I received a mailing from Nissan that there was a very good offer for my 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X (certified pre-owned). After speaking to Destination Nissan of Albanys salesman Max Doubina who was very helpful and professional gave me a offer I went over to talk about it with my wife and we accepted the offer. We were pleasantly surprised when talking to the Finance Manager Camron Waters looked at our sales application and the number of miles (3,000 miles per year) put on my trade-in and suggested that we trade in the truck and lease the new truck, it made more financial sense. We were extremely happy with our purchase and drove the new truck home that same day. Thank you Max and Cameron.
We just bought Nissan Rogue 2022 from this place. All purchase process went well. I would like to provide special thanks to Mr. Sajid Khan (Saj) who helped us a lot in many ways throughout the process. He was very friendly and kind to us, listened to all our questions and answered them so well. I would definitely recommend this place.
Called and scheduled an appt. To discuss purchaseOf 2022 vehicle. I specifically asked if they were sold I was told theywere not.The day of my appt they called me to confirm appt. To discussThe purchase. I left with my wife who is handicappedDrove an hour to the dealer to be told they had been sold. After i had asked them to let me know if they were sold so i would not make the trip. Then they tried to offer me a sentra. If i wanted a sentra i would have asked for one. Obviously i was not happy. As i was leaving someoneYelled from behind me thatThey would have 2023 models coming in September . They cannot even get 2022 vehicles.Long story short i will not deal with them again and they also lost out on a kiaSoul that i was going to purchase. Would not them recommend this dealer to anyone.were not
First time carbuyer thanks to Sajd who helped me with the locating and purchase of a vehicle that was in my budget and was above expectations with the current market. I had a delightful experience with no issues and would recommend. This place well outperformed other dealerships I have been to.
Over the past 3 years i have leased two vehicles from Destination Nissan. This time i leased a 2021 Nissan Rogue. When i was looking for a vehicle Joe understood what i was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. Even after purchasing the vehicle Joe reached out to see how i liked my new vehicle and made sure i was still happy with my choice. Joe is an excellent car sales man and i would highly recommend him to anyone i know that is looking for a car. I look forward to working with Joe again in the future.
Britney noticed the sign of car key battery being low and brought the key back to her desk replacing the battery quietly. I didnt know why she took the key with her until I saw her replacing the battery. I truly appreciate the tiny unnoticeable service that makes a big difference!
I will not be doing any business with Destination Nissan ever. Im extremely unsatisfied with my visit today and will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Its extremely disrespectful to tell a possible customer that they are a liar and not honor a deal that was guaranteed. Especially when it wasnt my fault that this place did not have vehicles and Ive been waiting patiently for this place to get vehicles in. Thanks, but no thanks for the time I wasted today, just to be told I was a liar.
Company offers misleading promos. Read the fine print on anything you gave you or better yet, WALK AWAY. In the few experiences Ive had with the service department Ive always left with a bad taste in my mouth and feeling that theyve tried to pull the wool over my eyes.
I recently bought a new Frontier from Destination Nissan and had Joey King as my salesman. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable on his products, and was able to thoroughly explain all of the functions and controls of the vehicle. He was very kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. Go see Joey King if you’re looking to get into a new vehicle!!
Worst experience ever. Sold me a certified pre owned Nissan Rouge with a broken driver seat. And Nemours electrical issues. I reported issues the day after I bought it and made me what 3 weeks to address the problems. Tried to charge me diagnostics fees. Had to keep my car for three days and had to fight to get a loaner car. Had my vehicle back 3to 4 more times and still didnt get it fixed. All I got was major attitude. So unbelievably frustrating. I bought a newer car for peace of mind and all I got was disrpected. Was a fraud to drive it.
Adam Dawson (Sales Manager) was quite efficient , he portrayed great human relations and effective communication skills while exhibiting patience . His personality was beyond pleasant. Randy Winnie and Conner Farmer(Sales Consultant) were also awesome. Destination Nissan (Albany) is definitely an amazing place where you would want to be when choosing vehicles.Kamini Seepersaud (Customer)
I got my car serviced at this dealership and they stated that the brakes are 7mm front 6 rear. After 153 miles, my car started making metal friction noise when making left turns, I took my car( currently under warranty) to this dealer to find out what is wrong. I have been told the brakes are too bad, 2mm front and 1mm rear( in 153miles, it goes from 7 to 2, that is nonsense ) and asked to pay $1100 for this. I declined the brake change, and they have charged me $67.50 because of the diagnosed they said. Serviced manager so insist that brake pads can go from 7 mm to 1 mm in 150 miles, because he was doing his job for 10 days. I ended up replacing the all 4 brakes, and the car still making same metal friction noise, it is not even relevant to the brakes, because it makes noise only when making left turn, and not braking at all!!They are acting like they are pro of what they are doing, but they don’t know any clue about their cars. This was my first Nissan, and I am glad that I leased the car. I will be returning car 5 months early and not driving any Nissan no more. I wanted to share my experience so, this may help someone who is thinking to purchase a nissan, or even planning to work with delaership. I have also reported this dealership to Nissan USA, and of course I will dispute this nonsense diagnostic charge as well.Buyers and shoppers for Nissan and especially for Destination, beware!!!
Wife bought a 2019 Rouge ! The blower motor doesnt work. It hasnt work pretty much close to day one. Its still under warranty! She made an appointment a while back on a Saturday. The service team had no idea how to diagnose it. Should of told her ahead of time that the Saturday crew is useless. They offer no loaner car. She does have to get to work. I always get offered a car from Honda Corp. Which is a quality company with quality service. They want to charge her to diagnose the problem now. Why couldnt they do that the first time she was there. When she traded in her Honda ,Nissan was to pay off lease & send the car back to Honda dealership. They didnt pay off 100%. She got a bill from Honda. The tires are also bald at 24 thousand miles. She will have to buy new tires to make it through the winter. Yes they get rotated. I have also emailed the GM but fail to hear back from him! Look at the reviews on the bbb website! Shocking!
I came for a simple oil change and the service I received from Tabatha— phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! This was the most pleasant experience I’ve received at any dealership. She was checking up on me, being very communicative, she never had me wondering about what was going on with my car, and she made sure i was good. I loved that! Thank you Tabatha.
A complete waste of time. Sales staff were evasive at best and misleading at worst. My input was ignored. They pushed their own agenda in which their numbers never added up, and constantly changed. I wasted a week trying to deal with them. Beware and get it in writing -- IF theyll let you. Never have I had words with a salesperson --multiple times! I have never had an experience as miserable as this one. Went to another dealer and breezed through the buying process. Wont make this mistake again.
Customer service is a key point for me dealing with any business. Destination Nissan on Central Ave Albany Ny goes over and beyond - I dealt with Steve and Brittany which were absolutely fantastic, extremely friendly and kept me up to date with exactly was being done on my car. Could not have asked for anything better especially when I was stressed out before I had gotten there.
We went searching for something with 3rd row seating that was realistic for our budget. There we met Roberto. Amazing guy, he will absolutely work for you. I would recommend asking for him if youre there!I did only give 4 stars so far, once Im sure what they promised at the original signing happens, I will up my review to 5 stars.EDIT: 5 stars because they follow through on their promises. Also, we had a mishap with the car in the first week and Destination Nissan worked with us to fix the problem. Great guys there!
The people I worked with at this dealership, both in the service and rental department, made what was a very stressful situation for me into a remarkably smooth and pleasant one. Communication was fantastic; all my questions were answered and I was always promptly updated when appropriate. As a customer, I was beyond impressed not only with the repairs done and how my car runs now, but also the customer service was immaculate. Everybody was friendly and supportive to my situation. Repairs were done quicker than I expected and to the highest degree. The rental car I used while my car was in the shop was stunning - and will probably be the next car I purchase! The team at this dealership is one of the highest quality - every team should aspire to be like this one.
Have been leasing with Nissan for 12 plus years now, know you have options when it comes to dealers. We worked with the sales staff and management and just left with a 2021 Rogue. Competitive pricing, modern clean facility. Courteous and knowledgeable staff! I would recommend them and purchase again. Thanks Beau, Mark and staff for making it a pleasurable experience. We will see you for service.
I went to two other Nissan dealerships before I met Jade whom sold the car to me with help of Mel. They were fantastic in a way that I appreciate: not pushy and relaxed which made me feel the same way- which is why I ended up buying a car from Destination Nissan since I had more trust in them. Had I dealt with the typical salespeople that I met at the Latham and Saratoga locations then I would have continued looking elsewhere.
This was my first service visit to destination Nissan. the waiting area was very pleasant and Steve Kane the service advisor went above and beyond in taking care of my needs; getting me in and out in less than an hour, and generally making the experience a very positive one. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with the Nissan service department as I am enjoying my Nissan Sentra very much. Thanks again Steve for your professionalism and your positive attitude.
We met with Ryan aka “Rush!” He was great and helped us out the entire time, making everything so much easier for us and allowing us to have an easy experience buying a brand new car. He went beyond the necessary and helped us with everything we asked with no questions asked!
Purchased a 2017 Nissan Rouge from Destination Nissan last week and had a wonderful experience. My husband and I went to the lot to look. Albert came out asked if we needed help, when we told him we were just looking he told us to take our time and let him know if we had any questions. He didnt stalk us through the lot, or pressure us, which often happens at dealerships. When I was ready to test drive, we went back and found him. He was super friendly, but not pushy at all. We decided to proceed with the purchase and everything went smoothly. Communication was great, everything was done quickly. The GM came out and introduced himself to us when we were waiting on some paperwork. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. Albert handled all the insurance information, as well as transferring of our plates. Our finance guy, Ray, was also amazing, taking the time to talk to us about all the details of the warranty as well as all the finance jargon that is sometimes overwhelming. I cant thank them enough for making it an enjoyable experience!
The service center here is the biggest joke, and I will be sure to never bring my car back here. After scheduling an appointment for 9:30 AM for an inspection AND a 25k mile maintenance service, the service center took it upon themselves to change my appointment, and then tried to tell me that I never scheduled an oil change (fun fact: you get emailed whenever you schedule an appointment AND WHEN ITS MODIFIED BY SOMEONE ELSE) after I waited an hour and a half just for the inspection. This comes after waiting 45 minutes just for them to get my car because when they modified the appointment, they changed the time from 9:30 to 9:45 AM.This is riding off the tail of after purchasing my car back in Feb. 2020 and having an issue with the windshield that was never resolved Brought it in as asked, was told I would get a call back regarding the issue. Its now March 2021, still havent heard from anyone regarding that, there were no advisors for me to speak to regarding it while I was waiting for my car to be serviced, and overall the lackluster performance and customer service is just the whipped cream and cherry on top of this hot mess.Ill make sure to bring my car elsewhere for any and ALL service needs. A waste of time and not worth the headache.
I needed some work on my car and some spare parts and just walked in. The man at the parts shop (full multicolored arm tattoos, long beard) was very friendly and cooperative. Mr. Kane at the service desk was extremely courteous professional and helpful. Got me take care of right away and is the reason that I will come back to your establishment. Good Luck, Ajit
Terrance at Destination Nissan was the absolute best sales person to work with. Looking at other dealerships was a mistake. No one could compare to his customer service and attention to meeting my budget and needs in a car.Brandon went above and beyond walking me through different finance packaging making sure I could afford my dream car with my limited budget.Thank you to the all-star team at Destination Nissan.
I have to say, I have never dealt with a business that went out of their way to NOT do business with you. Six weeks ago, I talked to Dalton at Destination Nissan, regarding a specific car I was looking for. Dalton was very courteous, friendly and professional. He told me the dealership will order the car for me and will be here in six weeks. I recently followed up with Dalton and found that he no longer works at Destination Nissan but he courteously told me to reach out to Mike or Adam. I contacted Adam. To date, I have not received a call back from him. Ive called twice and left two messages. No call back. The message I got from that is they do not want to do business with me. Im going to assume the car was never ordered. Very poor business, very poor customer service!! Destination Nissan needs to change their motto from Puppies and Babies Not Included to Reliable and Excellent Customer Service NOT Included. I am moving on to a new dealership when my lease is up with Destination Nissan.
Went here on the 14th and had Max for my sales person. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had. Max wasnt pushy at all trying to get me to buy something I didnt want or need. Did his best to work with me even tho we couldnt get the payments I wanted I did get a very nice CPO car the next day and went home happy.Would highly recommend coming here
I contacted Destination Nissan since they had a 2019 Nissan Rogue that my wife was looking for. Terrence Baxton reached out to me right away after their internet department initially contacted me. Since I lived about 150 miles from the dealership, Terrence performed a virtual visit over the phone with me. He answered all my questions regarding the vehicle and even sent over pictures of the car since it was still in the process of being certified there. Terrence impressed me and I felt very comfortable at every step of the way. We decided to purchase the vehicle even though it was a 2 hour drive to the dealership. There were many comparable priced vehicles around our area, but at every dealership there was always a hidden catch with pricing or the condition of the vehicles. At Destination Nissan, I was never pressured to buy or treated in any way that ruined my customer experience. Terrence went above and beyond for my deal and we couldnt be happier with our purchase! I appreciate the honesty and professionalism that Terrence and the whole Destination Nissan family offered.
This place is beyond #1 in my eyes the team at Nissan Collision are amazing my car went in for a bumper fix and I left not only with my car fixed and looking amazing I also left with a little treat that made my heart drop..... I dropped off a car that looked as if a bomb went off in it and the Nissan collision team surprised me when I picked up my car and found it cleaned from top to bottom!!!! I mean I was so shocked I thought I had the wrong car keys 😀😀😀 but it was my car 🥰🥰🥰🥰 it means so must to me that they did that. And that customer service right there is how they will always have a customer !!!Thank you all so much you did a wonderful job on the body work but most important for cleaning my car for me !!!!
Customer service is not great. Went there looking for a Nissan Rogue which I did find. Problem was after I drew up a purchase agreement to go get financing elsewhere I was due to come in Wednesday to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. The salesperson I saw working with wasnt there that day due to personal stuff and let me know someone else was aware and would have everything ready. Well they didnt. So I had to come back the next day to finish everything. When signing the papers I let them know I noticed some damage on the car a paint chip in the front and some dents in the back. They said they would fix the paint chip and just need to order the color and will have a dent guy look at the dents when I come in its been about two weeks and no call. I reached out to my salesperson and no response. They also did such a terrible job detailing and cleaning the car I will have to do it myself.
I have been using Destination Nissan for as long as I can remember. I have leased Sentra, Altima, Maxima, Rogue. Finally in November of 2018, I decided to purchase a brand new $44,000.00 2019 Pathfinder instead of lease. When I traded in the Rogue, the salesperson took the keys to go inspect the Rogue, and came back saying everything is good, and were all set. Months later I received a rather large bill from Nissan Acceptance Corp indicating I owed money on the previous lease. After going to the manager with my concern, he told me he would take care of it. Couple of months went by, and now Im getting calls and letters from a debt collector, which I am livid about. Seems like Destination Nissan dealership is very deceitful and only passes the buck! Now they are ruining my excellent credit by turning me over to a collection agency despite talking to 2 or 3 different sales managers! In the future, Ill be sure to use another dealership! Buyer Beware!! As long as they get their commission in their pockets, you become no use to them anymore! Very disgruntled customer! 😡😡😡👎👎👎
Brought my car in for recall repairs a couple weeks ago. Although it took longer than I initially expected (due to my own assumptions), Eric was a great service advisor and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car. As someone who works in customer service as well, his communication with me left a good impression. He also hooked me up with a sweeeet rental that slightly broke my heart to give back. I did have to bring my car in again for a very minor alignment issue but it was done within hours and have no complaints. All in all, a great experience and will definitely be the place I’ll go to purchase my next Nissan.
I dropped my car off on a Friday morning for an oil change. They were pretty booked but said they would do their best to squeeze my car in. My only request was for it to be done by the time I got off of work at 4pm. My car was finished by 11am and I was able to pick it up during my lunch break! That made my day!!
Joe was our salesman. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased in the last 2 years and my first brand new vehicle in over 20 years. Joe was very knowledgeable with the vehicle we purchased. He knows all of the bells and whistles. We truly enjoyed our time at Destination Nissan thanks to Joe and the staff at Destination Nissan. My daughter loves her new Rogue and I am thankful for all of the extra safety features as my daughter is a new driver. Thank you so much to everyone at Destination Nissan. We loved everything!
If youre looking to buy a car, Destination has a good sales team. Its the service team here that makes me give this a 2 star rating, and really if not for the solid sales staff, this place would get 1 star from me.I bought a brand new car from here and 2 years later I have had to take it in several times. In one instance I brought the car in and they damaged the car. They fixed it but offered nothing in return, no free oil change, no statement saying that the car was damaged and fixed, literally nothing. Now, as my warranty is close to expiring, I have been getting a coolant temp high reading. I brought the car in, they fixed it pretty quickly and within 10 days, the coolant temp is running high again.Upon bringing the car in the 2nd time for this issue they fix it in about 30 minutes and said we couldnt replicate it so we just depressurized, and now, 2 weeks later, I once again have the same warning.Needless to say Ive scheduled service elsewhere and I despite having a great sales staff I have STRONGLY been recommending people buy other cars and take their service needs elsewhere.
Purchasing my new vehicle was quick and easy, and the process was seamless. The sales staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, this made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable even. I look forward to doing business with Destination Nissan in the future.
My experience with Destination Nissan was excellent. The salesman that I had was Joe King. He was terrific from start to finish. He explained everything to me so I could understand it and answered all my questions. I expected to just check out the Nissans that day. But Joe greeted me and asked me what I was looking for in a car and within minutes he brought around a 2020 Nissan Rouge. I test drove it and it was a dream. We came back to the dealership and all the paperwork was done in a matter of hours and I drove out of the dealers wit a brand new car. I cant say enough good things about Joe King and Destination Nissan. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Destination Nissan. I am a very happy customer. Thanks, Destination Nissan and Joe.
This dealership is too busy to call you back in a timely manner, but apparently, they are all good to waste time over the phone when you actually CAN get them to call you back.Im helping a friend shop for a small cargo van, Destination has not one, but FOUR 2020 leftovers on the lot. I provided them with the stock numbers of the 2 I was interested in and waited for a call.I never heard back, so I contacted through the website. Then a salesperson contacted me. She explained how busy they were, and wanted to set up a time for me to come in and look at the van. I dont need to look at it, theyre a tin can for hauling cargo. Its what we need, and its what Ill buy.I have a price quote on a 2021 van from a dealership in Glens Falls, I just thought Destination might want an opportunity to offload one of last years models that is rotting away on their lot. I asked for the best price.I got games. Theyre asking more for last years model than Lia of Glens Falls wants for this years model of the same van. Thats KOOKY alright.I explained this to her. She asked how much I was quoted. Sorry, Im not gonna cut their throat so you can try to sell me a car for $200 less. If Im coming down to ALBANY from Plattsburg to buy last years model, it had better be BIG SAVINGS. From what I can tell, Ill be getting a good deal from Lia, and I wont have to go as far..Clearly this dealership does not know and does not want to learn how to treat a customer. Buying a car could be so easy, if they could just stop playing games, and give the best price. This dealer is stuck in the 1990s with these pre-internet tactics. What a joke.
The collision department is phenomenal. They have AMAZING customer service. They were quick to help and explained everything to me. I came in to get my bumper reattached and they did not charge me for a thing. Then man who helped me (I think he was a manager) was beyond nice and quick to get me into the shop. Highly recommend!
Service was prompt and painless. Waiting area was immaculate and comfortable. My advisor, Chad, didnt try to oversell service. In fact, he fixed a problem w/my hatchback that I would have gladly paid for. It took him less than a minute but he could well have convinced that it involved a costly repair. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to be accommodating. Doesnt get any better than that. Just wish I could have seen some puppies and kids!!!
My experience with Dalton was a delightful one. He was very knowledgeable on all questions that I had. He even hooked my phone up to the Bluetooth for me. If I ever need another vehicle , Destination Nissan is where I will be going. Ray in financing so so helpful with explaining all about my credit as how to improve it. These guys I know there stuff!!!!!!. Thank you all so much😃😃😃
Filter, oil change was done in less time then I anticipated. Service associate was very attentive, friendly making sure I was comfortable in waiting room and did stop by during my wait to inform me my vehicle will be ready soon etc. Service rep explained all services done, checked on my vehicle and was sure all my questions were answered prior to my leaving.
They have a nice web based appointment system, so I was glad to wait 10 days for the next available appointment to get an estimate with the diagnostic charge. Dropped it off first thing for them, but half a day in I had to call 3 times to get an update (they didnt return calls), and they hadnt looked at it. Late in the day and another few phone calls later they still hadnt diagnosed anything and Id have to leave the car overnight. Halfway into the second day and more calls to get an update, they had only diagnosed one of two issues I had brought it in for and theyd need another day! I was frustrated and decided to pick up my car. When I asked for a break on the diagnostic charge because they were unable to provide the diagnosis in a reasonable time, while I was renting a loaner car from them no less, they wouldnt budge. The rental car was nice, the people polite, but the actual service I was there for was awful.
Having done thorough research and identified the make and model I was interested in I contacted Destination Nissan about one they had available and was contacted by a salesperson. That salesperson was dealing with personal issues and unavailable when I went in for test drive. Second salesperson was given feedback to pass along for follow-up. Three days later I phoned original salesperson and they had no knowledge of my feedback. A couple of days later, they failed to follow-up again and went out of town. Since the price salesperson had given me seemed good I pushed through and pursued the matter with others in the dealership. Wound up dealing with 5-6 individuals and when I decided to move forward was told the pricing I had been given and confirmed was not possible. Asked for firm pricing in writing which took days to be provided. During that time another vehicle was presented to me elsewhere that was a better fit.
I was looking for a new car and went to a few places, but no one had a good selection of cars. I got to destination and there was a huge selection. I also liked that the sales people were so nice and not pushy at all. The atmosphere was very friendly. The salesman who sold me my car was great. He explained everything so well.
Nicholas Clark was our rep that helped me purchase my first brand new vehicle and he was beyond exceptional. His customer service was impeccable and his attention to details and making the process of buying a car were also amazing. Very happy with both my first Nissan vehicle and even more happy with the service!
The buying process was easy. My sales rep was Joe, he was great and helped me with buying a CPO Rogue. We waited a few hours for the car to be inspected and ready for me to bring home. I was told it got a new battery at some point and drive cycles needed to be ran for it to pass inspection and that’s why it was taking so long. I’m aware of this scenario, I understood. Took the car home 1/30, here we are on 2/5 and my check engine light is on? Why? I’m fully aware that disconnecting the battery will clear the check engine light if there is one and it will clear the vehicles computer and run all the drive cycles. A little ironic that I’ve driven it ~100 miles since it left the dealer and that’s around the mileage that it takes a vehicle to run a drive cycle. I then further went on to check my paperwork and look at the NYS inspection paper. The paperwork states the car was hooked up to the machine at 147p, we had just left the deal and we were told to come back within an hour, then I proceeded to get more texts saying it’ll be a little longer because the battery was replaced and it needs to run cycles. We were advised to come in at 4p because the car was ready. Again, the NYS inspection paper states the car was inspected at 147p - the safety passed but emissions FAILED?! So if drive cycles needed to be ran which caused 2+ hours of wait time from the initial time we were told back, where’s my updated NYS inspection paperwork with emissions passing?! I’m super upset since this is a CPO car, this shouldn’t be happening.
My auto had a recall so I called and made an appointment. They were notified well in advance ,and new what part was needed . After a 45 min. drive I showed up at the dealership. They said it would take 3-5 hrs for the repair. I left and headed back home only to get a call from the service dept. Sorry , but we dont have the part it has to be ordered. It will be here in the morning ,and you will have your car back at noon . They called at 2:30 p.m. and said it was finally done. This is the second time within a year that this happened. I will in the future be going elsewhere , and you would be size to do the same.
I had the opportunity to work with Nick C. when I went in to renew my lease. Nick was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car and shared with me the best options that suited my needs. He continuously reached out to keep me updated on when my car would be ready for pickup. I would highly recommend choosing to work with Nick because he is personable and professional.
Eric in service department was really awesome. I had a check engine light and was an hour from home with a planned 1,000 mile trip with plan to leave in 5 hours. I got a quick appointment and they transported me back and forth to my job so I didnt have to wait. Fuel filters changed and no issues on my trip. I even got my truck back washed and cleaner than when I dropped it off.Eric is my man to call and any service I need going forward will be through Eric at Destination Nissan!
I worked with Chris and Nick. Both of which were extremely helpful in getting me into my 2019 Altima. They were able to accommodate my every needs and were also able to show me the benefits to leasing a vehicle. The were able to put me in a car that not only ensures that I can get to my job, but get there safely and take care of my clients! The salesman were extremely informative and helpful and I am happy that I came into Destination Nissan!
I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again. DO NOT GO TO THE SALESMAN NAME”MAX.’ when purchasing a vehicle. The bogus reasons on why he had to withdraw an offer of a vehicle he sold to us by accepting our down payment was poor and handled very unprofessional. It’s tax season and I’ believe he found another buyer for the vehicle that had a bigger deposit and probably would buy the car for more than what they was selling it for, and would gain Max a bigger commission. It’s tax time. Yes, we get it. What makes me give a thumbs down to the entire Destination dealership is how the store manager and a sales rep portrayed an image as being the resolution customer service department. They assured me that they will resolve this issue and make it right. They offered another vehicle at a much higher price knowing we had a a much lesser budget. They refunded our deposit . So my advise is , don’t go cooky at Destination Nissan! Let them keep their cars, puppies and babies! Fraud.
I went in for oil change and inspection. Also have been having an issue with changing the name on my car information. Ive been told numerous of times within almost a 3 year period that it would be taken care of and it hasnt happen until today when Chad the service guy was very helpful. He went above and beyond and got it done finally! He is friendly, professional and a true example of great customer service! Thanks again Chad! 👍
Best car shopping experience ever! I was welcomed from the moment I stepped into the dealership. I communicated beforehand with a sales rep and true to her word, I was able to lease an upgraded vehicle for about the same as my previous lease. Amy and Joe, thanks for making my new lease experience a positive one!
Saw some good online deals at Destination Nissan and stopped by to get some more information. Ended up buying a new car within an hour or two. Lucias and team ended up giving me a better deal with no hassle, everything was honest and upfront. Pickup of the vehicle was offered as soon as next day. Great experience start to finish.
Recently purchased vehicle at Destination and worked with Antonio. He was excellent to work with - very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured during the entire process. All associates were polite and courteous. They made the whole process fast and smooth. Ill definitely be going back to have my car serviced there.
I had a great overall experience with Destination Nissan in Albany. The team I worked with was awesome and made the entire experience easy. They even contacted me after the deal to make sure I was still happy about the purchase. Would highly recommend this dealership!
I worked with Justin Koreman. He was extremely helpful with finding me the perfect car that was both in my price range and that I plan on keeping long term. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car as well as Destination Nissan. Justin has gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I have chosen. Thank you again Justin!
We had a bad fender bender / back side damage to vehicles in our driveway, and our insurance company (Geico) arranged for our vehicles to get repaired at this facility. Wow! What service! From beginning to end, we and our vehicles were taken care of! The people we talked to I believe are Fred, and Eva? Anyway.....they immediately handled this situation by taking our info, inspecting the vehicles, called Enterprise Rental car to pick us up, and updated us on when the vehicles would be ready. We just picked up the first one today (repaired within a few days)! Not only does it look brand new....but they even cleaned out the inside of the vehicle! This was a stress free process! Thank you Destination Nissan! You Rock! We Highly Recommend them!
My experience at Destination Nissan was excellent! Justin White met me at the door and steered me to the most perfect salesman, Joe Pierna! Justin was available during the entire process and worked with Joe to give me a most desirable financing deal. It was exactly what I was hoping for! Justins personality and professionalism made me feel right about my decision. No pressure - AND he listened to me! Thanks so much!
Special thanks to Eva Dacier and Patrick at the Destination Nissan Collision Center for the outstanding support and assistance I received throughout the vehicle repair process. Going through repairs after a car accident can be very stressful, but luckily, I had Eva, who went above and beyond to finalize the estimate and handle all my insurance and car rental requirements. Patrick and the other body shop technicians did an incredible job making my vehicle look better than before - literally :) Just another reason I’m a longtime Destination customer.
I like to first say that Mike the service rep was excellent, he went above and beyond for me. I gave three stars because of the mechanics, my car is an older car, but still in good condition, I felt like because the car was 10 years old they just didn’t feel like being bothered with it. I drove my car to them to have the alternator replaced,(please do not buy aftermarket alternators for Nissan) and some wiring fixed. The first time I picked up my car it wouldn’t start, the second time I picked up my car the next day the trunk wouldn’t lock, and when I manually tried to lock it the doors locked and unlocked. None of this was happening before. But of course it’s not their fault it’s something else wrong with the car 🤦🏻♀️
Over the past three years i have gone from dealer to dealer looking at cars and trying to get myself into a reliable car for myself and my children. Joe king assisted with all of my needs and didn’t try to get me into a vehicle that i didn’t want. In less than 6 hours Joe got me in a car that will be great for my children and myself. I expressed my budget and he did his best to meet my needs. I would highly recommend going through Destination Nissan and speaking with Joe King. He is a great fit for the company and overall just wants to help you get into a car that best fits your needs!
I had a great experience at Destination Nissan, I went to the dealer during my lunch break to see what my options were, by that afternoon I was approved for the car I wanted and needed. Very friendly staff, informed the sales rep of what i was looking for in terms of my family needs and what we could afford as payments. I wasnt pressured to buy a car, just given opitions. Due to my spouses schedule the sales rep was willing to drive the car to my home to get my spouses approval. When we got to the dealership it wasnt a scary process, nice and easy. Would go back again! LOVE my Nissan Quest
The work that was scheduled was completed. Additional work was recommended which i agreed to. As has been my experience with Destination Nissan many times the estimate I was given was substancial less than the final bill. This pattern annoys me. Tell me the likely cost upfront rather than consistently low balling the figure. I was also unable to use any of my Rewards points for some unexplained reason.
7/28/22We received a call from their DMV department and they are able to swap the registration with the existing license plate, so we dont need to replace the license plate. Hope this can be done.07/27/22Do not buy from this dealer.I bought a car in 1.5 years before. first they sold me a scratches car.Last night i received a troll mail and said i need to pay the troll fee, but when i check the license plate, it is one digit different to me and then i check my registration paper, i found out the Destination Nissan dealer put the wrong plate on my car. I remember the day when i bought my car, somebody also bought the same model and same color with me. The dealer switched the both license plate. 😱Now i called them and see what are they going to do now. i called many times from 9am to 12 pm, and cant find one manager to speaker to me. finally someone called me back at 12:30 pm and they said they need to check and didnt tell me the solution yet.12/17/19The brand new car with scratches all over the car. I have to bring the car back to the dealer for body work. Even the dealer will fix the problem, but who will happy the brand new car need to work in body shop.Update: followed the owner response and contacted the Sale Manager, but never receive the response from them.
I have a very pleasant experience at Destination Nissan. I was assisted by Eric Bauer who was outstanding. He was very informative when I asked or had any questions and patient with me. He made my overall experience there a great one. He assisted me with finding the perfect car which I purchased. I would refer anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car to go here and speak with Eric Bauer.
With a lot of change going on in my life, looking for a new car with a tight budget wasn’t easy. When I came to Destination Nissan, Mike Petropoulos’s focus was on getting me in a car that I wanted, which was an SUV. He took the time to understand my situation and what I was looking for. After test driving the Rogue, I sat down with Mike and discussed financial details. He worked hard to get a monthly payment that would work for me with a 15,000 miles/year on a 3 year lease. Since I wasn’t ready to take the deal, I took it home to discuss with others. After much discussion and research, I realized that I was offered was a very good deal. I contacted Mike with my decision. When I returned to Destination Nissan, he helped me immensely with setting up the car insurance and coordinating a time to drop off the car. I cannot thank Mike Petropoulos enough for all of his hard work. He did an amazing job getting me into a car I enjoy driving.
We had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Brian Allen was so informative and helpful. Brian walked us through the whole process and work to find the color we wanted with the right price. Any associate we had contact with was friendly and helpful. They did a good job of get us in to the car we wanted with a payment we were comfortable with. Thank You Destination Nissan we love our new Sentra!!!
My husband and I went to this dealership with the intention of looking at and test driving a vehicle. We ended up liking the vehicle and promotion so we decided to lease the vehicle. We did all of this in only three days. The process was very simple and quick. Tim Curley was very honest and helpful in assisting us with this process. We had a lease with another dealership that we had to turn in and Tim helped us with this process as we had never turned a lease in before. Ray Ramirez helped us with the financing side, again, very quick and easy. Both individuals were very professional and helpful. Randy Wall offered us a great deal on our new vehicle and was willing to work with us to get our payment to where we wanted it to be. I would recommend this dealership to others, and would not change anything about the experience that we had.
Dustin saved me money on the tire rotation by finding a coupon. I had asked for recommendations on maintenance. He checked what had and had not been done and recommended two services that should be performed in the near future. I left continuing to feel confident in the car and in Destination Nissan. Great job.
Mark had 2 different models ready for me when I arrived to test drive. He was attentive and dedicated his time to making the deal. We came to a deal that worked for me and I was comfortable. When I took delivery I was in and out in less time than any other time. I really felt like a priority.
Adam was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and made my car buying experience a positive one! Thanks to Adam for going above and beyond and being patient with all my questions. I am very happy with my new car. I would highly recommend Adam and Destination Nissan to everyone!
This is the first time I have purchased from Destination Nissan..I dealt with Adam Dawson(sales) & George Bliven (management) who worked together to make the deal I was looking for..When I picked up my car Adam went over every aspect of the car & made sure I was aware of all the new features & even setup some of them for me..Buying a car can be overwhelming & stressful but I couldnt be more happy..Adam & George were AWESOME!!! Keep up the good work!!
I went to Destination Nissan on Monday at 2PM and was home by 6PM with a new car. It was the quickest sale I have ever made . My salesman was George Bliven and he was such a great help getting me into the right car. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. The other staff were very friendly and the new showroom is very beautiful. I love my new car.
Hello, Thank you, Micheal for your patience on get me into 2013 Nissan versa. Thank again for getting me back independence and self sufficient with needs for auto .. Appreciate his diligence for right price. Value of car . Comforters for my adventure and traveling to from home state. Bless your loveones and coworkers. Keep smiling . Michael went extra miles for best results ! Would refer my loveones and associates if the ever need car. Make sure stop Nissans request you salesman Micheal. Very happy with my service your best intentions. Overwhelmed with gratitude and harmonious.
I made an online appointment to have my oil changed and to have the sensor reset that keeps coming on every 2 minutes front end obstruction. The last time I had my oil changed I asked them to reset it and they told my the computer was down. This time they told me I needed to get an appointment in the morning. They didnt know if they would be able to do it since they closed at 4pm, but I had a 2:30 appointment. They didnt want to risk my car being left on the lift if it wasnt done by 4pm. After the oil change the guy came to me asking if I wanted several filters changed. I declined. I dont understand how they would offer to rotate my tires and change the filters but yet they dont have time to fix the sensor.
I have owned 4 Nissan vehicles, purchased from 3 different dealerships. The last 2 were from Destination Nissan in Albany. While I love my SUV and was very happy with the salesman that assisted us, my most favorite part of Destination Nissan is the service department. They are THE BEST service department I’ve used in my 20 years of driving. They are kind, courteous, efficient, accommodating, and have a large, clean waiting room with television, WiFi, snacks, and a room for children. They have a covered, and often heated, vehicle drop off garage. I’ve never waited long. They have a shuttle service for longer service jobs. They always explain everything in detail. I’ve never been pressured to purchase additional services for my vehicle. They are all around an outstanding service center!
Service is horrible!! I have had my leased vehicle from Destination Nissan for almost the full 3 years of my lease. As your lease continues to add up the care decreases. I had a service appointment last week where I explained a multitude of things that have gone wrong with the vehicle. They did not address ANY of thing- fixing NOTHING but charging me over $100 for the free oil change. I now not only have a still BROKEN vehicle that is barely usable but now have to go see an outside mechanic to fix what is COVERED under my lease. I cannot wait for my lease to expire.
It took a bit longer than expected and there were some communication issues but the work the collision center did was top notch and the staff went out of their way to apologize for the communication issues and offered my next inspection or oil change on them which I very much appreciated. It could take a bit longer here than what is considered normal but the work is so excellent in the big picture there isnt anything to be upset about.
I brought at a 2015 Nissan Rogue. My salesman was Terrance and he was awesome through the whole process. I even contacted him after hours to find out about something I thought was an issue that I found out wasnt. He answered my questions and put me at ease. I would definitely recommend anyone to go check him out if youre looking for a car.
We had two problems with our Rogue, no heat on passenger side of car, and low heat. They said the car needed coolant, which didnt seem like a solution to both problems, just low heat. Well, there is still no heat on the passenger side, which to me seems more like a mechanical problem, then coolant.
ATTENTION BEWARE OF DESTINATION NISSAN SERVICE AND COLLISION CENTER ! ON 2/8/2021 MY husband was in an accident my car was towed from my home to Destination for repairs I called everyday for 3 weeks to get the miles off my vehicle they have some excuse say they will call me back but never do. They also even damaged my vehicle and tried to blame us thank God I had pictures to prove that the damage was not there my vehicle even had a half a tank of gas but when I went to pick my vehicle up got 3 blocks down the road and was almost out of gas so if your vehicle has to go to Destination for repairs make sure you have pictures and write down the miles cause they have little boys that work there they are not men cause they dont care about you or your vehicle
I purchased a great car one year ago and it has treated me well so far. However, the purchase process was not as great. The dealer tried to get me to lie on my application in order to get a better credit offer. They never asked me for pay stubs but rather assumed that because of the nature of my job, I must not have pay stubs and made up an amount for my pay. When I went in to sign the loan agreement they had added the $2000 warranty without asking me and could not remove it for me until I had already signed the loan and waited a few days.
Destination Nissan is the best! I am impressed with their fine level of customer service, honesty and integrity. I have been buying cars and having them serviced since 1972. In my opinion, Destination Nissan is the best performer for me to date. In addition, Annette, the Service Manager brings positive energy and integrity to the dealership with her care, concern, and knowledge. I will always have Destination Nissan service both the vehicles I have purchased from them.
Everyone at Destination was wonderful to work with. Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the car I was looking at and what they had to offer their customers. They walked me through everything and explained everything I needed to know very thoroughly, which reassured me that leasing was a good option for me. This is an excellent establishment that will work with you to make sure you drive off the lot happy and confident that you made the right decision.
Great dealership with a very friendly and professional staff. Our Sales Consultant Mike Petropoulos did an outstanding job in explaining features of the Nissan Rouge and answering all our questions. We are new to the brand and had a lot of questions, which Mike took a great deal of time to demonstrate. Ultimately, we agreed with terms and took delivery of our Nissan Rouge SV. We couldnt be happier with our choice.
I met Chris while I was at a gas station last week while pumping gas. He noticed while we were at the gas pump I drove a Nissan. We started talking about about the vehicle, what I liked about it, how it’s treated me etc. I let him know I loved it and what I liked. He started telling me about the new Altima and it’s packages. Needless to say when this lease is up I will be going to see him!!!
They gave me best deal compared to all dealers in Albany NY. This is my second Nissan vehicle. Communication is very flexible with them, I actually reached out to them through their website and it redirected to a phone number and was able to communicate through text, its a lot easier than waiting in phone calls.Coming to my Sales person Mike Petro, he is the best. He tried to locate the vehicle for me though it wasnt available with them and was able to deliver the car within 3 days.He went over all the specs and features of the car patiently. He made the process very easy for me, registration stuff everything was taken care even before I went to pick up the car.Would definitely recommend Destination Nissan for everyone and also recommend very friendly Mike Petro to buy your car.
Car was not detailed properly. Pine sap or similar was in doorwells and quite a bit on sunroof. Also found around paint here and there. Also found a sizable scratch on top of right front fender that was obviously covered up and not fixed. I found it after washing and before I waxed, after only driving home from dealership. I’ve removed all sap. I can live with the scratches, I just want to make a note of it so I’m not charged at end of lease.Great showroom. Great people. Great deal. I would do it again. Thanks
Brought my vehicle in for it’s 10,000 mi. oil change. I was easily able to make the appt at a time convenient for me. This was a big plus, since I have a very busy schedule. Waiting room was clean and not cramped. Eric was very pleasant and even though my vehicle is fairly new, he thoroughly reviewed the items also inspected.
I was looking for a 2017 Nissan Armada, and I worked with Antonio Marotta. If you are looking to purchase a Nissan, he is the best I have ever worked with. I have been purchasing cars for years. Antonio is professional, very friendly, and a hoot. You will become friends whether you purchase a car or not.I wasnt planning to purchase that day, but Antonio and his sales manager, Justin, made me an offer I couldnt refuse. They made the process easy and enjoyable. When I brought my wife to get the car, we worked with Dave Prehoda in Finance. I wish all the finance managers were as straightforward, down-to-earth, and customer focused as he is. He was also terrific.I am an experienced car buyer, and I went into Destination Nissan with my guard up. Now I want to go back and visit them all again. Thats how nice dealing with them was.
Considering how everything has changed with the pandemic and how we conduct our normal routines I would say everything went very well. The same amount of care and detail were given to me and my car. And I could tell that everyone took everything seriously and my car was properly disinfected which I really appreciated.
I had a fantastic experience at Destination Nissan. Right from the moment I walked in on the first day all the way up until I was driving my new car off the lot every person I interacted with (Brian, Rocco, Eric) was happy, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend sending anyone who is looking for a new or used car to check them out- hands down one of the best dealerships and staffs in the Capital District!
I love Jessica! As a salesperson she rocks. She understood what I wanted and didn’t want and was able to get me to the end that was acceptable. There were bumps along the way - Nissan Corporation was crazy with this transaction but Jessica and the group at Destination did their best to pull this together. They told me they would make it right and I believe they did- could they have done more well sure there’s always more but they did well.
Roberto was very knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue SV we leased. He was able to answer all the questions we asked. He also went through all the features of the vehicle in person and also showed us three different videos of some of the Rogues options. He spent as much time as we needed to learn about all the features and options of the vehicle. We did not have to haggle over price and go back and forth with different offers. Justin offered us a very fair deal the first time he gave us a price quote.
Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!! Experience in buying the vehicle was great, service, not so great.. Terrible actually.. i was totally floored when I went to get my wifes car inspected at about 17k, the tires were almost bald! to the point of almost not passing inspection. I called the Nissan Service dept Manager, Sales Manager, District Manager as well as Corporate. NO ONE returned my phone call. I guess I shouldnt have told them what I was calling about or maybe told them I was calling about buying another car. Then they would have called me back!!! When I called Nissan Corporate I got transferred without warning to the Tire Manufacturer who I had previously spoke to and could not help me. She basically told me that tire doesnt have a mileage rating on it and that is the tire the manufacturer requested to be put on the vehicle..I can only tell you I will most likely will never buy Nissan again due to this.. now I am stuck in a lease on a vehicle that I have to put new tires on only to return it to them in another year and a half with new tires.. I have always thought of Nissan as a reliable car/SUV etc however I guess it is only as reliable as the tires they put on them...
THANK YOU Destination Nissan for getting us into a brand new car and making our experience a success. Our salesperson, George Bliven, treated us fairly and answered all our questions and concerns. He took care of the insurance and registration and even changed the plates himself. We would recommend George and Destination Nissan to everyone! All the staff is pleasant, youre even greeted when you pull up. We appreciated the customer service we received from everyone there.
Had my Murano serviced at Destination ...again..and again...and again. Always had great experience. Service done quickly and properly. My car always washed and ready for me right after service. Great atmosphere at the waiting area. And most of all employees of Destination Nissan. Ive worked with few service writers and managers, and they made sure my car was checked and fixed only for problem it had. I never felt pressured. I want to point out Ed in Service, who made service at this shop courteous and professional. Great place. I wont service my car anywhere else.
This has been the best car buying process I’ve ever had. Marc was great, and worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. I feel as though four stars aren’t enough, Marc was extra nice to me because I wasn’t exactly buying under the best circumstances. He took the time to sync up my phone to the blu tooth. He also listened to me and my BS... Such a good guy.
Joe P has now been my whole family’s sales consult and had yet to let me or my family down! Thanks for you my new pathfinder I love it! I will recommend Joey P to anyone who wants a genuine transparent fun exciting knowledgeable sales associate!! Thanks Destination Nissan! Once again!!
I have to say, the experience at Destination Nissan was great from the moment I walked in, until the sale and pickup of our new Murano less than 24 hours later! Jim DeSantis, my salesman, was great. Î gave him the info on what i was looking for, the pricing range i needed to be at, and he went to work! We test drove a vehicle, I liked it, we worked the deal, and I came back the next morning to pick it up
The sales manager, George, and my sakes rep, James, made the whole process easy, I got a great price on a new Murano while also getting a fair price on my trade. I have never had such a stress free car buying experience. I was able to take my new car home the same day!
I chose to go to Destination Nissan because they had the best prices. Nick C. was my sales consultant and he took care of everything for me, including when I didn’t understand some things on my car a few days later. He was able to help me that day, and took care of everything. I would highly recommend Destination Nissan and Nick from sales.
I never recieved my coupon book for oil changes/car washed when I leased my Rogue. Chad told me to go see Justin for help, I found Ray who did my paperwork last fall and he went above and beyond to assist me. He and Chad were great to work with!! As were my sales team last fall.
We purchased a new car and agreed on a the finance length and percentage. When shown 2 different monthly payments based on different down payments we chose one of them. Only after the purchase and going through the paperwork we noticed the percentage was higher than agreed upon. After speaking with sales rep, who was very nice, he stated that the agreed upon percentage was not available for that length. We were never told of this and would not have agreed to the deal. 1% is about $9/month over the life of the loan which is about $650. Phone calls to the manager have not been returned. Maybe this will get their attention.
After three years we still hate the experience we had and continue to have. We bought a vehicle that we had to order due to the features we wanted. Not only did they not order the vehicle correctly but we were left to take the one that arrived without any option to expedite a new one or correct the issue. The only reason people leave good reviews is because they allow people to earn free things for leaving good reviews. Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with and we have purchased many new vehicles.
I was happy with my experience at Destination Nissan. I worked with Robert Hudson who was friendly and not too pushy. He is a Nissan expert - but I wanted a used Kia Sedona. He knew the answers to my questions but did not force any of his opinions on me or try to convince me to buy a Nissan.By this time I had been to a number of dealerships and had a lot of research done. He gave me the time to find the vehicle that I wanted. He was also very patient as I tried to secure non-dealer financing and did a good job of following up on my phone calls. When I brought the vehicle to my personal mechanic to look over before buying - Robert was even willing to go and pick it up for me so I didnt have to leave my job early. When my financing was delayed I wound up using the dealer for a portion of the financing and got a rate better than the banks I was working with! The financing dept there was not very pressured either and they were able to answer my questions and customize my financing they way that I wanted it. Recommended!
I have never been treated so bad by two men supposedly in management positions as I was when I tried purchasing a car from this dealership . Both the Finance Manager and the Dealership Manager were rude, condescending and arrogant. When the deal did not go through and I asked the manager to refund my downpayment, he refused. He insisted the salesman do it. The Dealership Manager then accused me of telling other customers not to buy a car from them. When the salesman informed the Dealership Manager that intnfactact, that was not what was said, only then did he agree to take care of my refund himself, all while continuing to be condescending by asking if I wanted to call my husband so he could explain the figures to me, because I obviously did not understand the tremendous deal I was walking away from. As I walked out the door after wasting and hour and a half of my time, the Dealship Manager yelled, rather loudly so all other customers could hear, that he hoped I treated the next dealership better????? Really, thats how you are the #1 Nissan Dealership from Maine to Maryland?
To summarize below, they lied, they were unprofessional and represent everything that makes you nervous about having to buy a new car and going through the negotiating process. I know that industry has a reputation and you have to be cautious of being worked over - well I clearly got worked over!I bought a used car at this dealership just a few weeks ago. They had a great selection of used inventory with good prices but one of the things I asked was that they certify the vehicle per Nissans certification agreement and that was where all of the issues started. We worked the certification into the price we agreed upon which the sales representative said had to be higher since there were a few routine maintenance things they knew would have to be fixed to bring it to the certification standards. I then go to buy the car the day after and sign all of the paperwork which was also fine until the finance manager wouldn’t give me a full copy of the certification agreement that I signed. I questioned it and brought it to his attention twice as that didn’t seem right but then he said Nissan will be sending me a copy in the mail.(Side note from the more important issue, when we went to go leave after signing everything and buying the car, the sales representative, with a pizza box in his hand, just gave us the keys and said the vehicle was parked around the side. He didn’t go through anything with us and the vehicle had no owners manual in it and also had an empty bag of chips in the middle console.)The next day I had to go back to bring in the title of my trade in so I called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they said they do not send me a copy of the agreement so the information the finance manager told me was incorrect. Before I went back to give them the title of my old car, I called the sales representative ahead of time telling him I spoke to Nissan and asked them to provide me with page one of the certification and have it ready for me when I got there. It was not ready for me when I got there and when he finally brought page one over to me, folded over, and then walked away, I realized he gave me page 1 for a different vehicle. I brought this to his attention and then after waiting for another 10-15 mins they come out with a brand new certification agreement telling me I signed the wrong one the day before. Unfortunately I couldn’t verify this because although I had page two it didn’t have the vehicle information on it. The kicker is, the new certification agreement they had me sign said nothing had to be fixed on the vehicle at all to meet nissan’s standards, therefore, the increase in price for routine repairs was either a total lie or they didn’t certify the vehicle like they said.To make matters worse, I then called Nissan consumer affairs again and reported the entire experience and also asked if I could have another dealership review the vehicle. They said I have to deal with that dealership directly and I should be receiving a call from Mike Pendergast, the GM of the dealer, within a few days regarding the incident. They Nissan representative even said on the phone that they can’t make them call me and basically that there was nothing further they could do. That was a few weeks ago and I never heard from him.My husband and I have to purchase another vehicle this year and I will certainly not be going back to Destination Nissan. We leased a vehicle a few years ago through Lia Nissan and they were much more professional and I wish I went there instead of this dealer. We will certainly plan to go back to Lia when our lease is up!
Ive leased my last two cars from Lia Toyota. I stopped at your office because I received a brochure in the mail. I had three places I wanted to visit. Your office was the first one I stopped at. Terrance was so nice and made me feel that I can get the best deal at your place. I decided to lease my new Rogue from him and not go to the other two dealers.Terrance was AWSOME !!Plus I loved all the features on the Rogue. Drove much smoother than the RAV4.
On my way to school on Thursday, the Low Tire Pressure sensor on my 2011 Nissan Rogue lit up. Of course, I was worried about getting a flat tire, as the following day I was making a long drive for the holiday weekend. I immediately called a Nissan dealership in Albany that I was familiar with, as I had been their customer for several years. After asking for an appointment as soon as possible, I was told to put some air in the tires and wait to see if something more serious than a sensor turning on happens. I was then told to wait until next week, and maybe we can fit you in on Wednesday. Like many people, I rely on my car for everything from long distance travel to grocery shopping, and the prospect of not having a safe car worried me. (I am also fortunate enough to even have a car, unlike many other people.) I Googled Nissan, Albany, NY and found Destination Nissan. I called right away - the receptionist was extremely polite and set me up with an appointment the next morning! Within an hour of my appointment time, the advisor came out and showed me a nail that had been stuck in one of my rear tires. They plugged the leak, and sent me on my way, with a WASHED car! I honestly could not be more pleased at the level of customer service I experienced from start to finish.
Came in, Had a great Experience, like always at Destination from service to sales, Joe P. my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and he helped guide me to the exact Pathfinder with everything i wanted! Thanks Joe and Destination for the easy and quick process! Not to Mention The Great Deal on the Pathfinder to make it all come together smoothly!
I had a lease that was about to expire and Destination Nissan sent me a mailer saying that they would buy out the lease regardless of Excess wear and tear. I called and spoke with Josh and explained that there were numerous scratches on my car and that if the mailer were true I would be interested in speaking with someone. He assured me that we could get to a deal. When I arrived at Destination Nissan I was introduced to Alan Diamond. I explained my situation with the scratches and he went right out looked at my car, went to a manager and came back to me and said We will buy out the lease now lets take a ride and find a car We then went to the back lot and Alan helped me find the car that I was looking for at the price I could pay.Alan is a genuine guy who has been selling cars a long time. He understood from the moment we met what my goal was and he helped me get there without the normal nonsense that I associate with a car buying experience. I made an offer and he came back within a few minutes with a counter and we had a deal. The car was delivered less than 12 hours later. I spent less than 10 minutes with the finance guy who offered an extended warranty but did not push it .Josh came out took the plates off my old car and then another sales guy loaded my free 40 inch flat screen in the car and I was done. I would highly recommend Destination Nissan Josh and Alan Diamond .
Probably got the butt end of everything, but if you want to give them thousands of dollars to waste your time this is the place. I found an amazing car here perfect to start my new adult life, only to have the car salesman leave before I could get the loan finalized (which I found out by calling the place after I didnt get a response from the guy.) The insurance took a little longer due to the military moving me and my family around so much, but by the time that was finalized my second salesman left! And I was again not informed of this change. No call, no email. I kept in touch but no reply, so I go to the dealership only to find out they SOLD THE CAR. I had a deposit on it. Signed the contract. Had the loan. Paid the insurance. But, now the car is no longer available.Enter at your own risk.
We bought a Nissan Xterra from Destination last month and are extremely happy with the purchase. Suzanne, their internet specialist, treated us with respect and was pleasant to work with. And Brian was wonderful to deal with while finalizing the paper work upon delivery. We did extensive research online before making a deal and talked to many dealers in the area and Destination was the most reasonably priced and by far the easiest to deal with. The entire process was painless and we would not hesitate to go back to them in the future.
Best salesman I’ve ever had at a dealership!! Super friendly and helpful!! Met my financial needs and answered all of my questions. Even texted me during the whole process and answered all questions that I had before and after the sale. Exceptional!! My salesman was Michael P.!! Still texts me to check in every week and I’ve had the car for a month now!!

2022-03-20Best car buying experience! Mr. SAJID KHAN is an exceptional gentleman. He is both knowledgeable and honest. We went to 5 different dealerships and did not make a purchase. SAJID listened to our needs, answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go see SAJID at Destination Nissan.

2022-01-22I went into Destination Nissan with the intent of purchasing a new vehicle. I was not pressured in any way to purchase on the spot. The vehicle I was interested in was in transit. The dealership notified me when it arrived. The sales person, Dante, was very nice and informative. The finance person, Camron, was also very informative and explained everything during the purchase process. I highly recommend Destination Nissan. Love my new Rogue Sport!

2021-10-20Leased a 2021 Nissan Sentra SV From Destination and the salesman (Ryan) couldnt have been more pleasant. He found inventive ways to stick within my budget and didnt pressure me at all. Got the whole deal done within one single day. They took care of all the paperwork and had me out of there reasonably. He even came by a couple of times to check in on me while I waited for the sales work to be completed. Good deal!

2022-04-17Everyone was friendly and attentive, service was completed in a timely manner. However they left my lug nuts loose enough to be removed by hand on my drivers side front wheel and I drove home on the highway with them loose like that. It’s a good thing I checked their work upon arriving home that day.

2022-03-03With all that is going on in the global automotive industry, and the shortage of new vehicle supplies, Max and the rest of Destination Nissan did everything they could to make sure I had a seamless experience. Max kept me reassured when there was a delay in delivery (to nobodys fault other than current global situation). When it came time to get my car, the process was very courteous, expedient, and I have not one complaint. I highly recommend Destination Nissan if you are looking for a smooth purchasing process.

2022-05-05Went in to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Within minutes of walking in we were greeted by Joe who helped us every step of the way. He showed us a similar truck to the one we wanted as ours was still in transit to the dealer. We filled out some paperwork and we were on our way. The transaction was quick and easy!

2022-03-07The work was done in a timely fashion and I was kept updated throughout the process which I found very helpful. I dont know enough about cars to speak to the quality of the work done internally, but externally the car looks as new. I would definitely return if needed.
