Staff & many customers unmasked. I questioned whether management aware; employee said since many customers dont wear masks then employees do not have to. I only go in for specific kind of cat food as needed now. What a shame.

Very rude staff, I witnessed a female worker being very rude to a customer. She assumed the lady was putting stuff in the reusable shopping bags when I literally saw she was just moving them out of the way. The lady was so embarrassed. She lifted up the bags to show nothing was in them as well as the ladies purse was wide open so u can clearly see she done nothing. Not even a apology to the woman. It was a short bigger girl working with glasses. She then had the younger Male worker indirectly follower her around. The Sad this was I was just speaking to the young woman and she had just said she had gotten her taxes and hasnt gotten clothes for her kids in awhile be a she couldnt afford it. The workers should be ashamed of themselves. The lady took all her stuff out of the cart and left very embarrassed and upset. Smh. I then did the same thing. They lost 2 customers that day.

Gosh, I prefer this place over Family Dollar, to be honest.When Dollar General was first built and opened, the entrance was very crowded, but now, as of late, it is nicely opened with how they divided the cash register and the shelving for any last-minute items! Though, the downside to this store, although has a lot more to offer comparative to Family Dollar, everything is all over the place in a way. The food items, all good, nicely organized and everything. But... When I go there, my family and I make loops around the small building to find certain things as they have stuff categorized in an odd way- at least something different than I am use to. The staff is pretty nice and helpful, especially the other day when we couldnt find a putty knife, one of the workers had helped us find something that could work in its place! So kind of her...

I like going here for what I need, its usually a better or same price as going to a bigger store. The only reason I say 4 and not 5 is because in the store it tends to be cramped or cluttered quite often. And there were a few rare occasions I picked up a dry product off the shelf and it was expired. Otherwise I like going here and the seasonal section has what I need.

One of the worst stores that I have been to the place is a mess, you cant get down any isle without tripping on the boxes of merchandize that they fail to put away if there were a fire you cant get out and an ambulance team would never be able to get to you or get you out with emergency equipment. The employees are rude and then when you get to the register you have to search for someone to check you out after about 10 minutes someone finally comes out of the office with their attitude like your disturbing them. Well worth driving to a different store.

Something about, i know all the dollar stores sell the same stuff, it generally cheap stuff. Seems like they need one person on floor one at register instead of one guy in back corner lining greenebean cans and you go find him you get back and a ten mile line is formed and all i want is candy bar. 2 people every shift ATLEAST. I really do prefer dollar general to family dollar.

Great deals. But all aisles have boxes of merchandise blocking them. Nothing stocked. Need more than one person working register.

This store is always a wreck! Its rare that I step foot in here but when I do its an adventure to say the least. Unorganized and unmotivated staff = your store looking like it was just looted. Cmon and get the place cleaned up.
