Ordered through uber eats and half of my sides were missing. Things not clearly labeled like reg sauce and hot sauce. Dont know if we got the regular barbeque beans or the jalapeño beans because we got only one.
If there was a zeroI would give that. Just ordered 3 meals. 2 were delivered. Enough said
Terrible 😞. Food was cold, not the right portion size for the ribs, beans were hard and stale…bread was very stale. How are they even in business 🤢
Very generous portions, had the pork rib plate. The ribs were tender and tasty, the Mac and cheese was ok. I really liked the baked potato casserole side dish. My sister said the beef brisket was tasty as well. Glad I don’t have to go all the way to Dino barbecue, Dickey’s is very convenient!
The meal I got here was mediocre at best. The pulled pork was ok, and the servers almost forgot to give me part of the meal I paid for. This shows you the quality of a barbeque place in Walmart.
I ordered two meats, brisket ends and jalapeño kielbasa that came with two sides. Positives first, the kielbasa was great. That was about the only enjoyable part of my meal.The brisket was tough and dry with rather no great flavor smoked into it. The BBQ sauce that I ordered, spicy bbq, lacked great flavor and was rather bland. It did not add a pleasant experience to the brisket.They messed up my sides that came with this meal. I ordered Mac and cheese and beans. The Mac was also very bland and cold. I did not receive beans, but instead got creamy spinach. While this was hot and decent, this was not what I ordered.Lastly, it came with a bread side roll. This had an overwhelming cardboard taste and was not pleasant.I would not recommend this place. NY is certainly not BBQ country but Good smoke and Dinosaur leagues ahead of this place.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The portions were VERY SMALL. I ordered the sliced brisket and cheddar kielbasa with 2 sides and a biscuit and I got 2 small slices of beef and 4 small slices of sasuage. Definitely not worth the money. Never ordering from here again. Very disappointed.
For one thing, if someone can make a better, more tender pulled pork or brisket in a crockpot, that should tell you something. the brisket was sooooo tough that i had to throw it away. the pulled pork was better but not by much. both had little to no seasoning on it. ive grown up with great bbq and this was by far one of the worst ive had. the sides couldnt even make up for it. creamed spinach and mashed potato casseroles were good. mac and cheese was worse than kraft... I should have trusted my gut and not gone here, but I was craving a little piece of home during these covid times... this made it way worse.
I ordered food for takeout. During a global health pandemic, the cashier who packaged my sides, was not wearing any safety items, no gloves, nothing. I got a refund and left. When I called to complain the person who wasn’t wearing gloves said HE was the manager. He said that wearing gloves in the “front” was part of their “policy.” Hell to the no! The food also looked horrible. Plus this restaurant is inside arguably the dirtiest WalMart I have ever seen as well. Hard pass on this place.
The service was stellar and the food was tasty, some of the best brisket Ive ever had! Im a first timer but it will definitely not be my last. Im turning my whole family on!
Ordered via doordash. 2 meat plate. came with a few strips of dry brisket and a few chunks of dry chicken. sides were okay.
Not really bar-b-que seems more baked to me no smoke taste at all. Went there 2ago and the customer service sucked didnt have any utensils in my bag they didnt offer any kind of sause and that older guy had a additive to boot. Dont go here for bar-b-que
My wife called me at work extremely upset about the service of a employee on 7/8/20.She waited in line for 5 minutes and was ignored by the lady at the counter that was obviously having a bad day. My wife as well as another gentleman ended up walking out. I just wanted to let the management know that this individual is causing the company to lose business and customers. I would take appropriate action before this person makes your losses even worse.
Tried their bbq out for the firs time and it was pretty good too. I do recommend trying them out. I found it east to order online with them.
SKIP THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT EVEN TRY!!!! I was missing more than half my order. The brisket was cold, reheated, and I am hoping I do not get sick from it. I would never order from here again....
The BBQ here is freaking amazing and I strongly recommend giving them a try with the family. They have a great selection and the prices are very reasonable.

It is a very nice place, comfortable, really relaxed, the food was delicious. I would go again if I spent almost 40 my husband ordered a salad I ordered a chicken sandwich and two childrens combos.

2022-05-26The food was bad! The ribs were few for a 1/2 rack at $19 and burnt with no sauce on them. Oh and I love beans but not these, the beans were hard from not cooking long enough! Also there wasn’t any bbq sauce on any of the ribs, I’d I mention that one! My children and I were not happy with this Grubhub order from the Chili location. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

2022-05-03If you go here then make sure you have a lot of time to spare. The lady that works here is incredibly slow. I waited probably 30-40 minutes just to get my order taken and she messed it up. I had to remind her how to make it.I had the burnt ends sandwich with spicy bbq sauce. It was delicious

2022-07-18I ordered through door dash, they forgot my roll and $12 gallon of soda, they gave me 2 sides of beans instead of a side of beans and a side of Mac and cheese, and the ribs and pork were super dry and had no bbq sauce on them. Why make it so expensive if ur not even gonna get the orders right?

2022-08-15Food that we got not to bad but food we wanted they were out of the chicken and brisket so had to get ribs and pulled pork we had ordered ribs already in our order so there were 2 replacement dishes missing our order came to almost $180 but like I said the food that we did have apart from beans and small portion of the ribs(for the money) wasnt to bad but food cold except for potatoes

2022-04-28Part of it is my fault, I didnt realize this was a franchise. For the price not worth it. But the quality and flavor of the food is not even there at all. Lesson learned. If youre looking for good bbq go somewhere else

2021-04-10I’m from the south and bbq is a total lifestyle down there. I ordered lunch from here today and I was really shocked. The meats were tender and tasty even after having been delivered, the sauce was really good and had just enough sweet and just enough heat. Don’t taste much in the way of smoke but I’m willing to overlook that based on the taste of what I had. Will definitely be back

2021-11-23First time trying Dickeys BBQ. There was a great deal on Uber Eats, which is how I learned about this restaurant. So I took advantage of the 2 for $25 promo which includes two entrees + sides. For both meals, I got the polish sausage and sliced brisket. The polish sausage was savory and the brisket was tender, juicy, and fell apart as I was eating it. One had the sweet bbq sauce and the other was a spicy sauce. The sweetness balanced the savory but will admit, preferred the spicy sauce as it had more flavor. The mac and cheese was alright; creamy but needed salt and pepper. Overall, ate all the food (one for dinner, the other for lunch) and would return when I have the urge for some barbeque.
