Its really tiny and the staff seem like friends of the owners, not sure what they are doing or how to handle the dogs. Id rather make the trek into the city for a better daycare.
Staff are friendly, space is clean, and our dog seems happy when we retrieve him.
I just watched an employee of Dog Room Club choke a chocolate lab into a wheezing fit using an inappropriate leash for the dog. The dog was in desperate need to pee and the employee was choking him down with the lead to the extent to induce a coughing and wheezing episode . I am not the dogs owner, just a dog lover and a veterinarian picking up my kids at school. Entirely inappropriate restraint and treatment of the animal.
They take great care of my pup and offer grooming on Saturdays
They have the BEST dog handlers around I love DOGS too and the training they provide makes a difference and I see the clients are very happy too.
Highly recommend if you need a place to send your pet while working /out of town or just want your pet to be socialized and enjoy some play time!!! Love love love

2021-10-13I have taken my 7 year old here since she was a puppy and have to say they are the best in grooming, teeth cleaning and care. I’m sad it’s taken me so long to write a review.I loved reading the bad reviews of the dog watching in the window, like you don’t even bring your dog here and you’re writing a review. What is wrong with people? Get to know the place and staff. My dog runs right in, which means she is happy to go there! Says everything to me! I listen to my dog and her face lights up when she see the staff, especially Jackie.Here is a before and after of her haircut and professional teeth cleaning. They are amazing!

2016-10-24Friendly staff and great service. I bring my Shih Tzu here all the time to get a haircut and she always looks great. The last time I went I asked to put ponytails in her hair and she looks super cute with them.

2020-06-18I have been left in awe with this place honestly! This was the best decision I have made in terms of choosing a daycare place for my dog. They treat her with so much love and she leaves from there happy each and everytime. They are so knowledgable and answer the millions of questions I have. 2018-07-30I was surprised and I took a risk with my baby Rocko. The result was excellent, First there friendly; very important to know; the groomer done an excellent job with my dog. I never saw my dog looking so cute the way I wanted with his haircut. Petco and Pet smart beware you have competition. I would also like to add the prices range is very reasonable and the facility is awesome. Clean, doesnt smell and is a perfect place for all dogs to hang out and get to know other dogs.As for the negative reviews which was posted, if the person was concern in the windex washer, why didnt they come in and informed the manager??The Establishment is well care and has the best employees. Theres cameras everywhere in case something goes wrong for the safety of the dogs.Plus there connected with the Physicians across the street. My review speak volumes and knowledge.The rating still stand as 5 stars 2018.

2015-09-28I work with pet caring specially dogs and went to see this new place Dog Room Club. I have to say it is great!Jakeline the owner is very welcoming, she took me on a tour through the facility. The space is clean and professional, offering a variety of services from grooming to dog walking. Dogs at the playcare, which is large, seem very happy.The dog place accepts any type or size of dog. They are also 24/7 for boarding and even have a treadmill!Reviews are good, we can see dogs being treated with care and attention.Location at 95th and Lexington is very convenient in the Upper East Side. Prices are below average with higher quality service.I recommend Dog Room Club :)

2017-12-19This place must have the bad reviews deleted, because my review from this summer is gone. Case and point - I am a serious dog lover. I was walking to work one afternoon and saw the cute doggies in the window so I decided to watch them just for a few minutes. BUT - when I started to watch a bit more closely, I noticed that one of the workers was SPRAYING WINDEX all over this ledge. She was spraying Windex literally right in front of the dogs! Right next to them! And the worst part is that she would not wipe the Windex up right away. So all of the dogs were walking all around this newly sprayed Windex and getting the Windex all over their poor little paws. And then of course dogs lick their paws and such. It freaked me out. BE CAREFUL WITH WHERE YOU SEND YOUR DOG! I live in Union Square now, but if I still lived up there I would NEVER send my dog to this establishment. The last thing a dog needs is to be covered in weird Windex chemicals. I will continue to follow up on this businesss page and will keep adding this review if I see it has been removed again.
