Went in to purchase some Sporting Good equipment for my child. Searched around for an employee on the floor for over 10 minutes and could not find anyone to help us. I had to walk up to the counter and when I did the staff was very helpful and polite and they did radio someone to help me who arrived within a few minutes. He was helpful as well. Unfortunately they didnt have one of those three items in stock that they said they did but I know that can happen sometimes. Also I find their prices to be more expensive than the average place. And weirdly, many items, batting helmets for example, have no labeled price. Not good shopping if you dont kniw prices. Store was neat and clean and organized and everyone was professional and polite. Besides the slightly higher prices and one missing item and it was a pretty good experience

My son needed lacrosse cleats and his size was not available in store so they told me to go to the golf desk and the guy was so helpful and patient. He ordered them for us and was shipped to our house

Great store but no help to be seen around.Finally, I found a young man in the golf area who tells me that the swimming goggles are in the back somewhere in camping.I go to the back in camping and I am redirected to the front…Nothing…I come back to the same person who was now in a group of 3. Finally I am told that the swimming goggles are in the back area…After looking a little more, here are the goggles.My goal is not to get anyone in trouble but WHEN À CUSTOMER ASK FOR AN ITEM, THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD KINDLY WALK THE CUSTOMER TO THE LOCATION OF THE MERCHANDISE…it takes no more than 90 or A 120 seconds. It’s great for the customer, the store and also the employee.Thank You.

Although the young man at the front desk was a pleasure to speak with, he was busy and had a line of people waiting to check out so I looked elsewhere for an associate. It was difficult to find an employee on the floor. I found one gentleman in the fitness area but he was already working with someone. I did ask him where my item was and he responded with a somewhere over there by the blue things. I was not able to locate what I needed so I went to the shoe department and found Ricky. Ricky deserves a raise and should instruct people on how to make a client happy. He has excellent customer service skills. Not only did he look for the item but he called management to see if it was available, and looked on the inventory system to see if there were any in the store. As I spoke with him, he told me that he is a PhD student and then it all made sense. He is a bright young man who was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the needs of the client were met. I found the trampoline and my nephew was very happy to receive it at his 6th Birthday party. Thank you, Ricky. I did not give five stars because there is always room for improvement and I recommend adding some more knowledgeable employees to your sales floor.
