My family has used them numerous times. The last time I swore would be the last time, after Guy approached my fourteen year old( I had left early) and said my father wouldn’t be going to church in the morning, if he didn’t receive payment! Now I lost my sister and mom wanted to use Dodge Thomas. Guys biggest concern is money! He was trying to get money from government and make arrangements cheaper for my family. I explained I couldn’t get information he needed and no matter the price, just bring papers to mom to sign. I left numerous messages for GUY and he never called me back. All of a sudden a get a call from the morgue today telling me I need to make arrangements for my sister. I called GUY and he tells me I’m sitting with somebody and didn’t want to talk to me!! This is how I find out GUY did not want to handle my sister arrangements. I guess just a plain cremation wasn’t enough money for GUY. So unprofessional. Do yourself and your family a favor, Go elsewhere. Terrible person at a terrible time in people’s lives!
Guy and Greg are both very courteous and professional. Their venue is well kept and its unique location in a residential area of Glen Cove gives it a welcoming feel.
I wanted to thank Guy and Greg for all theyve done for our family. From the minute we contacted them, they were incredibly gracious and attentive. They made this difficult time so much easier and I cant thank them enough.
Very professional and empathetic staff. Losing a loved one is never easy and being new to this , the staff was so helpful and honest Thanks for making this a positive experience..would definitely recommend this funeral home.
We had my ex husband grandfathers wake here and the staff was nothing but extraordinary. They helped us out so much that day and were also a shoulder to cry on. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for services for their family.
The professional staff at Dodge Thomas guides you and handles all the details to make your loved ones service a very personal one.
Just okay. If you dont have experience with all this, youll get sucked in to paying more than you should. Go cremation. Buy pine boxes online. Get real.
Nice facilities, clean and neat. Staff is friendly and the service was excellent.

2020-03-11The Family at Dodge Thomas are extremely professional, empathetic, and compassionate. When we lost my mother Migdalia on January 20, they guided us through the process with gentleness, and understanding. Their family owned business makes you feel like family. My family and I are so grateful for everything Greg did for us and for my mom. He definitely went the extra mile in everything and mom looked just as beautiful at her wake as she did when she was alive. 2019-11-05We recently experienced an unexpected and tragic loss. Without even thinking, we contacted Guy and the Dodge Thomas Funeral Home because they truly treat you like family. It was our third time going through this experience with them in the last 14 years and without missing a beat, they handled everything with complete professionalism, expertise and fairness with most importantly the highest level of caring and concern. It’s almost impossible to go through a loss especially when unexpected, but the ability to lean on Dodge Thomas to help us through it all is without question the only way to go! 2019-04-17We recently lost my Dad. In the most emotional moments of our lives, I can not thank Guy and the Dodge Thomas Funeral Home family enough for all the compassion, dignity, and respect they provided. From the phone call I made in the wee hours of the morning, to the guidance of the planning, the control of the chaos of the hundreds of mourners, the return of memorial photos and everything in between, we could not have asked for a better send off for Dad. Our Family will be forever thankful for the compassionate blanket Guy and his family wrapped around us to help make the transition to life without Dad less stressful as we said goodbye.

2017-10-12Guy Minutoli and his daughter Jeanine and her husband Blake and their Assistant, Greg are all so wonderful, kind, compassionate, courteous, respectful and just so very nice. Dodge Thomas Funeral Directors provided an outstanding service for my wonderful mom, Sylvia Vogel. Everyone associated with Dodge Thomas, including the limo driver, Len, is first class, top flight, the BEST!!!! 2019-07-20My young sister-in-law recently lost her two year battle with leukemia. Needless to say, it was a devastating time for her children and the entirety of her and my family. We cannot thank Guy, Gregg and Blake enough for their kindness, compassion and professionalism during one of the most difficult times in all of our lives. No detail was ignored. Guy has a unique kindness and grace and his wonderful staff does as well. It takes a very special individual to do the job that Guy does and I wish I could put into words the gratitude that I (we) feel for the beautiful way he handled a very sad situation.
