Convenient location however the prices are unreasonable and customer service is very poor. Took way too long to retrieve my car. Approximately 20minutes wait. Attendant did not acknowledge the delay. There are 2 other parking lots across the street. Don’t waste your time here. I do not recommend this parking lot.

Terrible experience!! Booked at 6:30 am for a 5:00 RSVP driving from MD to NYC. After 3 1/2 hour drive, waited patiently for 10 minutes for attendant which walked by us and said he had no parking space for us. Waited again for him to inform him we had already paid through the RSVP and he had no interest in helping us address the issue. When I asked him to speak to his Manager, he advised he was “the manager”. After informing the employee that his unprofessionalism was not appreciated, which he didn’t care, I decided to take a picture of him to post here. He decided to start recording me with his phone too….lol!Understand parking garages in NYC are thriving with business where employee behavior like this is not handled appropriately which is extremely sad knowing how many people are looking for a job that deserve it over this individual. Should have looked at the reviews here first before booking. Thankfully Spot Hero offered to refund my money and apologized for another business’s problem. Thank you Spot Hero!

Absolute worst service experience in this parking garage. The attendant was extremely rude and did not value customers at all. Would recommend any other parking garage but not this. Hope the staff gets better training to treat customers.

I would give zero stars if I could. They have absolutely terrible service and poor communication between staff. When we found this place on spot hero and parked here we were told we didn’t need a ticket when coming back to our for our car because we had a QR code they could scan. When we returned to pick up our car later in the evening there was different employee there and he asked us for a ticket. When we told him that we didn’t have a ticket he started yelling at us that we lost the ticket and he couldn’t find our car without it. When we told him our car model and number he was then able to find the ticket number on his end in less than 2 mins. He then proceeded to have us wait for an hour for our car just to spite us because we argued back with him.

DONT LOSE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!You reserve it online and them you arrive and there is no one to attend and saying that you have to wait. A completly mess!!

Great location, but when we picked up our car after keeping it in the garage for 3 days the parking attendant almost hit me with my own car he was driving so fast and crazy. When he pulled up we noticed damage to our vehicle that was not there before, he said the cameras weren’t working and they couldn’t do anything for me, asked me to pay and told me to call a manager who never answered or got back to me… horrible service. Will avoid this garage the next time we visit the city.

Customer service was terribly rude, kept asking what time we were leaving even though we paid for all day parking. Told me they couldn’t retrieve anything from my car or it would count as leaving and would have to repay to re-enter. Took 30+ minutes to retrieve the car.

I haven’t been treated more poorly by anybody in a long time. Everybody was rude and aggressive. When I returned to get my car there was a dent/scrapes on it. I brought it up with the employees and they claimed it had already been there (which it 100% had not). I can look past bad customer service, but damaging my car and then denying it was completely unacceptable.

Cheated us on coupon tried to show the attendant before hand to make sure it wasn’t an issue. Attendant said show it at the end. Came back in 3 hours way before the time allotted and he chatged is 70$ and wouldn’t honor the coupon. Said that the coupon was for the icon across the street. Very rude
