The LIC location has had a delivery on hold for more than a week and seems I cannot get my package delivered. DHLs main investigations and research teams cannot get an update from this facility.
Driver delivered my package to someone else and cant get the office to contact the driver to go back to where he delivered it to.
Best service at this location. I have been going there for most of my pickups. Very clean and professional service. Michelle at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful.I give this place 5 out of 5 ....
Would give 0 if possible. Package delivered on an unscheduled day, with no delivery notification. As I wasnt home at the time of delivery, result appears to be lost/stolen package.

IF there was an option for 0 stars this would be the best time. Its been 1 week since my package was MISDELIVERED by the courier and whenever I contact DHL they have no new information and are waiting to hear back from the depot. Ive been hung up on numerous times and lied to about receiving callbacks. Terrible service, extremely condescending responses and really zero help. Honestly just the absolute WORST customer service experience ive ever gotten in my life!
I received misleading information. The supervisor lied about having my package I traveled 2 hours from my home in brooklyn here just to wait 30 mins for them to tell my package is not there. The woman at the front desk provided NO HELP. Terrible customer service.
This company sucks the driver is telling lies about delivery and has never came its been almost 3 weeks and I still have not gotten my package, nor door tag or anything. He must be on something or realize he wants to go home and doesnt deliver. Customer service is nice however but that just wont cut it they lost my business period. Im livid at this driver or the system in place.
Worst DHL location ever. They had my package for 3 days and still did not deliver on time. Then lied that package had not arrived on time while the tracking details had a totally different story showcasing their lies. Then I was told the driver forgot to pick the package. The PACKAGE WAS SENT PREMIUM! Isnt that his job. Never using DHL for any of my personal and business deliveries.
Dhl is the worst shipping service ever! Noone follows instructions, if you have a gated community they say you refused to accept your package because they dont want to come to your door, how would you know if they are there without any phone call or notice at all. They are lazy and careless ! this whole company is horrible If you want to save the headache and time go with a different shipping company.
So I was sitting home for three days in order to receive my package, the driver never show up to my door and he marked me recipient not home. Great Work DHL. The only reason I rate it one star is because i am not able to rate with no star,
I requested the redelivery of a package to the hudson yard serbice point sinceI know its not safe in my building. Also the package contains expensive goods that mailed from the UK. So they requested signature. But the driver delivered the package and signed themselves ATL meaning authorized left. I did NOT authorize anything! Ontheir tracking system, the signature also shows the wrong name. Now the parcel is lost. DHL driver from this aerive point is extremely not professional. Their terrible service deserves no stars. I called customer service because I said the weird signature on the tracking information. They laughed at me saying it must be someone from the service point signed for you with the wrong name.
Its times like these you wish you could leave zero stars. By far the absolute worst shipping company in the US. There is always an issue with package delivery. There is always an unfortunate delay.Its ironic seeing as they are supposedly the best shipping company in Europe. Sad.
Is it possible to give it less then one star??? What liars they claim they can’t deliver a package that I’m standing right in front of. And I get a text message notifying of this but there’s no yellow and red truck in sight what a joke. You don’t want to deliver packages for a living QUIT
Well, it was a hustle to get my package but they were really kind and patient to help me and resolve the problem . Jenifer was very kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me . She and the driver paul have great customer service

This should not even be a company !!!!NOT professional, NOT reliable & extremely incompetent. Please save yourself the nightmare & do not use this service to send any documents; they lost or misplaced my husband’s immigration documents & now he is stuck in another country because of their fault !!!! #DHL you are HORRIBLE !!!!!! Shipment has gone out delivery 4 days in a row. They continue to deliver after the business closes. Not to mention this is an Express package.
It is very bed service. Last Friday sent me text messages # scheduled for delivery today (Friday/14 Sep ) But today is18 Sep olso me woating for my parcel but ,nathing came aniting so i thing it is the very bed service

They said nobody was in the residence while we all where at the shop and the shop was open. Called them they said they will send the driver back nope never happen. Worst delivery system ever. I wish I can give 0 stars. Lazy divers and horrible management
The location is inconvenient to travel to. The waiting / service area is really small and gets really crowded depending on the time of day. Staff was helpful and pretty straightforward to get you in and out.

This place is run by a bunch of careless people. My package that was supposed to be redirected to a service point in the same city somehow is shipped to India. Good luck if you are using their service.

Terrible service, I had a very bad experience with DHL, I paid an express delivery, the people who attended me do not know their work in depth, the package was lost, I hope to recover at least what I paid for an extra insurance that I bought.
After paying $ 170dll. X less than a pound of weight from ny to honduras my package was retained in honduras with the excuse that these are situations out of DHLs control and it has been held for more than a month and neither DHL ny nor in honduras have resolved me and to date each That I call to request reports on my shipment turns out to be frustrating because when I receive my package I will have to pay for other excessive puddles that could be more than 130 dollars more and I think they are very irresponsible when they tell me that since my package is already in Honduras it is no longer a responsibility by DHL ny
0 stars terrible service, they are paid for 2-day express shipping and they have 10 days with my package rolling and I need the package for a job that I must deliver using UPS, USPS, or any other service for shipping that is not this. They are lousy.

2022-05-23I thought it wasn’t possible to be worst than usps but my lord does DHL take the cake, front desk isn’t even present. Called an agent through the phone as they have instructed around the front desk. I was told I’ll be assisted shortly. 20 minutes in and yet to be helped.

2022-04-13Honestly I never leave reviews but I had such an easy time picking up my package here I had to! I’m annoyed at DHL overall for not delivering it, but this station was very helpful and kind and I had no issues picking it up.

2021-11-29DHL delivered my urgent time-sensitive package to an incorrect address, after reviewing a picture of where the package was actually delivered, I had to figure out where it was to timely retrieve my package. DHL felt an apology would suffice for the major inconveniences caused to find the package and the late arrival. Poor customer service - Never using DHL again!

2021-12-28DHL express my package from Dubai, made it to Germany and through Europe in two days. Landed in New York on the 26th as promised. And this location decided to ship my item to my house that is 8 minutes drive on 3rd of January 2022. I called DHL and they said it’s holiday season they don’t open from 25th through the New Years. I work in non time sensitive company and I work all week. DHL is a joke and this location needs to close for good.

2021-11-30I ordered some hat boxes from Amazon which are to be delivered by DHL as of today the package is supposed to be delivered, I have yet to receive the package, I saw the driver in front of my building and he did not bother to deliver the package. I called Amazon for a second time and got a really good Customer Service Rep who sent an email to DHL and reported the so called driver. I hope he gets in trouble because that is a package that I paid for so I want my package. If I could give DHL delivery service a zero, I certainly would but one star is basically the same.

2021-12-08The worst ever! I took the day off work to wait for a package , I even left a huge sign in front of the building in case they could not get in to the building . I desperately needed this package and they stated that they attempted to deliver that no one was home when I was home all day I looked out the window as I live on the first floor to see once I receive the text that they attempted to deliver with no one home there was no driver in sight I will never again get a package from DHL no matter what ! this is a disgrace for a company.

2021-09-10Why in the world would you continue to attempt to deliver by end of day to a business? DHL is absolute garbage and judging by these reviews, I dont even believe anymore they attempted to deliver. Its a business and has signs all over the place to come back at regular business hours. What logic does it have for a courier company to not know a simple thing as delivering to a corporate office past 5pm? You should be ashamed yourself.
