Got a hockey stick for our toddler. Everything was nice and neat in there. Asked if we needed help a couple times so that was nice. Only thing is they say they price match but the cashier said they dont for Amazon but online at their website it actuality says they do only not marketplace or individual sellers. So we couldve got a hat price matched but since the cashier didnt know what he was talking about they lost a sale.
Good products nice store cashier could have been more friendly but besides that good experience. Spent about$ 250 on my sons clothes they were nice clothes.
The worker was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. He was very kind and helped me a lot!! The cashier was very sweet also
Cashier was very helpful gave us an extra 10 percent off because the canopy cover had a rip in it. Checked another canopy that had a bigger tear. Receiving should check there shipments a little more carefully before accepting the goods. But overall I was satisfied with the purchase.
Absolutely terrible service. I just wanted a pair of shoes and got absolutely no help from employees even after requesting it. Unfortunately you’d get quicker service ordering online from literally anywhere else on earth than in person at this store.

How can this place consider itself a sporting store? It has terrible selection of soccer products, none are high end cleats, no jerseys. Terrible customer service.
Very helpful associate who wanted to be sure I had every option presented for my needs available even if it was at a different store location. Although the selection of items is limited the awesome customer service made up for that .
We spend aprox 750 to 1000 a year to only receive a 10 dollar discount occasionally. Need better purchase incentives for that amount of money spent or losing this customer to other online vendors
The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stock/inventory is pretty basic, if they dont have it in store theyll order it for you and ship it to your house
Took some time for someone in shoes to help us. They were out in the back talking. Other than that everything was fine. Make sure you have a rewards card or youll be paying an arm and a leg!
Like the selection in the store for sports gear, their staff isnt good for a whole lot. sucks they got rid of all their hunting gear and guns
For a sporting good store. You think about outdoors. They do carry many things to keep you warm but- it would be nice if they could carry a line of battery operated warm jackets- socks year around. Some people have to travel or work where it is very cold out. These itoms would come in handy in more ways thain 1.
They thought I was stealing bc I walked in with other store bags and had to go to the restroom, but the manager was willing to answer all my questions lol
The red headed checkout girl was unhelpful and unappreciative even after I showed her a work around for your credit card when the reader cant read the chip in your card. At least the customer behind me thanked me for the tip.
We went in to buy my hubby a fishing pole and we were taking care of as soon as we got in his department! I enjoyed shopping there a lot!

Bought a kayak. It was supposed to come with an accessory kit So Ive been waiting for it to ship. I keep calling to find out the status of it but all I ever get is the manager will call you back after noon. Then I never get a call back.

2020-11-28Great experience today. I was looking for a camping hammock but the one I wanted was not in store stock. He ordered it for me online, I paid for it & delivery expected by December 11 or sooner. Great service, helpful advise. In & out of the store in 15 minutes!

2021-02-09Friendly helpful staff. They carry everything for sports and more. Nice store layout. There selection on baseball gloves was nice and big. Also nice selection of hockey skates. They sharpen your skates for 5 dollars and if you buy a new pair they will do it for free!

2022-06-14I hated my shopping experience at this location super racist !!!!! 8 workers literally watched me shop while “black “ super uncomfortable and also embarrassing i felt helpless and alone i was on a road trip hours from home. Can i file civil civil complaint to law-enforcement??

2020-07-23Went here looking for a bike and walked out with a bike! It was still in the box so they put it together for us which was really nice. We had to kill some time, around 45 minutes to an hour, but our bike was ready to go! It wasnt too expensive either considering how expensive they are right now. I would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a bike. But make sure it has a kick stand because we were told that they dont sell many bikes with kick stands so we had to buy one seperate. Thats the only problem I had with my experience there!

2021-10-28Horrible!! Went to buy my son some sneakers, one employee was busy with customers, so I stood there and waited. The other employee in the shoe dept walked by me 3 times and never asked if I needed help. Barely anyone in the store, but you cant get any help from the employees. NEVER again!!!!

2019-02-06I recently ordered a pair of childrens snow boots online and was sent the wrong size. I took them in to the store to exchange. It was super simple, they exchanged with no problem. The staff was very helpful, at least 3 different associates asked if i needed help finding anything. I was looking in the footwear section when one employee asked if i needed help, I told her what I was looking for. She informed that kids boots were actually kept in the kids department and not in the shoe department then walked me over there and helped me find the exact boot I was looking for. Great customer service!

2020-10-06Dont even want to give them one star. The male associate first told my mom there were no lights for corn hole game left. There were 2 and argued that the one set was $10 more even though there were no signs! Terrible customer service
