I had a really great experience there. They have an enormous selection and their prices seem to be better than their competitors. Kimberly was very helpful. She really knows her stuff! She gave me room to browse but she was available to answer every question that I had (and I had alot - who knew there could be that many grout colors???) Im really glad I went with Dobkin Tile.

The tile selection here is at a level with NYC or Room on Hertel. My tile was gorgeous and came in a little over a week. However, the problem I had was with the service. I needed to order more tile and did so. A week and a half later I didnt here back, so I called. They have no idea how to communicate on a phone! The woman told me that they had no record of my order and that Malinda who I had placed the order with couldnt remember! They said they would call me back and did not. When I called the following day, they put me on with Mark. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said, that may or may not be me. He didnt seem to care and did not even apologize that I had been misinformed and told me the order MAY come tomorrow. Apparently nothing is set in stone at Dobkin tile.

The manager hung up on me when I tried to resolve an issue with the tile they supplied which was crushed when it arrived. In order to not delay the installation, my contractor worked with what he had and spend a considerable amount of time trying to get it right. When I spoke with the manager about how this would be resolved he did not do anything to solve it, since the work was completed, and then hung up on me. I would not ever go back here, the customer service is horrendous! I am shocked that a business would deal with their customers in such a manner.

Ordered a box of tile through a third party who used Dobkintile and Stone. Every single time was broken when it arrived. 1 star is over rating.

Have been to this store 4-5 times for 2 homes. Excellent choices in tile at great prices. Great service as well. Getting ready to do a kitchen back splash. Will certainly go back.

I have to agree with the previous reviewers. I had the rudest most unprofessional sales people (assist me? not really). How do they stay in business? I would never go back there. ( I would give no stars, if that were possible.)
