This company handles their business with such profession. They will contact you back as promised and they did a great job with the cleaning. They are open on feedback fromtheir clients to better meet the client’s needs. Most of all, Laura is pleasant to communicate with and willing to work with scheduling without hesitation. Laura from DLL Cleaning is the owner. She came first to the apartment to review all and then the woman assigned to me came. Laura is so pleasant and such a doll to deal with. My apartment was then cleaned so immaculately I could not ask for me. This was a move in clean and every single shelf of every single cabinet inside and out were diligently worked on. Every corner of my apartment was done to perfection. Extremely satisfied with DLL Cleaning Services and would and will definitely use again.
Laura and her team are amazing. We have animals, so think lots of pet hair. Somehow, they manage to get all of the hair. Also, not only do they do a fantastic job at cleaning the basics, they do thorough cleanings for us as well (oven, fridge, etc.). Laura is punctual and professional, and also very warm and friendly. Ive recommended her team to all my neighbors and friends.
I had a big mess for them to clean and they did more than I expected. They worked nonstop and stayed a little later than they were booked for to finish what they started. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again.
My experience with DLL Cleaning Services was phenomenal. A friend told me about them and recommended that I give it a try. Laura was responsive and tailored her services exactly to my needs. When she left, the house was spotless.
Laura and her crew did an excellent job for me at the last minute. She is always very courteous and accommodating with any special jobs you want done. Besides cleaning, she also has access to handyman, electricians . Please use her services, you wont regret it.
I requested their services to have the house look nice for Thanksgiving and honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! It is beyond ridiculous I paid exactly 300$ for a deep cleaning and when I got to my home it was as if nothing was done to begin with! The kitchen handles weren’t degreased, the tiles were dirty and the kitchen counters were left dirty when they left and I specifically asked the ladies to please pay most attention to the kitchen. My aunt and I had to degrease the stove ourselves once they left!!!!! There were cobwebs still over my apartment, I feel robbed and completely disappointed especially since they had such good reviews. They didn’t even bring their own supplies and asked my aunt for the broom, sponge etc. Extremely upset and I will be contacting this company with a lawyer for my money back.

2022-05-25I’ve used DLL several times now for my parents. Everyone they’ve sent has been wonderful. Always on time, bringing their own supplies, and does a wonderful job. Ingrid just came yesterday, and my mother couldn’t stop talking about what a great job she did and how lovely she was. Made me look really good for finding such a great company!

2022-04-16We did the deep clean service, and it is no joke. My apartment has never boon this clean. They got not corners that I dont think have seen a broom in 6 years!They were on time, courteous and really truly did a fantastic job.

2020-02-19The owner of the company came to inspect the apartment to assess what I would need. She suggested a deep clean which was 4-5 hours. Well, the cleaner, Marjory, came and wouldn’t leave until the job was done. She was cleaning for almost six hours. My bathroom looked like it was renovated. Theses people are amazing. I was charged $225 for the deep clean and tipped 20% and I should ha s ripped more. Book this service. They’re amazing.

2018-05-24I recently hired the services of DLL Cleaning. The experience was amazing! Observing Laura, the owner, rolling up her sleeves and taking charge, was inspiring! She was hired to clean an off white fluffy area rug. When I step on my rug now it feels heavenly! The personal touch, the passion and paying attention to small details, were the perfect ingredients she used. I strongly recommend DLL Cleaning! And I will continue using this service.

2019-05-09Arrived on time with their own supplies and ready for action! I requested 2 cleaners, and was very pleased when 4 arrived at my door! I reviewed everything that had frustrated me about the last cleaning service that I had used and what they had missed - Laura assured me that her service was different (and it was!). They cleaned every nook and cranny left my apartment spotless and smelling wonderful in 3 hrs. Easy to communicate with as well via text. I would highly recommend!

2020-01-13From the minute they arrived, DLL was committed to addressing all of the desires and demands that I had in making my apartment look presentable enough for me to entertain my house guests. They took my kitchen from one big mess to a place where anybody would love to cook. In fact, they made my bedroom look so nice that I almost dont want to sleep in it. If you want your apartment/house to be a place that be want to visit, I suggest you go with Laura and her crew.
