I absolutely love DHL, the guys that work for them are the best. They always call me when they arrive to the building and always make sure to leave my package in a designated place or hand it to me. I have zero complaints and appreciate the men that work here because the men that work for FEDEX SUCK! DHL is the best👍🏼

This company brings in too much money for docket number 12 lights not to work. But they expect for you to walk in and get your bols after their done. How the heck will we know your done without the light. We shouldnt have to keep walking back and forth to see if your done.

Ill give ZERO stars if possible! Called 5+ different numbers without finding out where they delivered my package which was never received! Why there is no phone number with this station? It is more efficient and helpful for us to directly talk to the local staff, rather than going through all intermediate levels and just getting some email reply like they confirmed the delivery on xxx date, and we are closing down the investigation without further communication. Very frustrated because DHL completely messed up and wouldnt even proceed vigorously to help their customers. Next time, use UPS instead because you can contact specific delivery stations, and talk to the staffs, and they are way more thoughtful than who works in DHL!!!

I witnessed all the clothes from Pakistan all wet And all the clothes were dyed and my sister wadding next week and all the wadding dresses are ruined we have millions of rupees. How is responsible for that...?Did you guys service me for free...? I have to pay delivery charges 400 dollars

Horrible service called 4 different times, was given misinformation for each person I talked to. Need to train your staff better when it comes to updates in the systems seems like no one knows how to read them at all. Worst place to do business with for shipping needs. Wish I could give them no stars. DHL SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Literally awful. My package has been on hold for 6 days. It was supposed to come yesterday but after saying it’s being processed yesterday, they decided to put it back on hold.

Got loaded at this place on 08/18/19They cross docked the load of fresh peppers from Norway into my trailer and loaded a couple pallets from this warehouse directlyI was required to watch them loading my trailer which I didn’t mindThe forklift operator Harry was very careful but fast and efficient, he spread the weight very well.The whole thing took about an hourGot the BOL right after and headed ourNice and friendly staff although I was tired and didn’t have the best attitude!Great place to pick up the load!Although it was tricky to find;)
