Always a great place for subs.The Godfather is the best.And they bake there own rolls too.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!. My fiancé and I ordered our subs off their app tonight - a roast beef sub and their “favorite cheesesteak. Food was ready for us rather quickly and they had a coupon which was initially a plus. However, when I took a bite into my roast beef sub it was extremely bland.-lack of flavor-barely any meat on the sub- no horseradish Mayo ( had to put some on myself for my sub)-barely had cheese or condimentsI WILL NOT be purchasing food from here again nor will I EVER recommend this place to anyone!

I used to love their food. Ive gone in 2x in the last couple months and the staff has been ATROCIOUS. The girl taking my order was so horribly rude all because I asked the roll choices. I didnt ask to sample each one! Just the names. I said something to the manager and he looked at her and laughed it off. Ive never witnessed such an unprofessional manager. Looked more like theyre probably a couple or good friends the way he grinned at her. Their interaction looked odd. I left there without the 4 subs I ordered and I will never go back. Ill drive out to Violas and get better service!
Ordering online is a much better experience than ordering inside. I got the turkey sub and its always good.
Delicious subs, quick and efficient service, and a friendly staff. Bathrooms are kept clean and the eat in seating areas were well kept.

Subs were delicious, good bread and meats. Staff were clearly overwhelmed with the order volume but I get it, with fast food pay rates keeping staff has got to be difficult. They were professional and friendly and the customers waiting were patient. Would order again maybe not right at lunch time.
It wasnt as good as other DiBellas Ive been to. I wanted mayo, I didnt say wipe off the spatula and then pretend to add some to my sub, and come on add some oil to it. There was barely a squirt.. Ill go somewhere else next time. At least the soda was good
I ordered online and did curbside pickup. A lot of places say they have curbside pickup but when you get there you sit forever and end up going inside to pickup your food. The curbside service here is super fast and efficient. The bread is the best at any sub shop I have tried. My finicky daughter always just eats the inside of her sandwiches and the dog gets her bread. Well she ate it all today - first time ever! There is such a great variety of sandwiches and everything is so fresh. Im looking for excuses to come back soon.
We ordered in the app to get $5 off. We had 2 out of 3 subs were stale or over cooked. Crumbles when you took a bite. Very unusual for dibellas. I hope this was just an off night.
Subs are good but the delivery service is horrible, literally took almost 2 hours to get our subs when promised in 45 min. Solid subs, but if you order hot subs expect them to be cold. Not worth the $15 in delivery, service fees, and tips....wont order from here again, go pickup from Jims steakout or grab Mikes subs in Kenmore.
I go here to get the Cowboy sub. Its bbq chicken with bacon and cheese. I usually add mayo and onions. Its really good. And the homemade cookies are Great 😊
Came a couple weeks ago. Signed up for the Rewards app. Ordered a small Cheesestake which was Phenomenal! Got to the register used QR code for points.. The rewards were applied. I Didnt want to use them yet. I was told no problem it was removed and I was insured I can use next time. Come in today. Order a Full $16 BBQ sub get to the register to pay and am informed the sign up promotion wasnt there. Now Im forced to buy a full $16 that I didnt even really want. Just wanted the Best Bang for my buck. Aggravating, plus the sub wasnt even good. Extremely Disappointed! 🤦🏼♂️
The subs I get here trump any other subs in a mile radius. However, sometimes when I order oil and mustard on a sub, they don’t put enough, or it’s concentrated in one corner. Otherwise no complaints. Ingredients are fresh and they don’t cheap out on quantity.
Hadnt had a Dibellas sub since college, and that was a mistake. They are magic. Very possibly the best in the city.

The subs are great. Nice fresh rolls. The employee who was going to make our sub scratched his inner ear an then put gloves on. I asked that he please wash his hands and he compiled. The GM or whoever he was, A big bald guy needs to be retrained. He walked away while we were walking up to the register. We had to wait for the grill guy to ring us up. The manager never acknowledged us in any way when he did come back up front. Great customer service skills.

Its a sub worth the money, 20 times better than wegmans, it really is. One thing, if you ever order a party platter, dont buy the sub individually you will get more 4 your money!!!!
I love the buffalo chicken sub here but it depends on whos working whether or not its well made. Ive gone in when the bread is fresh and the sub is amazing but Ive also gone in and the bread is a bit past its prime. Its one of the better places to get a really good sandwich though. I just wish it was more consistent.
Terrible service. As we walked into Dibellas, there were only 2 gentlemen together ahead of us placing their order. We assumed it would be a swift experience as we were very hungry. There was some confusion with these gentlemen and the staff surrounding the use of a coupon that was causing a delay. After patiently waiting about 5-7 minutes, we eventually ordered 2 subs... As we made our way to the register..the 2 men in front of us took 15 minutes to cash out and were going back and forth with the employees over the use of the coupon. At this point, the line was almost out the door and there were several others waiting for online pick up orders. Only 1 register was open. Multiple employees standing around instead of helping the cause & opening another register to accommodate the line of customers waiting. We finally pay and leave. When we arrive home (15-20 minute drive from Dibellas), there is only 1 sub in the bag. Im not sure how they forgot to put the other sub in the bag considering we were waiting in line for 15 minutes just to cash out after our subs had already been made. We drove back to get the other sub and asked them to make fresh subs since by the time we would actually sit down to eat - our hot subs would be cold. Upon this request - all the employees stared at us and did not say anything back. We had to ask again to make the subs. There was no sense of urgency or no apology. No words were exchanged from the staff especially a younger woman with cross tattoos who made the sub. The manager (larger man with red facial hair) seemed to be aware of all of the above debauchery. This establishment seems to be poorly managed & lacks leadership. No care for paying customer. We love Dibellas and have enjoyed their subs for many years but we will not be back to this location which was our first time trying as we are new to the neighborhood. Service aside, the subs were enjoyed.
Sub is okay, but staff is cold and unwelcoming surprisingly, the bread is very good. I suggest get some warm blooded people in there and live-in up things a lil.
Lets talk about subs, there are good subs place and bad subs place. This is top level sub place, the meats are fresh and so is the bread, yeah it is a bit pricey but you can what you pay for , if you want a cheap sub go to subway. If you want a great sub then this is the place to go. I have ordered a steak sub from them many times and it comes out fresh and tasting fantastic every time.

DiBellas never disappoints. The Classic Sub Tray is always a hit. More than enough for our family of 8; could easily feed 10 people. Enjoy!

The Chicken Philly is a great TASTING sub. The Sesame Roll was the best roll Ive ever had. They are VERY stingy with the meat, however. Basically, it was a great tasing chicken flavored roll. If they would put at least double, maybe triple the chicken on it, I would give them 4-5 stars. I cannot give more than 2 stars, spending over $10 and still leaving hungy, though. Its really unbelievable how little they meat give you for what they charge.

Bread was hard as rock. I simply ordered a turkey with just mayo, oil, black olives and cheese. Idk why theres was pieces of lettuce and onion throughout.
Over priced and take forever with a 30 minute wait time twice. Ridiculous! 23$ for two subs I could have had a nice sit down meal at a moderate place for that price.

This is a really good place to get solid, tasty subs. They arent going to wow you with any specialty items, but if you want a good, classic, simple sub, this is a great choice. The chocolate chip cookies are also really good here.

All and all a very average sub. The chicken I had on my philly wasnt very good. The sub was very bread heavy, the bread was good mind you but it overwhelmed the toppings. Prepared quickly but the sub lacked flavor overall

I cashed out and when I got to my car I forgot to use a coupon for my food and the .manager said no we cant refund you anything. Most places I go to wouldve definitely refunded my money. It wasnt like a few dollars it was $9 and I just think thats tacking and tired. Its so expensive and I go there all the time.
The best subs hands down in western ny. Im a bread club member. People are friendly the stores are clean unlike Wegmans sandwich shop which are filthy , just lean over the counter to see the food all over their counters sitting there rotting , floors are filthy. Dibellas is immaculate , I owned a sandwich shop many years ago and I know how difficult it can be to keep the work space as clean as Dibellas does. Plus their foods are great and I love the the whole old time look. Been a fan and will be for life!
I ordered 2 medium subs. Plain rolls. 2 hosts preparing them. The Dagwood was prepared sloppy; all meats flapped around the bun. The 2nd sub was a meat roll. No layering for lettuce, tomato and onion.
I ordered a Buffalo chicken sub from DoorDash from here and I think this is one of the worst subs I’ve ever eaten and I’m not one to complain , how do you make chicken soggy , and there’s no Buffalo sauce it wasn’t spicy , it was slimy and gross , 10/10 wouldn’t never eat here again even if you paid me to

Ordered through grubhub, they put lettuce on a meatball sub when it was not stated anywhere on the order or menu, and they refused to refund or replace....but did offer me to come in. There was a reason i used a delivery service.Who the hell puts lettuce on a meatball sub when it is not specifically requested? Disgusting.

2022-07-15This COULD have been a first 5 star review from me. Sadly, it is not. We had ordered several subs, drinks and cookies on our visit. The crew was fairly nice. The place was almost pristine with cleaning supplies left scattered throughout. Almost as if to make an impression of it.😑 Though it was clean enough, the food was somewhat lacking. I had VERY specifically requested a large amount of mushrooms on my sub and there was barely 6 or 7 small slices from an awful canned stock. 🙄 The chicken was likely frozen but was actually quite good. It was tender, well seasoned, juicy and flavourful. The Swiss cheese they used was one of the best Ive had. A slight bite to it with a flavor that was impressive but not overwhelming. Sadly it seemed it was, quite literally, thrown together; Spilling out everywhere once unwrapped. My better half ordered a meatball sub. The meatballs seemed to be of the average frozen variety and there was almost no sauce to speak of. The cheese was nearly nonexistent and clearly thrown on cold. My kids had mixed-meat subs that were also thrown together poorly. One of the drinks I specifically asked for no ice and was 1/2 full of ice once it was emptied. The cookies were just average. If they step up their game they could be a very impressive establishment. I will return and give them another chance some day and, hopefully, they will have improved. Id recommend this place but, for now, ONLY as an alternative to other national brands.😕

2022-07-14We absolutely love DiBellas subs. We moved to Indiana but anytime we come back to NY we make sure to get some DiBellas! I even take it back home with me when I travel to NY alone. They package everything separately so it can be assembled when I get back to Indy!!

2019-07-21We ordered through the website. That went smoothly. Pickup was smooth. The young ladies working were extremely nice. My old fashioned was great. My husband got the cheese steak. He said that there wasnt enough meat on it, and was pulling bread off that had no meat.

2020-08-22Ordered from DiBellas for the first time and had The Cowboy and DiBellas Cheesesteak. The cowboy came with chicken, bacon, bbq sauce, and cheddar cheese. The cheesesteak was classic style.Both sandwiches were solid and the veggie addition options were great.Due to COVID-19, I didnt dine in to get the atmospheric experience, but the service and pickup was a breeze and I got two free cookies for signing up for their free rewards programs. I definitely recommend with chocolate chip with walnuts.
