Got two pair of hip style waders from them about two years ago and recognize that the people here are a lot more familiar with their product than some other places, and were happy to provide options if I wanted to try something else.The idea of on rep mentioning that I might want an available over boot style was genius, since I may need them in a hurry, if not wearing them beforehand.Prices are on par with whats usually charged, and I cant say anything short of completely satisfied with the prices AND the service.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was a return to the outlet store on Niagara Street.Even during the pandemic, this store is well stocked, and the pickup location I had to go to on Ontario Street confirmed why they are so ready.All the staff Ive dealt with are friendly, and well trained on answering questions that I may have with the products Im looking for. Mainly visited for hi-viz items, as well as work gear for working in the cold Buffalo weather. If Ive seen prices higher than other chain stores, the difference is barely negligible. The stuff will be in stock, in your size.Well worth the trip to this store. You might even find stuff you didnt know you needed.

I was in the store looking around trying to find a uniform shirt and for about 10-12 minutes before I was even acknowledge, asked if Im being helped the 3 guys talked among them selves about something like drills etc but miraculously the one guy takes care of this woman that was inside at the same time I was there. Hmmm. Loss my business a and me referring anyone. They must be doing well there. And if not for the internet I wouldnt have known the place exist and I know why lol.

Kind of friendly when buying boots from them. But when having to deal with them for something that has a warranty they act like your an annoyance to them.
