I would like to give a 0 star if it is possible.Went there for road test recently, a short hair lady with glasses was my examiner. She was aggressive and rude. Her face was like she hates everyone in the word. I thought maybe she just had a bad day, but she have to respect this job and respect us. The order she gave to me was wired and I could not understand her standard. I will not say what she exactly did to me, but I will say never come to this place for road test unless you want to see her bad face.Good luck to anyone who see this review and I with you can find another road test location.

I took a road test at this DMV site in November 2021 and it was not a good experience. First problem was the inspector already had an additude when he first got into the car when I was taking my road test. I was nothing but polite and kind to the inspector and this is how he was. I thought mabye he was just having a bad day. So we pulled from the road test site and I make a right turn. I then check my mirrors and move to the left lane like he told me to. I then look at what’s going on and start to go, the guy then puts his foot on the brake and claims I didn’t look both ways. He was rude again with the comments. He then had me go back to the test area. We park the car and he then spoke very rudely and harshly to my driving instructor. I got upset afterwards because of how rude the examiner was. I felt bad for my driving instructor.

Like all NYS DMV Road Test sites, when you arrive, you line your car up in a queue. When I took my test there were several examiners working.The examiner walks up to your vehicle, at which point your escort gets out of the car, and you get into the drivers seat if you are not there already. My examiner was professional and friendly though she didnt talk much and we got right to business. She checked my id, my 5-hr course certificate then we started the test.The test took me along mostly quiet residential streets, with some time on a slightly busier commercial, two-lane road. I dont recall seeing any pedestrians. Like all NYS road tests, the test comprised of left turns, right turns, straight driving, parallel parking and a 3-point turn. Sometimes the examiner didnt tell me I had to turn until I was almost at an intersection, so dont forget to flip on that turn signal, even if it will only be on for a moment! The test lasted about 7 minutes. After the test I rewarded myself with some delicious Indian food at a nearby restaurant.

My mother just took her road test and she does not Speak English and the lady testing her was aggressive and Made fun of my mother for failing in front of The testers colleagues. I will not sit back and allow that. Many phone calls will be made I will get to the bottom of this.

Could be a daunting place for first timers, Examiner should have better directions for test takers for parallel parking which is one of the main reasons for failing.
