Hi, I came to see Dr. Patel at Putnam Bright Smile Dentistry for a consultation and he recommended Dr. Kim since I needed implants. After researching Dr. Kim, I really liked what I saw and came for a consultation and felt that it was the right decision.I was nervous. Of course, I was, but Dr. Kim was very calm, explained everything in a lot of detail. Dr. Patel and Putnam Bright Smile Dentistry staff was great throughout my entire process, and made me feel very secure and comfortable. Everyone is very knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and I just felt I was in very good hands throughout the visits and treatments.My implants feel so natural. I dont feel any different at all. I have my happy smile back and thanks to Dr. Kim and Dr. Patel and his staff at Putnam Bright Smile Dentistry, it looks great!Angela
I must say the tech that was with me was very professional. Lets see what happens in the future. I received good service, a little pricey. Maybe because of whats going on with the uncertainty of the world. Very friendly staff.

The people here are very aggressive in trying to convince you to get more work done than necessary. I do not NEED my teeth to be whiter and I do not NEED Invisalign. I did not feel comfortable in the chair here and only visited this clinic one time a few years ago. I still received multiple phone calls and letters even after I have asked them to remove me from their mailing/call list. Not sure what else I can do to get this clinic to stop harassing me. I was pretty clear in telling them that I was not interested in coming back.
I really do recommend this practice, everyone was very nice, including Gisselle, Ada front desk, also the dentist assistance Celines, and Juan. I had a wonderful experience. Five stars.
Everyone is so welcoming and calming. Ive always been so afraid going to the DDS. They explain the treatment plans clearly, work with your insurance and you through the Financials. I really like all the people who work there.
Whether it’s policy or guidelines there is no excuse for what had occurred with my latest visit from this provider.After my visit and consult for a root canal, I was told that I need to go to my provider to seek crown lengthening procedure.My dentist questioned why I don’t just get the root canal with Dr. Patel and then come back and see him.I called back this provider and asked the cost of the procedure. The front desk said I would need to come back to get a price and then decide I want the procedure at that moment.I told her that I was just there an hour ago and asked if I can get the price. She said, our policy deos not allow us to quote prices over the phone. What! I was just there and now I need another day off and need to drive back to Brewster to drive another hour to Brewster-this deos not make sense. This is bad practice.I could not believe that I need to go back to get a price quote. If this is their policy they should have made the time to sit down with their patient and discuss payments and options.I requested the provider call me to discuss payments. It’s been over a week and I have not heard back from dr. Patel.Terrible practice standards. Be forewarned that you need to initiate a request for the cost of service as they will want you to come back again for another consult at Bright Smiles.I will not waste my time with this practice.The good news is I found a wonderful Endodontist in my local area!
After not being at Brightsmile for over a year everyone welcomed me back and were so kind and helpful. I look forward to my next appointment.
They were so friendly and professional. Dr who handled my extraction was amazing...barely felt anything and procedure was super fast. I was in excruciating pain the night before the procedure. It is now the evening of my procedure and my pain/soreness that is typical after this sort of procedure is minimal. On a scale of 1-10.. its already a 2...(with ibuprofen and antibiotics to avoid infection)...Best dental experience by far...EVER. Everyone from the front door to the Doctor were ☆F☆I☆V☆E☆... ☆S☆T☆A☆R☆S

In my previous post I called Jeissy, a Hygienist, she is actually, the Dental Assistant. She worked alongside Dr. Patel for my root canal, and Dr. Amrita for my crown. She is pleasant, helps to calm your nerves and very professional!
As always, I left feeling my time was well spent. Their service was in an efficient and courteous manner.

Was here for the first time and the experience was excellent. Christina at the front desk was extremely polite and professional & thorough. The hygienist whom did the xrays and ct scan was very efficient and kept the mood relaxed. The Doctor was very helpful and explained everything that would be happening. This is the cleanest dental office that I have ever been to. The staff are very friendly, and dont treat you as a patient, but more like family. From beginning to the end of my initial appointment I was treated with courtesy and caring. My consultation with Dr. Patel went very well. He explained clearly and concisely what my options were and how the process I had chosen would proceed. So far so good.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been visiting area dentists for the past two years, due to the fact that I am missing many teeth, and need dentures. Because I am on disability, with no dental insurance, I was told over and over, quite coldly, that no one could help me. That all changed when I went to Putnam Smile Bright Dentistry. The office manager, Deepti Thaker, really went out of her way, and spent a lot of time to help me get financing through two different companies, with payments that I could afford, so I could finally start treatment. I also want to say how great the rest of the staff is. The front desk girls, Jessica and Gabby, are so welcoming and friendly. My prosthodontist, Dr. Alison Loewenstein, and her assistant, Sharmain, have been so kind, and have taken the time to explain, in depth, all the work that I will be having done. Not once have I been made to feel embarrassed about all of my missing teeth. I really can’t recommend this place enough.
They are great!!! I had a more local dentist, but when I was in excruciating pain on a Saturday, their own response was “more pain meds”. But that wasn’t going to help me. I called 1-800-Dentist and Putnam Bright Smile was recommended to me and they would see me right away. They did an emergency root canal on me, as well as set me up for lots of future appointments (I hate the dentist and have severe anxiety so I’ve put off major dental work for about 10 years now....). I went back for a cavity, and I just went back today for an official cleaning.They are wonderful! I have had zero anxiety going here. The staff is very pleasant, they have up to date dental technology and I feel very safe in their hands.I have two more appointments set up for myself, and will be using them for all future dental care!
Ive been coming here for years, despite it being a bit far from my house. They always flexible when scheduling appointments, and happily answer any and all of my questions, and really make sure that you understand whats happening. Also, they are very reasonable when creating treatment plans, and dont push unessesary products or treatments.

Dr. Patel has put together, what i feel, is one of the best in staff. My experience in getting my dentures is one that i looked forward finding out and knowing how professionally this team is. Dr. Allison, who in my findings, happens to be top in her field. Her care that she showed along with her knowledge and expertise in the field of dentistry along with the concern for how i looked on the end result, has made me me able to have a great smile. Norkees was wonderful. It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned with Norkees. I have sensitive teeth and she took such good care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Very gentle and pleasant experience!
I love this place! The staff is so upbeat and friendly, it makes going to the dentist a pleasure. I came here to find out if I was a candidate for implants, because another dentist wanted to pull out all but four of my teeth and fit me for dentures. Dr. Patel only pulled one tooth and set me up with Invisalign braces instead. I was able to keep my own teeth and get my smile back! Wonderful work and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
I have never kept a dental appointment sadly. However since I starting coming to Putnam Bright Smile Dental and experiencing their comforting support and understand I am now a regular and have not missed a single appointment. Pain free and freight free. Thank you to the entire staff for their understanding and caring.
Dr. Rohit Patel was the only one out of SIX consultations who saw my complex case and told me it COULD be done with Invisalign; all the others told me it was impossible, and/or that it would require jaw realignment surgery, multiple extractions, and metal braces. In my not-so-humble opinion, Dr. Patel should be considered somewhat of pioneer in his ambition and practice. He was not just willing to challenge himself and Invisalign, but he is proving that it CAN be done, that my complicated case would be solved with NO surgery, NO extractions, and NO metal contraptions of any kind. Since there is no way to know how an individuals teeth will move until youre actually in progress, the estimate for treatment length is subjective. In my case Ive gone into overtime, but, to say I am pleased with the progress thus far would be a gross understatement. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable, but also listens to his patients and works with you to come up with an honest and realistic plan. Ive recently switched my three children to Putnam Bright Smile and even they feel comfortable and supported, including my child with autism. When my son needed an extraction they made sure he was comfortable and they were gentle and cognizant of his anxiety. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they have an excellent appointment reminder protocol for those of us who juggle many plates; they go above and beyond to try to accommodate a persons busy schedule. I find the office to be very clean and welcoming, so those of us that get nervous at the dentist should like it. Highly recommended.

I initially came here for root canal because they accepted my insurance. I followed up with a crown because I was pleased with the performance of their staff. After getting the crown I am now switching to them to get my cleanings. Their not perfect but they do their best. 😎

I had 3 crowns done today and the process was easy. Dr. Amrita and Jeissy her DA were great and everything went smoothly.
From the time you walk in, to the time you leave, you are consistently treated by a pleasant staff member, and treated as a valued patient. The do there best to schedule for a time that is convenient for you, vs. excuses.More importantly, DrPatel and his staff are EXTREMELY QUALIFIED AND MAKE YOU FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. Thats really big, for a place known for discomfort. Im a regular, and know Im in very good hands.

Truly THE worst, from top to bottom. The only positive thing I experienced was the dental hygienist who saw me. She was sweet. But unless you are looking to be sold every single thing under the sun and then wait MONTHS (no exaggeration) for them to try and weasel the insurance company, do yourself a favor and skip this place.
Its Ann Colonna. Im Confused. I thought it was going to take 4 to 6 months for implants and the finance lady says it can be done all in one day in a couple of weeks. 40,000 dollars is a lot of money and I want it done right
