I don’t know what these 5-Star reviewers are smoking. Undependable Property Management, as they should be known, is the absolute worst. You call and you get very nasty, unprofessional people. You ask a question over the phone and their answer is always “email us.” You send an email and then crickets. A week passes by and you call again to be told to email again. You tell them you did over a week ago, they ask who it’s from, you tell them and magically find the email and then give you the answer over the phone anyway. The building we are in has no super, no amenities or anything to justify almost $1000/mth maintenance fee. They happily take the fee every month but don’t provide any services. They should be reported.

Worse management company ever! They barely answer the phone and when they do, its not friendly or professional. Without an explanation they are quick to transfer you to an answering service, where no one ever gets back to you.

Dependable Property Management is amazing. The manager Roman has always taken care of any issues I may have, and always in a polite and nice manner. Im very impressed with the professional service and responsiveness of Romans great team. The Management is taking a good care inside and outside of the buildings. I really had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I appreciate the quality and work ethic. Great company do a great job.

Not sure about other applicants and their experiences. However, I felt it was the worst ride working with this management. From unresponsiveness to last minute notices. I cannot recommend enough to stay away from this management.

The absolute worst management company EVER! Before moving in Roman informed me that our condos would be undergoing renovations and that we would be informed about meetings. Nothing has happened in TWO years and we never recieved a notice about any meetings. I really dont understand why I pay maintenance. There are holes in the walls, the carpet is old and dirty. When you call they do not respond or they never have a solution. Iam almost 100% positive that the 5 star reviews are fake.

The worst management company Ive ever dealt with and the building I live in is the flithiest rat-infested place Ive ever seen. I have complained about the rat infestation in the building for over a month and noone hasbothered to even respond to me. The building they manage at 2909 Ocean Ave is absolutely filthy, broken down, with no functional laundry room, and the worst rat infestation Ive ever seen. The rats are everywhere, you can see them in broad daylight -its horrendous. Do yourself a favor and do not rent or buy in this building or any properties they manage.

Excellent management office. I work with them all the time and they are quick to respond answer any questions I have and provide me with documents I need. A well run operation.

All manipulation cannot affect one super. In our building, the apartments are about 30 degrees Celsius or 86 Gaduses Faringate. Super says that he is tricky depending on the outside temperature, but this is not so. And the manipulation cannot affect the super so that he turns off the cheat, and you also need to check the cheaters work. We have to turn on the air conditioner.
