I bought my vehicle from Marissa Stephans and I had a great experience. She is polite, kind and professional and answered all of my questions and concerns quickly and effectively. 10/10 recommend. Will be going back to friendly dodge.

Great variety of random stuff. I took my son to buy paints for a landscape watercolor contest as it was raining. They had a great selection of stuff we needed but had to wait in a line 9 people deep as there was one lone cashier that did they best she could. It was a tragic scene but Ive never been here before and unsure if the norm, hence 3 stars.

I usually dont have an issue with dg however there seems to be some new people Ive not seen before in there and the store was a complete disaster when I went in with my child yesterday. Hard to maneuver around, one section had shoes all over the place on the floor etc could barely walk down that section. Had to maneuver around some unpleasant employees as well who had zero manners and looked absolutely miserable and inconvenienced.

I have had several experiences at this store that should have resulted in the immediate termination of the manager Kathy and her partner in crime assistant manager.!. I had requested the use of the restroom and an employee gave me the key. When exiting the restroom the manager Kathy walked by and then proceeded to verbally assault me. What are you doing she screams? I said I was using the restroom and please dont scream at me. Who told you could do that very loudly still. I responded with I asked you to not scream at me and one of your staff gave me the key. Then she asked who and I gave a description and then she proceeded to scream the girls name so the entire store could hear her. I then left my full cart and went across the street tofamily dollar.2. Another incident occurred when I was checking out and my friend I was with had already checked out. The manager and another staff member were going outside to smoke and I informed the assistant manager running the register that the line was all the to the back of the store and she might want to have one of them open the other register. I did this as a courtesy because the sales rack hindered her view. She replied with a snide tone its fine. The lady behind me said what did she say and I said she says its fine. Then she lunges over the counter and sticks her hand in my face and says do you want to start with me!!!!! I responded with are you serious? I reported both incidents to district managers and nothing was done.The store it self is nice, clean, organized. The staff for the most part are also accommodating. The management is a negative 5 star.

Absolutely the rudest employees when it comes to being coupon friendly. I coupon to donate to local high schools, womens shelters etc. I have never come across a DG store (and I go to many) and had such horrible customer service. Way to go Jenn and Jackie. I truly hope youre both replaced! Have fun putting over $150 worth of merchandise back that you turned away. Im sure you make the company proud😉

Some of the laziest people in the history of man. How a few can hold any kind of managment position is beyond my comprehension. The young lady at the register deserves an award just for working with them. If any of my managers hung out on their phones or went out to smoke every 20 minutes they would be unemployed. I sat in my truck for a little bit and went in to grab a drink. With 15 people in line 2 girls walked past and went out to smoke with a line near the back of the store. The young lady Amber was polite and did a great job to keep up. The girls walked in went in back then came up and contacted talking welts Amber took care of us. I could not believe one girl who I assumed was the manager waited until the young lady had the line down to 2 people to walk to a register and ask to help the next person in line. It seems everytime I go to this store the people who should be helping are either on their phones, sitting in the back or out smoking. How can any of them be paid for a job they shouldnt have.Not long ago I watched the same manager come in from smoking and talking for 15 to 25 minutes and then clock out for lunch. This is why this store is always cluttered, dirty, slow or out of stock. I have called corporate a couple of times but Dollar general could care less. So Jessica, Jessy, Jenny whatever your name is, thank God you have a job because you are giving that store a bad name. You arent worth the paper they print your check on.Amber you and I believe her name is Erin keep up the good work. You are Dollar generals only hope.

Not a very nice store, nor do they have a great staff of people. People here are rude, obnoxious and nasty. Bitter and cold. There is a much better store right across the road. It is called Family Dollar, and the folks there are just the best. Unlike the nasty miserable and rotten people here. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place. Steer clear of these people this store should be closed, and everyone should be out of a job. They have no idea what customer service is and it is a horrible ordeal.

Usually a good experience. Lately there has only been 1 register open & they have had numerous customers. Should always have back up personally to help get customers checked out & on there way!!

This store got damaged by rain again. The floor is wet they have big fans trying to dry it out. Stuff is all over in carts. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

It was nasty due to the roof leaked and made it smell musty. I feel bad for the workers who have to clean this up every time we have a bad rain storm. Yo7 would think that they would care more than they do. This is all at the corporate level and not the employees.
