. Needless to say I was apprehensive about my appointment yesterday.Aside from the typical complications that may arise during a visit I have to say, now that it’s over, I left there saying “I’ll be back” rather than “I’ll never go back to that dentist again!” The dental receptionists are professional and friendly and genuinely care. Office is bright and clean.Thank you Dr. Diamond for being so compassionate and kind. What had to be done wasn’t easy. It was uncomfortable and horrific for me. Dr. Diamond and his dental assistant (I don’t remember his name) were wonderful. You didn’t make me feel like I was being dramatic. Thank you for listening to me and caring about what I felt and was on my mind. Most of all, thank you for being the kind of professional that I want to go back to see!!! :)
Entire staff is wonderful. I see Dr. Diamond, always kind and caring. Jessica, my hygienist is gentle and informative, as are all the others. Dawn at the front desk is caring, helpful and fun. Not so bad since going to the dentist is necessary.
Exceptional experience with Dental 365 in West Islip. Chris was very helpful helping me with appointment and my insurance issues. I had intense nerve pain and had limited options during COVID19 restrictions and was thankfully able to get an appointment in West Islip location. Dental365 was open and practicing exceptional safety precautions. It was clean, state of the art technology and everyone was friendly. Dr. Winberry and her assistant were beyond professional and kind. Dr. Winberry extracted my wisdom tooth leaving me with no pain or anxiety. I will definitely use Dental365 again. Thank you for getting me out of intense pain- you all are greatly appreciated.
When I called for a semi emergency appointment, the girls were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The office is beautiful and the rest of the staff were nice as well. When I checked out, the girls were just so sweet. It means a lot when you are treated with kindness and respect.
Can I give 10 stars? To start off, I had dental anxiety. I suffer from white coat syndrome. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and I only went because I had three broken teeth. I can easily say that I HAD dental anxiety. The ladies who have worked on me and Max have been tremendous. I have more to do but I have no fear, no anxiety, and best of all no pain. If anyone is in the same spot I was in, where you are hesitant to go for fear of the unknown, and are reading the reviews sitting at home with a toothache, trying to decide whether or not this should be the place you turn to, please wait no longer. Call them and go in. You will be so glad you did. Dr. Winberry is absolutely wonderful. I have total confidence in her and she is caring and gentle. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience. I actually look forward to going in each time because I know that Dr. Winberry will fix me and take really good care of me. She cares about the whole you, not just your teeth. And the front desk staff is awesome! Thank you thank you thank you.
Had to come in for an emergency root canal and I was terrified. The staff and doctor were so nice& friendly, they really made it a lot easier and set my mind at ease. By the time it was over I was shocked.. I did not feel an ounce of pain and wondered what all the fuss is about over root canals! I highly recommend Dental365 in West Islip.

Had a great experience here! I called on Friday afternoon about a tooth acting up & they were able to get me in the next morning. So convenient to have somewhere with weekend hours, especially because I didn’t know how I was going to make it through the weekend with so much pain.Everyone was SO friendly and sweet. The receptionists, dental assistant, billing and the actual dentist. I wound up needing a root canal, which is what I expected. Price was also what I expected. I was taken in at my appt time, no wait, and was out in an hour and a half. Will definitely be going for any follow up work.
Every single person in this office is always so welcoming and genuinely caring. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Wait time is minimal and the friendly atmosphere makes going to the dentist so much less nerve wecking!
I was in terrible pain Sunday May 26th and the next day being memorial day I didnt think Id be able to find a dentist open. Luckily you guys were! I am the biggest baby when it comes to my teeth and everyone from the receptionist to the dr to the drs assistent was amazing. Super friendly and nice. Which really makes such a difference. They made me feel comfortable and I was so appreciative that they were there to help me get out of the pain I was experiencing. I would definitely go back and recommend people to use your facility. Took me in as an emergency first thing in the morning as I had broken a tooth the day before. Dawn, Max and Dr Fernandez were professional, personable, and I had a fantastic experience! The facility is clean, state of the art and has plenty of parking. Its a little less uncomfortable when you get to watch TV while being worked on!
Needing a root canal is never fun, needing one on Thanksgiving, one would think impossible. Thank you 365 Dental for being open and taking an emergency patient. The dentist and staff were supper friendly, professional and caring. Id highly recommend them as a primary dentist and in case of emergency, even if youre not a patient.
Went in as emergency due to my old dentist blew me off and didnt want to remove my molar , called this office spoke to an amazing lady Dawn who guided me and got me in the wright direction. They took me this afternoon and removed my molar that was so bad Dr. Lazar was amazing and his staff was as well. So hats of to you . This was my first visit at the West Islip location and I was very pleased and impressed with the level of care I received, from the professionalism of the front staff to the care I received from the dental technician and dentist. Actually, my 92 yr old mom was the patient, and I couldn’t be happier with the attention, compassion and care they provided her! I would/will recommend this office to friends and family....
Terrible, had an appointment for 12:15. I am new to the area. It was my first time, so I knew there would be some paperwork. Was brought to an exam room at 12:30 and was told someone would be right in. I waited and waited till 1:00pm, without any explanation of the wait. I understand when things get backed up. Just let the paying customer know. So, I had to walk out!!! It really didnt seem like there was anyone was steering the ship. Poor leadership. If they cant track who is waiting, kinda have to wonder about there services. Shame.Plenty of Dentist that would love a paying customer.
Went there for my first visit today, had to start a surprise root canal which was upsetting, but it went better than I could’ve expected. Very clean place, nice staff with a lot of personality, and the best part was I didn’t feel a thing and I got to watch Netflix in the exam room on their tv to distract me. I officially don’t mind going to the dentist anymore.
Although 365 Dental in West Islip is a very fine establishment with very good, transparent pricing and great service; this review is really in regards to their oral hygienist “Jessica”. Whatever they are paying Jessica is not nearly enough. In a world where any kind of customer service is lost, her bedside manner is second to none that ever experienced. On possibly the worst day I have had all month, she not only made the cleaning more tolerable but she made my whole day brighter. I have had shrinks that were less empathetic and caring than she was to me, all the while cleaning a set of choppers that if I was a pretty young lady I wouldn’t want to have to stick my fingers in. This woman should be used as the archetype for ALL businesses everywhere!!
BEWARE!! I had been going to Dental365 for years, since my father knew one one of the dentists there. My next visit after the dentist I knew retired, all of a sudden I had multiple cavities, according to the new dentist who examined my x-rays. I decided to take my x-rays to a different office by a recommendation from one of my friends who knows the dentist very well. At the new office, after the dentist examined my x-rays, he told me I had no cavities, and it was clear Dental365 was out to make money off of me. If Dental365 quotes you for dental work, please get a second opinion! Besides Dental365 falsely claiming I had cavities, the dental hygienists who I had been going to for years is amazing! Unfortunately I will never be going back to see her.
To make a long story short, got wisdom teeth extracted by another surgeon and Ive been in agonizing pain for two weeks. After being dismissed by my surgeon I came here. The staff is very friendly and I could tell everyone just wanted to help me. They packed my socket and I got immediate relief when my surgeon wouldnt do it. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could, even if it was just for something as simple as them packing a dry socket.
Dr. David Diamond went out of his way to make sure I received the care I required for the extreme toothache I walked in with. The assistant Lisa could not have been nicer or not more attentive. Best experience I’ve had at dentist .

I had never been to this office before. I called this morning because I was having tooth pain, and Tracy told me to come right in. The place is spotless and everybody was very nice and professional. Very happy I decided to switch to Dental 365!
My girlfriend suggested I go to this office as she has worked with them since they were located in West Babylon, all of the ladies, Tracy, Dawn, Michelle, Courtney and one other who I met briefly and cant recall her name (sorry!!! LOL) are all so sweet and caring and courteous and put me at ease and I am super impressed with Dr. Fernandez, I trusted him immediately and knew I was in good hands. I have a lot of work to do, and look forward to being their patient for many years to come. When we met he actually first sat down and spoke to me for a good ten to fifteen minutes just getting to know each other, he knows my girlfriend and asked how she was doing, remembered all about her and asked that I extend his well wishes to her. Some in this day and age of rush, rush, rush, and instant gratification may not appreciate a gesture such as this, but I certainly did. That kind of personal touch is so hard to find nowadays. I felt like a person, not just a patient. He is a kind, thoughtful, concerned, funny person and a witty consummate professional. He put me at ease, listened to what I had to say and was reassuring and warm, and I immediately knew I was in good hands and found my dentist. Whats more, he and I kept each other laughing the entire time and I actually had fun. Put it this way, how many dentists suggest putting on the classic rock station while working on you and then whistle along to Ozzy Osbournes Over the Mountain as they replace a crown that fell off?? As a 47 year old metal head, all that was missing was a mosh pit and beer (hint, hint). If you want great care, and to feel cared about, and the bonus of top quality work, that is not rushed, without the heres your hat, whats your hurry routine. My Fiance went a few months ago for a root canal. Root Canal was performed on site by a female Dentist. Little did we know that the Root Canal was not done correctly and the pain started to come back. We went to our Dentist who said that the Root Canal was not done properly hence the pain again. We had to pay twice for the same tooth. Last night my fiance went again and met with a male Dentist about a badly infected tooth which needed to be extracted. Dentist said he could not perform a tooth extraction and referred him to other Dentists in the area. He said he would call in antibiotics since my fiance needed them badly. We went to CVS and nothing was ever called in. At this point, Dental 365 was closed.
I had the best walk in experience here! The receptionist were amazing and super helpful with getting me seen right away. The environment was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will be returning and bringing my husband as well. Thank you!

2021-12-21I went to Dental365 in West Islip. OMG I have a fear of dentist but had am emergency. Dr. Diamond and his staff was AMAZING.#AWESOME They was able to cater to my anxiety and fix my issue with no problem. They even stayed passed closing time take sure I was fully pleased with the work. #DEDICATION. The place is clean from the door the bathroom and every room I passed had state of the art equipment. And it smelled amazing #AROMATIC. I would recommend I would go back. Kudos to whoever was the brains behind the operation. I am not getting g paid to give a review. Im A #satisfied customer.

They were accommodating, friendly and helpful!I had an emergency and was leaving for a trip the next day and they were able to get me in on short notice and take care of me. I don’t care for going to dentists and I have been avoiding them, until now. 2021-12-14I’ve been to both the West Islip and Bellmore offices and both are beautiful, clean and easy to find. The doctors and the staff are equally amazing! Crystal, one of the Assistance is absolutely charming and friendly and makes you feel right at home! Actually the entire staff in both locations are awesome!

The staff, especially the lady named Olga was extremely nice, caring and knew what she was doing. Estephan also knew what she was doing and also nice. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I came for my son but booked for myself.

2021-02-20If you are lucky enough to have Dr Winberry take care of you at the West Islip location, then you’ll understand what I mean when I say she is one of the most efficient, gentle dentist I’ve ever experienced. After just completing a root canal and nearly falling asleep in the chair from not feeling any pain I could not believe when she told me she was done. I have experienced many dentists, from Nassau County to Suffolk and no one can compete with Dr. Winberry. Maureen her assistant was very efficient and kind. The office staff he’s friendly and the office is pleasing and very clean. I needless to say highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed.

2020-11-13Dr. Winberry and her assistant made me feel comfortable. She’s a very good doctor. Explained everything that was being done. Front desk went over in detail what I had to pay out of pocket. Everything went smooth today. I was very happy with my experience there. Much better than that other dental place I went to down the road. Can’t say the name because of legal reasons

2020-02-21I was hesitant to try a new dentist office but Dental 365 in West Islip was highly recommended to me by a friend. The staff was SO NICE! Everything was clean and modern looking, they also played great music while I was getting my cleaning. My dental hygienist, Patti was so personable and did awesome work. Dr. Diamond had a great personality and you can tell the entire staff enjoys working there. Oh also in the room next to me, the patient was a child and I could hear the dental hygienist going above and beyond to make the experience fun and not scary for her. Such a nice place and atmosphere, I highly recommend.

2021-02-23I have been a patient of Dr. Diamond formerly of North Babylon, now at Dental365 West Islip for more than 10 years.He is compassionate, caring and extremely thorough with a healthy dose of humor. Dr. Diamond takes his time going over medical diagnosis and explains everything to me in a clear manner. His staff especially Estephany is caring and professional. Michele at front desk is always helpful and kind, I appreciate follow up phone calls after procedure. They follow all Covid guidelines and made me feel very comfortable and safe. This is first class dental care center on south shore. I highly recommended this office to anyone who is looking for great dental care. FIVE STARS
